      • 원심모형실험에 의한 모래다짐말뚝의 지지력 산정식 연구

        Centrifuge model tests were performed to find appropriate equations proposed previously of estimating the bearing capacity of the composite clayey soil reinforced with sand compaction pile. Model tests were carried out with changing the replacement ratio of SCP (20%, 40%, 70%), contents of fine materials (5%, 10%, 15%) and ratio of treated width to loading width (1B, 2B, 3B). Test results about bearing capacity of the composite ground were obtained by performing the surcharge load tests with measurements of applied loads and vertical displacement. Bearing capacities against bulging and shear failures were estimated by the existing equations. As results of comparing the estimated bearing capacity with experimental values the bearing capacities estimated by Greenwood's equation (1970) for bulging failure mode were similar to the test results.

      • 토사 절토사면 안정성 영향인자의 민감도 분석

        A sensitivity analysis about effects of influencing factors on the stability of Soil cut slope was performed. Slope stability analyses were carried out under dry, rainy and seismic conditions. Dominant factors controlling the slope stability were chosen such as cohesion and internal friction angle, unit weight of soil, water table and seismic horizontal coefficient used for the slope stability during eurthquake. Parametric stability analysis with those factors was performed for sensitivity analysis. As results of analyzing the sensitivity of factors under dry and rainy conditions, effects of cohesion, internal friction angle and unit weight of soil on the stability of slope are more critical in the dry condition than in the rainy condition. Cohesion and internal friction angle are more dominant factors influencing the slope stability irrespective of dry or rainy conditions than unit weight of soil and the horizontal seismic coefficient. The unit weight and the horizontal seismic coefficient affects crucially the stability according to conditions of slope formation and dry or rainy seasons. For the effect of horizontal seismic coefficient on stability of slope, safety factor of slope is not affected significantly by dry or rainy conditions, However, increase of the horizontal seismic coefficient under the rainy condition does reduce the safety factor significantly rather than the dry condition. Therefore, it is needed that the location of the water table is assigned appropriately to satisfy the required safety factor of stability in the case of checking slope stability for the rainy and seismic conditions.

      • 강원도 토석류 산사태의 특성에 관한 연구

        This paper is to investigate the characteristics of debris flow landslides in Gangwon Province through literature review, data collection and analyses and site investigation. As results of data analyses about landslides occurred currently in this province, the landslide in the form of debris flow is found to be 55 %. Therefore major loss and costs are caused by discharge of soil and rock fragments from landslide. From results of analyzing the geometrical characteristics of landslide, length of most of landslide is less than 200 m, their width is in the range of 10 - 40 m, most of them are know to be occurred in lower elevation than 400 m. Slope angle is in the range of 25 - 35 degrees. Compahng the period of rainfall intensity with the time of landslide being occurred, occurrence of landslide is quite related to duration of a heavy rainfall. For measures of controlling water flow discharge and debris flow, considering geological and topographical ground conditions, appropriate selection and building check dam, erosion control dam and ring net is very beneficial for reducing the loss and costs caused by the landslide of debris flow.

      • 모래층 지반 안벽구조물의 탄성침하거동 연구

        This paper is research results of investigating the elastic settlement behavior of the coastal caisson structure built on the sandy deposit by comparing results of centrifuge model experiments and those of existing methods of estimating elastic settlement. Basic soil property tests such as specific gravity test, grain size distribution test and organic content test with disturbed soil sampled from the site were carried out. The centrifuge experiment of model satisfying the required design criteria was performed under 50 of artificial accelerated gravitational force condition. The Centrifuge model experimental results were compared and analyzed with the current methods of estimating settlement based on the elastic modulus obtained from the results of odeometer tests and empirical methods from literature reviews.

      • 자연사면 산사태 특성에 관한 사례 연구

        This paper is a result of a case study about landslides at Whacheon area in Kangwondo occurred during heavy rainfall in 2006. A-day-accumulative rainfalls from July 12 to July 13 and July 15 to July 16 were 120mm and llOmm respectively. Five sites at which slope failures occurred were visited to figure out main causes of slope failures by investigating characteristics of rainfall, geological forrnation, topography and ground surface exploration around the boundary of the landslides. Based on the site investigation characteristics of landslide with respect to rainfall pattern, geological and topographical condition and pattern of landslide were evaluated.

        This study's objects are to survey the reason and background of name change from Science of Physical Education to Sport Science, and the problems of system. This study also comprehends the situation and the research trend of these problems in Germany and Japan, and wants to find the question and the needs at Sport Science. the results are as follows: First, we came to know the trend of world physics changes and advances very fast and innovafively. Under the notion of Sport Science, School physics has changed from Physical Education to Sport Education. Not only the curriculum title but also the curriculum meaning, the treat of teaching aids and the scope of teaching aids have changed, and the contents of sport has been various. Second, Sport Science is authorized and settled, systemically after outgrowing the physics which is the son of Pedagogics. But in scientific structure, paradigm and theory, Sport Science has many works to do. From the results of above study, we can get some solutions. - We should discuss and take an interest in the research matter and academic character for the Sport Science to stand for itself. - We should recognize the need of integrated theory and the importance of interdisciplinary approach. - We should watch out the research trend and world communication. - We should endeavor to use strict special words including the name problem, and to get the originality of Sport Science.

      • 위 MALT 림프종에서 다발성 림프절 전이로 오인된 동시성 림프절 결핵 1예

        28세 남자가 내시경적 점막절제술을 통해 저등급 위MALT 림프종으로 진단되었다. 병기설정을 위해 18F-FDG PET 검사를 시행하였고 우측 쇄골상부, 우측상/하부 기관주위, AP window 부위에 강한 섭취가 관찰되어 전이성 림프절로 판단하였다. 그러나, 우측 쇄골상부 림프절에서 시행한 절제생검에서 만성육아종성염증소견이 관찰되었고 조직의 결핵 중합효소연쇄반응에서도 양성 반응을 보였다. 2개월간 항결핵제의 사용 후 시행한 추적 컴퓨터단층촬영 검사에서 림프절 크기의 감소를 보여 최종적으로 위 MALT 림프종에서 광범위 림프절 전이로 오인된 동시성 림프절 결핵으로 진단되었다. A 28-year-old man was diagnosed as gastric MALT lymphoma in diagnostic EMR (endoscopic mucosal resection). He subsequently underwent an 18F-FDG PET. 18F-FDG PET showed intense multifocal uptake in right supraclavicular, right upper and lower paratracheal, and AP window areas that was considered radiologically to represent widespread metastatic lymphadenopathy. Excisional biopsy of a supraclavicular lymph node, however, revealed chronic granulomatous lymphadenitis with a positive reaction of Tb-nested PCR. After antituberculosis treatment for 2 months, a follow-up CT scan showed complete resolution of the lesions. Intense 18F-FDG uptake could be due to an infectious process such as synchronous tuberculous lymphadenitis. Therefore, this could mimic a malignant condition such as lymphoma with extensive lymph node metastasis due to a false-positive finding, which may lead to a misdiagnosis.

      • 인천 및 부산 재성형 해성점토의 비배수 전단강도 특성에 대한 연구

        This research is to determine characteristics of undrained shear strength of remolded marine clay at Incheon and Busan, representing typical marine clays in Korea. Laboratory vane tests with remolded marine clays sampled from coasts at Incheon and Busan were performed to investigate the undrained shear strength of them. Test results were compared with the predicted values of undrained shear strength proposed by many researchers. It was found that measured results about undrained shear strength with water content was in good agreements with values proposed by Terzaghi empirical formula.

      • 비정상유동개념을 이용한 액체점도측정장치의 개발

        본 연구의 목적은 전통적인 모세관점도에서 비정상상태유동개념을 이용하여 점도를 측정할 수 있는 새로운 점도계를 개발하는데 있다. 본 점도계는 원통형 저장조, 모세관, 로드셀시스템, 인터페이스와 컴퓨터로 구성되며 기존의 모세관점도계와 유사한 구조를 하고 있다. 저장조는 작은 원통구조로 되어 있으므로 모세관을 통하여 액체가 빠져나감에 따라 저장조의 수두는 점차 감소한다. 저장조의 수두가 감소되면 모세관내 유동의 속도와 전단률은 감소된다. 모세관을 통하여 외부로 배출된 유량을 로드셀을 이용하여 실시 간으로 측정하면 순간 전단률의 변화와 구동력을 측정할 수 있다. The objective of this study is to develop a new viscometer by applying the unsteady flow concept to the traditional capillary tube viscometer. The new viscometer consists of a small cylindrical reservoir, capillary tube, a load cell system, interfacers, and computer. Due to the small size of the reservoir the hydraulic head in the reservoir decreases as soon as the liquid in the reservoir drains out through the capillary tube. The decrease in the reservoir head results in a decrease of the flow rate and the shear rate of the flow in the capillary tube. The instantaneous shear rate and driving force in the capillary tube are determined by measuring the mass flow rate through the capillary.

        This work will develop a 6-DOF precision aligner with small size and high resolution for assembling the micro parts for a mobile electronics. Here, Tiny PicomotorTM actuator that is small and reliable will be applied to this aligner system. The principle of this actuator is PZT that turns a precision thread and then the screw moves linearly. Arrangement of actuators will be a symmetrical based on kinematic design. This paper presents combining two modules of mechanism for the 6-DOF precision aligner. The first is a stage which can control XYθz motion, and the second can control Z motion, in other words, Z tilt motion. According to its specifications, it is expected to satisfy requirement of precision.
