        <大觀齋記夢>의 창작 방법 연구 : 창작소재를 중심으로

        본고는 <대관재기몽>이 어떤 과정을 거쳐서 창작되었는가 라는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 그리고 그 첫 번째 단계로서 <기몽>의 주요 소재가 어디에 그 所從來를 두고 있는가에 주목하였다. 그 결과 환상적인 분위기를 만들어내는 표현과 꿈을 해석하는 논리는 『列子』에서, 휘파람으로 반란을 진압하는 장면은 <長嘯却胡騎賦>에서, 심의와 최치원이 주장하는 詩作法은 宋代 문인들의 시화에서, 그리고 文章王國의 설정은 조선시대 성균관 유생들 사이에서 행해졌던 '成均館戱'에서 유래했다는 사실을 밝힐 수 있었다. 필자는 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 <기몽>을 보다 다양한 관점에서 이해할 수 있는 근거를 마련했다고 생각한다. 기존의 인구에서 <기몽>을 파악하던 관점, 즉 개인적인 우울이나 불우를 그려냈다는 식의 관점에서 벗어나 이 작품이 주었던 '즐거움'과 '웃음'의 측면에 보다 주목할 필요가 있다는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 시도야말로 <기몽>이란 작품의 의미를 보다 풍부하게 만드는 길일 것이다. In this paper, I am going to investigate the sources of the subject matters of Daekwanjaekimong. It is a meaningful work to understand the characteristic of Kimong and the way to write. My inquiry proves some facts as follow. There are four sources which occupy the essential positions in Kimong -Yelja(列子), Jangsokakhokibu(長嘯却胡騎賦), poetics in Song(宋) Dynasty and Seongkyunkwanhee(成均館戱). Yelja is the source of the imagination. Yelja provides the author with the fantastic atmosphere and the way to explain his dream in Kimong, what is more, some phrases of Kimong are very similar to those of Yelja. The whistle motif of Kimong is so impressive and it might be regarded as the highest reach of the imaginative power. Jangsokakhokibu is the source of the whistle motif. There are a lot of poetics in Kimong, which were written in the age of Song Dynasty. The author uses poetics in Song Dynasty to stand on his opinion about the way to write a poet. In Kimong, the author grades the literary persons of many generations in the Korean Peninsula. In the Joseon(朝鮮) Dynasty period the students of Seongkyunkwan, the national university, played the game of Seongkyunkwanhee. This game is that the students form the imaginary royal court in which Confucius is the emperor and his disciples are the feudal lords. The grading is the modification of Seongkyunkwanhee.

        관골 골절에 따른 합병증에 관한 임상적 연구

        The nasal and zygoma bone are parts of frequently fracturing of facial bones because of anatomically protrusion. Of facial bone fractures, nasal bone is at the high level of incidence rate. But zygoma fracture that anatomical characteristics increase the incidence rate also is occupied considerable part of the facial bone fracture. The outline of face is decided by form of underlying skeletal structure, of that, zygoma plays an important role in. Zygoma is closely attached to surrounding anatomic structure as orbit, maxillary sinus. Aesthetic and functional disturbance are developed by zygoma fracture from trauma, complications, as facial asymmetry, trismus, sensory disturbance, epistaxis, periorbital hemorrhage, diplopia etc, are developed. The patterns of complications following displacement of fractured fragment of zygoma by trauma are slightly different.

        The absorption ability of low density heavy metal of pine needles and cones is better than one of existing absorption materials in treatment ability and experimental condition. The elimination ability of chlorine of pine needles and cones is better than one of active carbon. In elimination of trihalomethane, the effect of treatment of pine needles is lower than one of pine cones. And surface of pine needles and cones after absorption of heavy metal ion was observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). Application and availability of pine needles and cones as absorption material need lots of experiments. The experiment on Gal-Bi(fallen leaves) is proceeding.

        악교정 수술후 자가통증조절장치(Patient-Controlled Analgesia)의 사용 효과에 관한 연구

        The concept of PCA(Patient Controlled Analgesia) was first described in 1968, by Sechzer. The earliest descriptions of actual self-administered PCA machines were by Forrest et al. In gastric bypass surgery, cesarian section, orthopedic surgery etc, PCA is widely used in the control of postoperative pain. Previous Studies have shown that PCA provides effective pain-control for the postoperative patient. The postoperative pain-control is a problem that should be solved in surgery. Especially in orthognathic surgery, it is not same as in the case of maxillofacial trauma surgery or of tumor surgery : most orthognathic surgery patients are under operation not accustomed to pains, and difficulties in pain-complaint due to IMF(Intermaxillary fixation), postoperative nausea, and vomiting are additional problem. In this study, we have compared PCA and IM analgesics with respect not only to time request but also to the quality of postoperative pain control.

      • 알쯔하이머형 치매와 혈관성 치매환자에서의 ALDH2와 APOE 유전자의 다형성에 관한 연구

        연구목적: 본 연구는 국내 치매환자들을 대상으로 치매발병의 위험요소가 될 수있는 ALDH2와 APOE 유전자형이 어떤 양상으로 나타나는지 알아보기 위하여 시행되었다. 방 법: 충남 부여군에 위치한 부여노인병원에 입원중인 65세 이상의 알쯔하이머형 치매와 혈관성 또는 혼재성 치매환자 59명(남:19, 녀:40)을 대상으로 ALDH2와 APOE 유전자형을 제한효소법에 의하여 조사하였고 치매유형에 따른 유전자형과 대립유전자의 빈도를 비교하였다. 결 과: 1) 알쯔하이머형 치매환자군에서 혈관성 또는 혼재성 치매환자군보다 ALDH2*(-/2)유전자형의 빈도가 높았으나 통계학적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다. 2) 알쯔하이머형 치매화자군에서 혈관성 또는 혼재성 치매환자군보다 APOE*(-/ε4) 유전자형의 빈도가 높았으나 통계학적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다. 3) APOE*ε4와 ALDH2*2를 알쯔하이머병의 균등한 위험대립유전자로 가정하고 각 유전자형의 대립유전자의 수를 점수화하여 각 치매환자군의 위험유전자 전체점수를 비교한 결과 알쯔하이머형 치매환자군에서 점수가 더 높게 나왔으나 통계학적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다. 결 론: 알쯔하이머형 치매환자군에서 혈관성 또는 혼재성치매치매환자군보다 ALDH2*2와 APOE*ε4 대립유전자의 빈도가 높게 나왔으나 통계학적으로 의미있는 차이는 없었다. A study on gene polymorphism of ALDH2 and APOE in patients with alzheimer's disease and vascular or mixed dementia. Objective : This study was designed to investigate gene polymorphism of ALDH2 and APOE, reported the risk factor of Alzheimer's disease, in korean dementia patients. Method : 59 Patients(male:19, female:40) with dementia, aged 65 and older in Buyeo geriatric hospital located in Buyeo-gun, chungnam, were finally included in this study. gene polymorphism of ALDH2 and APOE was typed with polymerase chain reaction in patients with Alzheimer's desease and vascular or mixed dementia. Results : 1) There was no difference in allelic frequency of ALDH2 gene polymorphism between patients with Alzheimer's disease and vascular or mixed dementia. 2) There was no difference in allelic frequency of APOE gene polymorphism between patients with Alzheimer's disease and vascular or mixed dementia. 3) Supposing APOE*ε4 and ALDH2*2 were equal risk allele of Alzheimer's disease, the sum of score by counting each risk allele was higher in patients with Alzheimer's disease than vascular mixed dementia, however there was no significant difference. Conclusion : The genotype frequency of ALDH2*(-/2) and APOE*(-/ε4) was higher in patients with Alsheimer's disease than vascular or mixed dementia, however there was no significant difference in allelic frequency of gene polymorphism of ALDH2 and APOE between patients with Alzheimer's disease and vascular or mixed dementia.

        The Effect of Spinal Decompression Therapy on the Pain and Posture in the Patients with Low back Pain

        The purpose of this study identify that spinal decompression therapy effect on and pain, length Of leg distance(LLD), and muscle power and flexibility in patient with low back pain. The participants is 20 female and male with low back pain, and participant assign to decompression therapy group and control group at random. The decompression therapy apply to 20 minute 3 time for a week during 4 weeks. The Measurement items is pain, LLD, and muscle power, flexibility. The comparison between the before and after was Wilcoxon's U test, and 2 group after spinal decompression therapy application compared Mann-Whithney U test. Spinal decompression therapy reduced statistically significance the pain, LLD, and increased statistically significance the muscle power and flexibility increased the muscle power(p<.05). This study showed that spinal decompression therapy does affect pain, LLD, and muscle power and flexibility in patient with low back pain.

      • Molecular discrimination of Panax ginseng species

        In order to develop convenient and reproducible methods for identification of ginseng drugs at a DNA level, RAPD (randomly amplified polymorphic DNA) and PCR-RFLP (PCR-Restriction fragment length polymorphism) analysis were applied within Panax species. To authenticate Panax ginseng betvyeen Chinese and Korean ginseng population, RAPD analysis were carried out using 20 mer-random primer. The similarity coefficients among the DNA of ginseng plants analyzed were low, ranging from 0.197 to 0.491. In addition, using PCR-RFLP analysis, very different fingerprints were obtained within Korean ginseng plants. These results suggest that these methods are able to authenticate the concerned Panax species. Broader application of this approach to authenticate other morphologically similar medicinal materials is rationalized.

        Altered ganglioside patterns accompany the Anti-inflammatory activity of luteolin in Lipopolysaccharide-stimulated Raw 264.7

        Flavonoids have a range of biological activities, including anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and anti-cancer activities, as demonstrated by in vitro studies. In this study, we investigated whether luteolin can be applied to suppression of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated inflammatory responses in murine macrophages. Luteolin was found to reduce nitric oxide (NO) production in LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 cells. In addition, expression of inducible nitric oxide synthetase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and pro-inflammatory cytokine tumor necrotic factor-α (TNF-α) at the mRNA and protein levels were decreased. These inhibitory effects were found to be caused by the blockade of nuclear factor kappa-light- chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) activation and phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase family, extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2 (ERK1/2), c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), and p38 MAP kinase. In addition, pre-treatment with luteolin resulted in reduced ganglioside expression levels and inhibited expression of GT1b in Raw 264.7 cells. On the basis of these observations, we suggest that luteolin has potential as an anti-inflammatory drug candidate, and ganglioside GT1b may play a role in the inflammatory process.
