A bioequivalence of Etodol™ tablets (Yuhan corporation) and Kuhnillodine™ tablets (Kuhnil Pharm, Co., Ltd.) was evaluated according to the guideline of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Single 200 ㎎ dose of etodolac of each medicine was administered orally to 24 healthy male volunteers. This study was performed in a 2×2 cross-over design. Concentrations of etodolac in human plasma were monitored by a high-performance liquid chromatography. AUCt (the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 24 hr) was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. C_(max) (maximum plasma drug concentration) and T_(max) (time to reach C_(max)) were compiled from the plasma concentration-time data. Analysis of variance was performed using logarithmically transformed AUCt and C_(max). No significant sequence effect was found for all of the bioavailability parameters. The 90% confidence intervals of the AUCt ratio and the C_(max) ratio for Etodol™/Kuhnillodine™ were 1.01 - 1.10 and 0.87 - 1.06, respectively. This study demonstrated a bioequivalence of Etodol™ and Kuhnillodine™ with respect to the rate and extent of absorption.

노인환자에서 전신마취 후 발견된 뇌경색

Perioperative cerebral infarction is rare but may be fatal. This is a case report of acute cerebral infarction following general anesthesia in geriatric patient. A 72 year old female patient was admitted for transabdominal hysterectomy and bilateral saipingooophorectomy and pelvic lymphnode dissection. Preanesthetic assessment revealed a history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus. After surgery, she was alert but she gradually appeared to have right hemiparesis and confusion. Emergency CT brain scan showed early cerebral infarction in the middle cerebral artery territory. She was transferred to the depart ment of neurology and received treatment. She was discharged at 19 days after surgery with improved symptoms.

네트워크 및 TCP 분석을 통한 TCP 공정성의 향상

TCP Vegas는 TCP Reno에 비해 안정적이고 이로 인해 네트워크 자원을 보다 효율적으로 이용할 수 있다. 그러나 두 버전이 같이 사용되는 경우 TCP Reno에 비해 TCP Vegas는 일정하나 낮은 수준의 전송율을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 TCP Reno와 Vegas의 공정성에 영향을 미치는 요소인 TCP Vegas의 알고리즘에서 사용하는 상수 요소인 α·β, TCP의 MSS, 라우터의 버퍼 크기에 의해 TCP Reno와 TCP Vagas의 공정성이 변화하는 모습을 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였으며, 이에 따른 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다. TCP Vegas are much more stable than those of TCP Reno, resulting in a much more efficient utilization of the network resource. But difference in performance in due to the fact that Teno vibrates in the high throughput level and Vegas almost stabilizes in the low level when those TCP versions are used in same network. We find out by simulation about α·β which is constant factor of TCP Vegas, MSS of TCP and router buffer size change the fairness of TCP Reno and TCP Vegas. So we proposed more studying about these factor which changes fairness of TCP Reno and TCP Vegas.

교도와 감호중인 범법자간의 도덕발달에 관한 비교 연구

The authors attempted to evaluate the degree and nature of moral development of criminals in jail reformatory Subjects were 56 criminals in Jail and 42 criminals in Reformatory by the Korean court. As an instrument measuring for moral development level, Kohlberg's Moral Judgment Scale Form "A" was used. The results were as follows ; 1) The level of moral development did not differ significantly between Jail Group and Reformatory Group. 2) Moral development of Reformatory Group are significantly related to the age of the first crime(p >.05). So the Reformatory Group seem to be gradually deteriorated in the level of morality by the early onset of psychotic symptoms. 3) Two Groups, did not differ in the level of moral development according to the variables of education, criminal content and the number of criminal acts. 4) It was suggested that the moral development of the Reformatory Group coule be the result of regression due to mental symptom and that of the Jail Group is due to developmental arrest at the lower level.

초고속 광대역 파장 가변 광섬유 링 레이저 구현

In this paper, we demonstrate a tunable wavelength erbium-doped fiber ring laser. It's tuning interval can be controlled as fine as hundreds of picosecond by using a tunable filter of Fiber Reflection Mach-Zehnder Interferometer with gain-transparent SOA within one arm. And a wavelength tuning range over 17㎚ can be achieved by adjusting the power of 1310㎚ pump light into SOA. Narrow linewidth less than 0.08㎚ and SMSR of more than 30dB is obtained with single-mode operation.

반송용 선형 유도 전동기의 급속 제동특성에 관한 연구

The SLIM used in the conveyance system has been generally developed the controller based on the slip frequency control and the VVVF method to obtain the quirk response for the position control signal. This paper deals with the trust control of the SLIM by vector control with Bang-Bang condition. Also, the control system is composed of the Pl controller for soft start of the SLIM and the q-axis current controller for correction in phase with Space Vector for reducing the harmonic pulsation in low speed. The processing for vector control and robust dynamic breaking control is carried out by MC80196KC micro processor and IGBT module. The proposed scheme is verified through the computer simulation and experiments for the 10KW SLIM.

우리나라 야생조류의 체내 납(Pb)과 카드뮴(Cd) 축척

This study presents concentrations of lead and cadmium in liver and kidney in Korean wild birds during 2000-2002. Lead concentrations in livers were Kharadriiformes < Anserifoimes < Kiconiiformes < Falconiformes < Passeriformes < Columbiformes. Their lead concentrations in livers and kidneys was within background level and exposed level. Cadmium concentrations in kidneys were Kharadriiformes < Ciconiiformes < Anseriformes < Falconiformes < Passeriformes < Columbifoimes. Kidney cadmium concentrations in Korean wild birds were within the range of background level, but one Cattle Egret Bibulous ibis and 7 Ancient Murrelet Synthliboramphus antiques was toxic level.

판별분석법을 이용한 관상동맥질환 고위험군의 예측

The objective of this study is to predict the high risk group of coronary artery disease from body mass index, blood pressure, fasting blood sugar and serum lipids level using the method of discriminant analysis. Variables with significant difference between coronary artery disease group and normal group were HDS-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, LDL-C, and TG. But the acuity did not exceed 70% in any single variable. As the results of discriminant analysis, statistically significant discriminant variables were HDL-C, T-chol, FBS and TG. The discriminant equation was(Y) = -0.06759(HDL-C) + 0.01498(T-chol),+0.01923(FBS) - 0.01421(TG) + 0.5187, and the overall discriminant power using the above 4 variables was 79.3%

The proposed filter consists of the cascaded connection of Fiber Reflection Mach-Zehnder Interferometer and Sagnac filter or of hybrid filter and Fiber Reflection Mach-Zehnder Interferometer. The simulation shows that the continuous tunable range of 50nm can be obtained and that more stable single mode operation of ring laser can be expected due to narrow FWHM. of filter spectrum.
