<P>Some of the important issues of block copolymer (BCP) as an application to the potential low cost next generation lithography are thermal stability and deformation during pattern transfer process in addition to defect density, line edge/width roughness, etc. In this study, sulfur containing plasma treatment was used to modify the BCP and the effects of the plasma on the properties of plasma treated BCP were investigated. The polystyrene hole pattern obtained from polystyrene polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PS-b-PMMA) was initially degraded when the polystyrene hole was annealed at 190 degrees C for 15 min. However, when the hole pattern was treated using sulfur containing plasmas using H2S or SF6 up to 2 min, possibly due to the sulfurization of the polystyrene hole surface, no change in the hole pattern was observed after the annealing even though there is a slight change in hole shapes during the plasma treatment. The optimized plasma treated polystyrene pattern showed the superior characteristics as the mask layer by showing better thermal stability, higher chemical inertness, and higher etch selectivity during plasma etching.</P>
900MHz대 수동형 RFID 휴대 리더스 소형 원편파 안테나

본 논문에서는 휴대용 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)리더안테나로 중심주파수 911MHz인 소형 원편파 마이크로스트립안테나를 설계 제작하였다. 안테나는 대칭모서리가 절단된 정사각형 형태를 채택하였으며 유전체기판은 유전율 4.4, 손실탄젠트 0.02인 FR4기판을 사용하였다. 설계에는 상용 시뮬레이션 도구인 ANSOFT 사의 DESIGNER V2 와 HFSS를 사용하였다. 제작된 안테나는 두께가 8mm, 크기가 130mm × 130mm로 소형이면서, -10dB 대역폭이 870MHz ~ 950MHz, 이득 4.4dB 그리고 축비가 3.42 dB로 비교적 우수한 특성을 가짐을 측정을 통해 확인하였다. In this paper, small size circularly polarized microstrip patch antenna for portable RFID reader antenna with a center frequency 911MHz is designed and fabricated. The antenna is of a corner truncated type and is fabricated with FR4 dielectric board of dielectric constant 4.4 and loss tangent 0.02. The DESIGNER V2 and HFSS simulation tools of ANSOFT corporation are used in the antenna design. The fabricated antenna is 8mm thick and as small as 130mm by 130mm in size. It's -10dB bandwidth, gain and axial ratio are shown to be 870MHz ~ 950MHz, 4.4dB and 3.42dB, respectively, by measurements.

A study on the application of ultrasonic vibration for the turbulence enhancement in a horizontal flow field was carried out by laying emphasis of the Reynolds numberand the ultrasonic incidence angle on the laminar flow field. A large water tank was made of the transparent acrylic plates and city water of 25℃ was used as working fluid. Angles of the ultrasonic oscillator such as 30°, 45° , 60° , 90° , 120° , 135° and 150° were selected and experiments for the above were made. Data, such as time mean velocity vector and time mean turbulent intensity which was obtained by PIV measurement, were examined, compared and discussed at Reynolds No. 2,000 and 4,000 to know the degree of turbulence enhancement in each case.

Among soft ground treatment methods with granular soil used in domestic, the sand compaction pile method has been utilized greatly, but, as a result of exhaustion of sand and increase of unit cost, a necessity of an alternative method is suggested. In this study, the static load tests for crushed-stone compaction piles which were constructed on test field were performed. Based on test results, stress concentration ratios between the crushed-stone compaction pile and the soft ground were investigated and estimated. At laoding pressure, settlement showed the decreasing tendency as replacement rate increases. At replacement rate of 20%, yield pressure was smaller but, at replacement rate of 30% and 40%, settlement and yield pressure were similar. The stress concentration ratio was the range of 1.7 to 3.0 and it was higher as replacement rate was increased more.

Acute myocardial infarction(AMI) due to coronary embolism can occur in patients with normal coronary artery. Coronary embolism is believed to be a cause of acute myocardial infarction when emergent coronary angiography shows perfectly normal coronary trees, except for the finding of coronary artery occlusion. In this report, we describe four patients with AMI due to coronary embolism who were successfully treated using a thrombus aspiration device and anticoagulation, and those patients had intracardial thrombus arising from the left atrium due to chronic atrial fibrillation and valvular heart disease. Patients with chronic or paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can present with AMI due to coronary embolism, and thrombus aspiration with percutaneous aspiration device is a feasible treatment option for these patients along with anticoagulation the rapy.

Most of pile foundations are a condition of fixed head on pile, but lateral loading test of pile have performed to free head on generally This study performed field lateral loading test accompanying lateral displacement by depth of pile for two cases(fixed head and free head) and analyzed lateral behavior of large drilled shaft. Further more compared theoretical equation with result of lateral loading test.
等電點 電氣泳動에 의한 배추와 양배추 育成系統에서의 自家不和合性 關聯 glycoproteins의 比較分析

等電點 電氣泳動을 이용하여 배추의 몇 개의 5-allele 造成과 그들의 F₁에서 自家不和合性의 발현과 관련된 glycoprotein의 band 樣相을 비교 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 배추의 內婚系와 이들 간의 에서 柱頭內 glycoprotein의 band pattern을 分析한 결과 兩親의 band pattern이 F₁으로 그대로 遺傳되므로 써 명확한 同定 및 區分이 가능하였다. 2. 공시된 배추의 계통 중에서 8개의 等電點을 발견하였는데 대부분의 系統에서 pl 7.0 또는 8.6에서 major band를 보이고 있었다. 따라서 major band만으로는 S-allele genotype의 명확한 동정이 불가능한 경우도 상당히 있었다. 3. 상기 bands (pI 6.8 and 7.7)에서의 glycoprotein의 分子量은 pI 7.0에서 49,000-50,000이었고 pI 8.6에서 59,000으로 推定되었다. 4. 양배추는 배추에 비해서 glycoprotein의 major bands와 minor bands수가 많고 매우 다양하게 나타나므로써 S-allele 동정이 배추보다 매우 용이할 것임을 보여 주었다. Band patterns of glycoproteins associated with the expression of self-incompatibility were examined in the stigmatic extracts of self-incompatible Chinese cabbage inbred lines and the hybrids. Clear relationship in the band pattern could be confirmed in the parents and their hybrid, indicating the inheritance of S-alleles to the progeny. Total of 8 isoelectric points were indentified in the inbreds, with the major bands at pI 7.0 and 8.6. Thereforne, in some genotypes, identification of cultivars or S-allele genotypes were impossible with the major bands only. The molecular weights of the glycoproteins were estimated to be 49,000-50,000 for pI 7.0 and 59,000 for pI 8.6 bands. The stigmatic extracts from cabbages showed numerous major and minor bands so that identification of S-allele genotype will be much easier as compared to chinese cabbage.

Comparisons of callus formation ratios from seed explants, callus sizes, regeneration ratios from callus and regeneration efficiency for 4 orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.) varieties (Three were developed in Korea and one was imported from foreign nation) are as follows; Jangbeol 102 (67.0%) has the highest callus formation ratio in 4 weeks incubated callus after bedding the seed explants, but Potomac (68.4%) has the highest ratio in 6-seek callus. Potomac (3.93cm) has the highest callus size in 4-week callus, but Jangbeol 101 (4.32cm) has the highest size in 6-week callus. Jangbeol 101 (17.7%) has the highest plant regeneration ratio in 4-week callus, but Potomac (37.4%) has the highest raion in 6-week callus. Jangbeol 102 (11.5%) has the highest plant regeneration efficiency in 4-week callus, but Potomac (25.6%) has the highest efficiency in 6-week callus.
