      • 심해 상어 간유에 의한 지방성 폐렴 2례

        외인성 지방성 폐렴은 1925년 Laughlen에 의하여 처음으로 기술되었으며, 우리나라에서도 소아에서 다수가 보고되었다. 이 지방성 폐렴은 지방성 물질을 흡인 또는 흡입함으로서 쉽게 발생하며 임상적으로 질식, 빈호흡, 호흡곤란, 세균감염의 합병 및 성장 장애 등을 특징으로 한다. 방사선학적 소견으로는 병변의 부위는 환자의 자세와 투약 형태에 따라 드물며 광유 흡인에 의한 경우 종속 위치에서 기름을 비점적 흡인한 경우에 좀 더 광범위하게 분포를 하게되며 가장 잘 침범되는 부위는 우측 폐 하엽의 내측 분절과 심폐 분절 등이고 중력 의존적(gravity-dependent) 침윤에서부터 무기폐에 이르기까지 다양하게 나타난다. 예후는 침범된 병변의 부위, 환자의 전신상태 및 감염의 합병에 따라 다양하며 지방성 폐렴에 대한 특별한 치료가 없기 때문에 예방이 최선의 방법이다. 저자들은 심해 상어 간유 복용후 발생한 지방성 폐렴 2례를 경험하였다. 증례 1은 5개월된 남아로서 입원 당시 흉벽 함몰, 빈호흡을 호소하였고, 흉부 X선 촬영상 양폐야의 침윤을 나타내었고, 약 10개월 후에 실시한 흉부 X선 추적검사에서 병변은 여전히 남아있었다. 증례 2는 15개월된 여아로서 입원당시 잦은 상기도 감염, 발열 및 위식도 역류에 의한 성장 장애를 나타내었고, 흉부 X선 촬영상 양폐야의 침윤을 보였고, 약 9개월 후에 실시한 흉부 X선 추적검사에서 병변은 많이 호전되었다. 저자들은 심해 상어 간유에 의한 지방성 폐렴 2례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Exogenous lipoid pneumonia was first described by Laughlen in 1925 and a few cases of the pneumonia were reported during childhood in our country. It can be easily developed by the aspiration of lipoid substance through the airway. It is characterized by choke, tachypnea, chest retraction, dyspnea, superimposed bacterial infection and growth retardation. Roentgenographically the appearance is very diversed from gravity-dependent infiltration to atelectasis. The prognosis is also diversed according to the degree of involved lision, the general condition of the patients, and the superimposed infections. There's no specific treatment of lipoid peumonia. Therefore, prevention is the most important treatment. We experienced the two cases of exogenous lipoid pneumonia occurred shortly after having several capsules of the deepsea-shark-liveroil(Squalene). In the first case the 5-month-old male infant suffered from chest retraction and tachynea and the patchy and streaky infiltration of the both lung fields on the chest X-ray was revealed at the admission time. About 10 months later the lesion was remained reentgenographically. In the second case the 15-month-old female patient suffered from frequent upper respiratory infections, mild to moderate fever, and failure to thrive probably due to gastroesphageal reflusx. The chest X-ray was similar to the first case, but the lesion is nearly clear about 9 months after the discharge. We report two cases of lipoid pneumonia with brief review of relevant literature.

        Currently, the most used forms, such as euro form and aluminum form, has many problems. There are issues with noise of construction site because of existing forms’ material and issues with safety because of heavy weight. To solve these problems, there are many researches on using plastic and composite materials on the formwork. However, plastic has lower tensile strength than the steel and aluminum and composite materials are expensive. Therefore, constructors are avoid to use the forms with new materials. The purpose of this study is to develop light-weight plastic form to solve these existing problems by using ABS with optimized design. To verify, the study measured the amount of deflection from developed form through a load test. The test result showed a deflection of 1.15mm when 1.4ton was loaded in the middle of form. The result of the study verified that the usage of ABS and optimized design effectively reduced the weight and noise. Also, it’s performance was verified through the load test.

      • 식용유지로부터 글리세롤리스반응을 이용한 디글리세리드의 효소적 생산

        For the production of diglyceride(DG) edible oil and glycerol(GL) were reacted in the presence of lipase. Lipase P from Pseudomonas sp. was selected among commercial lipases on the basis of triglyceride(TG) conversion and DG content (96) during glycerolysis reaction. More than 45% of DG was obtained by reacting GL and some edible oil such as soybean oil, cotton seed oil, corn oil in the presence of lipase P. However, A little lower content of DG was obtained by mixing each edible oils and GL in the ratio of l.'l(w/w). Temperature shift effect was investigated for the production of diglyceride. After initial incubation at 37°C for 12hr, incubation temperature was shifted to -2~50°C for 60hr. TG content and FFA content were little changed in the ranges of above 25 °C. And DG purity was increased up to 55% with the increase of temperature. Below the temperature of 15°C, the content of MG was increased, whereas both DG content and TG content was decreased with the increase of temperature. The combined use of lipase AK/lipase P could make the required amount of lipase P reduce by obtaing the same DG content in the product. Maximum yield of approximately 46.3% DG(DG purity: 55.9%) was obtained by adjusting molar ratio of GL/TG and water content of GL to 0.5'-1 and 4.4%, respectively.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate closely the fatigue sites of drivers, the subjective symptons of fatigue, and the restrictions of time and space, moreover on the bases of these data, to develop the gymnastics to maximize the effects of fatigue recovery of drivers during driving. Accordingly, to develop the gymnastics for drivers, the authers investigated average driving time per day, actual conditions of the gymnastics execution, needs for the gymnastics execution, and the fatigue sites and the symptions during or after driving. The resume of the study is as fallows; Research revealed that most of drivers used to drive three hours and over per day (83.63%), to feel actually necessity of the gymnastics during driving (91.37%). Neverthless, research revealed that a half and over of drivers used not to carry out the gymnastics during driving (62.17%), because drivers has no the practical gymnastics (58.46%) and were pressed for time (41.50%). While the fatigue sites of drivers during and after driving were disclosed similarly in sequence of eye, waist, neck, leg, and knee. Even there is a great difference among drivers, research revealed that drivers used to feel fatigue for the most parts of body. For these reasons, the gymnastics development for drivers was aimed to fully simulate the fatigue sites in order to animate the blood circulation of the muscles, to activate the neurotransmitters of the central nervous system.

        임플란트 식립시 고려해야할 해부학적 구조물에 대한 문헌 고찰

        In severely atrophic or osteoporotic maxilla and mandible, the location of maxillary sinus and inferior alveolar nerve may considerable, both superoinferiorly and mesiolaterally. If an implant is placed too close to this structures, complications may occur. Injury to the nerve or sinus during surgery may lead to paresthesia or anesthesia, thus severly disturbing the patient and causing madical and legal consequences. A clinician's ability to reliable locate this anatomic structures within maxilla and mandible would permit the surgical planning of implant placement in the posterior edentulous maxilla and mandible. Since it is often not possible to clearly identify the course of the nerve canal and sinus on a radiograph, the goal of the article was to establish a classification of different types of the anatomic structures may taken and determine a recommended minimum distance between th anatomic structures and the location of an implant. Moreover the study intends to analyze atrophy-related changes in the mental for amen and maxillary sinus made during the various stages of resorption.

        OGlcNAc Transferase (OGT) is a complementary enzyme that regulates O-linked N-acetylglucosamine (O-GlcNAc) and plays a critical role in various cancer phenotypes including invasion, migration, and metabolic reprogramming. In this study, OGT is the predicted target of miR-7-5p. To identify miR-7-5p’s role in cell growth and metabolism, we treated various lung cancer cell lines with miR-7-5ps and performed qRT- PCR and western blot to demonstrate that OGT is the target of miR-7-5p. Furthermore, relative luciferase assay was done to show that miR-7-5p directly regulates OGT. To define the role of mir-7-5p in cancer cell metabolism, we performed LDH assay, glucose uptake, and mitochondrial ATP synthase inhibitor assay. Induced overexpression of miR-7-5p in lung cancer cells decreased aerobic glycolysis as is demonstrated by reduced LDH production, glucose uptake, and glycolysis. Increased O-GlcNAcylation contributed to the augmentation of lung cancer cell metabolism. In the present study, inhibition of OGT by miR7-5p decreased the growth and metabolism of lung cancer. These findings suggest that modulating OGT activity may present a potential therapeutic strategy for cancer.

        Design of High-Durability Superhydrophobic Microsurface Structures

        The development of industrial technology has increased the demand for surface modification to functionalize product surfaces. Superhydrophobicity affords a self-cleaning ability and is highly regarded in various industrial fields. However, superhydrophobic surfaces are limited in terms of their mechanical and chemical durability, which must be addressed to allow them to advance to the commercialization stage. In this study, we proposed a hierarchical structure to increase the durability of a microsurface exhibiting superhydrophobicity. It was optimized based on a design of experiments and finite element analysis. Results of the finite element analysis indicated that the maximum stress of the proposed hierarchical structure reduced by approximately 71% compared to that of the well-known pillar structure. The wettability and durability of the superhydrophobic fi lm fabricated via micro three-dimensional printing and ultraviolet-imprint lithography were evaluated. The optimal hierarchical structure yielded a contact angle of 150° or more, and the change in the contact angle change was within 5° even after 10,000 cycles of the abrasion test.
