The Safety and Efficacy of Daclatasvir and Asunaprevir with Chronic HCV Genotype 1 Infection and Hemodialysis

Aims: We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Daclatasvir (DAV) and Asunaprevir (ASV) in patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) and chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: 22 chronic hemodialysis patients with HCV infection at 12 medical centers have prospectively enrolled from Feb, 2016 to Feb, 2017 (NCT02580474). Of those, 9 patients who were followed 12 weeks after treatment ended were included. We evaluated the virological responses at each week 4, 12, 24 and the 12-week sustained virologic response (SVR12). The tolerability and safety of patients were also evaluated. Results: Of these 20 patients, there had no resistance-associated variant of NS5A (NS5A RAVs) and 2 patients showed indeterminate NS5A RAVs. 12 patients (54.5%) completed the 24 weeks treatment of DAV and ASV. 6 patients (27.2%) have continued, but 4 patients discontinued study prior to 12 weeks. Overall, all patients (n=9) achieved SVR12. Virologic response at week 4, 12 and 24 showed 94.4% (17/18), 93.3% (14/15), and 100% (12/12) respectively. DCV and ASV were well tolerated among the majority of patients and discontinuation of the treatment due to adverse events (hypertension, bradycardia, leukemia) was occurred in 3 patients. In two patients with indeterminate NS5A RAVs, one achieved SVR12 but the other showed viral breakthrough and discontinued treatment. Conclusions: In this study, DAV and ASV combination therapy for chronic hemodialysis patients with HCV infection achieved high sustained virological response with few adverse events. Close monitoring of safety and tolerability may be necessary when treating chronic hepatitis C patients with CRF receiving DCV and ASV.

Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.

As IC technology has been developed, SCF(Switched Capacitor filter)is in the limelight by means of filter circuit which can fabricate L-SI and nowadays it has integrated LSI circuits by using MOS technology.But as SCF consists of MOS switches, capacitors and op amps, it is clear that the ability of filter performance depend on the general characteristics of op amps. In this paper, we have tried to design CMOS circuits for YLSI and also presented the simplified op amp design method with ±5V power source.After an example about SCF op amp design was presented, its characteristics are simulated by SPICE 2G.Moreover, this design method would be used in general CMOS op amp design.

인삼 투여가 정신지체아의 GPX와 MDA에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of antioxidant enzyme(GPX) and lipid peroxide (MDA) by ginseng supplementation for nine weeks. Choosing as objects of test women mental retardation, this study analyzed the blood obtained from the objects who were in a rest, immediately and 30 minutes after maximal exercise. The comclusions obtained from this study were as follow. 1. In the tendency of whole activation of GPX, ginseng supplemintation group showed more GPX activation than placebo group. 2. In the change of GPX activation according to the passage of exercise time, there was no difference between each group before and after supplementation for nine weeks. 3. In the change of GPX activation according to (before and after) supplementation, there was no significant difference between each group at a rest, immediately and 30 minutes after maximal exercise. 4. In the change of MDA concentration according to the passage of exercise time, there was no difference between each group before and after supplemintation for nine weeks. 5. In the change of MDA concentration according to (before and after) supplementation there was o significant difference between each group at a rest, immediately and 30 minutes after maximal exercise.

필드버스시스템의 효율적인 테이터 서비스를 위한 온라인 토큰제어

A fieldbus system should be designed by considering the number of sensors/actors(actuators+controllers)and their sampling times. But the munber of sensors/actors which are connected to the network bus can be varied by addition and/or due to the fault of the field devices. That variation decreases the efficiency of the system which is off-line designed optimally. This paper proposes an algorithm that ensures the transmission of cyclic data of the control system where there can be the number change in the field devices. We assign the different weight values to cyclic data and acyclic data. By simulation and experiment, the cyclic and acyclic data are served for the proposed network and the Profibus system. It is shown that the proposed algorithm is more robust with the uncertainties of the field devices of the control system.

자성선숙어(protogynous fish)의 성전환

제주 연근해에 서식하는 자성선숙형 자웅동체어인 놀래기류와 능성이류를 대상으로 성전환에 따른 생식소의 조직학적 변화와 체색의 변화 등의 성적이형 현상을 토대로 하여 성전환 특성을 고찰하였다. 1. 용치놀래기, 어렝놀래기, 놀래기는 6월과 7월에 주산란을 하는 하계산란종인 반면에 황놀래기는 10월과 11월에 산란하는 추계산란종이였다. 2. 성전환 체장범위는 용치놀리기 13. 0-15. 0㎝, 황놀래기는 11.5-16.0㎝, 그리고 놀래기 전장 10.0-13.0㎝였다. 3. 성전환은 주로 산란기 전후로 하여 나타나고 있다. 용치놀래기, 어렝놀래기, 놀래기는 1차웅과 2차웅이 혼재하고 잇으나 어렝놀래기는 2차웅만이 출현하였다. 4. 성전환에 따른 용치놀래기, 어렝놀래기, 황놀래기 체색변화는 선홍색 또는 선황색 계통에서 색조가 다양한 녹색이나 황색계통으로 전환되고 있다. 놀래기의 경우 전반적의 체색의 변화는 미미하나 몸 가운데에 파란반점과 가로줄무늬를 띠고 있다. 어렝놀래기 경우 체색의 변화와 함께 등지느러미 제1, 2극의 돌기가 신장되고 있다. 5. 성전환 과정에 따른 놀래기류의 생식소내 조직학적 변화는 난모세포의 퇴행변성에 따라 다양한 간질세포와 혈관의 발달을 보였다. 이후 난소의 박판주위에서 정원세포와 정모세포들이 출현하기 시작하여 기능적 정소로 전환되고 있다. 6. 자바리는 전장 30.0-92.3㎝, 능성어는 전장 23.4-38.7㎝에서 생식소내 주변인기 난모세포를 갖는 암컷이었고, 붉바리는 전장 22.0-33.0㎝에서 양성생식소를 갖는 개들도이 출현하고 있다. Studies and reviews have been based on sex reversal diagnosis of histological change and body color change by sexual dimorphism on protogynous hermaphrodite fish, Labridae, Serranidae inhabited at the costal area of Cheju-do, Korea. Halichoreres poealopterus, Pteragogus flagellifera and H, tenuispinis were summer season, spawing species which mainly spawn in Jun and July, but Pseudolabrus japonicus was autumn season spawing species which mainly spawn in October and November. The standard length range of sex reversal were 13. 0-15. 0㎝ H, poecuilopterus, 9. 5-15.0㎝ P,flagellifer, 11. 5-16 0㎝ P, japonicus, and 10. 0-13 0㎝ (total length) H, tenuispinis respectively. Sex reversal mainly appeared before and after spawing season. H. Poecilopterus, H. tenuispinis and P. japonicus were composed of monandry and diantry, but P. flagellifera was diandry. By sex reversal, the body colors of Ho poecilopterus, P. flagellifera and P. japonicus change from pale red or yellow lines to brilliant green or dark yellow lines. The body colors of H. tenuispinis change slight, but containe lateral stripe pattern and blue spot in body center. In P.flagellifera, 1st, 2nd spine process of dosal fin were grown with body colour change. In sex reversal process, histological change of Labridae of inner gonad showed development of various interstitial cells and blood vessel by degeneration of oocyte. Thereafter, spermatogonia and spermatocyte begin to appear at the inner edge regions of the ovarian lamellae and then converted from ovary to functional testis. Epinephelus moara of 30. 0-92.3㎝ in TL, E.Septenfasciatus of 23. 4-38.7㎝ in TL were female with contained oocyte of perinucleolus stage. E. akaara of 22.0-33.0㎝ in TL appeared individuals of ovotestis.

신개발 중소도시 대로변 주거지의 용도변화에 관한 연구

The change of the use and physical environment is the concrete expression and adapting process in which the residents select and search after the suitable function and physical form in their settlement. This study aims to understand the changing process of the use, the characteristics of the types in penetrating commercial functions, and the relationship between the change of the use and the physical environment such as street, row house site, and the placement of residence buildings. Under the these aims, it analyzes the changing characteristics of the use in the residential area at Wongokdong in Ansan city both diachronically - from the early 1980th to the 2000 year - and synchronically through the literature study on the change of land use, case study, field study, and observation method. The results are the followings. First, it has the sustainable and complementary relationship between the residential function around it and the neighborhood commercial function. Second, the shops with commensal relationship of the those invading in this area play the role of dominant function. Third, now it shows a stable state in the respect of the changing size and its intensity though it goes through the continuous substitution of the types of shops. Finally, the layout pattern and the hierarchy of adjacent roads influence the degree of the use change.

도시의 현대성 극복을 위한 장소론

본 연구의 목적은 현대성이 도시를 장소보다는 공간으로 간주하기 때문에 사람들을 도시로부터 소외시키고 있다는 인식하에, 도시를 장소라는 시각에서 바라봄으로써 인간과 도시의 통합 가능성을 재발견하려는 것이다. 이러한 가능성을 찾기 위하여 먼저 현대성이 장소에 끼친 부정적 결과를 논의한 다음, 장소의 본래적 의미 및 그와 관련된 인간의 체험방식을 파악하고 장소로서의 도시의 의미를 포착한다. 궁 극적으로 본 연구는 도시가 단순히 물적 대상물이 아니라 인간과 대상물의 통합체라는 시각에서 도시계획 및 도시설계가 진행되어야 하는 당위성을 강조하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to rediscover the possibilities of integration between man and city from the viewpoint of city as place, recognizing that modernity alienates people from city because it let us see the city as space rather than as place. To search for these possibilities, we first discuss the negative impacts of modernity upon place, get hold of the intrinsic meaning of place and the lived-experience way of man related to it, and grasp the meaning of city as place. Ultimately this study emphasizes that urban planning and urban design should be pursued in the position that city is not a physical object but a consolidation between man and object.
