        산업정책과 기술유형의 관점에서 본 일본의 산업발전 전략

        Japan have been achieved good economic performane. In addition, she had especially succeed in changing the structure of industry in accordance with the wave of micro-electronics. Keeping in mind that historical evidence, in this paper I analyzed the industrial development strategy of Japan focusing on the industrial structure and technology policies. The conclusions derived from this study are as follows: 1) The industrial structure policy of Japan was aiming at the promotion of strategic industries represented by high-tech industries. The philosophy of forming the industrial structure was to aim at a self-sustained full set economy. 2) The industrial technology policy of Japan had been focused on high-tech industries, and MITI had established various institutioal devices. The most typical one is the introduction of research consortia for large scale joint-research projects. However, those policies are indirect and guidance-oriented, and provided 'ax ante coordination mechanism'. 3) The typical characteristics of Japanese technology accumulation process are information sharing, and the harmony of competition and cooperation. 4) Japanese industrial and/or technological patterns involve both capital investment and linkage & interaction type. The latter type lead to enhaunce the level of Japanese high-tech capabilities.

        입원 소아환자에서 정맥주사 시 통증 및 불안을 경감시키기 위한 중재연구

        Background : Most hospitalized children will experience physical pain as well as psychological distress. Painful procedure can increase anxiety and fear of pediatric patients and their parents who do not have understanding logical of their disease and hospitalization. This study attempted to identify pain reduction in related to therapeutic intervention by age and environmental improvement. Methods : A total of 194 hospitalized children and their parents were investigated. Data collection period was 3 months from March to May 2004. Four instruments were used to collect the data : Faces Pain Rating Scale(FPRS), Heart rate, Oxygen saturation and Pain behavioral check list. The data were analyzed by a SPSS program and tested χ2-test, t-test, ANCOVA. Results : 1. Age from 0 to 3, the Heart rate, FPRS, Oxygen saturation and Pain behavioral check list were significantly different in theraputic intervention group when compare to control group. 2. Age from 4 to 6, FPRS, Oxygen saturation and Pain behavioral check list were significantly different in theraputic intervention group when compare to control group. But the heart rate were not significantly different when compare to control group. 3. Age from 7 to 9, FPRS and Pain behavioral check list were significantly lower in therapeutic intervention group when compare to control group but Heart rate and Oxygen saturation were not significantly different when compare to control group. Conclusion : The results of this study concludes that most children experience acute pain during IV therapy and it can be reduced by age specific therapeutic intervention and by change of surrounding environment.

        시장구조의 동태성(Dynamism)과 그 시사점

          본 연구에서는 동태적 시각에서 시장구조가 어떻게 형성되고 진화해 가는가를 분석했다. 분석에 있어서는 진화적 기업이론과 기술의 본질에 대한 최근의 연구결과를 바탕으로 이노베이션과 전략에 초점을 맞추었다. 구체적으로는 연구개발 단계와 성장·성숙 단계의 두 단계로 크게 나누어서 기업간 상호작용의 패턴과 시장구조의 형성·진화와의 관계를 논의했다. 상호작용 패턴과 시장구조 형성·진화와의 관계를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 기술패러다임 형성 단계(연구개발 단계)에서 시장경쟁만이 일어나는 상호작용은 슘페트적(Schumpeterian) 기업이 많이 진입하고 도태되는 불안정한 과점구조를 형성한다. 둘째로, 기술패러다임 형성 단계(연구개발 단계)에서 경쟁과 협력이 반복되는 상호작용은 슘페트적 기업이 진입해서 좀처럼 퇴출되지 않는 불안정한 과점구조를 형성한다. 셋째로, 기술궤도 상의 진화 단계(성장·성숙단계)에서 시장 경쟁만이 일어나는 상호작용은 혁신자와 모방자간의 시간적 선행성에 따른 슘페트적 경쟁이 되고 시장을 안정적인 독·과점 구조로 바꾸어 간다. 넷째로, 기술궤도 상의 진화 단계(성장·성숙단계)에서 그룹 형성을 계기로 이루어지는 경쟁과 협력이 반복되는 상호작용은 네트워크 형성 전략에 따라 동태적 과점구조를 형성한다. 특히 시장구조 형성 및 진화의 논의에 있어서 경쟁과 협력의 논리는 누적적 기술축적에 의한 제품의 개량·개선, 네트워크 형성 전략에 의한 후발자의 역전 가능성 등 시장구조의 동태적 변화에 대해 새로운 시사점을 제시하고 있다.   This study examined the formation and evolution of the market structure. Based on the results from the recent studies of innovation and firm theory from the evolutionary perspectives, I focused on the innovation and strategy in analyzing that topic. Discussing the formation and transformation of the market structure, I especially emphasize inter-firm interaction in the industrial level - such as the exchange of knowledge or information among firms - in the R&D phase as well as in the mass production stage. The upshots of the relationship between the pattern of inter-firm interaction and the evolution of the market structure are as follows; First, the market structure formed by the competition process in the R&D phase is an unstable oligopolistic structure characterized as many Schumpeterian companies enter and leave the market all the time. Second, the market structure formed by the cooperation and competition process in the R&D phase is an unstable oligopolistic structure characterized as lots of Schumpeterian companies entering, but a few leaving the market. Third, the market structure formed by the competition process in the mass production stage is an stable oligopolistic structure characterized as Schumpeterian competition, which will result in advantages to the first mover. Forth, the market structure formed by the competition process in the mass production stage is a dynamic oligopolistic structure, namely, a latecomer could have the opportunities of catching up the first mover by the strategy of networking. In analyzing the formation and evolution of the market structure, the logic of the competition process built in the cooperation process implies modification of products by incremental innovation, the possibility of reversal by a latecomer, the dynamic change of the market structure.

        창업 및 기업가에 대한 한중일 대학생의 의식

        본 연구는 한국, 중국, 일본의 대학생을 대상으로 기업가와 창업에 관한 의식에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 기업가 생성에 대한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하였다. 의식조사 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 많은 대학생들이 창업에 대한 계획을 세우고 있거나 기업가가 되기를 희망하며, 기업가를 매우 유망한 직업으로 평가하고 있다. 둘째, 대학생은 기업가적 의욕, 경험과 지식 등과 같은 기업가적 특성에 대한 자기평가에서 매우 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 셋째, 대학생은 일과 능력중심, 타인과의 협력 및 외국과의 연계중심 등 건전한 직업관을 형성하고 있으나 도전적인 직업관을 형성하고 있는 대학생의 비중은 대체로 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학생은 창업과 기업가과 관련 교육을 조기에 실시하는 것이 바람직하며, 자금 및 행정제도의 개선을 기업가 생성을 위한 제도로 들고 있다. 결론적으로, 기업가 생성을 위해서는 대학생을 예비 기업가로 인식하는 것이 필요하고, 대학생은 예비 기업가로서 정체성을 확립할 필요가 있으며, 기업가 생성을 위한 다양한 제도를 마련하고 개선할 필요가 있다.. This study examined that how the university students think about an entrepreneur and starting a new business. Furthermore, based on the results from the survey of the university students in Korea, China, and Japan, I presented the implication about generating the entrepreneur. The upshots from the survey are as follows; First, many university students think that they have a plan to start a new business or want to became an entrepreneur. Also they evaluated an entrepreneur as very prestigious job. Second, many university students think that they have an entrepreneurial characteristics such as ambition, experience and knowledge. Third, most of university students have a good view of job and occupation. However, the survey showed that they are reluctant to the challenging job. Fourth, the university students think that it is better to start the education related on entrepreneur as soon as possible. They also point out the improvement of financial and public administration system for generating the entrepreneur. In conclusion, it is necessary for us to recognize the university students as a potential entrepreneur and to prepare the institutional arrangement for generating the entrepreneur, and university students also have to establish the entrepreneurial identity as a potential entrepreneur.

        CFPR 및 SNA 방법을 활용한 자동차 물류 연구동향 분석에 관한 연구

        자동차 물류에 대한 연구는 아웃소싱, 경쟁력 등의 매우 한정적인 분야에 진행되었으며, 자동차 물류에 대한 연구 동향을 종단적으로 분석한 연구는 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 자동차 물류 관련 키워드 수집을 통해 자동차 물류 연구 동향에 대해 파악하고자 한다. 분석결과, SNA(Social Network Analysis) 분석에서는 Automobile Industry 키워드가 상위 키워드로 나타났으며, CFPR (Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relation) 분석결과에서는 SCM, 수출물류 통합시스템 구축, 물류 효율성, 비용 절감 등의 키워드가 상위 키워드로 나타났다. 또한, Hub Index 분석 결과에서는 SCM, Automobile Industry으로 나타났다. 즉 결과를 통하여 확인된바와 같이 SCM과 Automobile Industry가 향하고 있는 자동차 물류의 주된 연구 방향은 자동차 부품이었으며, 효율성 제고와 장애요인 제거 및 비용 절감 등의 실질적 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구들이 많이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있다. Studies on automobile logistics have been restricted to certain research areas relating to outsourcing and competitiveness. In particular, no previous study has examined the research trend of automobile logistics in a longitudinal manner. This study investigated the research trends in automobile logistics by compiling related keywords. The social network analysis (SNA) results showed that “Automobile industry” was a high-ranking keyword. In the analysis of the consistent fuzzy preference relation (CFPR), the high-ranking keywords included “SCM,” “establishment of integrated system for exports logistics,” “logistics efficiency,” and “cost reduction. The hub index analysis results showed that “SCM” and “automobile industry” were high-ranking keywords. As confirmed by the results of the analyses, the main direction of research on automobile logistics demonstrated by the SCM and automobile industry related to automobile components. Studies aimed at achieving practical goals, including improving efficiencies, removing obstacles, and reducing costs were being conducted.

        최대 및 환기역치 운동 시 근테이핑이 LDH 및 Isoenzyme에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how taping attachment influence the change of LDH and isoenzyme in blood after lower limbs taping group, whole body taping group, and control group were respectively divided with 7 members based on the male university students. The results of this study are as follows: While total-LDH, LDH1, and LDH2 respectively decreased in exercise at maximum, LDH3, LDH4, and LDH5 increased in the change of all LDHs. And then all LDHs were, in the post-hoc results, found to have a significant difference in CG and WTG among all groups, and also to have a significant difference right after the exercise as well as at the 30mins of recovery. While total-LDH, LDH1, and LDH2 respectively decreased, LDH4 and LDH5 increased in exercise at ventilation threshold. And then total-LDH, LDH1, LDH4, and LDH5 were, in the post-hoc results, found to have a significant increase in CG and WTG and also to have a significant difference right after the exercise as well as at the 30mins of recovery. As the above conclusion, taping attachment was, in exercise at maximum and ventilation threshold, found to have a positive effect on the improvement of LDH and isoenzyme in blood. Taping is recognized to be ergogenic aids to help the practice of effective exercise and the prevention of injury in sports. help the practice of effective exercise and the prevention of injury in sports.

        저궤도 지구관측위성 주탑재체 냉각유닛 설계와 열해석

        본 논문은 항우연에서 개발 중인 위성 탑재카메라 FPA-CU(Focal Plane Assembly Cooling Unit) 의 개념설계 및 열설계에 대한 개략적인 내용을 기술하고 있다. FPA-CU은 국내 기술로 설계/제작되는 최초의 우주용 냉각유닛이다. FPA-CU에는 일반적인 히트파이프와 방열판을 이용한 냉각유닛과는 다르게 TBM(Thermal Buffer Mass)이 부착되어 있으므로 열적거동이 기존의 냉각유닛과 다르며, 설계에 있어 천이열전달 해석이 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 TBM의 용량산출 및 형상적 영향을 포함한 전체 냉각유닛 설계방법을 제시하고 전체 냉각유닛에 대한 열해석 결과를 기술하고 있다. 열해석 결과 냉각유닛의 요구조건을 잘 만족시킴을 알 수 있었으며, 최상단부 히트파이프가 비정상 작동하는 경우 FPA의 온도가 3~4℃ 정도 상승함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 위성용 열제어 유닛 설계에 대한 국내 기술적 자립 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. Thermal analysis and design of FPA(Focal Plane Assembly)-CU(Cooling Unit) for Earth observation camera is performed. FPA-CU is the first cooling device for a spacecraft which is designed and manufactured by its own technology in Korea. FPA-CU has a special feature, TBM(Thermal Buffer Mass) which is discriminated from typical cooling devices using heat pipes and radiator. TBM can be regarded as a thermal energy reservoir and it shows thermally transient characteristics, which make it difficult to design the size and shape of TBM. In current study, a method to determine the volume and the size of TBM is proposed and validated. The transient thermal analysis for FPA-CU for 5 operational scenarios is performed and validates the final design of FPA-CU (Radiator,TBM, Heat pipe I/F). In case of an abnormal operation of a heat pipe among three radiator heat pipes, the temperature of FPA can be increased 3~4℃ according to the numerical simulation.
