박물관 브랜드 마케팅 및 공간 프로모션 전략 -숙명여자대학교 내 정영양자수박물관 C·E·M 공간디자인을 중심으로-

본 연구는 정영양자수박물관의 콘텐츠를 활용한 통합 브랜드를 개발함에 있어 브랜드·디자인 ·마케팅을 융합한 시점에서 바라보고 그래픽아이덴티티, 제품아이덴티티, 공간아이덴티티 통합브랜드를 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 박물관 방문자들과 20-30대 여성을 대상으로, 디자인과 마케팅의 융합된 측면에서 도출된 ‘C·E·M’을 物, 事, 人, 場가 융합된 문화로 한정한다. 그 결과, ‘C·E·M’은 디자인과 마케팅 전략을 융합하여 로고 및 사인물의 그래픽디자인부터 제품디자인, 공간디자인에 이르기까지 일관성과 객관성, 스토리성을 도출한다. 끝으로 본 연구는 브랜드가 디자인과 마케팅을 융합하여 더 체계화된 G·I, P·I, S·I의 통합 브랜드 매뉴얼을 만든 것에 의의가 있다. 아울러 향후 이와 관련된 통합브랜드 디자인 개발에 있어서 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다

본 연구는 융합 연출 디자인 이라는 목적에서 출발하여 마임 브랜드 홍삼진 제품을 다각적 측면에서 기획 및 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 3월~ 6월 15주 동안 숙명여대 환경디자인학과<융합 캡스톤 디자인>수업을 통해 이루어졌다. 또한 본 연구는 마임브랜드 중, 건강식품을 브랜딩하고 있는 <홍삼 진>을 선택하였다. 그 결과 본 연구는 기존 이벤트 프로모션과 전시의 사회적 문제를 도출하였고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 전통과 현대의 융합의 오감적 체험 프로모션을 주제로 선정하였다. 아울러 본 연구는 SWOT/STP 마케 팅 분석 방법과 브레인스토밍을 사용하여 아트, 디자인, ICT, Marketing의 융합 브랜드를 구축하였다.끝으로 본 연구는 향후 마케팅을 기반한 융합 브랜드 개발에 있어 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.
여수국가산업단지 인근 지역 대기오염물질 농도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

Eight monitoring stations in the Yeosu National Industrial Complex will determine the concentration of air pollutants measured every hour in 2019, analyze what factors affect them, and how they correlate with the air pollutant measurements. Six air pollutants (SO2, NO2, O3, CO, PM-10 and PM-2.5) measured at eight monitoring stations around Yeosu National Industrial Complex (Seogang-dong, Wolnae-dong, Munsu-dong, Yeocheon-dong, Deokchung-dong, Hwayang-myeon, Yulchon-myeon, Samil-dong) the measurement data for each hour of the year were downloaded to analyze the concentration by weather condition, time zone, season, separation distance from Yeosu Industrial Complex, and separation distance from Gwangyang Industrial Complex. SO2, NO2, and CO concentrations were significantly higher in winter, significantly lower in summer, and O3, PM-10, and PM-2.5 concentrations were significantly higher in spring. SO2, CO, PM-10, and PM-2.5 concentrations were significantly higher between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., NO2 concentrations were significantly higher between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., and O3 concentrations were significantly higher between 13 p.m. and 15 p.m.(p<0.001). The concentration of air pollutants (SO2, NO2, CO, PM-10, PM-2.5) excluding O3 was found to have a negative (-) correlation with weather condition, and in the case of O3, it was found to have a positive (+) correlation with PM-10, PM-2.5, temperature and wind speed. It was confirmed that the concentration of air pollutants emitted from the Yeosu National Industrial Complex differs depending on the season, time and distance to the industrial complex. This study aims to establish measures to minimize health damage to residents living relatively close to the industrial complex and contribute to the establishment of management and response measures according to the properties of substances to reduce the concentration of air pollutants in the future.
The clinicopathological differentiation between Pityrosporum folliculitis and acneiform eruption

Background: It is challenging for clinicians to distinguish between Pityrosporum folliculitis (P. folliculitis) and acneiform eruption based on clinical and histological features. The studies of histopathologic differences between P. folliculitis and acneiform eruption have been poorly described. Objectives: We sought to distinguish between P. folliculitis and acneiform eruption on a clinicopathologic basis. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the histology of hematoxylin-eosin-stained sections obtained from 52 patients diagnosed with P. folliculitis and acneiform eruption. Results: The presence of fungal spores in follicular lumen was more consistent with a diagnosis of P. folliculitis. Intrafollicular inflammation, irregular pattern of keratin plugging, nuclear dust in follicular lumen favored a diagnosis of acneiform eruption. There was no difference in perifollicular inflammatory cell infiltration between P. folliculitis and acneiform eruption. Conclusion: Our study demonstrated that a significant difference exists in the presence of necrotic keratinocytes in the follicular wall, intrafollicular constituents, and inflammatory cell infiltration between P. folliculitis and acneiform eruption. And it is thought that the necrotic keratinocytes have a key role on these differences. These findings might be helpful in understanding pathogenesis and differential diagnosis of P. folliculitis and acneiform eruption.

A 70-year-old female was referred for brown-to-gray colored papules and nodules on her lower legs. She had been diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in her stomach, and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) by bone marrow biopsy. Three years after complete remission of DLBCL, she experienced DLBCL recurrence in her small bowel and was hospitalized. MDS had been stationary, but during the treatment of DLBCL, her laboratory findings suggested signs of leukemia. Bone marrow biopsy was done, and acute monoblastic leukemia (AMoL) was diagnosed. After 1 cycle of chemotherapy for AMoL, skin lesions developed, and her skin biopsy showed cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase staining and CD123 staining were negative, and bone marrow re-biopsy conducted after the skin lesion developed still showed monoblastic proliferation. Whether the CTCL represented with an AMoL lineage switch could not be completely proved due to the absence of molecular or clonal marker evaluations, but the possibility of coexistence of three different malignancies was higher. During treatment, a neutropenic fever developed, and the patient died due to sepsis. We herein report a rare case of CTCL accompanied by AmoL and DLBCL. (Ann Dermatol 33(2) 178∼181, 2021)

The cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii glover (Hemiptera: Aphididae), is the world-wide agriculture pest and has the ability to become resistant to many pesticides. Hence, we conducted behavioral tests on apterous and alate aphids for series compounds from natural products by using a two-choice test, a no-choice test, a host choice test and electroantennography (EAG). As a result, we found 3 out of 30 compounds for apterous aphids and 2 out of 15 compounds for alate aphids, both of which showed powerful repellent effects on these aphids. In this study, we suggest that our findings could be useful and eco-friendly spatial repellents for controlling cotton aphid.
S-397 60min glucose have more predictive value for incident type 2 diabetes than 120min glucose

Objectives: To examine the value of 60min glucose during oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) for predicting future diabetes compared to traditional prediabetes criteria 120min glucose in non-diabetic subjects.?Methods: From 2008 Jan to 2008 December, total 788 patient did OGTT. Of these, non-diabetes that have been followed-up during average 55±11 months. total 274 patients were enrolled in this study.?Results: During follow up, total 42 patients were progressed into diabetes (15.3%). The glucose peak time during OGTT is more later, DM progression rate is higher. DM progression rate is 7.5% in glucose peak time 30min group, 16.7% in 60 min group, and 29.4% in 90min group. Area under ROC curve (AROC) of 60 min glucose vs 120min glucose for predicting future diabetes were 0.748 vs 0.706. 140 mg/dL at 120min glucose, current prediabetes guideline have sensitivity 73.8% and specificity 50.0% for predicting future diabetes. 60min glucose 188mg/dL have sensitivity 76.2% and spepcificity 64.4%. Highest 120min glucose tertile have odds ratio (OR) 4.07 (95% CI 1.63-10.18) for future diabetes development. Highest 60min glucose tertile have OR 9.93 (95% CI 3.23-30.58) compared to lowest tertile. Among 0, 30, 60, 90, and 120min glucose, 60min glucose were most correlated with disposition index (insulinogenic index/HOMA-IR)?Conclusions: 60min glucose have higher predictive value for DM progression than 120 min glucose
