      • Y-Gd-In-Fe-O계의 분자장 상수와 교환상수의 결정

        The substituted Yttrium Iron Garnet(YIG) systems Y-Gd-In-Fe-O have been investigated by means of X-ray diffractometry and SQUID. The specimens have been found to be the cubic garnet structure in the entire compositions. From the magnetization curve measured by means of SQUID and Dionne's formula related to cation distribution, molecular field-and exchange constants were determinated.

        In 1995, The American National Standard Institute(ANSI) is planning to release a standard for the performance testing of personnel extremity dosimeters as ANSI N13.32 standard. The standard is applicable to a personnel extremity dosimeter process used for determing the dose equivalent to the extremities at the reference depth of 7㎎/㎠, as recommended by the International Commission for Radiation Units and Measurements Reports 39. In this study, theoretical calculations of dose equivalent were performed by using a Monte Carlo N-particle transport code for the two types of extremity phantom: one to represent a lower arm or leg composed of tissue and bone to test wrist or ankle dosimeters, and the other to represent a finger to test ring of hand dosimeters. The dose equivalent of the two extremity phantoms by taking consideration of the distribution of absorbed dose due to the interaction of homogeneous parallel broad beam of monoenergetic primary photons in the range between 15 keV and 1.5 MeV result from the kerma approximation with the Monte Carlo method.

      • Mossbauer 분광법에 의한 Fe₂SiO₄의 연구

        Fe₂SiO₄에 관한 X-선 회절실험과 Mossbauer 분광실험을 하였다. X-선 회절실험 결과 본 시료는 olivine group에 속하는 fayalite로서 orthorhombic 구조(??)임을 알 수 있었다. Mossbauer 분광실험은 60K-834K의 온도구간에서 행하여 졌으며, Mossbaure 스펙트럼을 분석한 결과 철은 high spin 2+ 상태임을 알 수 있었고, X-선 회절실험 결과와는 다르게 철이 산소 이온들과 함께 일그러진 octahedron을 형성하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. The Fe₂SiO₄ has been studied by means of X-ray diffractometry and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The analysis of X-ray diffraction pattern shows that Fe₂SiO₄is fayalite of orthorhombic structure(??). The Mossbauer spectra which have been taken between 60K and 834K show that the valence state of iron is ferrous and high spin state and that the iron ions occupy sites of distorted octahedron whereas the X-ray analysis shows it is at a site of regular one.

      • 항진균제 질산·에코나졸의 경비송달체계의 개발

        1:2 Ratio inclusion complexes of econazole(EC) with alpha cycloclextrin(αCD) and dimethyl-beta-cyclodextrin(DMβCD) were prepared by solvent evaporation method. The dissolution rate of EC was significantly increased by the formation of inclusion complex at pH 4.0. The mean dissolution time(MDT. min) which represents the relative rapidity of dissolution rate was in the order EC-DMβCD inclusion complex (3.00min) > EC-αCD inclusion complex(7.22 min) > EC-αCD physical mixture > EC-DMβCD physical mixture(25.00min). The intrinsic absorptivity of EC-CDs inclusion complexes in the jejunum and the nasal cavity were investigated simultaneously using the in situ nasal and jejunal perfusion method. The rank order of apparent EC permeability (Papp : cm/sec × 10-5) corrected to surface area of absorption was 5.00±0.2(N. EC-DMβCD) > 3.12±0.1(N. EC-αCD) > 2.71±0.2(J. EC-DMβCD) > 2.41±0.31(J. EC-αCD) at pH 4.0 The present results suggest that EC-DMBCD inclusion complex may serve as a potential mean for the nasal delivery system of econazole.

      • Spin-Peierls 전이를 하는 CuGeO₃계의 이온 치환 효과

        Spin-Peierls 전이를 하는 CuGeO₃계에 원소를 치환했을 때의 자기적 및 결정학적 특성을 비교 검토하고, 직접 Cu₁-xGe₁-xFe₂O₃(x=0.05, 0.1) 시료를 제조하여 SQUID, Mssbauer 분광기, X-선 회절 방법으로 연구하였다. 이 시료의 결정구조는 orthorhombic 이고 격자 상수는 x= 0.05 때 a = 4.795Å, b=8.472Å, c=2.904Å 이고 x=0.1때는 a=4.784Å, b=8.472Å, c=2.904Å였다. 상온에서 Mssbauer 스펙트럼은 Fe³+ 이온의 사면체 자리에 의한 이중선과 팔면체 자리에 의한 Zeeman 선으로 중첩되어 나타났고 자기감수율의 극대점과 Mssbauer 변수의 불연속으로부터 본 시료의 spin-Peierls 전이 온도는 13K 임을 알아냈다. The magnetic and crystallograpic properties of the substituted spin-Peierls transition CuGeO₃ system have been reviewed, and we synthesized the Cu₁-xGe₁-xFe₂xO₃ (x=0.05 and x=0.1) system and studied by superconducting quantum interference device, Mossbauer spectrometer and x-ray diffractometer. The crystal structure is orthorhombic and the lattice constants are decreased as increasing iron contents. That is, in Cu₁-xGe₁-xFe₂xO₃ system a=4.795Å, b=8.472Å and c=2.932Å for x=0.05, and a=4.784Å, b=8.472Å and c=2.904Å for x=0.1 respectively. The Mossbauer spectra are superposition of the doublet due to the Fe³+ ions at tetrahedral sites and the sextet due to the Fe³+ ions at octahedral sites at room temperature. From the cusp of the magnetic susceptibility and the discontinuity of Mossbauer parameters we found the spin-Peierls transition temperature of our samples is 13K.

        At present all the discharged spent nuclear fuells are stored in at-reator (AR) pools of each nuclear power plant in Korea, but most of the exciting AR pools will lose their full core reserve capacities in the late of 1990s Untill the long-term spent nuclear fuel management policy will be established, this cummulative spent nuclear fuels should be safely stored in an applicable storage facility. By this study results, the alternatives to solve this storage problem of the cummulative spent nuclear fuels are recommended as the followings : If the policy making would be done in the near future, the storage capacities of the existing pools would be expanded by the replacement of the old racks into or the installation of high density racks, and, if it could not be, a centralized wet or dry storage management of the spent nuclear fuels should be more reasonable.

      • 2%초산에 용해시킨 Chitosan용액의 유동학적 특성

        Chitosan[(1→4)-2-amino-2-deoxy-B-D-glucose polymer] was obtained via chitin[(1→4)-2-amino-2-deoxy-B-D-glucose polymer]from the crust of a blue carb, Portunus tirtubercula-tus. 0.5-2.0 w/v% chitosan solutions in 2 v/v% acetic acid were prepared and their rheological properties were investigated in this study. Polts of apparent viscosity us. revolution time of the chitosan solutions were well expressed by Lee-Ree stress strain equation, log?app=a/2.303t+log B. Plots of apparent viscosity us. rpm showed the rheopexy or flow characteristics of both rheopexy and thixotropy with the charge of the percent of chitosan solution and experimental temperature. Variation of equilibrium ap-parent viscosity of the chitosan solutions with temperature was found to follow Andrade's equa-tion, log ?_eq=log A+Ea/2.303RT, analogous to the Arrhenius equation and the energy of ac-tivation to flow calculated on the basis of this equation was 5.566 ∼ 7.441 Kcal/g.mole. The concentration effect on the rheological properties of the chitosan solutions was best expressed by the equation log ?_sp/c=log R+B/2.303c.

        댄스스포츠 참여가 청각장애인의 사회,정서 발달에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of participation in dance sport programs on development of social-emotional behaviors of deaf students. The subjects were 20 deaf students of middle and high school for special education, and the subjects were randomly devided into participant group(n=10) and non-participants group(n=10). Meadow/Kendall social-emotional asessment inventory for the deaf students(1980) by Kim(1990) were administered by specialized teachers of the students. The statistical procedures used to analysed the hypotheses were ANCOVAs. The major findings of this study were that deaf students who regularly participated in dance sport activities had significantly higher level of the development of social adaptation, self-consciousness, and emotional adaptation rather than non-participants. It could be concluded in this study that sport activities had significant effects on the development of social-emotional behaviors of deaf students.

      • 고려인삼(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer)의 엽록체 DNA 분리 및 특성조사

        In Korean ginseng, Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer, it was difficult to isolate chloroplast DNA with classical methods, because of the high polysaccharide content of ginseng chloroplaxt. The simple and efficient method of chloroplast DNA isolation from ginseng leaves has been developed by modification of recently advanced methods. Also, it can be successfully applied to ctDNA isolation of Chinese cabbage radish, petunia, tobacco as well as ginseng. Isolated chloroplast DNA from ginseng was digested with various restriction endonucleases. It was estimated that the molecular weight of Koran ginseng chloroplast DNA was about 142 kb. These was no difference in restriction endonuclease digestion patterns between two variants of Korean ginseng, which are Jakyung-Jong (violet-stem variant) and Hwang-sook-Jong (yellow-berry variant).

        유색미에 관한 연구 : Ⅲ. 유색미 유망계통에 대한 주요 생육 특성

        국내외 유색미 수집종을 돌연변이원에 의해 유기된 우수 계통과 수집종간 상호교배에 의해 선발된 CNU 20계통을 파종하여 얻어진 주요 작물학적 특성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1. 간장은 유색 메벼인 CNU126 계통이 대조품종인 동진벼와 같이 가장 컸고 메성인 CNU 128계통에서 가장 작았다. 2. 주당 분얼수는 CNU3, CNU50. CNU56, CNU112 계통에서 가장 많았고 대조품종과 CNU 128 계통에서 10개 미만으로 가장 적게 나타났다. 3. 수장은 육성 계통 중 CNU88 계통에서 가장 길었으나 대조구보다 짧고, 육성계통 중에서는 CNU 126 계통이 가장 짧았다. 4. 주당 영화수는 대조구인 동진벼보다 CNU50 계통에서 2배 이상 많았고, CNU158 계통에서 가장 적게 나타났다. 5. 천립중은 CNU113 계통에서 30g이상으로 대조구와 같이 가장 무거웠고, CNU128 계통에서 20g으로 가장 적었다. 6. 주당 수량은 대조구의 26.6g에 비해 CNU50, CNU112 계통에서 두배정도 높았고, CNU128, CNU158, CNU200 계통에서 가장 낮게 타나났다. Aims of this study were carried out to develop the useful lines induced from mutation and pedigree breeding methods among the collected genetic resources from national and domestic areas. In this study, Stem height of CNU126 line and check among them were high, while CNU128 was lower than other lines. Spiklet length of CNU88 was longer, but that of CNU126 was shorter than check. Number of spiklets per plant of CNU50 among lines have twice time than check. 1,000 grains weight of CNU113 was higher than check. In yield per plant, CNU50 and CNU112 were higher than check, Dongjinbyeo.
