The thesis has proved the satisfaction of international tourists affected by the destination image and tourism experience when coming to Danang. The new point of the essay is to bring both destination image and tourism experience into the same paradigm to assess the effect of both factors on visitor satisfaction. Besides, The research finds that the factors of the destination image include: Emotional experiences, Educational experiences, Social experiences. And the elements of the travel experience to include: Environment and society, Infrastructure, Service and price, Tourism resources, Tourist atmosphere. Based on the above research results, the thesis proposes a number of solutions for the concerned parties to develop Da Nang tourism such as investing in the construction of key infrastructure for tourism, Da Nang tourism products (improving old products and developing new products). In addition, Danang tourism managers can organize tourist activities to enhance the visitors’ experience.

α-calcium sulfate hemihydrate (α-HH) was synthesized by salt solution methods to prepare a promising biomaterial for bone tissue repair and regeneration. The successful synthesis of α-HH was evaluated by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) scanning. The sterility of α-HH before and after irradiation with gamma ray was firstly confirmed by Colonies Forming Units (CFU) counting assay, to target the surgical grade application. In vitro tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay, crystal violet (CV) and acridine orange (AO) staining was performed to assess the initial cytotoxicity and cell attachment ability of α-HH. Further in vivo implantation into rabbit distal femoral condyles defect exhibited the ability of salt solution-synthesized α-HH to promote the localization of osteocytes and osteoblasts, which improve the bone tissue repair and regeneration. The findings suggested that α-calcium sulfate hemihydrate synthesized by salt solution method is a potential material that can be used as bone substitutes.

In the past four decades, corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues have grown substantially due to the increasing demand for transparency and growing expectations that corporations should manage and improve their social, environmental, and economic performance. As a result, most organizations, companies, and governments provide CSR reports, while a large number of companies are still engaged in defining and integrating CSR into several aspects of their business. CSR is an obligation to society (Lee, 2020). The linkage between CSR and consumer-company identification (CCI) is important under company stakeholders. Consumers who care about those issues often change their shopping habits to bring greater value to the community. They will avoid buying environmentally or socially harmful products, and actively seek the products and services of the companies that carry out social responsibility. Companies conducting CSR activities such as charity works or environmental activities will be easy to associate as a responsible organization for always meeting the necessity of society. Therefore, companies must consider CSR a long-term strategy. The strategic approach to CSR plays an increasingly significant part in the business competitiveness - which helps create companies’ values while gains trust and respect from the consumers, partners in particular, and the social community in general. This study is conducted to show evidence from project-based organizations about the CSR factors that influence consumer loyalty and the impact level of those factors on customer loyalty.
Lost Motion Analysis of One Stage Cycloid Reducer Considering Tolerances

Cycloid reducers have a high reduction ratio, high efficiency, high stiffness and are a compact size, compared to conventional reducer mechanisms, so that they are attractive candidates for limited space and precision applications such as industrial robots and cars. However, the integrated performance of torsional stiffness and backlash or lost motion has not been studied yet. This paper investigates the lost motion of a cycloid reducer combining FE and kinematic analyses. First, we introduce the cycloid reducer and its hysteresis curve. Next, a kinematic analysis of the cycloid reducer is performed considering tolerance. Then, an iterative FE analysis of the lost motion of the cycloid reducer is performed combining the results of the kinematic analysis. We conclude that the lost motion of the cycloid reducer depends on not only its torsional stiffness but also its tolerance.

Botryococcus braunii has an outstanding ability to produce lipid; however, it is a slow-growing green microalgae. Statistical optimization of growth media was performed to faster growth and to increase lipid concentration. The effect of media composition on the growth of B. braunii LB572 was examined using fractional factorial design and central composite design. The media components examined include sodium carbonate, potassium phosphate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, ferric citrate, and sodium nitrate. The results indicated that potassium phosphate and magnesium sulfate were major impact factors. The optimum concentrations of potassium phosphate and magnesium sulphate were found to be 0.058 and 0.09 g/L, respectively, for growth and 0.083 and 0.1 g/L, respectively, for lipid production. These values were validated using bubble column photobioreactors. Lipid productivity increased to 0.19 g/L/day in lipid-optimized media, with an average biomass productivity of 0.296 g/L/day and 64.96% w/w. In growth-optimized media, lipid productivity was 0.18 g/L/day, with an average biomass productivity of 0.304 g/L/day and 59.56% w/w.

Chatbots are new technology platforms based on artificial intelligence (AI) to support and serve customers by simulating human communication via voice commands, text chats, or both. The new AI technology is adopted to support tourists at tourism destinations. Although the usage of chatbots is becoming a trend in the travel industry, few studies clarified why travelers are satisfied with chatbots and intend to reuse this AI platform for their next trips. This study develops a modified framework by integrating the artificially intelligent device use acceptance model (AIDUA), the information system success model (IS success), and the technology acceptance model (TAM) to explain why tourists are willing to use chatbots for vacation. The study's purpose is to help policymakers and tourism agents use AI systems more effectively in satisfying visitors. This study utilized the PLS-SEM method to test the framework by analyzing the data of 504 interviewees. Results suggest that information quality (IQ), system quality (SQ), hedonic motivation (HED), and social influence (SI) are determinants of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU). In addition, the study also confirmed that the AI system's PU and PEU significantly affect tourist satisfaction. PU and satisfaction are crucial antecedents of users' reuse intention toward chatbots, and the effect of satisfaction is the strongest.
