        유성기음반에 나타난 합주 <청성곡> 연구

        청성곡은 한국음악에서 가장 많이 연주되는 정악독주곡인데, 20세기 초의 유성기음반에 따르면 세악합주 · 양소병주 · 단소병주 · 장고반주의 단소독주 · 무반주 대금독주 등 다양한 형태의 음악으로 연주되었다. 본 논문은 합주편성의 청성곡 음원인 《아악정수》의 <요천순일지곡>과 ‘빅타’판 양소병주 <청성곡>의 음악요소를 분석하고 편성 악기의 선율관계를 조명하여, 청성곡이 현행의 독주곡이라는 인식을 벗어나 다양한 연주형태로의 가능성을 모색하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 세악합주 편성의 《아악정수》 <요천순일지곡>은 총 5각 2박으로 이루어 졌고, 장고가 편성되면서 가곡과 같이 일정한 한배로 합주하였다. 생황 · 단소 · 해금이 같은 옥타브에서 유니즌(Unison)으로 연주하였는데, 특히 단소는 다양한 꾸밈음을 첨가하여 선율을 연주하였다. 대금은 현행의 대금독주 <청성곡>과 다르게 한 옥타브 아래인 저취(低吹)에서 연주하는 베이스의 역할과 선율악기의 역할을 동시에 하였다. 양소병주 편성의 빅타판 <청성곡>은 총 4각 11박으로 구성되어 있고, 장고가 11박+5박의 가곡 장단을 연주하였다. 단소는 독주 <청성곡>과 동일하게 화려한 선율로 양금의 여백을 채우며 주도적으로 선율을 연주하고 있었다. 양금은 ‘♩.’ 의 단순한 리듬으로 골격음을 연주하며 보조적인 역할을 하였는데, 동일음을 반복할 때 같은 음을 연주하지 않고 옥타브를 상하행하며 연주하였다. 요컨대 두 개의 합주 <청성곡> 모두 가곡과 같은 장단과 짜임새로 구성되었는데, <청성곡>이 가곡에 원류(原流)가 있기 때문이라 할 수 있겠다. 합주 <청성곡>의 선율분석을 통해 대금이 저취 · 평취 · 역취의 다양한 음역대를 연주할 수 있는 악기이기 때문에 베이스의 역할과 선율악기로서의 역할을 동시에 하고 있다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 단소는 세악합주의《아악정수》<요천순일지곡> 보다 양소병주의 빅타판 <청성곡>에서 더욱 화려하게 선율을 연주하였는데, 세악합주보다 양소병주 악기편성에서 단소의 역할이 확대되고 있는 양상으로 볼 수 있다. 20세기 초에는 동일한 <청성곡>에서 합주 편성에 따라 각 악기들의 선율을 다르게 운용하였다는 점을 알 수 있었다. ‘Chung-Sung-Gok’ was one of the most popular Korean traditional solo music, according to gramophone records in early 20th century, it was played in the various forms of musics such ‘Se-ag’ ensemble, ‘Yang-so’ duet, ‘Dan-so’ duet and ‘Dan-So’ solo accompaniment with ‘Jang-go’ as ‘Dae-gum’ solo. I’d like to suggest that the recognition of ‘Chung-Sung-Gok’ as a solo playing should be changeable to the various instruments playing through this thesis, by analyzing musical elements and lighting ‘Yocheonsunilgigok’ in ‘A-ag Jeong-su’ which was an origin of ‘Chung-Sung-Gok’, and analyzing ‘Yang-so’ duet ensemble of ‘Victor’ records. ‘Yocheonsunilgigok’ in ‘A-ag Jeong-su’ was composed 5 times with 2 beats In addition of ‘Jang-go’ it was played a tempo like Gesang. And ‘Saeng-whang’. ‘Dan-so’ and ‘Haegum’ was played at the same octave, especially ‘Dan-so’ was played with various ornaments. ‘Daegum’ had the role of base and melody which was played in a low sound with one down octave deferantly with current ‘Daegum’ solo ‘Chung-Sung-Gok’. ‘Yang-so’ duet ensemble of ‘Victor’ record was composed total 4 times and 11 beats, and ‘Jan-go’ was played on a ‘Gesang’ rythem with 11 times plus 5 beats. ‘Yanggum’ had subsidize role playing with a simple rhythem ‘ ’. When a music was playing with the same rhythem it’s octave was changed on one octave high or low. In short, two of the ensemble songs of ‘Chung-Sung-Gok’ consists of the same tune and texture, because this song’s headwaters was origined by ‘Gesang’. Analyzing the melody relatations of ‘Chung-Sung-Gok’ in each instruments, I found that ‘Daegum’ had not only the role of base and but melody, because it is a good instrument which is played in row, middle and high sound level. ‘Dan-so’ melody was played more splendidly on ‘Chung-Sung-Gok’ than ‘Yocheon-Soonil’ in ‘A-ag Jeong-su’ with ‘Se-ag’ ensemble. It is because the role of ‘Dan-so’ was so increased in ‘Yang-so’ duet than in ‘Se-ag’ ensemble. It seems that the melody of several instruments was played deferantly on the same ‘Chung-Sung-Gok’ play, in early 20th centry, depend upon composing of the instruments.

        가스상 대기오염물질에 의한 종이 기록물의 가속열화 특성 연구

        Paper records were generally degraded by some factors from atmospheric environments, like temperature, relative humidity or air pollutants. In this study, the degradation behavior of paper records by single or mixed gases of NO₂, SO₂, HCHO and TVOC was evaluated. The mechanical, optical and chemical properties of 4 kinds of paper (acid and neutral-based printing paper, traditional Hanji, and filter paper) were directly and indirectly affected by gaseous harmful materials. The brightness and L<SUP>*</SUP> value in all papers were slightly increased by accelerated aging under gaseous HCHO and TVOCs, but highly decreased by conditions under gases NO₂ and SO₂. The optical properties of paper records were most vulnerable in acid-based paper and high stable in filter paper and traditional Hanji by air pollutant degradation. The aging treatments under mixed gas pollutants including NO₂ resulted in decrease of physical, mechanical and optical properties of paper, so it was supposed that the concentration of NO₂ gas would be strictly controlled for optimum indoor air quality management in domestic storage centers for paper records.

        인공신경망 이론을 이용한 충주호의 수질예측

        This study was carried out to evaluate the artificial neural network algorithm for water quality forecasting in Chungju lake, north Chungcheong province. Multi-layer perceptron(MLP) was used to train artificial neural networks. MLP was composed of one input layer, two hidden layers and one output layer. Transfer functions of the hidden layer were sigmoid and linear function. The number of node in the hidden layer was decided by trial and error method. It showed that appropriate node number in the hidden layer is 10 for pH training, 15 for DO and BOD, respectively. Reliability index was used to verify for the forecasting power. Considering some outlying data, artificial neural network fitted well between actual water quality data and computed data by artificial neural networks.

        국내 체중 감량 약물 사용 현황: 자발적으로 온라인에 게시한 처방적 분석

        Background: Multiple medications have been used for weight loss (WL); however, research on the regimens of WL treatment in Korea have been limited. This study aimed to characterize the medications prescribed for WL in real-world settings. Methods: The study sample comprised WL prescriptions (Rxs) shared via a portal site for 1 year (from June 2022 to May 2023). WL drugs were classified into four categories: (1) on-label WL drugs; (2) off-label WL drugs; (3) medication-induced symptom management drugs; (4) dietary supplements and others. We calculated prescribing occurrence rates for each category and drugs. Further, we investigated the usage of off-label and psychotropic drug prescribing. Results: The study sample included 66 Rxs consisting of 63 active ingredients. The average number of medications per Rxs was seven (range, 1–13). Acetaminophen/caffeine/(pseudo)ephedrine (59.1%) and topiramate (54.5%) were the most commonly used medicines. The most frequently prescribed drug regimen involved a combination of on-label WL, off-label WL, and medication-induced symptom management drugs. Conclusion: Psychotropic appetite suppressants have been prescribed with unapproved WL drugs or psychotropic anti-anxiety/hypnotics. Further research is needed to provide evidence on drug combinations to ensure the safety of WL treatments.

        This study investigated physique, physical fitness of classified by somatotype and body composition of 308 middle school students attending the middle school in Jinju. The results of the study were as follows: 1.In factor of Body Weight appeared Endomorphy average 14~17kg heavy than Mesomorphy, Ectomorphy. 2.In factor of closed eyes foot balance appeared Mosomorphy average 6 sec higher than Endomorphy, 8 sec higher than Ectomorphy. 1000m running appeared Mosomorphy, Ectomorphy average 27∼29 sec fast than Endomorphy. 3.In factor %Fat appeared Endomorphy average 10% higher than Mosomorphy, Ectomorphy, Fat appeared endomorphy average 9∼10kg heavy than Mesomorphy, Ectomorphy, LBM appeared Endomorphy average 4∼7kg heavy than Mesomorphy, Ectomorphy. 4.The correlation coefficient between Body Height and Vertical Jump, 1000m running, Body Weight and Trunk flexion were correlation in Endomorphy. 5.The colleation coefficient between Body Height and BSA, LBM, Body Weight and BSA, %Fat, Fat, LBM were revealed as the highest correlation. 6.The colleation coefficient between Vertical Jump, 1000m running, Body density, %Fat, Fat, LBM were revealed as the highest correlation in Endomorphy.

        cAMP 농도에 영향을 미치는 수종약물이 파골세포형성에 미치는 영향

        To study the effect of cAMP on the generation of osteoclasts from their precursor cells, the bone marrow cells were isolated from 7 to 9 week-old male mice. The femur and tibia were dissected aseptically and the marrow cavity was flushed with 1 ㎖ of α-minimum essential medium by slow injection. Collected marrow cells were cultured at 1.5-2.0×10^6 cells/well in 24-well plate for 8 days. In experimental group, PGE_2(5×10^-6, 10^-5M), forskolin(10^-5M) or IBMX(10^-4, 10^-5M) were added singly or in combination from the 1st day culture. After cultures, staining for tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP)-marker enzyme of osteoclast-was performed according to the modified method of Burstone. The TRACP-positive multinucleated cells(MNC), which have 3 or more nuclei, were counted. The observed results were as follows. 1. In control group. TRACP-positive mononuclear cells were present, but no TRACP-positive multinucleated cells appeared. 2. PGE_2(5×10^-6M) or forskolin(10^-5M) significantly stimulated the formation of TRACP-positive MNC. Moreover, forskolin potentiated the TRACP-positive MNC formation induced by PGE_2 when added simultaneously. 3. IBMX(10^-4, 10^-5M), when added alone, significantly stimulated the formation of TRACP-positive MNC. However, IBMX(10^-5M) added in combination of PGE_2(10^-5M) partially inhibited the TRACP-positive MNC formation induced by PGE_2.

      • Wavelet 변환 영역에서 특징을 이용한 영상 검색 시스템의 구현

        For the efficient image retrieval, we propose a retrieval method in wavelet transform domain, using color and texture feature. After performing the 2-level wavelet transform on Hue value of image, we extract color feature in low-level subband and texture feature in other subbands. And then, we use the extracted features as index keys. We retrieve the candidate images from the image database by matching the index key of a query image with the ones of images in the database. We implemented the proposed image retrieval system in WWW Client/Server environment. In the experimental results using 250 images, the proposed method shows about 93%, 82% in term of Recall and Precision.

        Iron deficiency is the state in which the content of iron in the body is less than normal. It is characterized by decrease of absent iron stores, low serum iron concentration, low transferrin saturation, and low hemoglobin concentration or hematocrit value. Iron deficiency anemia is a more advanced state of iron deficiency than is iron depletion. Iron deficiency may occur as a result of inadequate dietary iron intake, malabsortion of iron, chronic blood loss, diversion of iron to fetal and infant erythropoiesis during pregnancy and lactation, intravascular hemolysis with hemoglobinuria, several infestation of ancylostomiasis, or a combination of these factors.
