새로운 5-benzofuryl-2-[1-(alkoxyimino)alkyl]-3-hydroxycyclohex-2-en-1-one 유도체들의 제초활성에 관한 비교분자 유사성지수 분석

Three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationships (3D-QSARs) on the herbicidal activities against in-vitro pre-emergence rice plant (Oryza sativa. L.) and barnyard grass (Echinochloa crus-galli) by new 5-benzofuryl-2-[1-(alkoxyimino)alkyl]-3-hydroxycyclohex-2-en-1-one derivatives were studied quantitatively using comparative molecular similarity indices analysis (CoMSIA) methodology. The optimized CoMSIA model(A5: r²<SUB>cv</SUB>.=0.569 & r²<SUB>ncv</SUB>.=0.941) for rice plant exhibited a good correlation with steric (31.6%) and hydrophobic (39.7%) factors of the substrate molecules, and the model (B4: r²<SUB>cv</SUB>.=0.569 & r²<SUB>ncv</SUB>.=0.941) for barnyardgrass exhibited a good correlation with electrostatic (46.7%) and H-bond acceptor field (30.8%), respectively. The predicted R₁=SF?, R₂=R₃=R₄=H (P1) substituent (Rice plant: pI??=4.84 & Barnyardgrass: pI??=7.21, △pI??=2.37) by the model (B4) not only exhibited to the highest herbicidal activity against barnyardgrass, but also exhibited to the highest selecticity between two plants.

본 연구는 존재론을 바탕으로 인간 삶의 실존개념을 이해하고 디자인의 존재 의미와 가치를 재조명하는데 있다. 새로운 것을 소유하고 싶은 욕망을 바탕으로 트렌드의 양산과 의도적 폐기화가 강요되고 있는 인간 삶의 현실에서, 디자인 분야를 중심으로 환경과 사회를 배려하는 주체적인 노력과 사회적 확산을 위해서 인간 실존의 개념으로부터 디자인이 추구할 미적 가치들을 되돌아보는 것은 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 인간의 실존을 이미 정해져 있는 존재가 아니라 되어가는 존재, 만들어가는 ‘가능성’의 열린 존재로 파악하고 디자인의 궁극적인 목적을 주어진 현실을 극복하는 실천적 방법으로 인식하고 패션디자인이 추구할 미적 가치의 도출을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법은 문헌연구와 사례연구를 병행하였다. 먼저 존재론의 개념과 삶의 방식으로써 소유의 양식과 존재의 양식을 구분하여 살펴보았다. 또한 존재론적 관점의 디자인 고찰로써 윤리적 디자인, 생태적 디자인, 행동주의 디자인에 대해 살펴보았고 패션디자인에서 존재론적 특성이 반영된 사례를 제시하였다. 존재론적 인식을 바탕으로 패션디자인의 추구할 실천적 가치로는 존재 지양, 관계 지향, 창조 지향이 도출되었다. 존재론적 인식을 바탕으로 한 패션디자인의 실천적 가치로써 존재 지양은 패션디자인에 대한 모든 통념을 하나의 철학적 사고의 대상으로 간주하게 한다. 관계 지향은 인간과 환경, 생산자와 소비자, 상품가치와 소비가치 등 다양한 영역에서 새로운 인식과 의미의 생산을 요구한다. 창조 지향은 현대 소비사회에서 디자인을 영역을 중심으로 추구되고 있는 미적혁신의 가상성에 대한 반성과 함께 존재의 지양, 관계의 지향을 동반한 새로운 디자인을 통해 진정한 의미의 미적 혁신과 가치의 창조적 혁신을 요구하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to comprehend existential concept of life from the view of ontology, and illuminate the existential significance and value of design by it. Today the mass production of trends and intentional discard of them are proceeding simultaneously. Human endeavors to overcome these phenomena through the conscious thinking and act which care for environment and society are also in process. Present study regards human existence not as predestined existence but as existence being made and "possibility" in process, and sets up the ultimate aims of design as important meaning and value that overcome given circumstances. The researcher carried out both the study of literature and the analysis of illustrative cases. In the study of literature, the researcher surveyed the concept of existentialism and the traits of the mode of possession and that of existence. From this the researcher derived the framework for the analysis of aesthetic value of fashion design. In the study of illustrative cases, the researcher selectively collected cases of design that reflect the mode of existence from the professional books and from internet. The researcher reinterpreted the meaning of those cases by using aesthetic framework, purposing to propose guidelines for the development of future design. The results of this study may be summarized as follows: 1) The concept of existentialism is established through the survey of the traits of human existence. 2) The comparison between the traits of the mode of consumption and that of existence is achieved. The traits of fashion design that support the human existentialism based on the important concepts of the mode of existence is also derived. 3) The analysis of the meaning of ethical · ecological · behavioral design is fulfilled, and the characteristics of fashion design are clarified. This study emphasized the fashion design that pursued the durable growth and valuable consumption. The future fashion design must take into consideration favorable circumstances and preferable coexistence of human beings. It must not become a tentative fashion or obligatory design. In succeeding studies the researcher intends to analyze the characteristics of fashion design from the diverse points of view and further pursue the traits of molding and their meaning.

The effect of a vortex on the autoignition of H₂/air in a nonpremixed mixing layer is investigated using 2-D direct numerical simulation (DNS). Two different ignition modes are identified: vortex tip ignition (VTI) and mixing layer ignition (MLI). The ignition delay of VTI shows a non-monotonic ‘U-shaped’ profile with the increase of the vortex intensity. The vortex advances the VTI in time within its moderate intensity range, while it delays the VTI compared to that without the vortex in the 1-D mixing layer. The temporal variation of the scalar dissipation rate of the mixture identified by the Lagrangian particle tracking method indicates that the reactive mixture goes through higher scalar dissipation rate than that of 1-D mixing layer during the induction time period under the relatively high vortex intensity condition. The non-monotonic U-shaped behavior of the ignition delay Is also observed with varying vortex radius and air temperature. These results demonstrate that the ratio of the time scale of the vortex to the chemical time scale plays an important role in determining the ignition characteristics. The Damköhler number based on the two time scales can effectively explain the contrary effects of vortex on the auto-ignition of H₂/air in a mixing layer.
