      • Mean-Shift Algorithm을 이용한 Image inpainting에 관한 연구

        A framework for filling-in missing parts of a video sequence taken from a moving or stationary camera is presented in this work. An inportant scenario in video inpainting, namely, completing moving foreground when it is either occluded by an obstacle or simply damaged, is considered. Video inpainting is achieved in two main steps. First, the occluded moving object in each frame is completed by copying information from undamaged portions of the video. The moving object is progressively filled-in following a priority-based inpainting of the occluding area. A priority scheme with an automatic stopping criterion is proposed, which detects whether the moving object has been successfully completed. Moving object completion is accelerated using a foreground mosaic to search for candidate frames containing similar motion. After foreground completion, the remaining part of the damaged or occluded area is then filled-in with background by extending spatial texture synthesis techniques to the moving object, which permits us to efficiently inpaint regardless of the rich and changing background that is typical of moving camera scenarios.

      • 규칙적인 유산소성 운동이 비만아동들의 신체구성 및 호흡순환기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examined the effect of supervised regulary aerobic exercise program with cardiorespiratory function of obese children. The subjects were 16 obese Childrens(elementary school 4∼5 grade), and engaged in regulary aerobic exercise program for 9 weeks(5 days/week, 100 min/day, 60∼70% HRmax) with mountain climbing, basketball and football. The items of cardiorespiratory function measured VEmax, HRmax, RQmax, VCO₂max, VCO₂max, VCO₂max/kg and BFmax after treadmill exercise load. The conclusion of this study was as follows ; 1. In body composition, there were significant decrease(P<0.001) after aerobic exercise for 9 weeks in body weight, percent body mass index 2. In cardiorespiratory function, there were significant increase(P<0.001) after aerobic exercise for 9 weeks in VEmax and VCO₂max by treadmill exercise load. 3. In cardiorespiratory function, there were significant increase(P<0.001) after aerobic exercise for 9 weeks in VO₂mex and RQmax by treadmill exercise load. 4. In cardiorespiratory function, there were significant increase(P<0.001, P< 0.01) after aerobic exercise for 9 weeks in VO₂max/kg and BFmax by treadmill exercise load.

      • Streptokinase와 Plasminogen의 활성 복합체에 대한 생화학적 특성

        Fig 1과 Fig 2의 실험 결과에 의하면 streptokinase에 의한 plasminogen의 활성화 기작은 먼저 streptokinase와 plasminogen 결합하여 복합체를 만들고 그 다음 다른 분자의 streptokinase에 의한 plasminogen을 streptokinase에 의한 plasmin으로 활성화 한다고 생각되었다.그리고 원래 효소활성이 없는 streptokinase량이 plasminogen보다 과량으로 존재하게 되면 전체 esterolytic 활성도는 plasminogen 의 량에 의존하게 될 것이다.Fig 3의 실험에서 streptokinase plasminogen 복합체의 정량적인 구성 비율을 조사하였더니 plasminogen 1㎍에 0.5㎍의 streptokinase가 결합하였다. 이는 보고된 plasminogen의 분자량을 87.000(10) 그리고 streptokinase분자량이 47.000(6)으로 계산하면 각각 한 분자씩 결합하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이 결과는 Fig. 1의 결과를 보충할 수 있는 data이다. streptokinase plasminogen 복합체의 생화학적 특성을 조사하기 위하여 복합체만의 활성을 assay 할 수 있는 방법을 고안하였다. 실험결과 soybean trysin inhibitor를 사용하면 plasminogen의 활성화에 의하여 생성된 plasmin의 esterolytic 활성은 완벽하게 저해할 수 있었으나 streptokinase plasminogen 복합체의 활성은 저해하지 못하였으므로 soybean trypsin inhibitor를 첨가하여plasmin활성을 제거하여 순수한 복합체만의 활성을 측정할 수 있었다.(Fig.5).그러나 pancreatic tyrpsin inhibitor는 Plasmin 뿐만 아니라 streptokinase plasminogen복합체의 활성을 모두 저해할 수 있었으므로 이 inhibitor 는 복합체의 활성을 측정하는데 사용하지 않았다. (Fig.4). 두가지 inhibitor의 복합체에 대한 상이한 저해 효과는 복합체의 활성화 자리 (active site)에 두 inhibitor 가 결합하고난 후 기질이 출입할 수 있는 공간의 넓이에 의한 효과인 것으로 생각되었다 (Table 1).따라서 soybean trypsin inhibitor을 이용한 assay는 원래의 생화확적 특성에 영향이 없는 것으로 생각되었다. 복합체의 esterolytic 반응은 빠른 첫 번째 반응 그리고 그 이후 늦은 두 번째 반응으로 진행되는 biphasic한 형태를 보여 주었다(Fig.7).이 반응 기작은 알려진 serine protease들이 acyl중간체을 이용한 biphasic 반응 기작과 유사한 형태이었다. 활성화 자리에 위치하고 있는 여러 작용기들을 확인하기 위한 기초 실험으로써 pH에 따른 esterolytic활성을 측정한 결과 최대 활성을 보이는 pH는 7.5이었다.(Fig.8). 이 근처의 pKa 값을 가지고 아미노산은 histidine 종류을 생각할 수있을 것이다. The kinetic data suggest that streptokinase interacts with plasminogen to become an active complex which in turn. activates another molecule of plasminogen to plasmin. This complex was fromed stoichiometrically at 1:1 molar ratio. A series of experiment were carried out to find the condition that the streptokinase plasminogen complex activities free from plasmin could be monitered. The soybean trypsin inhibitor wsas used to assay the activity of streptokinase-plasminogen complex. The lack of inhibiton of esterase activity by soybean trypsin inhibitor was thought to be the size of the protein in active site. The esterolytic reaction by streptokinase-plasminogen complex showed biphasic pattern. The pH profile showed typical bell-shape and optimal pH for streptokinas-plasminogen complex showed biphasic pattern.         Silicon alkoxides(TEOS:tetraethylorthosilicate and TMOS:tetramethylorthosilicate) were synthesized from silicon tetrachloride and ethanol or methanol with the variation of the mole ratio (alcohol/SiCl_4) and the water contents in the alcohol. The optimum mole ratios of alcohol/SiCl_4 were measured to be betweem 4 and 5 and the reactions completed within one hour. The yield of TEOS decreased from 70% to 48% as the water contents increased from 0.1% to 1.0% in ethanol.

        Two-dimensional slow viscous flow due to the rotation of hinged plates with equal length and equal angle spaced is investigated on the basis of Stokes' approximation. An exact formal expression for the flow is obtained by use of Wiener-Hopf technique. From the formal expression obtained, the flows between two neighboring plates and near the leading edge of plates are discussed. The force and moment exerted on each plate are also calculated as functions of N, the number of hinged plates.

        치조골 복합골절의 정복고정시 탈구치아의 치근관을 통한 배농술의 효과

        Treatment of compound alveolar bone fracture consists of reduction and fixation with wound closure of soft tissue laceration. For the proper reduction and fixation, interosseous wiring or splinting of the involved teeth are applied during about 4 weeks. But wound infection around the fracture site may be occurred, because of the presence of devitalized tissues(pulp, bone and soft tissue), residual hematoma and anergy effect of trauma stress. The wound infection results in bone resorption, pulp degeneration and necrosis, wound dehiscence and soft tissue necrosis around the fracture site. Therefore, if the infection will be expected, early proper drainage should be established via the fracture site and root canal of the luxated teeth. The authors treated two cases of compound alveolar bone fracture by the rubber drainage in the fracture site and the endodontic drainage by open canal of the luxated teeth, with the usual reduction and fixation by use of arch bar and resin. The prognosis was more favorable without wound infection, bone resorption, teeth mobility and specific root resorption.

      • 여중생들의 신체조성과 심폐기능 및 심박수 회복율에 관한 비교 연구 : 비만 여중생과 정상 여중생을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the relation between body composition, cardiorespiratory functions and percent heart rate recovery in obese and normal middle school female students. We used total of 12 middle school female students(3rd grade) as subject and devided them into two groups : The measurement items of cardiorespiratory functions were HR, VE, RQ, VO₂, VCO₂, VO₂/kg, O₂pulse, VE/VO₂, VE/VCO₂, before and after treadmill exercise load. The statistical analysis were M±SD and t-test for groups(α=.05) using ?? statistical package. The conclusion of this study was as follows ; 1. In 5 items(FM, LBM, %Fat, TBW, BMI) all of body composition, obese group has been significantly higher than normal group(P<0.01). 2. In heart rate and VO₂ of resting(before exercise loads) cardiorespiratory functions, normal group has been significantly higher than obese group(P<0.05). 3. In VEmax of cardiorespiratory functions after exercise loads, obese group has been significantly higher than normal group(P<0.05), and in VO₂max, obese group has been significantly higher than normal group(P<0.01). 4. In 1, 3, 5 minute percent recovery all of percent heart rate recovery after exercise loads, normal group has been higher than obese group but there was no statistical significant difference.

      • 취학전 아동들의 체격 및 기초체력에 관한 비교 연구

        The purpose of the present investigation was to compare and analyze the physique and physical fitness for children(boys:876, girls:784, age: 7 yrs), and to correlation between physique and physical fitness 5 items. The measurement items of physique and physical fitness were height, weight and sitting trunk flexion, 50M run, standing long jump, foot balance, flexed arm hang test. The statistical analysis were calculated to mean and standard deviation for all measurement values and correlation coefficients between physique and physical fitness 5 items for children using SPSS/PC+ statistical package(α=.05). The conclusion of the present investigation was as follows; 1. Physique 1) In height, boys(118.31 ±23.92cm) has been significantly higher than girls(116.11 ±4.72cm)(P<0.05). 2) In weight, boys(22.31 ±3.54kg) has been significantly higher than girls(21.17 ±3.31kg)(P<0.01). 2. Physical fitness 1) In sitting trunk flexion, girls(11.67 ±4.37cm) has been significantly higher than boys(9.97 ±4.48cm)(P<0.01). 2) In 50M run, boys(12.58 ±1.30sec) has been significantly faster than girls(13.30 ±1.59sec)(P<0.01). 3) In standing long jump, boys(112.99 ±16.36cm) has been significantly higher than girls(98.94 ±16.24cm)(P<0.01). 4) In foot balance, girls(30.90 ±19.66sec) has been significantly higher than boys(26.65 ±19.25sec)(P<0.01). 5) In flexed arm hang, boys(8.68 ±7.94sec) and girls(8.58 ±8.11sec) had no significant difference. 3. Correlation between physique and physique and physical fitness 1) In correlation between height and physical fitness, boys were no little correlation in 5 items all, and girls and total were significantly low correlation(P<0.01) between height and 50M run, standing long jump. 2) In correlation between weight and physical fitness, boys and girls all were significantly low correlation between weight and standing long jump(P<0.05), flexed arm hang(P<0.01), and total were significantly low correlation between weight and 50M run(P<0.05), standing long jump(P<0.01), flexed arm hang(P<0.01).

      • 그람양성구균에 대한 Teicoplanin과 Vancomycin의 시험관내 항균력

        An increasing frequency of methicillin resistant S. aureus(MRSA), methicillin resistant coagulase negative staphylococci(MRCNS) and Enterococcal infection have been observed in recent years. Teicoplanin is a new glycopeptide antibiotic obstained from the Actinoplanes teicomycetius. The molecular structure and spectrum of antimicrobial activity of teicoplanin is simillar to those of vancomycin, and has been reported to have an excellent in vitro and in vivo effect against various gram-positive infections. Therefore, we evaluated the in vitor susceptibility of gram positive cocci, such as, S. aureus, coagulase negative Staphylococci(CNS), and Enterococci to teicoplanin and vancomycin. The total 253 strains consisted of MSSA(40), MRSA(53), MSCNS(47), MRCNS(48), and Enterococci(65). They were assayed by disc diffusion and agar dilution. During the study, 57% of S. aureus and 49% of CNS showed resistance to methicillin. The inhibitory diameter of teicoplanin was 15-20mm in MSSA, 12-19mm in MRSA, 13-24mm in MSCNS, 11-23mm in MRCNS, and 15-22mm in Enterococci respectively, and showed sensitivity in all but 8 strains(3.2%). The range of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of teicoplanin to MSSA, MRSA, MSCNS, MRCNS and Enterococci were 9.12-2.0㎍/ml, 0.25-2.0㎍/ml, & 0.25-32㎍/ml, 0.12-1.0㎍/ml respectively. One case of S. haemolyticus was resistant to teicoplanin (32㎍/ml) by the agar dilution method. Eight minor (3.2%) and one major(0.4%) error was observed when the MIC and disk diffusion data were correlated with teicoplanin. As for vancomycin the inhibitory diameter was 17-21mm in MSSA, 15-21mm in MRSA, 18-26mm in MSCNS, 18-25mm in MRCNS, and 16-22mm in Enterococci respectively. The range of the MIC of vancomycin to MSSA, MRSA, MSCNS, MRCNS, and Enterococci were 0.25-1.0㎍/ml, 0.25-4.0㎍/ml, 0.5-2.0㎍/ml and 0.5-2.0㎍/ml respectively. One minor error (0.4%) was seen with the vancomycin disk. The MIC90 of MSSA and MRSA exhibited the same results in teicoplanin (1.0㎍/ml, 1.0㎍/ml), and vancomycin(2.0㎍/ml, 2.0㎍/ml). MSCNS and MRCNS exhibited greater MIC90 with teicoplanin(4.0㎍/ml, 8.0㎍/ml) than vancomycin(2.0㎍/ml, 2.0㎍/ml). Incontrase Enterococci were more susceptible to teicoplanin(0.5㎍/ml) than to vancomucin (2.0㎍/ml). Results from this analysis indicated that both teicoplanin and vancomycin were very excellent for gram positive infections, especially those resistant to methicillin.

        Nowadays we globally recognize the importance of the environmental preservation and the environmental energy. The developed countries have already made efforts to realize the saving of energy and the technology based on environment-friendly viewpoint. 'Roof garden' means the restoration of soil eco-system destroyed by rash urbanization and construction. It can also offer the resting place to people in the city. Now it is considered as the realistic way that can solve the serious problems like heat island, pollution and flood in the city fundamentally. In this research, we found out that the following results were obtained: 1) Roof garden is used by users in various objects. Stage, meeting, event, date etc. 2) Users want to design roof garden that have various space features: open and close space, wide and small space etc. 3) The group composed from one to five or more played roof garden. 4) The roof garden aboved have similar facilities excepted one or two. Vaitalization in roof garden remains as a matter to be discussed further.
