        전략적 성과측정시스템의 특성이 조직태도, 조직시민행동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 PMS 특성(PMS 질적 특성, PMS 구성적정성, PMS 공정성)이 개인차원성과(조직태도 / 조직시민행동)와 조직차원성과(재무 / 비재무성과)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 PMS 문헌을 고찰하여 PMS 특성을 개념화 하였고, 개념화한 PMS 특성과 조직차원성과의 관계에서 개인차원성과는 매개역할을 하는지를 살펴보기 위해 경로분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, PMS 특성은 프로세스 및 학습과 성장성과, 고객성과의 개선에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, PMS 특성은 조직태도, 조직시민행동의 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, PMS 특성과 조직차원 비재무성과(프로세스 및 학습과 성장성과, 고객성과) 간의 관계에서 개인차원성과(조직태도, 조직시민행동)는 매개역할을 하였다. 다만, PMS 특성이 재무성과에 미치는 영향은 혼재되어 있었다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 점을 시사하고 있다. 첫째, PMS는 경영관리 목적에 적합해야 한다. 둘째, PMS에서 사용하는 지표의 구성은 적정해야 한다. 셋째, PMS는 공정해야 한다. 그리고 이러한 PMS 특성이 확보된다면 조직태도와 조직시민행동을 경유하여 비재무성과가 개선될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of PMS characteristics (PMS qualitative characteristics, compositional appropriateness of PMS, and PMS Justice) on performances of individual dimension (organizational attitude / organizational citizenship behavior) and performances of organizational dimension (financial / non-financial performances). To achieve the research objectives, We reviewed the PMS literature to conceptualize the PMS characteristics, and path analysis was conducted to examine whether individual dimension performances plays a role in the relationship between the conceptualized PMS characteristics and organizational dimension performances. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the PMS characteristics positively influenced performance of process & learning and growth, customer performance. Secondly, PMS characteristics positively influenced organizational attitude, organizational citizenship behavior. Thirdly, the performances of individual dimension (organizational attitude / organizational citizenship behavior) mediated the relationship PMS characteristics and nonfinancial performances of organizational dimension. However, the effects of the PMS characteristics on financial performance were mixed. This study suggests the following points. Firstly, PMS should be suitable for the business management purposes. Secondly, the composition of the indicators used in PMS characteristics should be appropriate. Thirdly, PMS should be fair. If such PMS characteristics are secured, non-financial performance can be expected to improve through the improvement of organizational attitude and organizational citizenship behavior.

        This survey was carried out to assess important species of phytoplankton in Dam and Lake from 29 references. The results are as follows. 1. The number of important species assessed from 59 classes 7 orders 11 families 15 genera. 2. Of them, Bacillariphyceae were 17 kinds, Chlorophyceae 4 kinds, Cyanophyceae 3 kind, Dinophyceae 1 kind. 3. By ecological characters, the number of dominant species were 23 kinds, cosmopolitic species 11 frequently occurrence species 19, pollution indicator species 2(Microcystis aeruginosa, Achnanthes minutissima), blooming causative species 2)Fragilaria crotonensis, Melosira italica).

      • 密陽 天皇山의 植物相

        조사 대상지인 천황산 일대에서 1982년 및 1984년, 1985년 까지 7차에 걸쳐 채집, 조사, 동정된 식물상의 종조성은 3문, 8강, 2아강, 44목, 28아목, 89과, 216속, 259종, 46변종, 3품종으로 모두 308종류였다. 식물자원의 유용성에 따라 약용식물이 240종류, 관상용이 161종류, 공업조사원이 75종류, 용재자원이 19종류, 섬유자원이 9종류, 목초자원이 6종류, 잡용자원이 51종류, 식용자원이 194종류로 나타났다. 이 지역에서 개화하는 식물들은 봄보다 오히려 여름에 걸쳐 종 수가 많았다. 이 지역의 식생의 우점종은 표충사 계곡에는 상수리나무 및 산죽이 천황산 및 사자평 일대는 억새 군락이 재약산은 싸리 및 억새가 혼생하고, 얼음골은 산앵두나무가 우점하고 있었다. Floristic composition and vegetations of Chen-Hwang Mountain were investigated through 7 times of field survey during the period of 192-1985. The results were summerized as follows; Vascular plants were composed of 3 divisions, 8 classes, 2 subclasses, 44 orders, 28 suborders, 89 families, 216 genera, 259 species, 46 varieties, and 3 formae, or 308 taxa by Engler's system. The dominant species of vegetation found in these areas were Quercus acutissima Carrnthers and Sasamorpha purpurascents var. borealis Nakai in Pyo-Chung-Sa Valley, Miscanthus purpurascens Rendle in Sa-Za Plain, Lespedeza bicolor Turcz. var. iaponica Nakai and Miscanthus purpurascens Rendle in Jae-Yak Mountain, Vaccinium koreanum Nakai in O-leum Valley. According to the usefulness of plant resources the medicinal resources were 240 kinds, edible 194, ornamental 161, industrial 75, timber 19, fiber 9, pasture 6, and miscellaneous 51. The number of plant blooming in these areas were more in summer season than spring.

        Prorocentrum속에 관한 연구

        Identified 7 species of the genus Prorocentrum which have been obtained from the southern coast area for 4 years from 1990 to 1994 can be summarized as followed. P.balticum is rare species, causing a red tide, and P.dentatum, P.micans, P.minimum, P.triestinum are cosmopolitan species often causing a red tide in the study area. P.gracile and P. lima are very rarely showed up, the former is recorded at first in domestic and later is benthic attached species which has diarrheic shellfish poison.

        제주도 주요하천의 기저유출량 산정

        Groundwater in Jeju Island, flowing through main stream, is spring water from underground. To set a fixed quantity of groundwater flowing from surface in a hydrological view, 4 downstream (Woedo stream, Gangjung stream, Yeonwoe stream and Ongpo stream) were selected to calculate the characteristic of baseflow and the base-flow discharge through the data on tachometry. There were 11 to 14 level peak caused by runoff, mostly occurred during monsoon season. Also, duration of runoff was 15 to 25 hours, well reflecting the characteristic of inclined, short stream length in Jeju Island and pervious hydrogeographical feature. In case of Gangjung stream, Yeonwoe stream and Ongpo stream, variation of stream water level by baseflow rose above during summer, which was closely linked to the distribution of seasonal precipitation. From autumn to spring, water level fell below while that of Woedo stream remained the same all year round. Data on the water level observed in Woedo stream and Gangjung stream in every single minutes was applied to weir formula(equation of Oki and Govinda Rao) to calculate baseflow discharge. Also, using the data on current and water level calculated in Ongpo stream and Yeonwoe stream, water level-water flow rating was applied to assess baseflow discharge.

      • 水營灣의 船深에 出現하는 植物플랑크톤相

        This study was accomplished in Suyong Bay from September 1996 to August 1997. In this investigation, the taxa of phytoplankton identified was totally 116 kinds, 5 divisions 23 families, 44 genera. Of them, Bacilliariophyceae was classified 84 kinds, 13 families, 29 genera (71%) ,Dinophyceae was 25 kinds 6 families, 10 genera (22%) and Chrysophyceae, was 4 kinds 1 family, 2 genera (4%) . On the other hand, Choorlphyceae, Cyanophyceae, Euglenophyceae were classified 1 kind, 1 family, 1 genus(1%). Monthly number of species appeared 32 species in the lowest at Febrary and 82 species in the highest at June. And stationary number of species appeared from 17 species(Feb) to 59 species (Jun) in station 1, from 16 species (FEB) to 51 species(Jun) in station 2, from 19 species(Feb.) to 59 species(Jun) in station 3, from 18 species to 60 species(Aug.) in station 4. Frequently occurred species were 14 species including Chaetoceros affinis. And red-tide causative organisms were 37 species including Skeletonema costatum. Also, added now species in this study area were 28 species including Achnanthes longipes.

      • 소나무와 노루발풀의 공간적 상관관계에 관한 검토

        The spatial distribution of allelic frequencies was studied in the natural population of two species(Pyrola japonica and Pinus densiflora) and the spatial distribution of ecological traits by randomization was studied in the Korean population of forest. Both species show significant positive spatial autocorrelation as measured by Moran's I. In P. densiflora, the genetic similarity was showed individuals within up a scale of 18m distance and this is partly due to combination of pollen dispersal and long distance seed dispersal by wind or men. In P. japonica, population structure in the distribution of allelic frequencies is related to mating systems(outcrossing rates and vegetative spread) and is consist of a scale of 8m intervals. The results also indicate that positive associations between P. densiflora and P. japonica can occur when both select the same habitat or have the same environmental requirements.

      • 운전효율향상을 위한 VVCF-유도전동기 구동시스템의 속도제어

        본 논문은 가변전압일정주파수-유도전동기 구동시스템의 효율개선방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 제어기를 사용하면 유도전동기를 부하조건에 무관하게 정격속도에서 운전할 수 있으며 최대효율상태의 운전이 가능하다. 전동기의 속도제어는 역기전력 추정을 통하여 간접적으로 제어되므로 기계적인 속도센서의 부착이 필요없다. 역기전력은 입력전력의 기본파성분과 본문에서 유도된 수식의 적용으로 추정되었다. 제어 알고리즘은 16bit 마이크로컨트롤러 시스템을 구성하여 수행되었으며 유도전동기의 입력전압은 사이리스터 교류전압제어기를 이용하여 제어하였다. 시뮬레이션과 실험결과로 제안된 제어방식이 경부하조건에서 유도전동기의 입력전력을 현저히 감소시킴을 보였다. This paper proposes an efficiency improvement method of VVCF-induction motor drive system. With the proposed control the motor runs at the rated speed where the motor shows its rnaximurn efficiency, regardless of load condition The motor speed is controlled indirectly with the counter emf estimation which eliminates the rnechanical speed sensor. The counter emf is estimated by detecting the fundamental component of input current and applying the formula derived in this paper. The control algorithm is realized with a 16 bit microcontroller system that controls the input voltage of an induction motor through a thyrister ac voltage controller. Simulation and experimental results confirm that the proposed control significantly reduces the input power of an induction motor drive under lightly loaded condition.

      • 黃江의 水質과 植物플랑크톤群集에 관한 硏究

        A Study on water quality and phytoplakton community was carried out from April, 1992 to March, 1993 in Hwang-Kang. The results obtained on this study are as follows. The value of environmental factors about water quality such as water temperature, pH, precipitation, DO, BOD, NH??₄-N, NO??₂-N, NO??₃-N and PO??₄-P were ranged 1.8-30℃, 6.7-8.4, 3.0-183.6mm, 8.4-14.8 mg/l, 0.7-3.0mg/l, 0.01-0.09 mg/l, 0.10-3.80 mg/; and 0.01-0.19 mg/l respectively. The phytoplankton are identified as 235 taxa including 78 genera, 202 species, 29 varieties and 4 forms. In these study areas the common species occurred frequently were Cyclotella meneghiniana, Fragilaria crotonensis, Melosira varians and Synedra ulna. The causative species of red ride were identified as Microcystis aeruginosa, Trachellomonas hispida, Ceratium hirundinella, Peridinium cinctum, Melosira italica and Staurastrum dorsidentiferum var. ornatum in the areas. The lowest standing crops(20.1 cells/ml) were recorded on January, 1993 and the highest(1,993 cells/ml) were recorded on May, 1992. According to the seasonal succession, dominant species were Fragillaria crotonensis in Spring, Actinastrum hantzschii var. elongatum, Peridinium bipes, Scenedesmus ellipsoidus for. flagellispinosus in Summer, Ceratium hirundinella, Melosira granulata var. angustissima in Autumn and Fragillaria crotonensis in Winter. Saprobic index showed that all stations were β-mesosaprobic.
