        In this paper, a study of damage detection for 2-D truss structures using the Projection filter theory is presented. Many researchers are interested in inverse problems and one of solution procedures for inverse problems that are very effective is the approach using the filtering algorithm in conjunction with numerical solution methods. In filtering algorithms, the Kalman filtering algorithm is well known and have been applied to many kind of inverse problems. In this paper, the Projection filtering in conjunction with structural analysis is applied to the identification of damages in 2-D truss structures. The natural frequencies and modes of damaged truss model are adopted as the measurement data. The effectiveness of proposed method is verified through the numerical example.

      • 진균 세포벽 형성 저해물질 생성 Streptomyces속 세균의 분리 및 수리동정

        본 연구의 목적은 진균의 세포벽 합성을 저해하는 항진균 물질생성 방선균을 개발하는 데 있다. 다양한 환경으로부터 재취한 토양 시료로부터 방선균 선택 배지를 이용하여 860여 방선균을 선택적으로 분리하였다. 분리 균주 중 Penicillum cyclopium, Cryptococcus laurentii, Aspergillus flavus에 특이적 항균 활성 물질을 생산하는 균주 EMS4, EMP22, L234를 각각 선별하였다. 화학적 동정과 형태학적 동정을 통해 분리 균주들이 Streptomyces속 세균임을 알 수 있었다. 총 50개의 주군집, 34개의 부군집 형질을 분석하고, 이 실험 결과를 TAXON program에 적용하여 종의 수리동정을 실시하였다. 그 결과 분리균 EMS4는 Streptomyces의 제 61 주군집에 속하는 Streptomyces lavendulae의 한 균주로 동정되었고, EMP22는 제 1B 주군집에 속하는 S. willmorei의 한 균주로 동정되었으며, L234는 제 3 부군집의 S. aburaviensis의 한 균주로 동정되었다. The aim of the present research program was to identify and develop strains of actinomycetes producing antifungal antibiotics which inhibit cell wall biosynthesis. 860 strains of Actinomycetes were isolated from various soil samples. Three isolates, EMS4, EMP22, and L234 were selected as the strains producing antifungal antibiotics inducing abnormal morphology against Penicillium cyclopium, Cryptococcus laurentii, and Aspergillus flavus, respectively. Taxonomic unit characters of the strains were tested and the data were analyzed numerically using TAXON program. EMS 4,EMP22, and L234 were identified to be a member of Streptomyces lavendulae, Streptomyces willmorei, and Streptomyces aburaviensis, respectively.

      • 교원 임용제도의 문제점과 개선방향

        The purpose of this study aims at analyzing pending problems and exploring policy directions of teacher recruitment in korea. The requirements to be resolved in the teacher recruitment system are as follows. First, the autonomy on teacher recruitment of the education offices of cities and provinces should be strengthened. Rather than the traditional uniform and centralized manner, new evaluation methods suitable for the local characteristics should be developed and adopted through consistent study on evaluation tools. Second, the number of new teachers appointed should be radically expanded. To raise the education level up to that of other OECD countries, at least additional about 100 thousand new teachers are required. The new demands should be met by a gradual and steady increase. Third, a comprehensive plan for supply and demand of teachers should be established and carried out. For the purpose, a long-term and consecutive analysis of the demand of teachers as well as plan of the supply of teachers should be made. Fourth, improvement of the procedure and method of teacher appointment is needed. New test items and tools for evaluation should be developed, and practical tests for teaching competence are required for all teacher candidates. In addition, oral tests should be reinforced. Fifth, it is necessary for teacher candidates to complete systematic induction programs. Finally, additional points should be adjusted. Additional points for locality should be lowered. Instead, additional points for attracting competent human resources required in the society of knowledge and information should be emphasized.

        Is realized by basis right that spectacle who is important urea that dominate area whole image and quality of life of local resident becomes van chrysanthemum along with social development and according as citizens' way improves, people use gradually. Much social changes are tried, and can speak as spectacle law enactment that among them, the most representative attempt can control police officer to secure these basis right. Therefore, legislation is purposeful to investigate spectacle basis bill and Japan's comparison of spectacle law, format of law through analysis and contents of our country that is presaged, and present desirable unfolding direction of spectacle fundamental law of our country that is established hereafter through this present in this research. The result is that necessity of spectacle concept thesis is required and real and must present correct spectacle plan bill in real condition. Is differentiated and connection need full equipment of available spectacle law. Need spectacle connection organization's participation. Can make country that is beautiful when Majimakeurourimodu is interested about spectacle and participates actively and there is grace.

        수확후 전처리 및 저장온도가 절화 백합의 개화와 품질에 미치는 영향

        전처리와 저온저장이 절화백합의 개화와 품질에 미치는 영향에서 BA 분무처리 후 20℃ 저장은 각 소화의 개화와 노화 속도가 빨랐으나 Promalin침지 처리는 개화와 노화정도가 늦게 진행되었다. 또한 수분 흡수량과 생체중에 있어서도 Promalin 처리시 증가하였으며 특히 수분 흡수량은 20℃ 저장보다 5℃ 저장에서 크게 증가하였다. 생체중은 절화수명 초기에 침지 처리후 20℃ 저장시 감소되었으며 Promalin을 침지하거나 분무 처리 후 생체중의 증가는 절화수명을 증가시키는데 크게 연관됨을 알 수 있었다. The effects of pre-treatments and storage temperature on flowering and quality of cut Lillium oriental hybrid 'Casa Blanca' were studied. The flowering and senescence degree were accelated by stored at 20℃ after BA spray treatment, but delayed with Promalin dip treatment. Water uptake was increased by stored at 5℃ as compared to that of at 20℃, especially water uptake was increased by Promalin treatment. Fresh weight was increased by Promalin treatment, and also increased in the beginning storage of vase, and then decreased gradually. When florets of cut lily was treated with stored at 20℃ after distilled water dip treatment, vase life was decreased, but increased with stored at 5℃ after Promalin dip or Promalin spray treatment. The vase life was increased when water uptake and fresh weight were increased.

      • Water glass로부터 ZSM-5의 합성

        In order to seek optimum conditions for ZSM-5 formation in the absence of organic template,the effects of both starting composition and water glass as silica source were examined. Water glass was most inexpensive among silica sources, but this was difficulty in reactant control because of contained much alkali ingredient, Considering environmental problem and economic performance,chose alkali drawing-out method to use methanol newly to remove alkali ingredient of waterglass. Characterization of ZSM-5 was carried out by means of XRD, SEM.

      • 항갑상선제로 치료한 그레이브스병 환자의 관해예측인자

        Background: Most cases of Graves' disease have been treated by antithyroid drugs in Korea. The major drawbacks of antithyroid drugs are the relative high rate of relapse and the inconvinience of long term therapy. Measurement of TBII and TRH stimulation test have been considered as the most reliable tests predicting relapse, but the predictive power is not high enough to use in clinical situation. This study was performed to find good prognostic indicators in Graves' disease patients after the discontinuation of antithyroid drug therapy. Subjects and methods : We restrospectively evaluated 96 patients with Graves' disease who showed normal TRH test at the end of antithyroid drug therapy and were followed for more than one year. Serum T3, T4, T3/T4 ratio, TBII, Anti-TPO Ab and TGAb levels were measured at the time of diagnosis and at the end of therapy. Two to three months after withdrawal of antithyroid medication, serum TSH and free T3 responses to TRH were examined. These parameters were compared between the relapse group and the remission group. Results : Among the 96 patients, 22 patients(22.9%) relapsed(Group Ⅱ) and 74 patients(77.1%) remained in remmision(Group Ⅰ). No significant difference was observed between the relapse and the remission group in clinical parameters, serum T3, T4, TSH, T3/T4 ratio, TBⅡ and Anti-TPO Ab determined before and after treatment. Serum TSH and free T3 levels measured after TRH stimulation were also similar in both groups. Serum TGAb levels determined at the end of treatment were significantly higher in the remission group(p<0.05). Relapse following the discontinuation of therapy occured within 24 months in 72.7% of the relapsed cases. After 24 months, relapse rate was reduced significantly. Conclusion : These results suggest that high serum TGAb levels could be a favorable prognostic indicator for the long term remission of Graves' disease treated with antithyroid drugs, and may suggest that Hashimoto's thyroiditis is combined with Graves' disease in those patients.
