In spite of the efforts in researching and developing mobile ad hoc networks in the last decade, this type of network has not yet witnessed mass market deployment. The low commercial penetration of products based on ad hoc networking technology could be explained by noting that the ongoing research is mainly focused on implementing military or specialized civilian applications. On the other hand, users are interested in general-purpose applications where high bandwidth and open access to the Internet are consolidated and cheap commodities. From this user requirements, a new class of networks is started as mesh networks in WPAN(Wireless Personal Network). In this paper we analysis e patents trend of WPAN and estimate future technology progress. And we also investigate the WMN (Wireless Mesh Network) patents which is current emerging technology to improve the radio performance of WPAN. The results of this paper would be a reference document for the researchers and developers who is seraching the related patents in WPAN and WMN.
Phase-Shift를 이용한 시분할형 부하병렬 고주파 인버터의 특성해석에 관한 연구

A half bridge time sharing type load parallel high frequency resonant inverter to give VVVF function in the inverter used as power source of induction heating at high frequency is presented in this paper. This proposed inverter can reduce distribution of the switching current because of using the current of serial resonant circuit to the input current of the parallel one and this paper also realize the output control of independence irrespective of the switching frequency using Phase-Shift. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of basic operation and the its characteristics are estimated by the parameters, such as switching frequency, the variation of phase angle(φ) of Phase-Shift. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.

항응고제 치료의 주된 합병증은 출혈로서 주로 뇌실질과 복강 내에 발생하며 사지 근육에 발생하는 근육내 혈종은 매우 드문 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 항응고제 치료 후 발생하는 자발성 근육내 혈종은 발생빈도가 드물 뿐 아니라, 심부정맥혈전증과 그 증상이 유사하여 감별하기가 쉽지 않다. 저자들은 항응고제 치료 후 운동 마비가 발생한 사지 근육에서 자발성 근육내 혈종이 발생한 증례를 경험하여 이를 보고한다. Spontaneous intramuscular hematoma(SIH) is an uncommon but serious bleeding complication of anticoagulation therapy that has received little attention. We present a patient of spontaneous muscular hematoma during anticoagulation therapy for acute stroke management. A-74-year old man was admitted with sudden onset of dysarthria and left hemiparesis. Brain MRI and MRA showed acute cerebral infarction along right middle cerebral artery territory and severe stenosis of right proximal cervical internal carotid artery. During intravenous heparin treatment, he complained acute pain and swelling on left leg. Muscular CT showed enhancing focal soft tissue mass on left gastrocnemius muscle and ultrasonography demonstrated multiple hematomas on left gastrocnemius muscle. Treatment of heparin was stopped immediately. After conservative management for hematomas, symptoms were subsided.

This paper describes the protection from line to line fault current caused by the trouble of source the low voltage power line. The decision of interrupting capacity in the low voltage circuit breaker is based on foreign rules, environment and actual condition within a country. Congregation of full capacity rating, selective breaking method and cascade breaking method is based on relevance reference and catalog of a manufacturing company. From above result, we obtain the method of optimum coordination and contrive the convenience of actual experience application according to the importance of electricity installation. The calculation of breaking capacity and the application of breaking method investigate actual condition in the case of design of electricity installation established and enlarged for personal use in Gumi, Chilgok area recently and present the point at issue and countermeasure. In the future, I think that this data contribute not only the preventing of electricity installation accident but also of electricity installation accident.
플루옥세틴 캅셀제의 지원자에 대한 생체이용율 및 대사율 비교

Fluoxetine is a nontricyclic antidepressant which blocks serotonin reuptake selectively. Its N-demethyl metabolite, norfluoxetine is also selective inhibitor of serotonin uptake. This study was carried out to compare the bioavailability of Myung-in fluoxetine (20 ㎎/cap with that of Prozac?. The bioavailability was conducted on 24 healthy volunteers who received a single dose (80 ㎎) of each drug in the fasting state, in a randomized balanced 2-way crossover design. After dosing, serial blood samples were collected for a period of 48 hours. plasma was analyzed for fluoxetine and norfluoxetine by a sensitive and validated HPLC assay. The major pharmacokinetic parameters (AUC_0-48hr, Cmax, Tmax. AUC_inf.. MRT. T_1/2. Vd and Cl) were clculated from the plasma fluoxetine concentration-time data of each volunteer. The microcomputer program. "WinNonlin' was used for compartmental analysis. A two-compartment model with first-order inpot, first-order output and no lag time was chosen as the most appropriate phamacokinetic model. The data were best described by using a weighting factor of 1/y^2. Though the plasma fluoxetine concentrations of Myung-in fluoxetine were higher than those of Prozac® at all observed time from 7.9% to 16.9% (P<0.05 at 6, 7 and 10 hr), the bioavailability of Myung-in fluoxetine appeared to be bioequivalent with that of Prozac®. There were no statistical significant differences between the two drugs in al pharmacokinetic parameters including AUC_0-48hr of norfluoxetine.

Hydrotalcite is mainly used as a antacid and adsorbent. It is Well Known that the yield of hydrotalcite produced is greatly affected by the preparation conbition such as the reactant concetration, reaction temperature, reaction time, mole ratio of reactants and grying tepeeature, etc. the purpose of this study is to investigate the optimum preparation condition of hydrotalcite. Arandomived complete block design suggested by G.E.P.Box and K.B. Wilson was appliedfor this purpose. Hydrotalcite was prepared by reacting sodium carbonate. Magnesium oxide and Aluminum sulfate solutions in this study. The optimum preparation condition of hydrotalcite obtained from this study is as follows: 1) The reaction temperature range is 48-63℃ 2) The concentration of reactant solutions is about 20% 3) The optimum mole-ratio (MgO/Al. sulfate) is 7.35-8.1. 4) The reacting time tatge is 10-11 min.. 5) The drying temperature range is 78-82℃ The outcome of D.S.C. indicated a desolvation of hydrotalcite occured at about 98℃ The dehydration of the compound ceased at about 250℃, and the decarboxylation ceased at about 446℃ The physical and chemical properties of hydrotalcite as medicine were studied by use of chemical analysis, bulk volume test and acid consuming capacity measurements.
랫트의 생체내 카드뮴 단독투여 및 카드뮴과 셀레늄 병용투여에 따른 필수원소의 변화

This study was performed to find out the changes of essential elements as Cu, Fe, Zn, and Ca in blood, liver, kidney and testis of rats. The experimental rats were divided into 4 groups that were consisted of control group(groupⅠ), 3.0㎎Cd/kg group(groupⅡ), 3.0㎎Cd +1.0㎎Se/kg group(groupⅢ) and 3.0mgCd+2.5mgSe/kg group(groupⅣ). Each group was intraperitoneal injection with difference dose of cadmium and selenium such as 3.0mgCd/kg, 3.0mgCd+1.0mgSe/kg and 3.0mgCd+2.5mgSe/kg. Rats were killed at the time of 3 day and 28 day, and Cd, Se, Cu, Zn and Ca concentration in several organs were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry and inductively Coupled Plasma. Cadmium content in blood, liver, kidney and testis were significantly increased in the Cd alone injection group than Cd mixed with selenium injection groups. But, copper content were not significantly differences in control and each experimental group. Iron content were significantly increased in the Cd alone injection group than others groups. Zinc and calcium content were significantly decreased in the Cd alone injection group than other groups. On the other hand the essential element content in Cd mixed with selenium injection group were almost equaled with those of control group than Cd alone injection group.
