온라인 커뮤니티를 이용한 미숙아 퇴원교육 프로그램의 효과

본 연구는 미숙아를 출산한 어머니 32명을 대상으로 온라인커뮤니티를 이용한 퇴원교육 프로그램이 양육스트레스와 아기돌보기 자신감과 미숙아 건강문제에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 유사 실험 연구로서 실수와 백분율, 평350 김정순∙신희선J Korean Acad Child Health Nurs 16(4), 2010년 10월균과 표준편차, c2-test, Fisher’s exact test, Mann-Whitney U test로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 커뮤니티를 이용한 퇴원교육 프로그램은 양육스트레스 정도를 낮추는 데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 온라인 커뮤니티를 이용한 퇴원교육 프로그램은 아기돌보기 자신감을 높이는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 온라인 커뮤니티를이용한 퇴원교육 프로그램은 미숙아의 건강문제 발생에 부분적으로 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 한편, 대상자 선정에서 표본 수부족과 편의 추출, 자료수집관련 익명성 보장의 한계, 연구도구의 사전 허락 문제, 그리고 교육 이외의 다른 정보획득 기회 통제의 어려움이 본 연구의 제한점으로 인식될 수 있다. 본 연구는 관리와 접근이 쉬운 인터넷 기반의 온라인 커뮤니티라는 매체를 통해 퇴원교육 프로그램을 제작하고 운영하여 그효과를 확인하였다. 이는 기존에 시도되지 않은 새로운 교육 중재방법을 모색하여 활용한 것에 의의가 있으며 경제적이고 실용적인 온라인 커뮤니티와 같은 다양한 장점을 지닌 인터넷을실무에서 효율적으로 활용할 것을 제언한다.
간호대학생의 학업탄력성, 협력성향, 메타인지가 학업적응에 미치는 영향요인

Purpose: This study investigated nursing academic adjustment, academic resilience, collaborative preference, and metacognition, and identified factors influencing academic adjustment of nursing students. Methods: Participants were 118 1st and 2nd year students. Data were collected from June to August 2023. Results: The mean score of academic adjustment in nursing students was 3.85±0.57. Academic adjustment explained 56.0% of the variance in academic resilience (=0.53, p<.001), collaborative preference (=0.18, p=.015), metacognition (=0.18, p=.022) in order. Conclusion: At the onset of nursing education, academic resilience and collaborative preference are significant factors that greatly impact academic adjustment. Efforts should continue to be made in developing a variable of educational programs to enhance academic resilience and collaborative preferences

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to define and clarify the concept of developmental care for preterm infants. Methods: The hybridmodel method was used to identify the main attributes and indicators. In the field work stage, data were collected in Seoul and Cheonan, Korea. The participants were 5 nurses working in the NICU. Results: The concept of developmental care was found to have six attributes and ten indicatorsin 2 dimensions. For the nursing practice dimension, four attributes were derived. They were being like intrauterine state, individualization,interaction, and integrative care with awareness of development. For the family centeredness dimension, supporting parental attachmentand professional alliance were attributes of developmental care. Conclusion: Developmental focused care can facilitate the identification ofbehavioral responses of newborns and provide individualized interventions for fostering growth and development. This concept analysis couldprovide guidelines for “developmental care” nursing practice and be useful for research in the neonatal field.
Weissella cibaria를 이용한 오디발효음료의 제조

For prepration of fermented mulberry beverage by lactic acid bacteria, one strain was isolated from mulberryfruit. The strain has high fructose utilization ability and was identified as Weisella cibaria by 16S rRNA sequence analysiswith 99.8% identity. The strain was named as W. cibaria JP0080. W. cibaria JP0080 was inoculated in the diluted mulberryfruit juice (10, 20, 30, 40 and 50%) with final 1% sugar concentration. The strain reached the log phase within 2 hours andthe stationary phase within eight hours with viable cell count of 2.21×1010~2.14×1011 CFU/mL. It showed the strain can begrowth rapidly in diluted mulberry fruit juice. The pH was rapidly decreased during fermentation from 4.9 (before fermen-tation) to 4.03 (2 hour) and 3.59 (6 hour). Undiluted mulberry juice showed highest acidity level independently fructoseaddition and more diluted mulberry juice showed less acidity after fermentation. For sensory test, 9% fructose was added infermemted mulberry juice and performed filtration. The results of overall preference showed that no significant differencewhile fermendted 10% juice showed significantly low. After 12 hour fermentation of diluted mulberry juice (20%) showedslightly decreasing of isoquercitrin concentration from 1.06 to 0.89mg/L, while quercetin concentration was increased from0.75 to 1.05mg/L. To conclude, 20% mulberry juice is ideal material for develpoment of mulberry fermented beverage.
