This study is to propose the smart urban regeneration model as a new urban regeneration New Deal project promotion model based on the use of online platforms. For this, it was reviewed that limitations of the urban regeneration new deal project process, And then was derived to applicability of urban regeneration promotion using an online platform. The smart urban regeneration model was derived through the double diamond process. In order to secure the objectivity and rationality of the model, expert interview were conducted. As for the utilization plan of the smart urban regeneration model, it was proposed to the plans to apply and utilize the crowdsourcing, living lab, and crowdfunding methods for each stage of the urban regeneration new deal project.

본 연구는 인천시 중구, 옹진군 연안에 분포하고 있는 해안사구의 분포 현황 및 특성조사를 바탕으로 보전현황 평가를 실시한 연구이다. 인천시의 경우 서해 연안을 따라 형성된 해안선의 길이가 1,053km에 달하고 있어 여느 지역자치단체 못지않게 해안사구가 많이 분포하고 있을 것으로 여겨짐에도 불구하고, 관할구역 내 해안사구의 분포나 특성, 관리 현황에 대한 기초적인 자료가 충분히 구축되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 이러한 점을 감안하여 본 연구는 인천시 일부 연안을 대상으로 해안사구 추가도출 기준 설정을 통해 21개소의 해안사구를 추가 도출하고, 이들 해안사구에 대한 특성분석과 정량적 평가를 통해 인천시 해안사구 보전현황에 대한 기초자료 구축 및 평가방안을 제시하고자 하였다. This paper is a research that investigated the distribution and status of coastal sand dunes spread along the shoreline of Ongjin-gun, Jung-gu in Incheon and evaluated their conservation status. In Incheon, the length of coastline along the West Sea shoreline is 1,053km. thus leading to an assumption that coastal sand dunes are dispersed their as many as other regional local government. However, there are no enough basic data on the distribution, characteristics, and the management status of other areas besides the 5 places on the list by the Ministry of Environment. Considering this fact, this paper additionally drew 21 coastal sand dunes in the shoreline of Incheon, including the 5 places on the list by the Ministry of Environment, through the standard of coastal sandhill selection. The additionally selected aimed to propose how to develop basic materials on the conservation status of coastal sandhills in Incheon through characteristic analysis by sandhill and qualitative evaluation.

<P>One of the important factors for high efficiency phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices is to confine triplet excitons within the emitting layer. We synthesized and characterized a new hole blocking material containing silane and triazine moieties, 2,4-diphenyl-6-(4′-triphenylsilanyl-biphenyl-4-yl)-1,3,5-triazine (DTBT). Electrophosphorescent devices fabricated using the material as the hole-blocking layer and <I>N</I>,<I>N</I>′-dicarbazolyl-4,4′-biphenyl (CBP) doped with <I>fac</I>-tris(2-phenylpyridine)iridium [Ir(ppy)<SUB>3</SUB>] as the emitting layer showed a maximum external quantum efficiency (<I>η</I><SUB>ext</SUB>) of 17.5% with a maximum power efficiency (<I>η</I><SUB>p</SUB>) of 47.8 lm W<SUP>−1</SUP>, which are much higher than those of devices using bathcuproine (BCP) (<I>η</I><SUB>ext</SUB> = 14.5%, <I>η</I><SUB>p</SUB> = 40.0 lm W<SUP>−1</SUP>) and 4-biphenyloxolate aluminium(<SMALL>III</SMALL>) bis(2-methyl-8-quinolinato)-4-phenylphenolate (BAlq) (<I>η</I><SUB>ext</SUB> = 8.1%, <I>η</I><SUB>p</SUB> = 14.2 lm W<SUP>−1</SUP>) as hole-blocking layers.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>Electrophosphorescent devices fabricated using a new hole-blocking material containing silane and triazine moieties show a maximum external quantum efficiency of 17.5%. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=b705741e'> </P>

<P>The study describes the development of a vaccine using microcrystalline cellulose (Avicel PH-101) as a delivery carrier of recombinant protein-based antigen against erysipelas. Recombinant SpaA, surface protective protein, from a gram-positive pathogen<I> Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae</I> was fused to a cellulose-binding domain (CBD) from<I> Trichoderma harzianum</I> endoglucanase II through a S3N10 peptide. The fusion protein (CBD-SpaA) was expressed in<I> Escherichia coli</I> and was subsequently bound to Avicel PH-101. The antigenicity of CBD-SpaA bound to the Avicel was evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) and confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) assays. For the examination of its immunogenicity, groups of mice were immunized with different constructs (soluble CBD-SpaA, Avicel coated with CBD-SpaA, whole bacterin of<I> E. rhusiopathiae</I> (positive control), and PBS (negative control)). In two weeks after immunization, mice were challenged with 1x10<SUP>7</SUP> CFU of<I> E. rhusiopathiae</I> and Avicel coated with CBD-SpaA induced protective immunity in mice. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the feasibility of microcrystalline cellulose as the delivery system of recombinant protein subunit vaccine against<I> E. rhusiopathiae </I>infection in mice.</P>
Abuse potential and dopaminergic effect of alkyl nitrites

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The abuse of alkyl nitrites is common among adolescents and young adults worldwide. However, the information regarding the effects of alkyl nitrites on the central nervous system and the associated psychological abuse potential is scarce. The abuse potential of 3 representative alkyl nitrites – isobutyl nitrite, isoamyl nitrite, and butyl nitrite – was evaluated in mice using conditioned place preference tests with an unbiased method. The dopamine levels released by synaptosomes extracted from the striatal region were measured using high performance liquid chromatography. Mice treated with the test substances (50mg/kg, i.p.) exhibited a significantly increased drug-paired place preference. Moreover, greater levels of dopamine were released by striatal region synaptosomes in response to isobutyl nitrite treatment in mice. Thus, our findings suggest that alkyl nitrites could lead to psychological dependence and dopaminergic effects. Although lisdexamfetamine is used as a recreational drug, little research exists regarding its potential for dependence or its precise mechanisms of action. This study aims to evaluate the psychoactivity and dependence profile of lisdexamfetamine using conditioned place preference and self-administration paradigms in rodents. Additionally, biochemical techniques are used to assess alterations in the dopamine levels in striatal synaptosomes following administration of lisdexamfetamine. Lisdexamfetamine increased both conditioned place preference and self-administration. Moreover, after administration of the lisdexamfetamine, dopamine levels in the striatal synaptosomes were significantly increased. Although some modifications should be made to the analytical methods, performing high performance liquid chromatography studies on synaptosomes can aid in predicting dependence liability when studying new psychoactive substances in the future. Collectively, lisdexamfetamine has potential for dependence possible via dopaminergic pathway.
