        User oriented search system is proposed and implemented using the information of history. For offering more qualified information to user without the redundant search results and unnecessary information of legacy search system, this system uses user information and generates a keyword and category. Comparing user favorite category with search result of legacy search system through the agent oriented search engine, the result close to the user category is only supplied. At the same time, search result is saved as the history databases according to each category to be used for later search work. As a result, the redundant information of search result was efficiently removed and the information close to the user favorite category was obtained.

      • 상처치유시 Antisense TGF-β1 Oligodeoxynucleotides가 Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase발현 조절에 미치는 영향

        Wound healing in the skin may be complicated by both microbial invasion and inflammation. Following injury, platelet degranulation releases a number of chemotactic factors including transforming growth factor (TGF-fl) and platelet derived growth factor (PDGF). TGF-19 is a cytokines that modulates many cellular function and gene expression. However, it is not known whether TGF-P could regulate inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene expression during wound healing. Here we report that down regulation of TGF-Q gene expression by antisense oligodeoxynucleotides increase iNOS during wound healing. Our reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) result has shown that antisense TGF-fil oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN) targeting the TGF-J11 translation initiation region markedly reduced TGF-(il mRNA levels in wounded skin. Also, marked reduction in TGF-fl1 mRNA after antisense treatment invited that the increment of iNOS mRNA in wounded skin. Therefore, our irnmunohistochemical studies revealed a "pattern of iNOS product in wounded skin treated antisense TGF-fl1 ODN that was similar to the pattern of RNA synthesis detected by RT-PCR. In conclusion, our results indicated that the regulatory actions of TGF fl1 on iNOS. might be involved in the initiation and faciliates the resolution of inflammation following wounding.

      • 센서 위치 보정을 통한 원추형 자기베어링 로터의 위치 제어

        이 논문에서는 원추형 자기베어링으로 지지된 고속 연삭기 로터의 정밀진동제어에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 이러한 연구 목적으로 달성하기 위하여 전력증폭기와 원추형 자기베어링을 포함한 각 축에 대하여 이산시간 모델을 규명하였으며, 그 결과를 모의 제어기의 설계시 활용하였다. 또한 제어기의 입력값을 조절하여 자기베어링 공간내에 로터가 최적의 위치에 놓일 수 있도록 조정하였으며, 위치를 검출하는 센서와 전자기적 흡인력을 발생하는 액츄에이터 사이의 위치 불일치를 보정하는 방법을 개발하고 실험 대상에 적용하였다. 그 결과 front 방향과 rear 방향 사이의 연성 효과가 확연히 감소되었고, 로터 회전시의 진폭이 50,000 rpm에서 ±7㎛ 이내의 성능을 보이는 정밀 진동 제어를 수행하였다. In this paper, the precise vibration control problems of high speed grinding rotor supported by cone-shaped active magnetic bearings are investigated. Toward this end, each part of the system including power amplifiers and magnetic bearing systems are identified s discrete time models, and the results are used for controller design. In addition, the correction method of the position error between sensor and actuator are developed and implemented for the experiments. As a result, the coupling effect between front and rear axis are decreased and the amplitudes of rotor vibration are controlled within ±7㎛ at 50,000 rpm.

        상악 영구 중철지의 외상성 치근파절 : 증례보고 A CASE REPORT

        청소년기에는 두개악안면부위의 외상성 손상이 흔하다. 그러나 상아질, 백아질, 치수를 포함하는 치아파절로 정의되는 치근파절은 비교적 드물다. 치근파절에 대하여 취할 수 있는 적절한 조치는 파절편의 치관부위를 재위치시키고, 2∼3달간 레진강선 고정술을 시행하는 것이다. 치수과사나 치근흡수의 징후가 나타날때까지 근관치료를 보류해야 하는데 대부분의 증례에서 파절편의 치근부위는 그 생활력을 유지하기 때문이다. 본 증례의 10세 4개월된 남아는 상악영구중절치의 치근파절을 주소로 연세대학교 치과병원에 내원하엿으며, 그후 7년동안 동일부위에 2번의 반복적인 외상이 있었으나 파절편 치관부의 재위치, 레진 강선 고정술, 근관치료 시행 후 임상적으로 방사선학적으로 비교적 양호한 치료결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Traumatic injuries in the young permanent dentition are common, but root fractures, defined as fractures in volving dentin, cementum and pulp, are relatively uncommon. Appropriate management of root fracture involves repositioning the coronal portion of the tooth fragment and firm immobilization with a splint for 2 to 3 month. Root canal treatment should not be initiated until the sign of necrosis or resorption are apparent because in most cases, the apical fragments maintain their vitality. The following case report describes a patient with root fractures injured three times over the period of 7 years. The results, clinically and radiographically, were acceptable, but term periodic evaluation is required.

      • 만성 활동성 간염에 있어서 Ursodeoxycholic acid의 치료효과

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical and biochemical effects of SGD-F^(R)(UDCA, Vitamin B_1, Vitamin B_2 complex) in chronic active hepatitis. Observed cases were given orally after each meal(three times a day) for 4 weeks. The results were as follows: 1. Among subjective symptoms, improvement rate showed in easy fatigability 86.7%, anorexia 68.0%, indigestion 80.0%, nausea and vomiting 72.7%, RUQ pain 83.3%. 2. Biochemical parameters such as SGOT, SGPT, showed to be improved significantly after the 4 weeks treatment.(p<0.01) 3. There was no specific side effect during the study period in all cases. In conclusion, SGD-F^(R) capsule may be safe and effective for chronic active hepatitis.

        상악 구개측 중앙부에 매복된 과잉치

        과잉치는 치배 형성기에 정상 치판의 과도한 증식의 결과로 발생하며 산발적일 수도 있고 유전적일 수도 있다. 발생 빈도는 1~3%이며,2:1의 비율로 남아에게 호발한다. 주로 상악 전방부에서 많이 발견되며, 매복, 영구치의 위치 이상, 정중부 이개, 낭종, 비강으로의 맹출 등과 같은 다양한 합병증을 나타낼 수도 있다. 상악 전방부에서 발견되어지는 과잉치는 치축방향에 따라 위치가 결정되며 상악 전방부 과잉치의 1/3 정도는 역위 매복되어 맹출의 가능성이 없지만, 치낭의 치관 부위가 정상적인 관계로 존재하는 한 과잉치의 이동이 일어날 수 있다. 치아의 이동은 경구개, 소구치 부위, 비강까지도 일어날 수 있다. 또한 전상악 수직고경의 성장으로 시간이 지남에 라 외과적 접근이 어려워질 수 있다. 이에 본 두 증례에서는 역위 매복된 상악 전방부의 과잉치가 구개 측 중앙부까지 이동된 것을 발견하여 외과적으로 제거하였다. Supernumerary tooth develops as a result of abnormal proliferation of the dental lamina during the initiation stage of dental development. It could be a sporadic occurrence or a hereditary transmission. Supernumerary tooth occurs with a frequency of 1 to 3%, Generally, there is a 2:1 preference for boys. It is usually found in the anterior portion of the maxilla and may be associated with complications such as impaction, malposition of permanent teeth, formation of diastema, cysts and eruption into nasal cavity. The position of supernumerary tooth found in the anterior portion of the maxilla is determined by the axis of the tooth. One third of supernumerary tooth in the anterior portion of the maxilla has no possibility of eruption due to its invertedly impacted position. However, as long as the coronal part of the follicle remain intact, migration of supernumerary tooth is possible. The migration may occur into the palate, the premolar region, the sinus or the nasal cavity. Also, growth of vertical dimension of maxilla could make surgical approach difficult as time goes by. For this reason, we have found invertedly impacted mesiodens moved to the vault of the palate in the two cases, and extracted supernumerary tooth surgically.

        Nitric oxide {NO} laduces apoptotic cell death In murine RAW 264.7 macrephages. To elucidate the inhlabitory effects of protein kinmac C (PKC) on NO-lmdwced apoptoles, we generated clones of RAW 264.7 cells that overexpress one of the PKC looforma and explered the powble Interactions between PKC and three stractarally related metegen-activated preblem (MAP)kiness In NO actiens. Treatment of RAW 264.7 cells with acdium mkrepruside (SNP), a NO tenerating agent , activated both c-Jun N-terminal kinesseltress-activated pretein kinase (JNK/SAPK) and p38 kinase, but did not activate extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)-1 and ERK-2 In additlen, SNP-imduced apopteels was mightly blocked by the selective p-38 kinesse Inhtblter (SB203580)but not by the MAP?ERK1 kiness Inbibitor (PD090059). PKC tranerrectants (PKC-βⅡ, -&, and -n) showed substantial pretection from cell deeth Induced by the expreture to NO downs such as SNP and S-nitroglutathiese (GSNO). In contract, in RAW 264.7 parent or in empty vecter-tracformed cells, these NO demmors imdneed imternucleosomal DNA cleavage. Mereover, overexpression of PKC isofornas signiflcammtly auppressed SNP-induced JNK/SAPK and p38 kinase activation, but did not affect ERK-1 and -2. We also explored the invelvement of CPP32-like preteose In the NO-INduced apeptoceds. Inhibithion of CPP32-like proteose prevented apoptions in RAWW 267.7 pareced cells In addition, SNP dramntically activated CPP32 in the parent or in empty vector-transformed cells, white slightly activated CPP32 in PKC transfectants. Therefore, we conclude that PKC protects NO-induced apoptotic cell death, preammably maMKying the NO-mediated activation of JNK/SAPK, p38 kinese, and CPP32-like protease in RAW 267.7 macrephages.

        水稻品種 水原334號와 水原341號의 百葉枯病 抵抗性 遺傳

        For determining the inheritance of bacterial leaf blight(BLB) resistance to representative three isolates, 860485(K₁), 860474(K₂) and 860468(K₃) from Korea, Suweon 334 and Suweon 341 which are resistant varieties were crossed with susceptible variety, Jinbu 5. The F₁, and F₂ plants were tested for their reactions to the 860485, 860474 and 860468 isolate at their maximum tillering stage. BLB resistance to 860485 isolate was controlled by two dominant genes of Suweon 334, but by a single dominant gene of Suweon 341 in case of scoring date August 4 and August 14, respectively. BLB resistance to 860474 isolate was controlled by complementary genes of Suweon 334 and Suweon 341 in case of scoring date August 4 and August 14, respectively except for scoring date August 14 of Suweon 341/Jinbu 5 cross combination. BLB resistance to 860468 isolate was controlled by a single dominant gene of Suweon 334 and Suweon 341 in case of scoring date August 4. However, resistance to 860468 isolate on scoring date August 14 influcenced by complementary genes of Suweon 334 and Suweon 341.
