불안정 애착에 기초한 학업 좌절에 대한 협력적 자문화기술지: 성찰적 자기 이해와 극복을 중심으로

이 연구는 불안정 애착을 형성한 연구자의 성장 과정과 성장하면서 경험한 학업 좌절에 대한 개인의 주관적 경험을 협력적 자문화기술지를 통해 보여주고자 한다. 불안정 애착은 연구자의 성장 과정에서 당위적인 욕구를 억압하고 자신을 처벌하는 태도를 보이며 욕구를 갖는 자신을 비난하게 된다. 연구자 시선에서 부모가 제공한 환경은 진정한 ‘나’가 실현되지 못하는 환경으로 인식하였지만, 부모에게 연구자는 욕심이 없고 까다롭지 않은 순응적인 딸로 인식하였다. 또한, 공부하면서 학업을 이어갈 현실적인 능력으로의 학력(學力)과 성취하길 바라는 욕심 사이에 불일치가 느껴져 두려움에 매몰되는 ‘초라한 나’와 마주하는 경험이었다. 부모가 바라본 ‘욕심 없던 나’가 될 수밖에 없었던 연구자의 환경이 교육에 대한 결핍으로, 이러한 결핍은 성장에 뒤따르는 무게감을 경험해보지 못해 두려워하고 회피하는 행동으로 나타났다. 연구자 내면의 ‘초라한 나’는 결과적으로 학업에 적극적일 수 없었던 ‘나약한 나’와 마주하는 과정이자 학업이 주는 의미를 찾는 과정이 될 것이다. 이 연구는 여러 가지 이유에서 학업 좌절을 경험한 뒤 재도전하면서 두려움에 압도되는 이들을 심도 있게 이해하고 치유 과정을 제공하는 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to show the subjective experiences of students who have experienced unstable attachment and the academic frustration experienced during cooperative curriculum growth. Unstable attachments result in an attitude of repressive self-punishment and despising self-desire in the process of this researcher's growth. It was also the experience of facing the 'shabby me' buried in fear because of the inconsistency between his academic ability and desire to realize his potential to continue their studies. The researcher's environment, which could not have been the 'greedy' I looked at by the parents, was a lack of education and this deficiency appeared to be a fearful and evasive act because I could not experience the weight following growth. The researcher's inner "shabby me" will be a process of facing the 'weak me' that could not be active in the study, and the process of finding the meaning of the study. This study is meaningful to deeply understand those who are overwhelmed with fear in rehabilitating after experiencing achievement frustration for various reasons and to provide the healing process.

Objective: To prospectively investigate the feasibility of using 2 small intravenous catheters for high-rate computed tomography (CT) contrast injection in patients lacking superficial veins capable of accommodating ≤ 20-gauge catheters. Materials and Methods: Sixty-eight consecutive eligible adults referred for dynamic liver CT were enrolled; 58 had previously undergone liver CT, including 8 that experienced extravasation. Two 22- or 24-gauge catheters were placed in all patients after 2−5 venipunctures, and 2 mL/kg of contrast agent (370 mg I/mL) was split-administered through both catheters to achieve total flow rate of 4 mL/s. Patients’ experience and examination success rate, defined as uneventful scans completed at 4 mL/s or at < 4 mL/s achieving standard image quality in all phases, were analyzed. Quantitative hepatic signal-to-noise and hepatic vascular contrast-to-noise ratios (CNRs) were compared with 30 control examinations scanned at 4 mL/s using an 18-gauge catheter. Results: One case each of extravasation and severe injection pain caused the examination to be aborted. Success rate was 88.2% (60/68; 54 patients scanned at 4 mL/s, 6 at 3.5−3.9 mL/s). Fifty-five of 58 patients (94.8%) that had past CT regarded the venipuncture as more tolerable than (n = 36) or similar to (n = 19) past experiences; 45 of 58 patients (77.6%) found contrast injection less painful than (n = 35) or similar to (n = 10) past experiences. When compared with control examinations, signal-to-noise ratio was similar in all phases (p ≥ 0.502), but the hepatic arterial CNR in arterial phase was slightly inferior (p ≤ 0.047). Conclusion: Using 2 small intravenous catheters can effectively achieve high-rate CT contrast injection in patients lacking adequate superficial veins.
