      • 154kV용 활선 안전 경보기 개발에 관한 연구

        In this report we developed a high voltage alarm for the safety of workers who check and repair the 154kV power line. This high voltage alarm we developed is attached on workers' helmet and alarms automatically in order to let workers know when workers work over the safety distance near 154kV power line. Until now the exact safety distance hasn't been regulated and high voltage alarm we've been using was for the range of 6∼22.9kV power line. We fabricated this high voltage alarm on the basis of electric density and actual measurement of power line. The experimental result was that high voltage alarm at 66kV power line alarmed near 90cm, at 154kV power line alarmed near 160cm from the line. Accordingly, we developed the new high voltage alarm which is operated in the range of 66∼154kV power line.

      • 연질폴리우레탄폼의 물리적 성질 및 흡음율에 관한 연구

        The effects of polyols, isocyanates. surfactants and water on the physical properties of the polyurethane foam were investigated. The resin used in this study was prepared from a variety of polyol mixtures by adding catalyst, surfactant and cross-linker. The polyurethane was foamed from the resin by adding an equivalent amount of isocyanate and was used in property measurements. The physical properties were more affected by the type of isocyanates and the amount of water than the sound absorption coefficient. The sound absorption coefficient of the polyurethane foam was superior for the polyol mixture of KE-810(40%)FA-733(40%)/FA-703(20%). The sound absorption coefficient was increased with the amount of surfactant L-5309 up to 3000Hz, but was decreased above that frequency.

      • 신경망을 이용한 협력적 추천 시스템의 성능 향상

        개인화 기술은 과다한 정보를 줄이기 위한 여과 기술로서 최근 인터넷 사용자들과 정보 제공자들로부터 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 그 중 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 개인화 기술은 협력적 추천으로서, 이 방법은 사용자에게 어떤 항목(상품)을 추천해주는 데 있어서 그 사용자의 다른 항목들에 대한 선호도나 추천 항목에 대한 다른 사용자들의 선호도를 이용하여 추천해준다. 협력적 추천 방법 중 보편적으로 많이 사용되는 최근접 이웃 방법은 유사한 사용자들의 행위에 기반하여 항목들을 추천해 준다. 그러나 이 방법은 사용자들간의 단순한 유사도를 계산함으로써 성능이 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 데이터마이닝 기법을 적용하여 사용자 선호도 데이터로부터 추천 규칙을 생성하여 추천을 해주는 연관규칙 방법 또한 사용자나 항목간의 내용적, 분류적인 공통성 또는 개념에 의한 연관성을 고려하지 못하고, 단지 단순하고 표면적인 연관성만을 고려하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 추천의 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 신경망 추천 모델을 제안한다. 신경망으로는 다층 퍼셉트론을 사용하여 우선 학습변수들과 입력차원의 변화에 따른 신경망에 기반한 협력적 추천의 성능에 대해 조사하고, 순수한 협력적 추천에서의 문제점인 희소성(sparsity)문제를 해결하기 위해 내용기반 추천과 협력적 추천을 병합한 모델을 신경망에서 보인다. 마지막으로 다른 협력적 추천 방법과의 비교를 통하여 본 신경망 추천 방법의 장점과 성능의 우수함을 보인다. Personalization is a filtering technique to reduce information overload and it recently draws attention upon internet users and information providers. The collaborative recommendation is one of the widely used personalization methods. It recommends a user an article based on other users preferences for the target article or the preferences for other articles of the target user. The nearest neighbor method is one of the common collaborative recommendation methods, which recommends articles based on the behavior of the similar users. However, it suffers from poor performance mainly because it fails in properly computing similarity between users. The rule method extracts recommendation rules from the users preference data using data mining technique. It also suffers from simple and superficial association between users or articles without utilizing conceptual level of association such as commonality in contents and category. In this paper we propose neural networks model to improve the accuracy of recommendations. We investigate various aspects of collaborative recommendation based on multi-layer perceptrons by varying parameters and the dimension of input data. We also combine the collaborative recommendation and the content-based recommendation within a neural network model to solve sparsity problem in pure collaborative recommendation. We finally demonstrate through experiments that the neural network based collaborative recommendation outperforms the existing methods.

        This study investigates the performance of the reinforced concrete frame with the steel plate slit damper. The test was carried out to investigate the structural behavior between the reinforced concrete bare frame and the reinforced concrete frame with the steel plate slit damper. The test results showed that the energy absorption capacity of the damped-frame was several times larger than that of the bare frame. For the damage by the input energy is concentrated on the steel plate slit damper, the ductilities of the former structure were increased and the damaged frame can be reused after exchange the steel plate slit damper.

        The shear capacity is evaluated for the structural safety security of integrated gang form system for outer insulation. Therefore, this study presents the composition types of outer insulation system and evaluates the shear capacity for the several design cases. Through the results, we find out the influencing factors that affect the shear capacity.

      • FET형 CO₂센서의 제조 및 감응특성

        A FET type micro CO_(2) sensor based on a Severinghaus type arrangement has been prepared and its response characteristics were examined. The sensor was fabricated by formation of hydrogel layer containing bicarbonate/chloride ions on the PH-ISFET and the Ag/AgCl reference electrode prepared by the thermal evaporation and chemical chloridation methods. And then gas-permeable membrane was dip-coated on the hydrogel layer of the sensor. Gas-permeable membranes were fabricated with silicon rubber and polyurethane dissolved in toluene and THF, respectively. The CO_(2) sensor with the silicon rubber membrane showed better sensitivity and lower detection limit than the CO_(2) sensor with the polyurethane membrane for dissolved CO_(2). The sensor with silicon rubber membrane at optimal conditions showed a good response: linear range of 1.60X10^(-4) ~ 4.40X10^(-2) M CO_(2), sensitivity of 57.30 mV/decade, and detection limit of 7.50x10^(-4) M.

        CDMA 시스템에서는 이동국이 Open-loop 전력제어 및 Close-Loop 전력제어를 할 때 비 선형적인 AGC의 특성으로 인해 수신기의 감도가 현저히 낮아진다. 본 논문에서는 AGC의 비선형적인 특성 곡선값을 S/W로 선형화 시켜 RAS RAMDATA를 생성하고 이를 RAS RAM에 넣어 선형적으로 보상된 AGC특성을 얻는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 그리고 실험을 통하여 그 유효성을 증명한다. In CDMA system, the sensitivity of receivers is lowered significantly due to characteristics of non-linear AGC when the mobile station implements open-loop power control and closed-loop power control. In this paper, We propose a algorithm that obtains linearly conpensated AGC characteristic by inserting the RAS RAM DATA in RAS RAM, which linearizes the value of non-linear characteristic graph in AGC by S/W, and the experimental results shows the validity.

        Isolation of Isoquinoline Alkaloids from the Tuber of Corydalis turtschaninovii and their Inhibition Activity on Low Density Lipoprotein Oxidation

        The dried and powdered tubers of Corydalis turtschaninovii (C. turtschaninovii) were extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extracts were partitioned using the acidity and polarity of the solvents. From the alkaloid fraction, nine alkaloids were isolated through repeated SiO2 column chromatography. Based on NMR, MS and IR spectroscopic data, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined to be (±)-demethylcorydalmine (1), (+)-isocorydine (2), (+)-stylopine (3), (-)-α-N-methylcanadine (4), pseudoprotopine (5), tetrahydroprotopapaverine (6), allocryptopine (7), berberine (8), and pseudocoptisine (9). This was the first report in which compounds 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7 were isolated from the tuber of C. turtschaninovii. And because the NMR data for some compounds have been incorrectly or incompletely identified in previous literature, they were revised on the basis of 2D NMR experiments. Compounds 1, 2, and 3 showed inhibition activity on LDL oxidation with IC50 values of 2.1±0.2, 2.4±0.1, and 2.0±0.2 μM, respectively, which are higher activities than that of the positive control, probucol (6.8±0.1 μM).

        Ligand Aligning Methodfor Molecular Docking: Alignment of Property-Weighted Vectors

        <P>To reduce searching effort in conformational space ofligand docking positions, we propose an algorithm that generates initialbinding positions of the ligand in a target protein, based on theproperty-weighted vector (P-weiV), the three-dimensional orthogonalvector determined by the molecular property of hydration-free energydensity. The alignment of individual P-weiVs calculated separatelyfor the ligand and the protein gives the initial orientation of agiven ligand conformation relative to an active site; these initialorientations are then ranked by simple energy functions, includingsolvation. Because we are using three-dimensional orthogonal vectorsto be aligned, only four orientations of ligand positions are possiblefor each ligand conformation, which reduces the search space dramatically.We found that the performance of P-weiV compared favorably to theuse of principle moment of inertia (PMI) as implemented in LigandFitwhen we tested the abilities of the two approaches to correctly predict205 protein–ligand complex data sets from the PDBBind database.P-weiV correctly predicted the alignment of ligands (within rmsd of2.5 Å) with 57.6% reliability (118/205) for the top 10 rankedconformations and with 74.1% reliability (152/205) for the top 50ranked conformations of Catalyst-generated conformers, as comparedto 22.9% (47/205) and 31.2% (64/205), respectively, in the case ofPMI with the same conformer set.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/jcisd8/2012/jcisd8.2012.52.issue-4/ci200501p/production/images/medium/ci-2011-00501p_0003.gif'></P><P><A href='http://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/ci200501p'>ACS Electronic Supporting Info</A></P>
