Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherapy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. In this study, Mitomycin C (MMC)-activated charcoal (CH)-alginate (ALG) beads were prepared by the mixtures of CH particles adsorbed with MMC as an anti-cancer drug and aqueous alginate solution. The alginate is recognized as biodegradable, nontoxic, and biocompatible. The release of MMC from the beads in 0.1 M Tris buffer was stable and continuous until about 1 week. The MMC-CH-ALG beads can be applied in the peritoneal cavity for intraperitoneal chemotherapy since they provide a good adhesiveness on the tissue and controlled release pattern of the drugs.

본 연구는 미래 통일한국의 글로벌 경제영토와 문화영토를 확보하기 위한 전략에 집중하면서 세계화 시대에 직면한 국가가 보여주는 변모에 주목했다. 본 연구에서는 특히 통일한국의 미래에 대한 고민을 영토확보라는 측면에서 접근하여 과거 영토의 개념들이 변모할 수 있는지, 또는 어떠한 한계를 보여주는지 고찰하여 새로운 패러다임의 영토 개념을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 글로벌 경제영토와 문화영토에 초점을 맞추어 살펴보았다. 독도, 동해, 야스쿠니 신사, 일본군 위안부 등으로 한국인과 중국인의 반일 감정은 최고조로 치닫고 일본인들도 한국과 중국을 증오하고 있다. 이런 격변의 시기에 통일한국이 나아가야 할 길은 동북아시아 평화공동체 구축을 통해 과거 고구려가 추진했던 해륙국가의 영향력을 발휘해야 한다. 새로운 패권 국가로 부상하는 중국과 여기에 팽팽히 맞서는 일본, 그 사이에서 독자적인 존재감을 놓고 고민하는 통일한국은 더 이상 다투어서는 안된다. 이제 대화의 장 에 나와서 한걸음씩 전진하는 자세를 견지해야 한다. 논란이 끊이지 않는 한국·중국·일본의 역사와 영토 분쟁은 현재진행형이라는 점에서 우려할만한 하지만 고민하지 말고 대화의 장에서 만나야 한다. 세계 인구와 경제의 약 20%, 아시아의 약 70%를 차지하는 동북아 3국이 서로 적으로 생각하고 경쟁과 갈등으로 싸운다면 아시아와 세계의 미래, 그리고 통일한국은 암울할 것이라는 사실을 반드시 명심해야 한다.

This is an empirical study on the user's satisfaction to cyber travel agencies. The digital trend has pur our travel market into a transition period. The number of internet sites related with domestic travel have been growing day by day. But they don't provide the consumers with enough information of the products they offer. They are nothing better than a home page introducing themselves. This study is designed to establish the theoretical backgrounds of the cyber travel agencies and their present situations inn Korea through satisfaction analysis in order to find out solutions to the problems they face, eventually developing the models for the internet business. This study analyses recent cyber travel market all of the world and suggests strategies for cyber travel agencies. Main suggestions to be successful cyber travel agencies are as follows; Cyber travel agencies have to (1) respond to changing environment on internet industry and user's needs; (2) develop new travel products and websites to appeal special interset segments; (3) cooperate with business partner to elevate competitiveness in cyber travel market.

This is an empirical study on the ways of improving the CRS of an Airline Industry. This study has analyzed the historical side of business environment of CRS in Korea. It attempted to use questionaire and interview, especially in the area of management structure and user's decisions. The result of study suggests the reform measure for improving user's benefit, reinforcement of marketing ability, back-up service, and efficiency of technological operation. In conclusion, this study presents Korea's future progression ability of CRS. New strategies and specific airline products due to the diversity in the tourism characteristics.

900 MHz 대역 CMOS 가변이득 증폭기 설계

A vairable gain amplifier(VGA) has been designed for 900 MHz-band applications. The VGA consist of three blocks; a control voltage feeding block, variable gain block, and constant gain block. The VGA has been simulated using the TSMC CMOS libraries. At 900 MHz, the maximum gain is 34.6 dB with an 1 - dB gain compression output power of 3 dBm. The gain control range is 30 dB from 3.8 dB to 34.6 dB by the control voltage from 0.9 to 3.0 V. The gain control sensitivity of the VGA is 70 mV/dB, which is larger than a thermal voltage (26 mV/dB at the room temperature) in order to be insensitive to temperature variation.

만성정신병환자의 재활치료를 위한 주간보호 모델

목 적 : 본 연구는 전문병원 위탁형 정신보건센터에서 실시한 주간보호의 전체적인 체계, 운영, 프로그램에 관한 모델을 소개하고, 이 모델을 주간보호에서 시행한 후 그 결과와 시행과정에서 나타난 특징을 분석하여, 우리 실정에 맞는 주간보호 모델을 발전시켜 만성정신병환자의 생활유지와 재활을 촉진시키기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 방 법 : 본 주간보호 모델(이하 본 모델이라 함)을 1997년 3월부터 1998년 2월까지 의왕시 정신보건센터에서 총 23명의 환자를 대상으로 실시하였다. PANSS, Quality of Life, 삶의 만족 척도를 주간보호 전과 주간보호 실시 3개월 이후에 조사하였다. 프로그램 유익성 척도, 13가지 치료요인 척도를 주간보호 1개월째와 주간보호 실시 3개월 이후에 조사하였다. 결 과 : 1) 본 모델은 만성정신병환자의 증상을 감소시키고 삶의 질을 향상시켜, 환자의 생활유지 및 재활에 도움을 주었다. 2) 본 모델은 다양한 형태의 집단치료들을 사용하여 만성정신병환자에게 유익을 주었으며, 특히 예술치료와 활동치료가 환자의 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 기능회복을 위해 중요한 역할을 하였다. 3) 본 모델에 작용하는 치료요인의 특징을 보면 주간보호 초기와 후기에 모두 중시된 치료요인은 치료자와의 동일시, 치료자의 조언, 일차가족집단의 교정적 감정경험이었다. 주간보호 초기에 중시된 치료요인은 집단응집력, 이타심이었으며, 주간보호 후기에는 희망의 고취가 중시되었다. 4) 본 모델은 여러 분야의 치료자들과 다양한 치료방법들을 전체적으로 통합하여 사용하는데 유용하였다. 결 론 : 본 모델은 만성정신병환자의 생활유지와 재활을 위해 우리 나라에서 효과적이면서 효율적으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to present general system, operation, and program of a day care model managed by a psychiatrist, to evaluate the results of performing this model, and thus to develop a day care model applied to Korean situation appropriately for promoting maintenance and rehabilitation of chronic psychotic patients. Methods : We performed this day care model(hereinafter called as this model) from March 1997 to February 1998. The subjects were composed of 23 psychotic patients. PANSS, Quality of Life Scale, Life Satisfaction Self-Rating Scale were used before beginning this model and after three months of performing this model. Program Helpfulness Scale, 13 Therapeutic Factors Scale were used at one months of day care and after three months of day care. Results : 1) This model helped maintenance and rehabilitation of chronic psychotic patients through reducing their symptoms and increasing quality of life. 2) This model used the various group therapy, especially creative art therapy and activity therapy, played an important role for recovering physical, psychological, and social functions. 3) Important therapeutic factors at early and late period of this model were identification with therapists, guidance of therapists, and the corrective recapitulation of the primary family group. Important therapeutic factors at early period were group cohesiveness and altruism, and at late period instillation of hope. 4) This model was useful for integrating the multidisciplinary therapeutic team and the various therapeutic methods. Conclusion : This model would be applied to day care in this country effectively and efficiently for maintenance and rehabilitation of chronic psychotic patients.
