        공기업, 재벌 및 비재벌의 구조조정 성과 분석

        본 연구에서는 2,223개 한국기업들을 공기업, 민간기업, 재벌기업, 비재벌기업의 기업형태 별로 구분하여 외환위기 이후 구조조정 성과를 평가하고 있다. 노동생산성, 자본생산성 및 기술적 효율성 수준뿐만 아니라 총요소생산성 증가율을 기술변화율, 규모의 경제효과, 기술적 효율성 증가율로 구분하여 동태적 측면의 생산성 변화추세를 비교하였다. 주요 결론은 외환위기에 대한 기업의 대응이 인력감축, 자산매각으로 인한 요소생산성의 개선이란 외형적 효과에만 치중하였을 뿐 총요소생산성을 크게 개선시키지 못하였고, 특히 기술혁신과 효율성 수준을 획기적으로 개선시키지 못하여 기업의 성장잠재력 개선에는 큰 성과를 이루지 못했다는 점이다. This study examines the economic performance of restructuring for 2,223 Korean firms which are classified into public firms, jaebol and non-jaebol firms during the period of 1995-2002. We analysed the trend in labor and capital productivity, technical efficiency, and total factor productivity. The translog functional form of the stochastic frontier production function to measure the TFP decomposed into technical change, technical efficiency and economies of scale. The most important finding is that restructuring mainly depended on an increase in the factor productivity by reducing employment and selling assets without significant increase in the TFP.

      • 養液栽培商品의 生産과 流通實態 및 改善方向

        To illuminate the state and countermeasure of soilless cultural production and marketing in Korea, the survey of soilless cultural production through Agricultural Agent Center, questionnaire, field investigation, and literature analysis were performed. Soilless cultural farm-houses were 82 and area was 11.1 ㏊ on September, 1992. But its area of chief producing district and kind of crops are rapidly being changed. To solve the problems of soilless culture in Korea; old age and low education of farmers, small cultural area, financial difficulty, none standardization of facilities material and none specialization of varieties for soilless culture, it must be actively put in practice for soilless cultural improvement of Korea that the technical education strengthenning, financial support by government, standardization of facilities material and variety specialization. Poor sales network and policy, poor marketing intelligence network and activities, negligent selection and packing of products become the major cause of soilless culture's failure. Therefore, spontaneous sales network organization, marketing support of Horticultural Cooperative Association and Agricultural Cooperative Association, elevation of marketing intelligence power, and continuous effort of farmer for successful selection and packing of products are essential factors for soilless cultural development of Korea. Soilless culture is a royal road to change from primary agriculture to secondary agriculture for agricultural innovation, but there are many problems in this system and it is difficult to solve that problems by only farmer's effort. Therefore, not only farmer but also researcher, scholar, related groups and government concentrate their effort on solution of soilless cultural problems.

        교정력의 즉시 부하가 미니스크류의 제거 회전력에 미치는 영향의 평가

        교정치료에서 고정원의 조절은 교정 장치의 선택과 적용에서 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 이 연구의 목적은 교정용 미니스크류의 식립 즉시 교정력을 적용한 군과 교정력을 적용하지 않은 군의 제거회전력 측정과 조직학적 분석을 통해 즉시 교정력을 가한 미니스크류의 고정원으로서의 안정성을 확인하여 식립 후 교정력을 적용 수 있는 시기의 선택에 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다. 외경 1.6 mm, 길이 8 mm인 총 40개의 타이타늄 미니스크류를 10마리 가토의 경골에 식립하였다. 20개의 미니스크류 실험군은 식립 직후부터 6주동안 지속적인 200g의 교정력을 적용하였고 나머지 20개의 미니스크류 대조군은 교정력을 적용하지 않았다. 제거 회전력은 디지털 토크 게이지를 이용하여 측정하였으며 t-test를 이용하여 통계처리 하였고, 조직표본은 미니스크류를 제거한 후 H-E 염색하여 조직 소견을 관찰하였다. 제거회전력은 실험군과 대조군에서 통계학적으로 유의성 있는 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 조직학적으로 두 군간의 차이는 없었다. 본 연구의 결과는 교정용 미니스크류에 즉시 교정력을 가하더라도 안정적인 고정원으로 활용할 수 있다는 점을 제시한다. Objective: The purpose of this experimental study was to evaluate the effect of immediate orthodontic loading on the stability at the bone-implant interface of titanium miniscrews in a rabbit model. Methods: Forty titanium miniscrews (1.6 mm diameter, 8 mm length) were inserted in the tibiae of 10 rabbits. Twenty test group miniscrews were subjected to continuous orthodontic forces of 200g immediately after implantation for a period of 6 weeks. The remaining 20 control group miniscrews were left unloaded for the same follow-up interval. Removal torque values were recorded using a digital torque gauge. An independent t-test was performed. Results: All the miniscrews were stable, and exhibited no mobility or displacement throughout the experimental period. Histologically, miniscrews were well-integrated into bone. No statistically significant differences in removal torque data were found between the loaded test and the unloaded control groups. Conclusions: These findings suggest that titanium miniscrews can be used as anchoring units for orthodontic tooth movement immediately after insertion.

        광주광역시 전문계 고등학교 특성화 및 종합발전방안

        이 연구의 목적은 광주광역시 전문계 고등학교의 특성화 및 종합발전방안을 수립하는데 있다. 이 연구는 ① 전문계 고등학교 관련 선행연구 분석,② 인력육성 및 특성화 방향을 설정하기 위하여 광주광역시,전라남도,우리나라의 산업여건 분석,③ 광주광역시 전문계 고등학교에 대해 Malcolm Baldrige 평가모형에 의한 진단평가와 SWOT 및 활용전략 분석, ④ 광주광역시 전문계 고등학교의 개편 요구 분석,⑤ 광주광역시 전문계 고등학교의 특성화 및 종합발전방안 설정 등의 과정을 통해 수행되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째,비전은 광주광역시 전문계고 특성화와 발전 역량 구축을 통한 산업체 요구에 부합하는 우수 인력 양성이며,이를 위한 전략은 특성화 체제구축,학교교육 혁신,인적 자원 혁신,학교경영 혁신,인프라 구축으로 설정하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 특성화 체제 구축은 특성화 체제 개편,교육과정 중심 특성화,학과 재배치 통합형 고교 도입,특성화고 신설을 통해 추진할 수 있 는데 특히,교육과정 중심 특성화가 적극 도입되어야 한다. 셋째,학교교육 혁신은 교육과정 개편,교수 학습 개선,진로지도 개선,시설 및 기자재 개선을 통해 추진할 수 있다. 넷째,인적자원 혁신은 학교 관리자 역량 강화,교원 역량 강화,학생 역량 강화를 통해 추진할 수 있다. 다섯째,학교경영 혁신은 경영 리더십 제고,경영 성과관리 강화,학교 재정 혁신을 통해 추진할 수 있다. 여섯째,인프라 구축을 위해 지자체,대학,산업체,지역주민과 연계 강화를 통해 추진할 수 있다. 일곱째,13개 전문계 고둥학교의 여건 및 특성에 적합한 단위학교별 특성화 및 종합발전방안을 수립하였다. The purpose of this study was to suggest strategies to specialize and develop vocational high schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The study was orderly performed as follows: (1) reviewing literature about vocational high school, (2) analyzing the condition of industries, (3) diagnosing the vocational high school through Malcolm Baldrige model, (4) analyzing the SWOT and application strategies, (5) analyzing the needs of reform, and (6) establishing the strategies for the specialization and development of Vocational High Schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The major findings of this study were as the following: First, the vision was to bring up excellent human resources to corresponds industrial needs through specialization and development of vocational high schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Five strategies to achieve it were creating the specialization system, innovating the school education, human resources, and the school management, and building the infrastructure. Second, creating the specialization system can be performed through five tasks which were restructuring the specialization system, creating curriculum-based specialization, trading departments in inter-schools, introducing an integrated high school, and building a new specialized high school. Especially curriculum based specialization needs to be accepted. Third, innovating the school education can be performed through four tasks which were reorganizing the curriculum, improving the teaching and learning, improving the career guidance, and improving the facilities and equipments. Fourth, innovating human resources can be performed through three tasks which were enhancing each competencies of a school manager, a teacher, and a student. Fifth, innovating the school management can be performed through three tasks which were improving the management leadership, developing the performance management, and innovating the school finance. Sixth, building the infrastructure can be performed through four tasks which were enhancing the relationships with a local government, colleges, industries, and local residents. Seventh, individual strategies for the specialization and development of thirteen vocational high schools were also developed by corresponding to their conditions and characteristics.

        낭종 적출후 악골 결손부 치유에 관한 동종골 이식 효과에 관한 연구

        This study was aimed to suggest to better treatment method of jaw cyst that the maximum diameter was wider than 3cm, using different treatment and clinical and radiographic result. We divided the 60 patients into three groups, group A(20 patients) were treated with cyst enucleation and Decalcified Freeze-Dried Allogeneic Bone(DFDB) graft, group B(20 patients) were treated with cyst enucleation and autogenous bone graft, group C(20 patients) were treated with only cyst enucleation. Each group was evaluated with panramic radiograph and clinical sign & symptom at pre-op and post-op(immediate, 6, 12, 24, 36 month). Bone density was evaluated with disital densitometer. The result was as follows : 1. Post-Op infection was higher in group C(4 pts.) than in group A(1 pt.) and B(1 pt.) 2. Post-Op gingival recession was higher in group C(3 Pts.) than in group A(1 pt.) and B(1 pt.) 3. Anatomic distortion was higher in group C(3 Pt.) than in group A(1 Pt.), and B(1 pt.) 4. reoperation was done in two patients who were in group C 5. There were donor site morbidity in two patients 6. there was no significant difference between group A and B in their bony density in their follow up period(p>0.05). 7. There were significant differences between group A, B and group C in their bony density until post-op 24 months but a little differences at post-op 36 months(P<0.01)

      • 국내에서 유행하는 HIV의 전파 경로에 따른 Subtype 분포

        Background : Previous data have been reported that subtype B is prevalent in South Korea, but neither the extent nor the proportion of subtypes could be evaluated. This study was designed to analyze the distribution of HIV-1 subtypes, temporal instructions and transmission dynamics between epidemiological groups. Methods : 1,280 Koreans had been diagnosed as HIV seropositive during the period 1985 to 2000. Among them, 134 individuals were selected for this molecular epidemiological study. 134 DNAs were isolated from uncultured or cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells. V3-V5 (0.7 kb) fragment of HIV-1 env gene was amplified by nested polymerase chain reaction and was sequenced. Results : HIV-1 isolates from thirty-seven homosexuals were all subtype B (100%). On the other hand, 66 isolates from 94 heterosexuals were subtype B (70%) and 28 were non B subtypes (30% : 13 A, 4 C, 2 D, 8 E , 1 G). Only subtype B strains were isolated from 73 males who were infected with HIV inside Korea while 16 B and 20 non B subtype strains were isolated from 36 males who were HIV infected outside of Korea. However, B and non B strains were isolated half and half from females who were infected inside Korea except one. Conclusion : The HIV-1 subtype B strains are prevalent in Korea from the early HIV infection until present in both homo and heterosexuals. Non B strains have been transmitted from men who were infected outside Korea to their spouses and casual partners. So, we need further study to monitor subtype B and non B HIV transmission in epidemiological groups of Korea, (Korean J Infect Dis 33:311∼318, 2001)

        사무직 근로자의 경력개발 지원 현황 및 요구 분석 : 중소기업과 대기업의 비교를 중심으로

        이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 대기업 및 중소기업의 사무직 근로자 경력개발 지원 현황 및 교육 요구를 분석하고 경력개발 지원의 필요성 및 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 따라서, 기업체 인사교육담당지들을 대상으로 사무직 근로자 직무교육 현황, 사무직 근로자의 역량수준 및 요구, 직무교육이 필요한 사무직의 업무활동분야 국가차원에서의 시무직 분야별 교육과정 개발 요구 등에 대한 요구분석을 실시하였다. 구체적인 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대부분의 기업은 전문역량을 보유한 근로자를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사무직 근로자의 경우 직위가 올라갈수록 전문가 수준에 근접한 직무역량이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전체 응답기업의 74.9%가 직무교육을 실시하고 있다고 응답하였고 근로자 1인당 연평균 직무교육 시간은 49시간으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전체 응답기업의 64.8%는 외부 위탁교육을 실시하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 중소기업이 대기업에 비해 위탁교육 의존도가 더 높은 것으로 드러났다. 다섯째, 승계계획(succession plan)은 전체 응답기업의 25.7%만이 도입 · 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 국가가 사무직 근로자의 직무능력 향상을 위해 교육과정을 개발하는 것에 대해서는 전체 응답기업의 69.7%가 긍정적으로 인식하였고, 가장 우선적으로 개발해야 할 교육과정으로는 전체 응답기업의 60.8%가 인사 · 노무 분야를 선정하였다. 마지막으로, 국가가 사무직 근로자를 대상으로 한 교육과정을 개발할 경우 전체 응답기업의 58.5%가 해당 교육과정에 근로자를 참여시킬 것이라고 응답하였다. 이를 통하여 ①사무직 근로자들의 일반역량과 전문역량을 모두 강화할 수 있는 전략적 접근의 필요성,②중소기업을 중심으로 사무직 근로자의 직무역량을 강화할 수 있는 직무 교육 확대 및 지원방안 요구, ③경력개발제도의 도입 · 운영의 필요성, ④국가가 가장 우선적으로 개발해야할 교육과정으로 도출된 인사 · 노무, 마케팅, 회계 분야에 있어서는 직무분석, 환경분석, 학습과제 분석 등의 실시를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze training needs and current situation of career development of office workers in small-medium sized enterprises and large corporations to find initiatives for supporting career development in Korea. The survey was conducted to HR practitioners in small-medium sized enterprises and large corporations about training situation of office workers, competency level of office workers, areas in need of training, and needs of curriculum development from government subsidized programs. Findings from this study was as follows. First, most of the companies prefer workers with job professional competencies. Second, expert level job competency was required for office workers as they got promoted. Third, 74.9% of responding companies was conducting job training and average training hours per year for workers were 49 hours. Forth, 64.8% of responding companies was conducting outsourcing training. Especially for small and medium sized companies, they tended to more rely on outsourcing training. Fifth, only 25.7% of responding companies was conducting succession plan. Sixth, 69.7% of responding companies reacted positively about developing government-directed training program. Finally, if the Korean government develops training curriculum for office workers, 58.5% of the responding companies answered that they would have their employees take the training programs. In short, ① Needs of strategic approach for strengthening general competencies and professional competencies for office workers, ② Request of supporting policy for strengthening job competencies of office workers focusing on small and medium sized enterprises, ③ Neccessity of introduction and operation of career development system, ④ Operating task analysis, job analysis, environment analysis in the field of HR, Labor, Marketing, Accounting which needs to be developed in advance by the Korean government were suggested.

        Epitaxial Growth of Boron-doped Si Film using a Thin Large-grained Si Seed Layer for Thin-film Si Solar Cells

        We developed a method of growing thin Si film at $600^{\circ}C$ by hot wire CVD using a very thin large-grained poly-Si seed layer for thin-film Si solar cells. The seed layer was prepared by crystallizing an amorphous Si film by vapor-induced crystallization using $AlCl_3$ vapor. The average grain size of the p-type epitaxial Si layer was about $20{\mu}m$ and crystallographic defects in the epitaxial layer were mainly low-angle grain boundaries and coincident-site lattice boundaries, which are special boundaries with less electrical activity. Moreover, with a decreasing in-situ boron doping time, the mis-orientation angle between grain boundaries and in-grain defects in epitaxial Si decreased. Due to fewer defects, the epitaxial Si film was high quality evidenced from Raman and TEM analysis. The highest mobility of $360cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ was achieved by decreasing the in-situ boron doping time. The performance of our preliminary thin-film solar cells with a single-side HIT structure and $CoSi_2$ back contact was poor. However, the result showed that the epitaxial Si film has considerable potential for improved performance with a reduced boron doping concentration.
