      • 오스뮴 카보닐 클러스터 화합물의 반응성 연구

        전자적으로 불포화되어 있는 (μ-H)_2OS_3(CO)_10에 soft acid인 BH_3와 다양한 Lewis base의 화합물 BH_3·L (L=O(CH_3)_2, O(C_2H_5)2, N(CH_3)_3, N(C_2H_5)_3, pyridine, S(CH_3)_2, P(C_4H_9)_3, PPH_3)을 상온에서 반응시켜[1] osmium borane cluster를 합성하였다. 그 결과 Lewis acid BH_3와 Lewis base L과의 결합력에 따라 서로 다른 반응 메카니즘을 거쳐 (μ-H)_3O_3(CO)_9(μ_3-BCO), (μ-H)_2O_3(CO)_9(μ-H)_2BH, 그리고 다른 osmium borane cluster 생성됨이 밝혀졌다. 즉, soft Lewis acid인 BH_3와 O(CH_3)_2 같은 hard Lewis base는 약하게 결합되어 반응 초기 단계에서 쉽게 해리되어 (μ-H)_3OsO_3(CO)_9(μ_3-BCO)이 생성되고 반대로 S(CH_3)_2와 같은 soft Lewis base는 강하게 결합되어 반응 마지막 단계에서 해리되어 (μ-H)_2Os_3(CO)_9(μ-H)_BH가 생성된다. 생성된 osmium borane cluster들은 ^1H, ^11B NMR 그리고 IR spectroscopies로 그 특성이 조사되었다. Electronically unsaturated cluster(μ-H)_2Os_3(CO)10 reacted with BH_3·L adduct (L=O(CH_3)_2, N(CH_3)_3, N(C_2H_5)_3, pyridine, S(CH_3)_2, P(C_4H_9)_3, PPh_3) to produce various osmium borane clusters at ambient temperature. As a result, (μ-H)_3Os_3(CO)_9(μ_3-BCO), (μ-H)_2Os_3(CO)_9(μ-H)_2BH and some other osmium borane clusters were produced through different reaction mechanism according to bond stregth between Lewis acid BH_3 and Lewis base L. Weak bond between soft Lewis acid BH_3 and hard Lewis base such as O(CH_3)_2 easily dissociate in the early step of the reaction mechanism BH_3 and soft Lewis base such as S(CH_3)_2 dissociate in the late step of the mechanism to produce (μ-H)_2Os_3(CO)_9(μ-H)_2BH. The osmium borane clusters were characterized by ^1H, ^11B NMR and IR spectroscopies.

      • [(η^(5)-C_(5)H_(5))_(2)Zr(μ-H)(μ-O)(BC_(8)H_(14))]_(2)의 합성 및 분자구조

        A novel organohydroborate metallocene complex bis(cyclopenradienyl)(μ-hydrido)(μ-oxo)(9-borabicyclo[3,3,1]nonyl zirconium dimer [(η^(5)-C_(5)H_(5))_(2)Zr(μ-H)(μ-O)(BC_(8)H_(14))]_(2) was prepared in the reaction of [(η^(5)-C_(5)H_(5))_(2)ZrCl]_(2)O with K[H_(2)BC_(8)H_(14)]. The molecular stucture of the complex was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex has a crystallographically imposed center of symmetry. Two Zr(η^(5)-C_(5)H_(5))_(2) fragments are linked by two organohydroborate (μ-H)(μ-O)BC_(8)H_(14) bridging groups, through oxygen and hydrogen atoms. The bridge hydrogen was located and the position refined. Zr-H bond acts as an electron pair donor to trivalent boron. The bridge hydrogen was located and the position refined. This hydrogen was consistent with ^(1)H NMR spectrum. The complex was characterized by ^(1)H and ^(11)B NMR and IR spectroscopies. 새로운 유기수소붕소 메탈로센 콤플렉스 bis(cyclopentadienyl)(μ-hydrido)(μ-oxo)(9-borabicyclo[3,3,1]nonyl zirconium dimer [(η^(5)-C_(5)H_(5))_(2)Zr(μ-H)(μ-O)(BC_(8)H_(14))]_(2)이 [(η^(5)-C_(5)H_(5))_(2)ZrCl]_(2)O과 K[H_(2)BC_(8)H_(14)]의 반응에서 생성되었다. 이 화합물의 삼차원 분자 구조를 단 결정 x-선 크리스탈로그라피로 결정하였다. 두개의 Zr(η^(5)-C_(5)H_(5))_(2)가 유기수소붕소 (μ-H)(μ-O)(BC_(8)H_(14)이 다리가 되어 산소 그리고 수소 원자를 통하여 결합되었다. Zr-H 결합은 붕소 원자에 전자쌍을 공급하여 안정화 하였다. 수소 원자는 x-선 크리스탈로그라피에 의해 그 위치를 분석하였고 이 것은 수소 핵자기 공명 스펙트럼과 일치하였다. 수소 및 붕소 핵자기 공명 그리고 적외선 분광학으로 이 콤플렉스의 특성을 조사하였다.

      • Sucralfate와 Guaiazulene이 편도적출술 후 치유 과정에 미치는 영향

        Tonsillectomy may result in severe sore throat, otalgia, trismus and postoperative bleeding untill the inflamed and exposed muscle becomes covered with regeneratd mucosa. Sucralfate binds with the fibrous exudate of duodenal ulcers, forming a protective barrier that promotes healing. Guaiazulene inhibits histamine release and has strong antinflammatory action. Authors analyzed 90 patients who were treated with placebo, sucralfate and guaiazulene to evaluate modification of post-tonsillectomy pain and general strength return after tonsillectomy. The obtained results were as follows; 1) In trismus, fever and weight loss, there were no statistical significance. 2) Sucralfate and guaiazulene had the significant improvement of the oral intake, the sore throat and general strength retum statistically. But there was no difference between sucralfate and guaiazulene. Therefore, sucralfate and guaiazulene is a safe and well-tolerated topical agent that offers significant pain reduction and may promote healing in tonsillectomy patients.

      • 축구포지션별 무산소 운동능력 분석

        In this study, the Wingate power test was performed to investigate of the anaerobic power output in soccer players who play in different position. The main purpose of the test was to provide the enhancement of anaerobic capacity which was conducted by comparing and analysing of the Wingate test. This will improve the performance during the soccer games. Seventeen soccer players with three different positions, FW, MF, DF, were recruited, and undertook the Wingate power test, and anaerobic power, peak power output, anaerobic capacity, and fatigue index was analysed. There was a significant effect of a peak power output among positions showing MF>DF>FW (P<.05). MF revealed the highest peak power output at 15 and 30 seconds time points compared to DF and FW. As far as the players' positions were concerned, a relative anaerobic capacity showed a similar results with a peak power output (P<.05; MF>DF>FW). Unlike with these results, the fatigue index in different positions did not show any statistical significant results (P>.05). Based on these results, it was suggested that the systematical training program is required to perform a modern soccer, pressure and total soccer, in MF players. If the physical strength, especially power out, in MF players is enhanced, the results of the soccer games will be also improved.

      • 집속이온빔을 이용한 3차원 마이크로스케일 몰드 제작 및 폴리머 복제

        Focused ion beam (FIB) sputtering was used to fabricate a low microscale mold having a circular curved structure, as well as variable sizes. Experimentally, in this work, a continuous slicing method, which was modified from two-dimensional slice-by-slice approach developed by Fu, was tested with the aim of excluding the material redeposition phenomena by repeating the discrete slicing process with a combination of spiral scans as part of an overall vector scan. Three types of fabrication strategies, including scan strategy, ion beam condition, and processing parameter, were defined and the mould was fabricated as a function of ion dose for specific dwell times. Through replication technique from fabricated moulds, polymeric microstructures were replicated from polydimethy-lsiloxane (PDMS) and polyurethane acrylate (PUA) and compared with the mould dimension. Furthermore, micro-lens arrays was also fabricated and replicated.

      • 유기 전이 금속의 Hydroboration 에 관한 연구

        (μ-H)2Os3(CO)10 [1]은 전자적으로 불포화 상태에 있어 반응성이 매우 좋은 클러스터이다. 이런 오스윰 클러스터에 B10H14, B10H122L(L=CH3CN, Et2S, Me2S), Borane〈BH3·L(L: Lewis base=Et3N, Me3N, (C6H5)3P pyridine)) 등의 화합물을 첨가시켜 Os-B결합 형성을 유도하고 리간드의 재배치를 통해서 합성되는 다양한 클러스터들을 연구하였다. 그 결과, (μ-H)2Os3(CO)10과 BH3 ·N(C2H5)3를 반응시켜 이미 발표된 borylidyne cluster (μ-H)2Os3(CO)9(μ-H)2BH를 합성했다. 그리고 상온에서 (μ-H)2Os3(CO)10과 BH3·N(CH3)3 반응시켜 tetra osmium boride cluster를 합성했으며 기존의 방법보다는 수득률이 높았다. 한편, Osmium boride cluster화합물의 특성은 1H, 11B NMR과 IR spectroscopies로 조사하였다. Hydroboration of the unsaturated cluster (μ-H)2Os3(CO)10 has been extensively studied. The reactions of the unsaturated cluster (μ-H)2Os3(CO)10 with various boranes such as BH3·L {L; N(C2H5)3, N(CH3)3, PPh3, C6H5N, Me2S}, B10H14 and B10H12·2L (L; CH3CN, C6H5N, Me2S) effectively resulted in the hydroboration of the osmium cluster. The products formed depended upon the reaction conditions employed. The previously reported borylidyne cluster (μ-H)2Os3(CO)9BH3 was formed in 80% yield when the reaction of (μ-H)2Os3(CO)10 with BH3·N(C2H5)3 occurred. On the other hand, it was reported that the reaction of (μ-H)2Os3(CO)10 with BH3, formed from B2H6 in the presence of N(C2H5)3, produced another borylidyne cluster (μ-H)3Os3(CO)9(BCO). The hydroboration of (μ-H)2Os3(CO)10 with BH3·N(CH3)3 at room temperature produced tetra-osmium boride cluster HOs4(CO)12BH2 in more yield than the earlier synthetic procedure. The osmium boride clusters were characterized by 1H and 11B NMR and IR spectroscopies.

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of horticultural activity types on the development of young children's sociality and creativity. The experimental unit consisted of the experimental group A and B of 26 children, respectively, who are in P University Kindergarten and control group of 26 who are in G kindergarten. They were 5 years old in the same area. The experimental group A was provided a horticultural program for growing plant and group B, for creating. The programs for group A and B were taken twice a week, total 14 times, and standard curriculum for control group was provided at C kindergarten. As of the results, the group A significantly increased the level of sociality compared to the control group, and the group B was significantly increased the level of creativity compared to the control group.

        하악전돌증에서 하악지 시상분할골절단 및 Screw고정후 골성회귀에 관한 연구

        Skeletal and dental changes were examined in 38 patients of mandibular prognathism who been treated by a bilateral sagittal split osteotomy(SSRO) and internal fixation using titanium mini-screws. All patients were followed up for over 8 months after the surgeries, and postoperative cephalometric measurements were compared at 2 months and at 8 months. Linear measurements of the “Pog-most posterior screws” and angular measurementsts of “SN-Pog”were compared to figure out the change of bony fragments. The significancy of data were tested by unpaired T-test. The results were as follows : 1. The fixation screws were changed in cephalometric position as little as 0.32 2.51㎜ in SSRO and 0.15 1.00㎜ in SSRO & Le Fort I Osteotomy.(P<0.05) 2. Mandibular set-back over 5㎜ resulted in less stability of the fixation screws and higher relapse tendency. 3. The internal fixation using two screws along the inferior border and one on the superior ridge is considered to be very resistant to postoperative relapse of the repositioned bony segments.

      • 초소형 구조물의 부착 방지를 위한 새로운 자기 집합 물질에 대한 연구

        In order to achieve stiction-free polysilicon surfaces, we have suggested a new chemical grafting precursor and confirmed their excellent characteristics. When dichlorodimethylsilane(DDS, C_(2)H_(6)SiCl_(2)), a dialkyldichlorosilane widely used in silicon machining, have been used as a precursor, experimental results were clearly comparable to those of monoalkyltrichlorosilanes octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS, C_(18)H_(37)SiCl_(3)) or 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltrichloro-silane (FDTS, C_(10)H_(4)F_(17)SiCl_(3)) in terms of stiction reduction. The polysilicon cantilevers were fabricated in the carefully controlled conditions and laser interferometer indicated that their residual stress gradient was 2 MPa/μm upward from the substrate. The SEM images of polysilicon cantilever beams with DDS coating are upward and no stiction is observed up to 2 mm in length.
