The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of improving upper extremity function in the treatment of stroke patients using an artificial intelligence-based personalized multi-mortal cranial nerve stimulation treatment device that can provide a neural feedback technique to control brain stimulation treatment by measuring real-time changes during treatment. The 96 subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group 1 received sham tDCS and occupational therapy. Group 2 received real tDCS and occupational therapy. Group 3 receives treatment using a personalized multi-modal cranial nerve stimulation therapy device. The tDCS stimulation intensity is 2 mA, 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for a total of 8 weeks, the lesion side primary motor area is stimulated. The following evaluations are performed before treatment, immediately after 8 weeks of treatment, and 4 weeks after the end of treatment in order to investigate the safety and improvement of the paralyzed upper extremity function according to the treatment. Fugl-Meyer Upper Motor Score, Manual muscle test, Range of motion, Korean version modified bathel index, Modified Ashworth Scale, Motor evoked potential, K-MMSE, K-MOCA.
마비성 조음장애 환자에서 언어치료 기능성 게임 적용 후 호전 양상에 대한 연구

Purpose: We developed a serious speech game for rehabilitation of the patients with dysarthria. The Smart Speech Program is composed of a three categories such as continuity, pitch, and loudness. The purpose of this study was to examine the usefulness of smart speech programs in speech therapy of patients with dysarthria by evaluating changes in voice. Methods: Fifteen patients with dysarthria disorder and without aphasia suffered from brain diseases were enrolled. The study started with “pre-evaluation 1, and then, evaluations were repeated pre-evaluation 2 after 6 weeks without any treatment in order to generated the control data. After pre-evaluation, a smart speech program was used to perform training. Post-training evaluation 1 were performed just after treatment. And, after six weeks of daily life, conducted a post-training evaluation 2 to see if treatment remained effective. The evaluation used the multi-dimensional voice program of the computerized speech laboratory to collect voice samples-pitch, intensity, fundamental frequency(F0), maximum phonation time(MPT), jitter, relative average perturbation(RAP), and the articulation parameters were measured by the Urimal Test of Articulation and Phonology(U-TAP) and the 3-Position Articulation Test. Results: In the post-training evaluation 1, pitch range(pitch max.-pitch min.), F0, intensity, MPT, jitter, RAP and U-TAP scores of all subjects showed significant results(p<0.05). In the post-training evaluation 2, significant changes were retained in pitch range and U-TAP scores, both of which had a long-term effect. Conclusions: These preliminary results suggest that the newly developed serious game for speech training has a positive effects on pitch, loudness, and articulation abilities in the patients of dysarthria. Therefore, it was found that smart speech was effective in improving speech ability and articulation of dysarthria patients.

실제적 자아이미지와 이상적 자아이미지 차이에 따른 여성 의류시장 세분화

The purpose this study is to segments apparel market based on difference real-self image and ideal-self image. The objects of the study were to prepare for the establishment of marketing strategy and alternative plan intended to users which are needed in subdivided market, after analyzing according to what the subdivided market is divided into due to the difference real-self image and idea-self image and what difference do they show as a demographic special quality or as a general active special quality in each subdivided market. Factor analysis was performed to determine the leading difference real-self image and ideal-self image, and cluster analysis was employed to identify groups of respondents based on the delineated five image difference factors. Based on the finding, three distinct groups were formed: ideal-self image seeker group, moderators group, real-self image seeker group. And logistic regression was used to assess the relative importance that demographic characteristics play in determining the segmentation. The results of this study show statistically significant differences among the three groups in terms of demographic. Marketing and management implications for effectively targeting the segments are discussed.
