The purpose of this study is to find out design parameters of vibrating screen, such as particles motion, specific gravity, shape, and kinetic friction. In order to approach this problem, four materials of construction wastes, wood, styrofoam, concrete, and sand are used for dynamic modeling. To present friction between the particles material and tilt plates material, these particles model is applied in order to verify effectively. Generally, the vibrating screen is composed of three assemblies such as screen, wastes guide, supported of screen. This model regards vibrator as system of screen fixed tilt plates. The model is analyzed to present what kind of particles motion while the system is vibrating. and this vibration system has been implemented in a ADAMS dynamaic program. This modeling is consist of dynamic model separation state on particle size. This study make good technique to verify in theory.

An extensive investigation was conducted to assess the influence of steel sheet surface finish on pained surface appearance. Several kinds of textured steel sheet were painted simultaneously using advanced solvent-based luxury vehicle paint systems. Especially, the current emphasis on control of surface roughness of cold rolled steel sheet has been prompted by the automotive industry's concern with the as-painted appearance of sheet products, because the influence of such characteristics on paintability, formability and painted surface appearance is important in defining steel surface requirements for automotive industries. The results are discussed in detail with respect to 1) the influence of different steel surface textures on paint appearance, 2) the evolution of surface topography during painting, and 3) the implication of this work. 4) Painted sheet appearance is strongly affected by surface roughness and peak count of base-metal and influenced by the topographical properties of substrate, paint thickness and zinc coating variables. 5) The painted appearance of shot blast textured(SBT) and electro-discharge textured(EDT) automotive cold rolled steel sheets was determined and related to surface roughness parameters, zinc coating method, and paint thickness.

A spent nuclear fuel cask should safe in the case of most severe accident loading during transportation. Therefore, in order to verify the integrity of the shipping cask manufactured by doosan heavy industries for the first time in Korea, rapid loading K1C tests has performed as material property evaluation. In this paper, the dynamic fracture toughness obtained by rapid loading K<SUB>IC</SUB> tests is discussed. The procedure of the integrity evaluation of the shipping cask is as follow: First, the maximum flaw size for the full area of forging product of the shipping cask is measured by nondestructive examination. Second, the dynamic fracture toughness test is carried out at -40℃. Third, FEM is performed for the model of the shipping cask with the maximum size flaw measured by NDE under seismic loading. Finally, the integrity of the shipping cask is evaluated by comparing maximum stress intensity factor calculated by FEM with dynamic fracture toughness measured by the experiment. In the integrity evaluation, our company has carried out nondestructive examination and dynamic fracture toughness test, and GNB Company in Germany has carried out FEM analysis. From the evaluation, the integrity of shipping cask was confirmed.
