강교량의 수요·공급 변동률과 낙찰율 변동 관계 추정모델

1997년 외환위기(IMF)이후 강교량 발주물량은 감소하였으며, 반면 강교량 관련 제작업체의 수는 증가하였다. 이는 강교량의 수요와 공급의 불균형으로 이어져 강교량 하도급단가 하락에 영향을 미치게 되었다. 이러한 요인을 수요와 공급 측면에서 조사 분석하였으며 이를 위해 연도별 하도급단가 변화추이와 공급측면에서의 철강재설치공사업체의 등록추이, 수요측면에서의 교량용 강재소비량, 물가지수와의 관계를 각각 비교하여 이러한 요인들이 강교량 하도급 단가에 미치는 영향과 이들의 상관관계를 조사 및 분석하였다. 그 결과 강교량의 수요와 공급의 불균형은 강교량 하도급단가의 변화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. After the Korean economic crisis in 1997, steel bridge contract quality was reduced while the number of factories related to the steel bridge production was increased. It led to the imbalance of the steel bridge supply &emand and affected to the steel bridge subcontract price. This study investigated the dffect contract price in aspect of supply &emand. For this purpose, annual subcontract price change, steel bridge production factory’ number, quantity of steel bridge construction, and the price index were compared respectively and the effect of these components to the subcontract price of steel bridge was analyzed. Analysis shows, the imbalance on supply &emand the steel bridge affects to the subcontract price change.
AMP-activated protein kinase: An emerging target for ginseng

The adenosine monophosphate (AMP)-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is a key sensor of cellular energy. Once activated, it switches on catabolic pathways generating adenosine triphosphate (ATP), whileswitching off biosynthetic pathways consuming ATP. Pharmacological activation of AMPK by metforminholds a therapeutic potential to reverse metabolic abnormalities such as type 2 diabetes and nonalcoholicfatty liver disease. In addition, altered metabolism of tumor cells is widely recognized and AMPK isa potential target for cancer prevention and/or treatment. Panax ginseng is known to be useful fortreatment and/or prevention of cancer and metabolic diseases including diabetes, hyperlipidemia, andobesity. In this review, we discuss the ginseng extracts and ginsenosides that activate AMPK, we clarifythe various mechanisms by which they achieve this, and we discuss the evidence that shows that ginsengor ginsenosides might be useful in the treatment and/or prevention of metabolic diseases and cancer.

In this paper, we propose the robust video signature using log-polar mapping method. To guarantee the similarity between original video contents and modified video contents, we develop the contents region extraction method which uses log-polar transformed video frame images. Contents region is the region where important information is contained. Experimental results showed that the proposed video signature has good robustness and uniqueness, which are the two essential properties of video signatures.
매크로 블록 정보와 시공간 히스토그램을 이용한 빠른 장면전환 검출

기존의 많은 장면 전환 검출 알고리즘은 점진적 장면 전환을 검출하기보다는 급격한 장면 전환 검출에 중점이 맞추어졌다. 일반적으로 점진적 장면 전환 검출에 중점을 둔 알고리즘은 많은 연산량을 필요로 한다. 또한 장면 전환 검출에 오류 요소인 플래쉬 라이트, 카메라 움직임 및 특수효과 등의 다양한 오류 요소를 고려하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 또한 기존의 많은 방법들은 히스토그램 기반의 알고리즘을 제시하였지만 좋은 성능에 비해 처리속도에서 취약하다. 본 논문에서는 저장된 동영상으로부터 수직과 수평 블록의 시간적 슬라이스 영상과 슬라이스 영상 내 매크로 블록에 해당되는 정보를 이용한 빠르고 정확한 장면 전환 검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 슬라이스 영상으로부터 시, 공간 상관관계의 히스토그램을 구성하고, 이를 그래프 컷 분할 알고리즘에 적용하였다. 처리속도 향상을 위해 영상 전체가 아닌 각각 영상 내 수직, 수평 방향의 중심 부분의 해당되는 위치의 블록에서만 시공간 정보를 추출하여 히스토그램을 구성하였다. 또한 카메라, 물체의 움직임 및 특수효과 변화 등을 효과적으로 검출할 수 있도록 매크로 블록의 움직임과 형태 정보를 이용하여 상당한 변별력 향상을 보였다. Most of the previous works on scene change detection algorithm focus on the detection of abrupt rather than gradual changes. In general, gradual scene change detection algorithms require heavy computation. Some of those approaches don't consider the error factors such as flashlights, camera or object movements, and special effects. Many scenes change detection algorithms based on the histogram show better performances than other approaches, but they have computation load problem. In this paper, we proposed a scene change detection algorithm with fast and accurate performance using the vertical and horizontal blocked slice images and their macro block informations. We apply graph cut partitioning algorithm for clustering and partitioning of video sequence using generated spatio-temporal histogram. When making spatio-temporal histogram, we only use the central block on vertical and horizontal direction for performance improvement. To detect camera and object movement as well as various special effects accurately, we utilize the motion vector and type information of the macro block.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of hyperventilation and hyperoxygenation before and after endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction system on mechanically ventilated patients. Method: We selected 20 patients who were mechanically ventilated and randomly assigned into 4 groups according to the type of treatments using repeated measure. We applied 3 types of treatment, hyperventilation, hyperoxygenation, hyperventilation+hyperoxygenation, and no treatment and measured physiologic effects-SpO_(2), HR and, mena BP. Result: There were no significant differences between the group with no treatment and the group with hyperventilation, before and after endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction system(SpO_(2)(p=.693), HR(p=.970) and mean BP(p=.638)). There were no significant differences between the group with no treatment and the group with hyperoxygenation before and after endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction system(SpO_(2)(p=.693), HR(p=.970) and mean BP(p=.638)). There were no significant differences between the group with no treatment and the group with hyperventilation hyperoxygenation before and after endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction system(SpO_(2)(p=.693), HR(P=.970) and mean BP(P=.638)). Conclusion: As the results, all of the methods, hyperventilation, hyperoxygenation, and hyperventilation hyperoxygenation can be used when nurses apply endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction systems. In case of hypoxemic patients, hyperoxygenation is recommended for prevention of deoxygenation due to endotracheal suctioning using closed-suction systems.
