Objective: The main symptoms of the Wallenberg's syndrome are ataxia of gait, clumsiness of ipsilateral limbs, nausea and vomiting, vertigo, visual disturbance such as difficulty in focusing blurred vision diplopia, numbness, dysphagia, hoarseness, hiccup, nystagmus, Homer's syndrome. The purpose of this paper is to report the patient with the Wallenberg's syndrome who was improved by oriental medical treatment. Methods: In terms of exuberance of Yang(vital function) of the liver and stagnation of the liver Ki(energy), we let the patient take Chunghunhwadam-Tang, Hwangryeonhaedok-Tang and Dangkwihwalhyeol-Tang, at the same time, treated with acupuncture, Sa-Am and Dong-Si acupuncture therapy twice a day. Results: We could know that symptoms of the Wallenberg's Syndrome were improved after observing left sensory paralysis was almost recovered, hiccup was completely healed and vertigo was reduced to 1/10. Conclusions: We confirmed that oriental drugs and acupuncture by differentiation of syndromes make the patient with the Wallenberg's Syndrome reduce and improve symptoms he has.

A PMOSFET photodetector for highly-sensitive active pixel sensor(APS) is presented. This sensor uses 5V power supply and has been designed and fabricated using I-poly and 2-metal $1.5{\mu}m$ CMOS technology. The feature of a PMOSFET photodetector is that the polysilicon gate of the PMOSFET was connected to n-well, in order to increase the photo sensitivity. The designed MOS photodetector has similar $I_{DS}-V_{DS}$ characteristics with a standard MOSFET. One dimensional image sensor with 16 pixels based on the PMOSFET photodetector has also been designed and fabricated. Unit pixel of the designed sensor consists of a PMOSFET photodetector and 4 NMOSFETs. Unit pixel area is $86{\mu}m{\times}90.5{\mu}m$ and its fill factor is about 12%.

Steady and physiological flows of a Newtonian fluid and blood in the abdominal gorta/iliac artery bifurcation are numerically simulated to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. Distributions of velocity, pressure, and wall shear stress in the bifurcated arterial vessel model are calculated to investigate the differences of flow characteristics between steady and physiological flows and to compare flow characteristics of blood with that of a Newtonian fluid For the given Reynolds number the flow characteristics of physiological flows for a Newtonian fluid and blood in the bifurcated arterial vessel are quite different from thcse of steady flows. No flow separation or flow reversal in the bifurcated region appears downstream of a stenosis during the acceleration phase. However, during the deceleration phase the flow exhibits flow separation in the outer walls of daugtlter branches, which extends to the entire wall region.
OTT 서비스에 대한 수용 태도 연구: 대학생 이용자의 인식을 중심으로

최근 OTT 서비스가 빠른 속도로 확산 하면서 기존의 미디어 소비 환경이 급격히 변화하고 있다. 시청자가 방송영상 콘텐츠를 전통적으로 이용하던 지상파와 유료방송 플랫폼 대신에 이제는 OTT 서비스를 통한 방송영상 콘텐츠의 소비가 젊은 층을 중심으로 보편화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 Q 방법론을 이용하여 OTT 서비스 이용자의 수용 태도를 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 국내 OTT 서비스 시장에서의 향후 사업전략 및 정책 방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 총 33개의 Q 표본과 21명의 P 표본을 분석하였고, 그 결과 4개의 유형이 발견되었다. 제1유형은 ‘영상 품질 우선형’, 제2유형은 ‘경제적 이점 중시형’, 제3유형은 ‘기존 매체 보완형’, 제4유형은 ‘규제 필요성 공감형’이었다. 분석 결과를 볼 때 국내 OTT 서비스 이용자의 특성을 반영한 사업전략과 정책 방안이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 미디어 콘텐츠 다양성을 검증한 선행연구에 대해 메타분석을 실시하였다. 메타분석을 통하여 미디어 콘텐츠 다양성을 주제로 하는 후속연구에 기초적인 배경을 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 다양성이 미디어 경제학과 커뮤니케이션 정책에 있어서 주요 개념의 하나라는 점에 비추어 이와 같은 작업의 필요성을 인식하였다. This study is a meta-research of past research on diversity in media content. Through reviewing previous research on diversity in media content, this study would provide a suggestion for future research on diversity in media centent. This study believes that the examination of the previous research on diversity in media content would be necessary in light of the importance of diversity as a critical concept in media economics and policy.

The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of the hemodynamics on the morphological changes of the human endothelial cells due to the blood flow by in vitro experiment and computer simulation. The morphological changes of the endothelial cells due to the t10w shear stress were observed in the laminar t10w chamber as a function of the exposure time. The observed shapes of the endothelial cells are used to the model shapes of the endothelial cells for numerical study and the pressure and the wall shear stress variations around the endothelial cells are calculated from the numerical results. The endothelial cells elongate along the t10w direction and lessen their heights in the flow field to reduce the pressure and the wall shear stress on the surface.

The three-dimensional flow analysis using the finite volume method is presented to compare the steady flow characteristics of blood with those of blood substitutes such as water and aqueous polymer solution in an idealized double branching model. The model is used to simlllate the region of the abdominal aorta near the celiac and superior mesenteric branches. Apparent viscosities of blood and the aqueous Separan solution are represented as a function of shear rate by the Carreau model, Water and aqueoiu Separan AP-273 500wppm solution are frequently used as blood substitutes in vitro experiments. Water is a typical Newtonian fluid and blood and Separan solution are non-Newtonian fluids. Flow phenomena such as velocity distribution, pressure variation and wall shear stress distribution of water, blood and polymer solution are quite different due to differences of the rheological characteristics of fluids. Flow phenomena of polymer solution are qualitatively similar to those of blood but the phenomena of water are quite different from those of blood and polymer solution. It is recommended that a lion-Newtonian fluid which exhibits very similar rheological behavior to blood be used in vitro experiments. A non-Newtonian fluid whose rheological characteristics are very similar to those of blood should be used to obtain the meaninylll hemodynamic data for blood flow in vitro experiment and by numerical analysis
