Background : Microvascular angina or syndrom X is heterogenous and encompasses different pathogenetic entities. Several studies suggest that microvascular angina have good prognosis and occurs predominantly in postmenopausal women. Lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, CRP and fibrinogen are the independent risk factor of acute coronary syndrome and are the chief underlying cause of atherosclerosis. We investigated clinical characteristics and markers in patients with microvascular angina. Methods : We studies 23 patients diagnosed with microvascular angina and 16 control group with negative treadmill exercise test and no significant coronary angiogram. We investigated clinical characteristics in patients group and evaluated symptom during a follow-up period of 4.2± 2.5 month. Exercise time in treadmill exercise test was compared between patients and control group. We assessed the level of markers, such as lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, CRP and ESR in two groups. Results : There is no difference in age between two groups. Patients group had a tendency to increase in female, hypertension, DM, and smoking history, but there was no statistical significance difference. Exercise duration time was significantly decreased in patients with microvascular angina (p<0,05). Serum lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholestrol, Triglyceride, ESR, Fibrinogen and Homocystein value were no significant difference between microvascular angina and control group. Only CRP was significantly high in patients with microvascular angina (p<0.05). Conclusion : There was no statistical significance difference in age, sex, hypertension, DM and smoking history between two groups but patients group had a tendency to increase the prevalence in hypertension, DM and smoking history, female. Also, Symptom improvement and disappearance in follow-up was presented in 11 patients of 19(57.9%). Exercise tolerance was worse in patients group than control group. CRP value was significantly higher in patients group than control group. There was no statistical significance difference in lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, ESR and Fibrinogen between two groups.

본 연구는 직업무용수들의 기초배경 변인에 따라서 자기관리의 차이가 있는지를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 5개의 프로무용단의 직업무용수 165명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료의 처리는 Window SPSS 14.0 Ver 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, t-검증, 일원분산분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 자기관리는 정신관리, 공연관리에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 여성 무용수가 남성 무용수보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 교육정도에 따른 자기관리는 훈련관리와 공연관리에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 대학원이상 교육정도가 대졸 교육정도보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 직급에 따른 자기관리는 수석무용수 단원이 일반단원보다 훈련관리에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 연령에 따른 자기관리는 정신관리와 공연관리에서 유의한 차이가 보였으며, 연령이 40대인 무용수가 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 입단경력에 따른 자기관리는 하위요인 모두 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다.

This thesis suggests an estimation procedure in the simple linear calibration model when the variation of error term are propotional to the independent variables. And it is proved that we can obtain the finite closed confidence interval of unknown controlled variable under the condition that the null hypothesis of zero slope is rejected.

In this study, conventional heat and mass transfer correlations are examined for the applicability to the prediction of fine particle deposition rate onto rough surfaces. Several well-accepted correlations are compared with particle deposition data. The results show that no correlation is satisfactory. The reason may be attributed to the uncertainty of Schmidt number exponents in the correlations. The Schmidt number ranges in the correlations are not wide enough to cover particle transport. The Schmidt numbers related to the particle transport are on the order of ??. With the proper determination of Schmidt number exponents, heat and mass transfer correlations may be used to predict the fine particle transport.

For the control of low resistivity of n-type Zn_39.5 Cd_60.5 Te single crystals, we employed several processes of doping and thermal diffusion using the vapor of Cl_2, I_2, CdI_2, Al and In. As seem to be most proper method we thought, the following techniques were used; 1. In the crystal growing by Bridgman method, I_2 donor impurity (0.025-0.005 atomic wt%) is dopped. 2. The grown crystals are transfered and placed in In-vapor(6 Torr) for 1 hr to diffuse thermally again I_2 into the crystals. 3. And then make to diffuse Cd into the vacancies of Cd among the grown crystals in Cd-vapor (0.25 Torr) for over 5 hrs. As the result, we obtained the n-type Zn_39.5 Cd_60.5 Te crystals having the low resistivity of about 0.1Ω-cm.

In spite of the debate on fuzzy methods that they may provide an altermative to probabilistic and statistical methods, both approaches are going to give way to collaboration in the very practical fields. In this paper we review the area of fuzzy clustering in which the two approaches get along with each other. The current research interest and direction is discussed and a newly developed algorithm that prevents the output from being fuzziness as much as possible is presented with an illustration.
낮은 핀관(low-fin tube)의 응축 열전달에 관한 실험적 연구

In this study, condensation heat transfer experiment was conducted on the low fin tube using R-11. Three different fin densities-787 fpm (fins per meter), 1102 fpm, 1378 fpm-were tested. The results show that low fin tube enhances the condensation heat transfer considerablely. The enhancement increases as the fin density increases. It was also found that the fin shape and height have a significant effect on the condensation coefficient. Slender or high fins showed a higher condensing coefficient compared with fat, low fins. The experimental data are compared with Rose's prediction model. Results show that rose's model slightly over-estimates the data.

In this study, the pressure drop and velocity profile were measured in longitudinally finned annulus. The test specimens were a round rod of 38㎜diameter with no fin, a rod a 40㎜ with 6 fin, a rod of 40㎜ with 8 fin, and a rod of 50㎜ with 8 fin. The fin thickness was 3㎜ and the fin height was 5㎜. The specimen was installed in a tube of 76㎜ inner diameter. For the round rod with no fin, the pressure drop data were well predicted by Blasius correlation, and the velocity profile was very close to the Nikuradse's non-dimensional velocity profile. For finned rods, the pressure drop of 8 fin rods was well predicted by Blasiue correlation. However, the correlation slightly under-predicted 6 fin data. The maximum velocity points in the finned annulus were circumferentially uniform except for the fin top position. Quarmby's equation [Eq.14] predicted the maximum velocity points excellently.
