Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of common causes of cancer-related death in Korea where the majority of HCC patients were Hepaitc B virus(HBV)carriers and have cirrhosis. Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)is commonly applied to the treatment of multinodular HCC in Korea and careful selection of candidate is important for the risk of various side effects. Besides common side effects as fever, nausea, abdominal pain and elevation of liver enzyme, TACE may predispose to hepatic failure, ischemic cholecystitis, pulmonary embolism, cerebral embolism and pneumonitis. In previous studies, some cases of pulmonary and cerebral embolism cases were reported but lipiodol pneumonitis after TACE was rarely reported. A 65-year-old woman with a multinodular HCC associated with HBV infection, was treated with TACE. Seven days after the procedure, nonspecific respiratory symptoms such as dyspnea and dry cough developed. Chest X-ray and chest computed tomography showed diffuse ground glass opacities in whole lung fields, suggestive of lipiodol pneumonitis. After several days of supportive care with steroid administration, radiologic abnormalities and subjective symptoms were much improved, considered that the disease was compatible with lipiodol pneumonitis.
Neonatal outcomes following antenatal steroid administration in late preterm twins

Objective: To investigate the effects of antenatal steroid administration for fetal lung maturation in late preterm twin pregnancies. Methods: This retrospective cohort study included 1080 consecutive twin pregnancies who had delivered between 34+0 weeks and 36+6 weeks from June 2003 to September 2018. Fetal deaths in utero (n=24) were excluded for the analysis of neonatal outcomes. Obstetric outcomes including antenatal steroid use were reviewed. Data about neonatal outcomes including respiratory morbidities, assisted ventilator use, and other complications were collected through electronic medical records. Those outcomes were compared according to the administration of antenatal steroid. Results: In the total of 2136 neonates, 11.6% completed the administration of antenatal steroid and 0.8% received steroid, but did not complet the cycle. Among neonates who received antenatal steroid, betamethasone was used in 75.2% (200/266) and dexamethasone in 24.8% (66/266). The median gestational age for steroid administration was 33.1 weeks (range 24.3-36.6 weeks). Comparing the obstetric and neonatal outcomes according to the steroid administartion, the median value of gestation age at delivery was earlier in steroid group than the other (35.3 vs. 36.3 weeks, p<0.001). Neonatal respiratory morbidities such as respiratory distress syndrome, pneumothorax, transient tachypnea of newborn, and apnea were comparable between two groups. Low Apgar score at 1 minute and nasal continuous positive airway pressure were higher in steroid group (both p<0.05). To adjust the difference of gestational age at delivery, logistic regression with multivariate analysis was performed. The administration of steroid was not significantly associated with composite respiratory morbidities (Odds ratio 0.87, 95% Confidence interval 0.56-1.36, p=0.537). Conclusion: The antenatal steroid administration was not associated with improvement of respiratory morbidity in late preterm twins.
피처 맞춤 모델링을 통한 인기 유튜브 채널 특성 유형화 프레임워크

유튜브 플랫폼 및 채널 운영에 대한 관심이 점점 증가하면서 새로운 개인 유튜버들이 채널을 개설하고자 하는 동기가 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 장르의 유튜브 채널 중 구독자가 50 만명 이상인 채널을 선정하여 채널의 토픽을 추출하고 영상 특성을 유형화하는 프레임워크를 제안함으로써, 신규 개인 유튜버들이 채널을 성공적으로 운영하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 인기 유튜브 채널의 특성 추출을 위해 997 개의 채널 정보 데이터와 339,154 개의 영상 정보 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집한 데이터를 가공하여 영상 평균 업로드 주기, 영상 평균 길이, 쇼츠 비율이라는 특성을 정의하고 채널의 주제, 썸네일 타입, 업로드 시간대 특성을 다양한 모델링 기법을 활용하여 유형화하였다. LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) 토픽 모델링을 통해 각 채널의 토픽과 키워드를 분석하였고, Faster R-CNN 모델을 사용하여 썸네일을 유형화하였다. 그리고 KL divergence 지표와 K-Means 알고리즘을 사용하여 업로드 시간대를 유형화하였다. Silhouette Score 로 확인한 결과 채널별 특성 유형화 성능이 우수하였다. 본 연구에서 제공하는 프레임워크를 통해 사용자가 선택한 토픽과 유사한 주제를 가진 인기 유튜브 채널의 다양한 특성들을 시각적으로 제공할 수 있다. 이를 통해 신규 유입자들에게 채널 운영 전략 도출에 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

지금 사회는 다양한 기술이 개발 융합하여 사회의 많은 도움을 주고 있다. 자율주행 기술이 주목받으며 다양한 곳에 자율주행 기술을 접목하고 있다. 배달은 무인 배달 로봇이 대신하고 자율주행 자동차 또한 지속해서 개발되고 있다. 또한 무인 단말기(Kiosk)의 도입으로 사람들은 다양한 정보와 업무처리를 키오스크를 통하여 한다. 하지만 이러한 급격한 발전과 정보화로 인한 이면도 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 키오스크의 문제를 보완하고 앞서 말한 자율주행 기술을 접목하여 키오스크의 접근성을 향상할 수 있다. In these days, as various technologies have been developed and integrated, human society is getting a lot of convenient devices. Autonomous driving technology is a kind of hot issued area, and autonomous driving technology is incorporated in various places. Delivery service has been replaced by unmanned delivery robots, and autonomous vehicles are continue to be developed. In addition, with kiosks, people can process various information and work with it. However, there are some side effects due to such rapid development and change. This paper suggests a method to solve the existing kiosk problems and combines the aforementioned autonomous driving technologies, which can improve the accessibility of kiosks.

Recently, many studies on autonomous vehicles have been conducted, and research on autonomous driving technology has been actively conducted in various fields such as multi-purpose vehicles such as camping cars. In particular, camping cars and large cargo trucks are equipped with trailers on the skin after the vehicle, which are divided into towed trailers and tractors that tow them. The steering angle of the tractor takes precedence over the movement of the trailer because the movement of the tractor and the trailer in the direction of rotation is different when driving backward when parking. Therefore, in order to implement an automatic parking system, we aim to implement an automatic parking algorithm by detecting the angle of the Hitch joint between the tractor and the trailer based on the camera sensor and sending data to determine the steering angle of the tractor.

Purpose: Endoscopy has been recommended as a primary procedure for determining the extent of damage and prognosis in patients with caustic ingestions. Endoscopy within the first 24 hours has been suggested, however, such immediate endoscopy is not always possible. Therefore, we wanted to determine complications and possible delayed sequelae after the endoscopy performed dependent on time, including less than 24 hours and more than 24 hours, after ingestion of relatively high toxic caustic agents. Methods: From January 2005 to May 2013, 105 consecutive patients were diagnosed with caustic poisoning in the emergency department of the Wonju Severance Christian Hospital. Out of 95 patients who underwent endoscopy, while excluding 49 patients who ingested sodium hypochlorite and 15 patients due to insufficient data, 41 patients were ultimately included. We compared general characteristics, complications related to endoscopy, late sequelae, total admission length, and mortality between two groups. Results: Twenty eight patients (68.3%) were diagnosed with acid ingestion. Median endoscopy time was 17.8 (IQR 9.7-36.9) hours and performed in 16 patients (39%) after 24 hours. There were no complications, such as perforation and bleeding in either endoscopy within 24 hours group or endoscopy after 24 hours group. In addition, no difference in ingested materials, endoscopy grade, or late sequelae was observed between endoscopy within 24 hours group and endoscopy after 24 hours group. Conclusion: No difference in complications and late sequelae was observed between endoscopy within 24 hours group and endoscopy after 24 hours group when endoscopy was performed based on a clinician’s assessment.

Long-term exposure to environmental pollutants can impair the human skin"s barrier function and promote skin aging mechanisms. The visible consequences of these effects are dryness, wrinkles, black spots and worsening skin sensitivity. As awareness of the effects of environmental stressors on the skin has recently increased, consumers" demand for cosmetics that can provide anti-pollution effects is increasing. In this study, the possibility of anti-pollution cosmetic material was investigated by measuring the inhibitory effect of free radicals using a mixture of Nypa fruticans Wurmb (NF), Saussurea neoserrata (SN), Codium fragile (CF) and Enteromorpha compressa (EC), which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects against irritation caused by dust. Combining the experimental results of a mixture of NF, SN, CF and EC by induction of fine dust stimulation, inhibition of inflammatory factors (PGE₂) and intracellular free radicals (ROS) by inhibiting effects were significant, indicating the possibility of use as anti-pollution cosmetics. The most plants used as sources of anti-pollution cosmetic ingredients contain antioxidants as active substances. In our highly industrialized and chemically polluted world, it is not surprising that most plants used as sources of anti-pollution cosmetic ingredients contain antioxidants as active substances. Considering our results, it can be suggested that this anti-pollutant consisting of NF, SN, CF and EC may be a good ingredient for skincare products for the cosmetic industry due to their antioxidant properties, which may especially alter skin aging.
