      • 성인에서 발병한 과면역글로불린 E 증후군 1예

        과민역글로불린 E 증후군은 영유아기부터 반복적인 부비동, 호흡기감염 및 농양의 형성, 습진성 피부 질환 및 혈청 면역글로불린 E의 상승을 보이는 드문 질환이다. 특징적으로 농양은 발열이나 균혈증을 동반하지 않으며, 포도상구균이 흔한 원인균이며, 배농 및 항균제 정주로 효과적으로 치료된다. 향후 병태생리 및 치료에 대한 연구가 필 요하다. 저자들은 성인기에 발병한 반복적인 피하 농양 형성, 습진성 피부질환, 혈청 면역글로불린 E의 상승 등으로 과면역글포블린 E 증후군으로 진단된 증례를 국내 최초로 보고하는 바이다. Hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome, rarely reported, is a syndrome of hyperimniunoglo-bulinemia E. eczematous skin lesion, and recurrent staphylococcal infections on respiratory system and skin with abscess formation, mostly from early in life. The abscess is not accompamed with fever and bacteremia, that is a characteristic 'cold abscess' We report a case of 56 year-old woman who manifested this syndrome from adulthood. with the review of literatures.

        Analysis on Noise Source of Claw Pole Machine in Duplex Three-Phase and Belt-Driven System

        The acoustic noise, which is generated in a belt-driven integrated starter and generator (BSG) system, is the recent issue. By many studies, it has been known that the noise can be caused by both radial and tangential components of electro-magnetic force. A duplex three-phase claw pole type machine is widely used in the BSG system. In this case, due to its structural feature and diffi culty in control, additional noises at unexpected frequency can be generated. In this paper, a method to analyze noise sources was proposed and applied to a prototype that is the duplex three-phase and claw pole type machine designed for BSG system. First, the electro-magnetic force was calculated by a fi nite-element analysis considering the unbalanced current measured by the experiment. The obtained force was decomposed according to the frequency and then analyzed. Through the force harmonics, additional noises according to the frequency, which are generated by the unbalanced claw shape in the axial direction and current imbalance between phases, were deduced. Finally, the predicted noise sources were compared with the noise measured through the experiment.

        기술 선도국의 소형 무인 지상 차량 개발 동향

        소형 무인 지상 차량은 폭발물 제거 작전, 대테러 작전, 화재 진화 및 소방정찰, 재해 · 재난지역 정찰 및 접적지역 감시 등의 위험한 임무를 수행하기 위해 사용되고 있다. 기술 선도국인 미국, 영국, 프랑스, 독일, 이스라엘 등에서는 군사 분야뿐만 아니라 민간 분야에서 활용하기 위해 다양한 무인 지상 차량을 개발하여 운용하고 있다. 개발된 체계는 실 운용 과정에서 수집된 데이터와 연관된 추가 요구사항을 기반으로 더욱 업그레이드되고 있으며, 향후 소형 무인 지상차량 개발에 있어 기술 선도국의 개발 동향은 중요한 지표로 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술 선도국에서 운용 중인 소형 무인 지상 차량의 개발 동향 및 임무를 분석하였다. 군사 및 민간 분야에서 다양한 임무를 수행하고 있는 소형무인 지상 차량을 대상으로 체계에 적용된 정찰 능력, 특수기능 등의 능력과 다양한 임무 형태에 따른 체계 운용 목적을 분석하였다. 기술 선도국의 소형 무인 지상 차량 개발 동향을 토대로 향후 군사 및 민간 분야에서 소형 무인 지상 차량개발에 필요한 기능 및 설계 특성에 대해 논한다. SUGVs (Small Unmanned Ground Vehicles) are being used to conduct dangerous missions, such as EOD (explosive ordinance disposal), counter-terrorism operations, fire extinguishing and fire-fighting reconnaissance, reconnaissance of disaster areas, and surveillance of contact areas. Technology leading countries, the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Israel, have developed and operated various SUGVs for use in the military and civilian fields. The developed system was upgraded further based on additional requirements associated with data collected during the actual operation. The development trends of technology leading countries are an important indicator for the future development of SUGVs. In this study, the development trends and missions of SUGVs operating in the technology leading countries were analyzed. Based on the development trends of SUGVs in these countries, this paper discusses the features and design characteristics needed for the development of SUGVs in future military and civilian domains.

      • CAE 기반 전기 모터 설계기술 소개

        최근 환경에 대한 규제로 인해 시장에서 전기자동차에 대한 수요가 증가하는 추세이다. 따라서, xEV용 전기 모터에 대한 R&D 또한 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 시장의 변화에 발맞추어 국내 중소/중견 부품 제작업체는 다양한 차종 및 주행조건에 대해 선제적/독자적 개발이 가능하도록 CAE 기반 전기 모터설계기술을 보유해야 한다. 전자계 해석을 기반으로 한 모터 특성 해석 기법을 이용하면 변화하는 자동차 성능 요구 설계 사양에 맞추어 설계 단계에서 성능을 예측할 수 있으므로 R&D 비용에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있고, 이는 중소/중견 기업의 성장 및 저변 확대로 이어질 수 있다. 따라서, 본 기고에서는 CAE 기반 차량용 전기 모터 설계기술에 대한 소개와 각 기법의 적용 범위에 대해 설명한다. Recently, the demand for electric vehicles is increasing in the market due to the environmental regulations. Consequently, R&D of electric motors for xEVs has been actively in progress. In line with these market changes, domestic small/medium -sized companies must possess the CAE-based electric motor design technology to enable enable preemptive and independent development of various vehicle models and driving conditions. Using the motor characteristic analysis based on the electro-magnetic analysis, it is possible to predict the electric performance of electric parts in the design stage before actual manufacturing in accordance with the changing requirements in the automobile industry, thereby it can reduce the R&D costs and supporting the growth of those companies. Therefore, in this article, the CAE-based integrated design techniques for electric components are presented and the application range of each technique is also explained.

      • 인버터 시뮬레이션을 통한 차량용 구동 모터의 토크 특성 예측

        This paper proposed the method to predict accurate torque of traction motor for vehicle by using the inverter simulation. Since electric performance of electric motor has been calculated considering only sinusoidal current in conventional, electric performance is often inaccurate. the electric motor and inverter model were coupled to calculate the current. In the model, current harmonics were calculated by the d, q axis voltage equation. With the predicted current, average torque and torque ripple was calculated by using 2D static electromagnetic analysis. Calculated torque was compared to torque considering sinusoidal current. Through the comparison, it was verified that accurate current and motor performance of traction motor for vehicle were calculated by using the proposed inverter simulation.

        Neurilemmoma of Deep Peroneal Nerve Sensory Branch : Thermographic Findings with Compression Test

        We report a case of neurilemmoma of deep peroneal nerve sensory branch that triggered sensory change with compression test on lower extremity. After resection of tumor, there are evoked thermal changes on pre- and post-operative infrared (IR) thermographic images. A 52-year-old female presented with low back pain, sciatica, and sensory change on the dorsal side of the right foot and big toe that has lasted for 9 months. She also presented with right tibial mass sized 1.2 cm by 1.4 cm. Ultrasonographic imaging revealed a peripheral nerve sheath tumor arising from the peroneal nerve. IR thermographic image showed hyperthermia when the neurilemoma induced sensory change with compression test on the fibular area, dorsum of foot, and big toe. After surgery, the symptoms and thermographic changes were relieved and disappeared. The clinical, surgical, radiographic, and thermographic perspectives regarding this case are discussed.

        Antioxidative Activity and Varietal Difference of Cyanidin 3-glucoside and Peonidin 3-glucoside Contents in Pigmented Rice

        The content of anthocyanin, cyanidin 3-glucoside (C3G) and the peonidin 3-glucoside (P3G) from 591 rice cultivars and the antioxidative activities of MeOH extract from 8 rice cultivars were evaluated. Among them, C3G content of pigmented rice were ranged from 0 to 451.9mg in 100 g brown rice, while the P3G contents were in the range from 0 to 42.7mg in 100g brown rice. There was no correlation between C3G and P3G content. Total anthocyanin content ranged from 0 to 475.1mg in 100g brown rice. The antioxidative activity, the scavenging activity on DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-picryl-hydrazyl) radical of MeOH extracts from rice grain, were different according to cultivars. The activity of blockish purple pericarp rice cultivars was twice stronger than that of white pericarp cultivar. Especially, the antioxidative activity of Heugjinjubyeo was four times stronger than that of white pericarp cultivar. The scavenging effect on DPPH radical in rice extracts was related to the total anthocyanin contents of the extracts.
