武人政變으로 명종이 즉위하면서 내시 구성에도 큰 변화가 생겼다. 어느 때보다도 새로운 인물이 대거 내시로 등용되었기 때문이다. 하지만 왕과 교분이 두터운 側近 출신은 많지 않았으며, 무반으로 내시가 된 예도 거의 없었다. 대신 親武臣的인 성향의 文臣이 다수 내시로 선임되었다. 이런 가운데 명종 3년 일부 문반 출신의 내시가 反武臣亂인 金甫當의 亂에 가담한 사건이 발생했다. 이에 집권 무신은 이들을 대신해 문반 관직을 겸임한 무신을 내시로 등용하는 방안을 적극 모색하였다. 李義方의 아우인 李隣이 그 시초였다. 그러는 한편 학문이 뛰어난 문신의 등용도 계속하였다. 직무수행의 효율성을 위해서는 어쩔 수 없었다. 그 결과 내시의 수는 한때 정원을 초과할 정도로 크게 늘어났다. 그리고 이 무렵 왕은 통치력을 거의 상실했다. 兵權은 물론 人事權과 刑罰權도 제대로 행사하지 못했다. 심지어 왕을 近侍하는 내시의 임면조차 집권 무신의 뜻에 따라 행해지는 경우가 허다했다. 이에 따라 왕보다 權臣에게 충성하는 내시가 훨씬 많아졌다. 이런 현상은 慶大升執權期까지 계속되었다. 그러다 명종 14년 李義旼의 집권을 계기로 상황이 달라지기 시작하였다. 財政權과 人事權을 중심으로 왕의 통치력이 상당 수준 회복된 것이다.내시를 비롯한 측근과 宗親?小君, 그리고 일부 朝官의 지지와 도움이 컸다. 이에 따라 내시의 구성과 성격에도 변화가 일어났다. 親王的 內侍의 수가 크게 늘어났고, 내시 구성도 그간의 親武臣 위주의 틀에서 벗어나 양자가 균형을 이루었다. 명종 말에 崔忠獻이 무더기로 내시를 축출하고 국왕마저 폐위한 것은 바로 이런 이유에서였다. 내시를 비롯한 측근세력의 도움으로 명종의 통치력이 상당히 회복되었던 만큼 권력기반을 확고히 하기 위해서는 이의민뿐 아니라 이들 모두를 제거하지 않을 수 없었던 것이다. 이런 면에서 최충헌의 집권은 단순한 무인집정자의 교체가 아니라 복고되어 가던 왕정체제를 재차 붕괴시킨 또 하나의 武人政變이었다고 할 수 있다. The organization of Nasi changed a lot after king Myoung-jong came to the throne with military revolution. A lot of new officials were picked for Nasis than before. However, there were not lots of surroundings of the king, and it was rare for military officials to be Nasis. Meanwhile, civil officials who kept friendly relationship with military ones were nominated to Nasis. In the 3rd year of Myoung-jong, some Nasis from civil officials took part in Kim Bo-dang"s(金甫當) rebellion which was against military revolution. So military rulers actively drew up a plan of nominating military officials who could play a role of civil officials at the same time, instead of taking Nasis from civil officials. Lee Ryn(李隣), Lee E?i-bang"s(李義方) brother, was the first man whose brother was the most powerful ruler. On the other hand, the government continued to appoint competent civil officials to Nasis for a high degree of efficiency. As a result, the number of Nasis increased a lot enough to exceed the fixed number of people. By this time, king almost lost his ruling power; He couldn"t control properly the authority of human, and the power of punishment and amnesty as well as his military power. As well, he could not help following the military rulers" decision even when it comes to the matter of appointing Nasis who had to support him. So it happened that many Nasis were loyal to military rulers who had strong power, not to the king. It continued to the period of Gyoung Dae-seung"s(慶大升) military rule. Therefore, in the 14th year of Myoung-jong, the political situation began to change with Lee E?i-min"s(李義旼) military rule. King"s power was recoverd around finance and personnel administration significantly. The king"s surroundings including Nasis, Royal families, sons of King"s concubine, and some civil officials made it possible. And it caused to change the organization and political character of Nasis. The number of Nasis who kept friendly relationship with the king increased a lot. And the organization of Nasis started to keep new balance breaking the frame that was composed of members who were co-operative to military rulers. For this reason, Choi Chung-hyeon(崔忠獻) expelled a lot of Nasis who were close to the king and took the crown from the king. He had to remove not only the military ruler, Lee E?i-min, but also king Myoung-jong and the king"s helpers to confirm the basis of political power, because king Myoung-jong had already recovered his ruling power a lot with the help of Nasis. From this point of view, we can say Choi Chung-hyeon"s rule the second military revolution that collapsed again the restoration of the royal regime, not simple military ruler"s exchange.

Characterization of the isotropic-distortional hardening model and its application to commercially pure titanium sheets

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Commercially pure titanium sheets have been widely used in various industrial applications owing to their lightweight nature, superior formability, and excellent corrosion resistance. Previous studies showed that accurate modelling of material characteristics, such as anisotropic yield function and hardening, is essential for the simulation of sheet metal forming with titanium sheets. For example, the non-quadratic anisotropic yield function Yld2000-2d and the modified Kim–Tuan hardening model were used to model initial anisotropy and reproduce flow stress curves at large strains. However, even with these advanced constitutive models for describing the anisotropic behavior of sheet metals, further improvement is necessary to simulate anisotropy evolution, or distortional hardening, in pure titanium sheets. In this study, distortional hardening was experimentally measured under both uniaxial and balanced biaxial loading conditions. Moreover, the evolution of the Yld2000-2d function was modelled as a function of equivalent plastic work. For validation, the developed material models were applied in finite element simulations to analyse deformation behavior in uniaxial tension, hydraulic bulge, and punch-stretching tests. Selection of Superior Trees for Larger Fruit and High Productivity in Sorbus commixta Hedl.

The objectives of this study, an analysis of the variation for leaf and fruit characteristics among the selected ten populations of Sorbus commixta Hedl. could be used for the conservation of gene resources and could provide information to superior trees selection. The results obtained from this study can be summarized as follows; Approximately, the Mt. Sungin population at Ulleung island showed larger values in overall characteristics and populations. On the other hand, Mt. Halla population at Jeju island showed the smaller values of the overall characteristics and populations. ANOV A tests showed that there were statistically significant differences in all leaf characteristics among the populations as well as individual trees within populations. But, for fruit characteristics, differences were statistically significant only among the populations. Cluster analysis using single linkage method based on leaf and fruit characteristics showed that ten selected populations of S. commixta in Korea could be clustered into three groups. Group I is Mt. Sungin at Ulleung island, Group II is Mt. Halla at Jeju island, and Group III comprises Osan, Mt. Kaji, Mt. Duckyoo, Mt. Balwang, Mt. Sobaek, Mt. O-dae, Mt. Jiri, and Mt. Taebaek. The selection level based on major agronomic traits, which are the Number of Fruit per Fruiting Lateral(NFL) over 50, and Fruit Length(FL) and Width(FW) over 10 mm, and Weight of 100 Fruit(WFI00) over 66 g, was applied on 100 sample trees, and five trees were selected. The selection effects from selected trees in NFL, FL, FW, and WF100 were evaluated as 132%, 151 %, 142%, and 264% compared to the mean of those 100 sample trees, respectively. Especially, Ulleung 2 showed excellent values that NFL and WFI00 were 95, and 69 g, respectively, suggesting a promising new cultivar for larger fruit and high productivity.

The retail business of drugstore was introduced to Korea for the first time 10 years ago. Since Olive Young introduced a retail store in the name of drugstore in 1999 for the first time in Korea, new distribution channel combining drugstore, cosmetic products and dairy products, etc has been made. At initial stage, the new distribution channel grew up slowly because of low specialty and economic stagnation. However, the three big distribution channels, that is to say, Olive Young (CJ), Watsons (GS) and W Store (Kolon Well Care), etc, were established to produce new distribution system following large-scaled discount stores as well as convenience stores. The purpose of the study is to investigate ways making Korean style drugstore be new retail business in addition to traditional markets, department stores, E-Mart and other general super markets and to examine problems preventing the drugstore from being promoted and to find out solutions. The speciality retailers that is called a category killer attacking department stores as well as marts is expanding market quickly. New consumption trend that gives priority to wellbeing is being expanded in accordance with high level of standards of living life: The drugstore is thought to be new alternative of distribution because it keeps special products. Young ladies who are main customers of drugstores respond to the trend sensitively to have more buying power that is thought to be promising. And, consumers' desire has become concrete and special. This is because consumers want not only convenient shopping but also special shopping system that is current trend. These days, so called Multi-shop and Total shop and other special shops have been recently opened. Special multi-shop has been concentrated on fashion product and miscellaneous goods so far: Health total wellbeing shop shall be popular in accordance with wellbeing trends. 최인훈의『광장』에 나타난 분단현실 인식과 의미 연구

This research is purposed to observe the character of ideology and the symbolic meaning of space in Kwang Jang. In addition, it presents how a writer recognized the reality of divided country and signified such facts with focusing on the writer’s reaction. Yi, Myoung-jun, the protagonist of Kwang Jang got furious and disillusioned at the dark side of ideology through experiencing three cases: ‘violence case at S police station’,‘self-accusation at Labor Herald’and‘a conflict with released hostage in the process of a neutral power’. In this novel,‘S police station’is judged as ritual place to resurrection and ‘a cave’is symbolized for the space of union and birth. It means that the writer switched external social despairs to internal love affairs. Yi, Myoung-jun, lived as a watcher between reality and ideal, finally did not overcome the conflict world and fell into the situation because of the rules of reality. His ideal dream revealed just a day-dream that cannot come true in reality. Eventually, he realized a neutral power, which he believed in a slim chance of new life, was merely‘an island in fantasy’, and then this seemed to be a natural conclusion of an ideologist. The writer, Choi, In-hun’s descriptive recognition basically leans on individual sense of western modern. He presents external society to come true and internal love to keep relation ship through a character. Furthermore, the writer symbolizes these two worlds for open square and closed room, and also hope for reconcile both. In order to do this, he has a descriptive strategy to show a conflict such as different ideology and hypocrisy power through figuring out a problematic individual.

Purpose: This study identifies the concept of `military nursing leadership’ based on a qualitative investigation. Methods: The study is based on Hybrid Model, proposed by Schwartz-Barcott and Kim. The study compromises of 3 steps : theory investigation, field study and final analysis. For theory investigation, we searched various literatures about ‘leadership’. Secondly, field study was conducted through interview and participatant observation of 14 participants (6 patients, 4 peer workers, and 4 nursing officers). Based on the above, we identified conceptual attributes of military nursing leadership. Results: Identified 9 attributes of military nursing leadership are achievement of group goal, respect, leading attitude, communication, educating how to be soldierly, specialty, persuasive power, judgment, and encouragement. Those attributes indicate that military nursing leadership is a process of achieving group goal through communication, educating soldierly manners based on encouragement and respect by nursing officers with specialty, persuasive power and judgement. Conclusion: In this study, we provide a way of understanding definition and 9 attributes of military nursing leadership to make military nursing officers have better apprehensibility. In addition, it can be helpful data in developing concept of military nursing leadership and related educational course.

일 지역사회의 가정간호서비스 내용 및 만족도 조사

Purpose : This study was done to examine the home care service provided by home care nurses and the level of client satisfaction in community. Method : Data were collected from 120 clients who received the home care service at the community home care service center in Pusan from 2th May. 2003 to 31th May 2003. The tool for measurement of satisfaction was composed of 16 items and was 4 score scale by Kim. Data were analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 10.5 program. Result: 1) 67.5% among 120 clients was over sixty years old and 30.6% of clients received home visits 20 times by home care nurse. 2) The total number of home care services was 15,783. And most of the clients received therapeutic nursing care. 3) The mean score of satisfaction on provided home care services was 3.31, among 16 items, "The home care nurses kept up the secret of patients and family" was the highest($3.67{\pm}0.48$). the total level of satisfaction of home care services was very high, with mean score $3.31{\pm}0.32$. Conclusion : The satisfaction level of home care services was very high. so we can expect that the prospect of home care services is very challengeable. Therefore we should try to expand the service recipients with promotional education to assure close ties with the public health centers for the continuous home care service linking and make more efforts to improve the quality of the service.

The Private School Dispute Resolution Committee has the power to appoint the ad-hoc directors, discharge them or appoint the regular directors to normalize private schools. It made a decision regarding Sangji Educational Foundation last year. The decision is to appoint the directors recommended by the ex-director Moonki Kim who was discharged because of his crime regarding illegal operations of the Foundation as a director. The Committee says that the decision is based on the judgement of the Supreme Court relating to the Sangji Educational Foundation in 2007. But the Committee distorted the judgement to justify its own decision. It regards the concurring opinion of two Associate Justices as the binding opinion of the Supreme Court. Only the opinion of the Court has the binding power, but the concurring one does not. The Committee even made its decision arbitrarily because there is no regulation on the way and scope to normalize private schools. The power of regulation is delegated to the Committee too comprehensively. It`s the defect of the legislation which should be corrected by the legislative body. It was wrong for the Committee to appoint the crime-related people as directors of Sangji Educational Foundation. It should have considered the moral aspects of the ex-director Kim. He has the critical defect to become an educator.

영아반 그림책 읽기 활동, 교사의 언어적,비언어적 행동 및 영아의 어휘력 간의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of toddlers` vocabulary ability with reading activities and teachers` verbal and nonverbal behaviors during book reading. The subjects were 52 teachers and 104 toddlers at age 2. Lee and Kim (2004)`s categories of the Teachers` Verbal Behaviors, the categories of the Nonverbal Behavioral Analysis(Kim. 2005), and the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-Revised (Kim, et al.1995) were used. The data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and Correlations. The results indicated that there were significant correlations in the subcategories of reading activities in classrooms, teachers` picture book reading behaviors, and toddler`s vocabulary ability. The toddler`s vocabulary ability increased as the ``interacting time both before and after book reading`` became longer. The toddler`s vocabulary ability increased as ``connecting with previous experience``, ``asking questions for confirmation``, ``acknowledging,`` and ``expanding`` of verbal behavior, as well as the nonverbal behavior, such as ``requesting behavior``, ``emotional contact,`` and ``empathetic behavior.`` In conclusion, teachers` reading behaviors and activities were related to toddlers` vocabulary ability.
