        브라켓 재생시 표면 처리 방법에 따른 전단 접착 강도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 현재 브라켓의 개발 양상이 tip, torque 등이 브라켓 내에 내재되어 있는 straight wire appliance의 도입으로, 브라켓의 디자인은 더욱 세밀하고, 복잡해져 점차 고가화 되어 재사용의 요구가 증가하는 점에 맞추어 계획되었다. 본 연구의 목적으로는 재생과정의 목표에 부합하는 브라켓 접착면의 재처리 방법을 찾는 것이다. 실험 방법은 금속 브라켓, 도재 브라켓 각 5개씩 5군으로 나누어 브라켓 기저부에 재처리과정을 시행한 후, 이를 치아에 접착하고 만능 시험기(universal testing machine)을 사용하여 치아에서 브라켓이 탈락하는 시점의 최대 전단접착강도를 채득하였으며, 그 후 치아의 법랑질 표면을 입체 현미경으로 관찰하여 파절면의 접착제 잔류지수를 구하였다. 또한 입체 현미경 (stereoscopic microscope)과 주사전자현미경 (SEM) 화상으로 재처리된 브라켓의 접착면을 관찰하였다. 이와 같은 실험으로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 금속 브라켓에서 접착 강도가 가장 높은 재처리 방법은 sandblasting을 8초간 시행한 군이었으며, 이는 제조회사에서 제작된 원래 상태인 대조군의 접착강도보다도 오히려 높았다. 2. 세라믹 브라켓에서 접착 강도가 높은 재처리 방법은 8초간 sandblasting한 군이었으나, 대조군의 접착강도 보다는 낮았다. 3. Sandblasting 시간을 4초에서 8초로 증가시킨 경우 금속 브라켓의 접착강도는 급격히 증가하는데 비해 도재 브라켓의 접착강도는 별 차이가 없었다. 그 이유는 도재 브라켓의 경우 브라켓 접착부의 표면적 증가에도 불구하고, 금속 브라켓과는 달리 브라켓 자체의 물성 차이로 인해 도재 브라켓에서의 접착력을 좌우하는 거대 기계적 결합부위의 파손이 일어나 접착력의 약화를 가져왔기 때문이다. The purpose of this study is to find the optimal reconditioning method for a debonded bracket base. In this study, metal brackets and ceramic brackets are used. There are devided into five groups by reconditioning methods (A : control(new bracket). B : heat treated, C : grinded with green stone, D : sandblasting for four seconds, E : sandblasting for eight seconds). Each reconditioned brackets were bonded and shear bond strength was measured by universal testing machine. After debonding, enamel surfaces were examined under stereoscopic microscope to determine the adhesive remnant index. The Microstructure of reconditioned bracket were examined by SEM (JSM 5200, Japan) and stereoscopic microscope (SZ-ST, Japan). 1. In metal bracket groups, sandblasting for eight seconds revealed the greatest shear bonding strength and its strength was above that of control group. 2. In ceramic bracket groups, sandblasting for eight seconds revealed the greatest shear bonding strength but its strength was below that of control group. 3. As sandblasting time was increased, shear bonding strength of metal bracket was increased very much, but in ceramic brackets, shear bonding strength exhibited limited increase. This difference was caused by macro-mechanical retentive areas of ceramic brackets were broken for their brittle characteristics of material.

        This paper deals with the vibration and noise characteristics of three different kinds of pipe structures (PVC pipe, cast-iron pipe and newly developed pp pipe). In order to measure the structure born noise, an impact force generated by dropping a small ball was applied to three different kinds of pipes. It was confirmed that the structure born noise could be reduced by employing a high damping material. Also, transmission loss of a pipe was investigated for various frequency ranges by using a speaker as a sound source.

        When the motion of vibrating structure is restrained by the adjacent objects, its vibration frequencies and mode shapes are changed. In general, the vibration characteristics of the system becomes unpredictable. Although the importance of the study on this type of vibration model increases in many engineering areas, most studies conducted to date were focused to the theoretical study on dynamic responses of the structure with stops, including a few experimental works. Specially, the study on the nonlinear phenomena due to the impact between a structure and stops have been mainly performed theoretically. It is, therefore, desired to find a way to have a better understanding on the vibration characteristics caused by the impact of a structure to stops. In the paper, both numerical analyses and experiments are conducted for a fixed-free beam that is restrained by the stops at the free end. The chaotic vibration characteristics of the nonlinear motion and the dynamic response of the system are investigated and presented for various magnetic forces between stops.

        일부 정신과 병동 근무 간호사의 치료적 의사소통개념 인지에 대한 연구

        This study was designed to identify the characteristics and properties about therapeutic communication. The subjects of this study were 20 nurses working in psychiatric ward. The data were gathered through interview from March 2nd, to May 30th in 1996. The data were subject's descriptions about therapeutic communication and analysed by content analysis. The result wee as follows : 1. The characteristics of therapeutic communication are identified as formal relation, patient's problem centered communication, professional area, active attitude in mutual relation, encouraging patient's expression, sufficiently allocated time, purpose to solve patient's problem, progressive phases in relation, active and facillitative coping skill of therapist in dealing patient's problem. 2. The description of therapeutic communication is follows : Due to analyses of data, the data were divided into six categories : motive in relation, mutual position in relation, preliquiste condition, content characteristics, the structure of mileu, result of relation. It's motive are good intention to help patient and professionality to deal patient's problem. In mutual relation, therapist leads communication with professional responsibility to solve patient's problem through systematic and individualized approach. The preliquistes of therapeutic communication are patient's capability to have mutual relation, active attitude in relation, rapport in patient-therapist relation, therapist's professional capability in counseling. The content's characteristics of therapeutic communication are encourage of patient's expression, exploration of patient's subjectivity, planned communication pursuing formation of insight and emotional ventilation in patient. The environmental mileu of therapeutic communication is professional and formal authority based situation in interview, is situation that therapist deal with patient's problem with responsibility, and patient depends on therapist in solving his problem. The results of therapeutic communication are advance in therapist-patient relationship, reinforcement in emotional alliance in relation, patient's emotional catharsis, patient's insight and absence of patient's problematic behaviors. 3. The barriers of therapeutic communication in nursing situation. Due to analyses of interview about nurses's experience of therapeutic communication, nurses's therapeutic communication in clinical setting is superficial, non-planed, non-clarified purpose in communication and it was different from perception of therapeutic communication they have. The reasons of nurses's difficulties in appling therapeutic communication in practice were work-overloading. unwillingness, lack of knowledge and skill, lack of ability in emotional control, absence of nursing system about nurse-patient communication.

        Fission yeast-based screening to identify putative HDAC inhibitors using a telomeric reporter strain.

        <P>Transcriptional silencing is regulated by promoter methylation and histone modifications such as methylation and acetylation. We constructed a Schizosaccaromyces pombe reporter strain, KCT120a, to identify modifiers of transcriptional silencing, by inserting the ura4(+) gene into a heterochromatic telomere region. Two compounds inhibited the activity of histone deacetylases, induced acetylation of histone H3 and caused apoptotic cell death in HeLa cells. Expression of gelsolin and p21(waf1/cip1) also increased, as it does in response to HDAC inhibitors such as TSA. Therefore, these compounds appear to be potent inhibitors of HDACs, and hence potential anti-cancer drugs. Our observations suggest that a yeast cell-based assay system for transcriptional silencing may be useful for identifying histone deacetylase inhibitors and other agents affecting chromatin remodeling.</P>

        항공 통신 기술 분야 : 개인 영상 및 음성 정보의 임의수집에 대한 대응방안

        본 논문은 개인용 컴퓨터에서 발생할 수 있는 프라이버시 영상 및 음성 정보 수집의 기술적 문제를 지적하고 이에 대응하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 개인용 컴퓨터와 노트북의 사용이 보편화되면서 주변 기기들의 보급 또한 늘어나고 있으며 특히 카메라와 마이크의 경우 개인 프라이버시에 대한 침해가 일어날 수 있어 각별한 주의가 필요하다. 현재 카메라의 경우 사용 여부를 표시하기 위해 점멸등이 장착되어 있으나 그렇지 않은 경우가 대부분이며, 마이크의 경우에는 사용 여부를 표시하기 위한 수단이 전혀 준비되어 있지 않다. 이러한 허점은 장치 사용에는 아무런 문제가 되지 않으나, 사용자가 인지하지 못하는 시점에 악의적인 공격자에 의해 장치가 동작하여 영상이나 음성 같은 정보가 노출되어 개인 프라이버시의 침해를 일으킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 이를 대응하기 위하여 개인용 컴퓨터에 연결된 카메라와 마이크에 대한 접근을 시도하는 경우 이를 감지하여 사용자에게 통보하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 실제의 도청감시 소프트웨어 및 대응 소프트웨어를 구현하여 실험하였다. 제안한 방안을 실제 환경에 적용하면 프라이버시 노출문제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This paper introduces technical aspects of the privacy exposure problem of the video and the audio information on the personal computer and proposes a countermeasure to them. According to the increased number of peripherals for computers, especially including the cameras and the mikes, it is required to be careful on the privacy exposure. Currently, some incorporated or standalone cameras have a pilot lamp to indicate their usage. However, many other cameras and all mikes have not equipped with the pilot lamp or other dedicated indicator. Even though this problem doesn`t obstruct their assigned functionalities, it should make the devices susceptible to be exposed with the information they are gathering without any notice to the owners. As a countermeasure to the problem, this paper proposes a reasonable solution that alarms the access trials to the devices and implements programs for the practical sniffing and its counterpart.

        PS/2 키보드에서의 RESEND 명령을 이용한 패스워드 유출 취약점 분석

        본 논문은 현재 컴퓨팅 플랫폼 상의 기본 입력장치인 PS/2 기반 키보드에서, 키보드 내부에 정의된 명령코드 중 RESEND 명령을 이용한 키보드 스캔코드의 수집 가능성을 제시하였다. 또한 제시한 방식을 활용한 키보드 감시 소프트웨어를 실제로 구현한 후 상용 보안 소프트웨어 환경에서 실험하여 사용자 인증 시에 패스워드가 유출될 수 있음을 확인함으로써 제시한 취약점의 위험성을 검증하였다. 이는 현재 플랫폼 상에 존재하는 하드웨어 취약점 중의 하나로써 설계 당시 하드웨어적인 보안 대책을 마련하지 않았기 때문에 발생하는 문제점이라 할 수 있어 해당 취약점을 해결하기 위해서 근본적으로 하드웨어적인 보안 대책이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This paper introduces a possibility for attackers to acquire the keyboard scan codes through using the RESEND command provided by the keyboard hardware itself, based on the PS/2 interface that is a dominant interface for input devices. Accordingly, a keyboard sniffing program using the introduced vulnerability is implemented to prove the severeness of the vulnerability, which shows that user passwords can be easily exposed. As one of the intrinsic vulnerabilities found on the existing platforms, for which there were little considerations on the security problems when they were designed, it is required to consider a hardware approach to countermeasure the introduced vulnerability.
