The intention of this study is I have right understand and inherit and advance the traditional wedding as I am research make up and hail styles in the traditional wedding. Research way of mine is the books of the traditional wedding and the preceding thesis. The first, our traditional wedding is a man goes to a woman`s house and they have a wedding ceremony and then begin a new marriage life in woman`s home. These kinds of our traditional wedding is mixed with Chines traditional wedding of confucianism and formed six ceremony which is Hon-dam, Nap-chae, Nap-gi, Nap-pae, Yae-sik and Oo-gui. The second, the formal dress of groom is Sa-mo, Dan-ryoung, Poom-dae and Hwa. the formal dress of bride is Hwal-ot or Won-sam tied with Dae-dae. A hair ornaments Jok-doo-lee or Hwa-gwan with an ornam400al hairpin(Bee-nyou), Youp-daeng-gee, Do-too-lak-daeng-gee and No-ri-gae. Bride`s shoes is Oon-hyae and Dang-hyae. The third, bride make up her face with a little more bright color, arch type eyebrows, red or a rouge on her cheek(Youn-jee), brow(Gon-jee) and lips. The nature and light make up color have to match with a korean traditional dress. It is better good give points to lips only. Otherwise, bride makeup in western wedding generally uses pearl feeling shadow eyes makeup on a shining skin and characters eyes with emphasis eye line. Lips use light pink lip gloss. The fourth, Hair is each half part in her ones and combs her hair back with a dense comb(Cham-bit) and braid and ties of her hair on back and low position of her neck. Then band fold up a braid imitate hair(Dal-bee) and tucks up the hair with red Daeng-gee(pigtail ribbon) and fixes it with an ornamental hairpin.

Objective: Recently scolopendrid aquacupuncture has been a good effect on pain control but it has not been known about clinical safety. So, In order to prove the clinical safety of scolopendrid aquacupuncture, We have observed the physical reac-tion and clinical pathology test after scolopendrid aquacupuncture treatment. Methods: We analyzed physical reaction and clinical pathology test before and after Scolopendrid aquacupuncture treatment of 30 patients suffering from pain, who admitted department of Acupunture and Moxibustion, College of Oriental Medicine, Won-Kwang University Kwangju hospital. Results & Conclusions: The results were summarized as follows. 1) The distribution of sex was 14 males and 16 females, and the average of patients age was 46.2 years. 2) The distribution of symptom was lumbago, lumbago with radiating pain, nuchal pain and knee joint pain. 3) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture, hematologic test did not show remarkable change. 4) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture, Liver function test(AST, ALT, ALP) showed a slight decrease on the contrary, and abnormal rate showed a decrease of 1.0%(from 3.3% to 2.3%) compared with previous study. 5) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture, Renal function test(BUN, Cr) and abnormal rate(from 2.5% to 2.0%) showed a slight decrease on the contrary. 6) In the 30 patients treated with Scolopendrid aquacupuncture. Electrolyte were normal range before & after treatment. 7) In the results of the Urine analysis of 30 patients, Leukocyte, Protein. Glucose, Keton, Bilirubin, U-bilinogen were not detected before and after Scolopendrid aquacupuncture treatment, and the rest almost made no difference. 8) In the Physical reactions, all of the patients complained of pain of body partially, only one patient showed reddish and itch, but symptoms like those were entirely disappeared within 24 hours and whole body pain, swelling, headache, dizziness, fatigue and nausea was not observed.
Evidence of <i>Toxoplasma gondii</i> Exposure among Horses in Korea

<P>The present study investigated the seroprevalence of <I>Toxoplasma gondii </I>(<I>T. gondii</I>) antibodies by ELISA in horses reared in Korea. Serum samples were collected from 2009 through 2013 from 816 horses reared in Korea. Analysis was performed using a commercial toxoplasmosis ELISA kit to detect anti-<I>T. gondii</I> antibodies. Overall, 24 out of 816 horses (2.9%) were seropositive for <I>T. gondii</I>. The result was analyzed by age, gender, breed and region. Significant differences were observed according to breed and region (<I>P</I><0.05). This is the first nationwide serological investigation of <I>T. gondii</I> in horses reared in Korea. The study results reveal that <I>T. gondii</I> occurs nationwide in Korean horses.</P>
Overwintering Mosquito Population of Culex pipiens molestus in the Underground Structures in Pusan

1992년 2월 부산시내 소재의 은행, 호텔, 극장, 병원 등지의 지하층 및 지하상가, 그리고 지하철 등지의 30군데에서 월동하는 모기의 개체군 및 발생 동태에 관한 상황을 조사한 바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 조사채집된 월동모기는 지하집모기인 Culex pipiens molestus 한 종만이 발견되었고, 총 채집수는 성충 89개체, 유충 29개체 그리고 번데기 1개체였다. 2. 지하구조물 중 가장 많은 수의 모기가 발견, 채집된 곳은 한 은행 건물의 지하 보일러실로 성충 16개체와 유충 22개체로 실내온도는 2$0^{\circ}C$, 상대습도는 53%였으며, 한 종합병원 건물의 지하 보일러실에서는 성충 37개체가 채집되었고 실내온도는 14$^{\circ}C$, 상대습도는 55%였다. 3. 채집된 지하집모기는 흡혈 활동한 성충과 유충의 발견으로 동면상태가 아닌 활동상태임이 관찰되었다. 4. 채집된 Cx. pipiens molestus의 형태학적 특징과 무흡혈 산란수를 Cx. pipiens pallens의 그것들과 비교하였으며 다음은 그 결과이다(수치는 평균$\pm$S.D.). 1) 숫컷 genitalia의 dorsal arms/ventral arms의 크기 비율은 molestus와 pallens에서 각각 1.18$\pm$0.12 ($\mu$)와 0.95$\pm$0.06 ($\mu$)였고, SB치는 각각 3.32$\pm$0.68 ($\mu$)과 7.69$\pm$2.15 ($\mu$)였다. 2) molestus의 좌측 복안의 중앙열의 평균 개안수는 65.0$\pm$4.5개로 pallens의 평균 개안수인 85.1$\pm$3.6개 보다 훨씬 적었다. 3) molestus는 autogeny종으로, 채집 모기의 무흡혈 최초 산란한 평균 난수는 60.5$\pm$10.3개였으며 F10 세대에서도 57.7$\pm$11.0개의 무흡혈 산란을 보였다. The overwintering mosquitoes were collected for the study on their population dynamics in the 30 sites of 6 different underground structures in Pusan. The study sites were including banks, hotels, theaters, hospitals, shopping centers and subways. The results obtained were as follows. 1. One hundred and nineteen Culex pipiens molestus were collected and they were 89 adults, 29 larvae and 1 pupa. 2. As comparatively higher populations of the samples, 16 females and 22 larvae were caught from the boiler room (2$0^{\circ}C$ in temperatures and 53% in R.H.) in a bank, and 37 females were also collected from the boiler room (14$^{\circ}C$ in temperatures and 55% in R.H.) in a general hospital. 3. The overwintering molestus appeared to be not diapause state but active state by the collections of larvae and a blood-fed female. 4. In regard to physiological characters, molestus was to be discriminated from pallens by the D/V ratio and the S.B. value of male genitalia, and the number of ommatidia. All of them were much smaller or lesser in molestus than those of pallens. 5. The female of molestus without blood meal laid on the average of 61.5 eggs per first batch for 10 generations.

<P>Rotator cuff tear is a muscle-tendinous injury representative of various musculoskeletal disorders. In general, rotator cuff tear occurs in the tendon, but it causes unloading of the muscle resulting in muscle degeneration including fatty infiltration. These muscle degenerations lead to muscle weakness, pain, and loss of shoulder function and are well known as important factors for poor functional outcome after rotator cuff repair. Given that rotator cuff tear in various animal species results in similar pathological changes seen in humans, the animal model can be considered a good approach to understand the many aspects of the molecular changes in injured muscle. To comprehensively analyze changes in gene expression with time following a rotator cuff tear, we established a rotator cuff tear in mouse supraspinatus tendon of shoulder. At weeks 1 and 4 after the tear, the injured muscles were harvested for RNA isolation, and microarray analysis was performed. Expression patterns of genes belonging to 10 muscle physiology-related categories, including aging, apoptosis, atrophy, and fatty acid transport, were analyzed and further validated using real-time PCR. A total of 39,429 genes were analyzed, and significant changes in expression were observed for 12,178 genes at 1 week and 2,370 genes at 4 weeks after the tear. From the list of top 10 significantly up- and downregulated genes at the 2 time periods and the network evaluation of relevant genes according to the 10 categories, several important genes in each category were observed. In this study, we found that various genes are significantly altered after rotator cuff tear, and these genes may play key roles in controlling muscle degeneration after a rotator cuff tear.</P>
