      • Analysis of propertics and economic background of telephone complex networks of software interproses

        Telephone communication is one primary approach for information communication between enterprises and the intensity can reflect the strength of information communication and to some extent the cooperation relationship between enterprises. Observing networks in the perspective of community is an approach to reveal the network structure in depth. This in based on a large amount of telephone records of Guangzhou software enterprises. Various network models, considering the enterprises as nodes and the call relationship as the edge and the sum of call durations in a period as the edge weight between a pair of enterprises, are constructed ; then the topologies of network models, especially the properties of the community structures of the networks, are analyzed; We find that the boolean telephone network shows a short average distance but a low average clustering coefficient that differs from general real-work models; the sum-of-call-durations-weighted (SCDW) network shows typical scale-free property, more stronger community structure and is multilayer self-similar characterized by heterogeneity ; monthly SCDW networks have stronger community structure than the March-to-july SCDW network and are more homogeneous; the monthly SCDW networks have such properties as the clustering of several hubs into the same community, etc. Finally, we investigate the economic background and significance of the findings from these network models and get some relevant conclusions.

        Synthesis of acid-activated reversible conversion supramolecular nanoplatform: application in drug delivery and anti-tumor activity

        Supramolecular nanoplatforms with stimuli-responsive behavior feature sensitive performance and effective drug delivery, which are desirable as intelligent drug delivery systems. Generally, tumor cells are characterized by excessive acid production, resulting in a lower pH in the tumor microenvironment (pH < 6.5) than in normal tissues (pH ≈7.4) and providing the possibility for the drug delivery system to exploit this decrease in pH as a trigger for drug release. Here, an acid-sensitive supramolecular nanoplatform (CM-β-CD/FC12 +Br− NPs) with assembly/disassembly properties was designed and constructed, which was exploited to capture, deliver, and release anti-tumor compound CSL. 2D NOESY was utilized to examine the host–guest interaction and the potential mechanism for CM-β-CD/FC12 +Br− NPs loading CSL. CM-β-CD/FC12 +Br− NPs present good blood compatibility. Cytotoxicity assay revealed that CSL-loaded NPs display minimal toxicity against normal cells BEAS-2B and good anticancer ability against five human cancer cell lines, especially for Human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721. In addition, cell apoptosis and cycle assay further verified that CSL-loaded NPs-induced apoptosis in SMMC- 7721 cells up to ~ 93%, as well as blocking the cells in G0/G1 phase and inhibiting the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells in a dose-dependent manner. We expect that CM-β-CD/FC12 +Br− NPs will be potential acid-answered drug delivery candidates.

        Substitution of soybean meal with detoxified Jatropha curcas kernel meal: Effects on performance, nutrient utilization, and meat edibility of growing pigs

        Objective: The study was conducted to investigate the effects of replacing soybean meal (SBM) with different levels of detoxified Jatropha curcas kernel meal (DJM) in growing pig diets on growth performance, nutrients digestibility and meat edibility. Methods: A total of 144 pigs with initial body weight of $20.47{\pm}1.44kg$, were randomly allocated to 6 dietary treatments with 6 replications per treatment and 4 pigs per replication for a period of 79 days. Six diets (DJM0, DJM15, DJM30, DJM45, DJM60, and DJM75) were formulated using DJM to replace 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, and 75% of SBM. From d 37 to 42, feces and urine were total collected from six barrows in each treatment. At day 79, thirty-six pigs were slaughtered for sampling. The feed intake and weight gain were recorded, while the intestinal morphology, digestive enzyme activities, nutrient digestibility and the content of residual phorbol esters in muscles were determined. Results: The results showed that increasing the replacement of SBM with DJM decreased the parameters including body weight, average daily gain, average daily feed intake, gain-to-feed ratio, weight and villus heights of duodenum, villus height and villus height/crypt depth of jejunum, digestive enzymes (protease, amylase, lipase, and trypsin) activities, and nutrients digestibility (nitrogen deposition, digestibility of nitrogen, energy digestibility, and total nitrogen utilization) (linear, p<0.05; quadratic, p<0.05) and there was no significant difference among DJM0, DJM15, and DJM30 in all measured indices. The highest diarrhea morbidity was observed in DJM75 (p<0.05). Phorbol esters were not detected in pig muscle tissues. Conclusion: The DJM was a good protein source for pigs, and could be used to replace SBM up to 30% (diet phorbol esters concentration at 5.5 mg/kg) in growing pig diets with no detrimental impacts on growth performance, nutrient utilization, and meat edibility.

        Influence mechanism of the compositions in coal-fired flue gas on Hg0 oxidation over commercial SCR catalyst

        Optimizing the performance of commercial SCR catalyst (i.e., V2O5–WO3/TiO2) for Hg0 oxidationremained stagnant as the influence mechanism of the compositions offlue gas on Hg0 oxidation wasunclear. In this work, the mechanism of Hg0 oxidation and the influence mechanism of the compositionsofflue gas on Hg0 oxidation over V2O5–WO3/TiO2 were investigated. The reaction orders of Hg0 oxidationover V2O5–WO3/TiO2 in regard to both the concentrations of Hg0 and HCl in gas phase wereapproximately 0. Hence, Hg0 oxidation over V2O5–WO3/TiO2 primarily followed the Langmuir–Hinshelwood mechanism, and the elementary reactions of Hg0 oxidation primarily involved the physicaladsorption of Hg0, the formation of Cl* radial, and the reaction of physically adsorbed Hg0 and Cl* radial. SO2, NO, H2O, and NH3 not only restrained the Cl* radial formation but also disturbed the reaction ofphysically adsorbed Hg0 and Cl* radial. Meanwhile, the physical adsorption of Hg0 was restrained by bothH2O and NH3. Hence, Hg0 oxidation over V2O5–WO3/TiO2 was obviously restrained when SO2, NO, H2O,and NH3 were present influe gas.
