        산업형태에 따른 자주보전 활동의 적용성에 대한 연구

        TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activity is shown many change of propulsion method that passed by decades of operating in domestic enterprise. Above all, lately rep-resented tendency is autonomous maintenance that basic in TPM activity has demanded the effective activity agree with industrial characteristic. Accordingly this paper presented device on the applicability of the autonomous maintenance in the industrial form based fundamental seven steps.

      • 임파세포분화항원 CD5의 C-말단부위의 유전자 클로닝 및 세포내 CD5-특이적 결합단백질의 규명

        A Iymphocyte surface marker, CD5 is expressed in pan-T cells and certain B cell sub- populations such as Bla cells which secretes natural autoantibodies and malignant B cells as in chronic Iymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL). For the reasons that the cell-type specific expression patterns and that the immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) containing cytosolic region of the molecule, CD5 was considered to be involved in a probable cellular signal transductions for the Iymphocyte activations. In order to shed light on the cellular signal transdcutions for the Iymphocyte activation. In order to shed light on the cellular function of the CD5, the gene for cytosolic region of the molecule(cd5_(cyt)) was cloned and the intracellular protein that interacts with CD5 cytosolic region(CD5_(cyt)) was investigated using yeast two hybrid system. Among them a clone, 27-2, harvested 1.2 kb inserts. Partial deoxyribonucleic acids sequences of 120 bp were read out from clone 27-2, preserntly. Amino acid sequences deduced from the DNA sequences revealed that it might be a G-protein like milecule which is unknown from human but showed 61% of homology with the ADP-rebosylation factor l-directed GTPase from C. elegans under the BLAST comparisons. Therefore, it might be suggersted that the CD5 mediated signal transduction may be a G protein-dependent pathway. 임파세포특이 항원인 CD5는 T cell의 경우 모든 sub-population에서 발현되고 있으나 B cell의 경우에는 natural autoantibody를 생산하는 Bla cell population 및 자가면역항체 생성 B cells, B cell Iymphoma 등의 특수한 minor population에서만 발현되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 세포 특이적 발현 양상과 함께 94개의 amino acids로 이루어진 CD5의 cytoplasmic region에는 immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM)가 존재하여 임파 세포의 세포 내 신호전달에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CD5분자를 매개한 면역담당세포의 신호전달체계를 규명하고 더 나아가 CD5의 세포 내 기능을 분자수준에서 규명하기 위하여 CD5의 cytoplasmic domain에 해당되는 유전자를 분리하였고 이와 CD5와 세포내 상호작용을 이루는 CD5특이적 결합 단백질을 yeast two hybrid system을 이용하여 검색하였다. Selected clone중에서27-2로 명명한 clone의 insert 크기는 1.2 kb였으며, 확인한 유전자서열은 129 염기로 단백질 1차 구조를 유추하여 BLAST로 검색한 결과 C. elegans의 G protein의 하나인 ADP-ribosylation factor 1-directed GTPase와 61%의 homology를 보였으나, human에서는 대응하는 단백질이 보고되지는 않았다. 세포내 CD5-특이적 결합단백질로 GTPase로 예상되는 새로운 단백질을 밝힘으로 CD5의 signal transduction이 G protein-dependent pathway일 가능성을 제시하였다.

      • 의료환경의 변화에 따른 한방병원 외래진료부의 공간구성에 관한 연구

        이 논문은 의료환경 변화에 따른 한방병원 외래진료부의 건축계획적 자료를 제시하고자 한 논문으로 전국 12개 대학부속 한방병원을 대상으로 조사하였다. 그 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 1)외래진료부의 전체 연면적 대비 비율은 6.22-18.51%였으며, 병상당 면적은 8.48m²이다. 2)외래진료부의 진료과 구성은 병원에 따라 약간의 차이를 보이나 대개 비슷하며, 한·양방 협진에 따른 클리닉 개념의 진료 과들이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 3)외래진료부의 평면유형은 대개 중복도형이었으며, 진료실 평면유형은 기능분리형, 문진/진찰 결합형, 혼합형, 공동침구실형 등으로 조사되었다. This study aims to present data for the architectural planning of an outpatient department in Oriental hospital according to change of medical environment. The results are as follows: 1) The outpatient department of oriental hospital is studied 6.22-18.51%, average 12.96%. and average area per bed is 8.48㎡. 2) In general, the Outpatient Department consists of an Oriental medicine internal department, Oriental medicine pediatrics, Oriental medicine gynecology, Oriental medicine psychiatry, an acupuncture department, and an Oriental medicine rehabilitation department. 3) There are a separated function model, a consultation/medical examination combined model, a mixed model, a common acupuncture room model in plane figure or type of consultation room. Selected hospitals for investigation make use of a mixed model of consultation room, which show a very high frequency of use. Findings show that average area of consultation room is 98.23㎡.

      • 루이스 칸의 도시설계이론에 관한 고찰

        Louis 1 Kahn's theoretical point of departure was the idea of 'urban renewal' and despite its incoherent processes and diagrams, his plan was perceived to be similar to his architectural concepts development. In the period of Order, Kahn offered a way to put cities into order through a hierarchical traffic system. In the period of Form, the idea of a system was superseded by the architecture of the 'viaduct concept' At that time, however, Kahn intended to apply form to the urban community, reminiscent of the central sanctuary in medieval churches, by converging institutions within an urban core. In the period of Room, he posited that a 'street' is a 'room,' if agreed upon by the people who use it. Thus, people made explicit distinctions between streets and these distinctions were reinforced with the form and light structure of each street. The essence of Kahn's method lay precisely in the hierarchical traffic system and the self-rehabilitation of the system. This was just what the city could be-a sense of place of self-generating ability. According to Kahn, this is what it meant to seek "Beginning."

      • 7075 Al 합금의 T9처리후 미세조직 및 인장강도 분석

        본 실험에서는 기존 텐트용 pole 로 사용되어 온 7075 AI의 T6처리 제품보다 더 우수한 인장강도 및 표면 특성을 갖는 제품 개발을 목적으로 T6처리에 냉간가공을 가미한 T9처리를 하여 그 특성을 알아보았다. 각 시편은 직경이 8.5㎜, 8.7㎜, 8.9㎜ 9.1㎜이고, 두께 t는 0.7 ㎜∼0.72㎜ 인 것을 사용하여 표면 조도, 경도 측정, 인장강도측정 및 조직관찰을 행하였다. 조도 측정 결과 T9시편이 T6시편에 비해 약 0.02㎛정도 작게 나왔으며 이것은 냉간가공에 의해 조직이 치밀해졌기 때문이라 여겨진다. 경도 측정과 최대인장강도 측정 결과 T9시편에 T6보다 큰 경도값과 최대인장강도 값을 가졌으며 이것은 냉간가공에 의한 grain의 심한 변형으로 인한 영향이라 여겨진다. 조직관찰 결과 T9시편이 T6시편보다 더 많은 변형이 일어난 것을 알 수 있었다. grain의 크기 차이가 많지 않았는데 이것은 열간가공과는 달리 냉간가공에서는 재결점 없이 단순히 grain의 변형에 따른 찌그러짐이나 분열에 의한 것이므로 grain의 크기에는 크게 영향을 주지 않았다고 사료된다. The properties of the samples after T9 treatment on 7075 aluminum which has been used as tent pole were studied in this paper. The T9 treatment is the process to be added a cold work after T6 treatment for improving the tensile strength and the properties of a surface roughness. The tests of surface roughness, hardness, tensile strength and micro structure on T9 treatment samples were conducted. The diameters of samples are 8.5㎜, 8.7㎜, 8.9㎜ and 9.1㎜. The thicknesses of samples are 0.7㎜ and 0.72 ㎜. The average surface roughness of samples after T9 treatment was less 0.02㎛ than that of T6 treatment The average values of hardness and tensile strength were increased after T9 treatment because of grain deformation.

      • 영광원자력발전소 주변의 식생과 식물현존량 추정

        영광원자력발전소 주변의 식생에 대한 식물사회학적 조사를 실시하였으며, 순 1차 생산량과 식물현존량을 추정하였다. 또한 상관에 의해 현존식생도 및 녹지자연도를 작성하였다(1:50,000). Z-M 방식에 의한 삼림식생은 소나무군락과 곰솔군락으로 구분되었다. 전체적으로 교목층에 소나무와 곰솔, 아교목층에 졸참나무와 곰솔, 관목층에 털진달래와 신갈나무, 초본층에 털대사초와 그늘사초 등의 피복지수가 우세하게 나타났다. 토양의 pH는 4.65∼4.67, 유기물 함량은 7.28∼7.53%의 범위였다. 현존식생도에 의한 분포비율은 경작지(67%), 소나무(21.9%) 및 곰솔군락(9.1%)의 순으로 나타났으며, 녹지자연도는 등급 2가 67%(경작지), 7등급(이차림(A))과 6등급(조림지)이 각각 29.2%와 1.8%로 나타났다. Montreal model에의한 소나무림과 곰솔림의 식물현존량은 657,817.2와 177,367.0ton으로 각각 산정되었다. The forest vegetation and estimation of phytomass and net primary production in the vicinity of Yonggwang Atomic Power Plant were analyzed on the basis of the phytosociological data. Depending on physiognomy, the actual vegetation map and the degree of green naturality(DGN) were also drawn in the scale of 1:50,000. According to Z-M method, the forest vegetation was classified into two communities; Pinus densiflora and Pinus thunbergii communities. It was generally shown that Pinus densiflora and Pirus thunbergii in tree-1 layer, Quercus serrata and Pinus thunbergii in tree-2 layer, Rhododendron mucronulatum var. ciliatum and Quercus serrata in shrub layer, and Carex ciliato-marginata and Carex lanceolata in herb layer had high coverage index. The pHs and contents of organic matter of the forest soils collected in each sites were in the 4.64 to 4.67 and 7.28% to 7.53% in average, respectively. The distribution area of each vegetationindex. The distribution of the degree of green naturality(DGN) was 67% in the second-grade (cultivated land), 29.2% in 7th grade (second forest(A)) and 1.8% in 6th grade (plantation). It was estimated that phytomass of Pinus densiflora and Pinus thunbergii in the study sites, which was calculated by Montreal model, was 657,817.2 and 177,367.0 ton, respectively.

        Fluid transport model을 이용한 치근단 역충전 재료의 혈액오염시 미세누출평가

        Leakage studies have been performed frequently, since a fluid-tight seal provided by various dental filling materials has been considered clinically important. The leakage of the various root-end filling materials has been widely investigated mostly dye penetration method. These dye studies cannot offer any information about the quality of the seal of a test material over a long period of time The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microleakage of root end cavities in blood contamination filled amalgam, intermediate restorative material(IRM), light cured glass ionomer cement(GI) and mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) by means of a modified fluid transport model. Fifty standard human root sections, each 5mm high and with a central pulp lumen of 3mm in diameter, were and filled with our commonly used or potential root end filling materials after they were contaminated with blood. At 24h, 72h, 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after filling, leakage along these filling materials was determined under a low pressure of 10KPa(0.1atm) using a fluid transport model. The results were as follows: 1. MTA group showed a tendency of decreasing percent of gross leakage(20ml/day) in process of time, whereas the other materials showed a tendency of increasing in the process time. 2. At the all time interval. GI group leaked significantly less than amalgam group and IRM group (p<0.05). 3. At the 4 weeks, the percentage of gross leakage in MTA group decreased to 0% thereafter, the low percentage of gross leakage was maintained in MTA group until the end of the experiment, whereas the percentage in IRM group increased to 100%. 4. At the 12 weeks, percentage of gross leakage was significantly low in MTA group(0%), comparison with GI group(40%), amalgam group(90%) and IRM group(100%), but there was no significant difference between latter two materials.

        In order to characterize pharmacokinetic profiles according to route of a new enrofloxacin salt form (Enrotil®), it was given to 4 healthy pigs via oral (p.o.), intramuscular (i.m.) or intravenous (i.v.) administrations at a dose rate of 5 ㎎/㎏ body weight. Enrofloxacin (ENFX) in serum was detected by bioassay using E. coli BE1186 as a test organism. The biological elimination half-lives (t_1/2(β)) of ENFX were 6.76±0.99 h (i.v.), 7.16±2.30 h (i.m.) and 11.45±3.90 h (p.o.), Volume of distribution (Vd) of enrofloxacin was 2.20±0.31 L/㎏ (i.v.), 2.52±0.60 L/㎏ (i.m.) and 1.88±0.33 L/㎏ (i.m.). Mean residence time (MRT) was 8.77±1.26 h after i.v. injection and the maximal concentration time (Tmax) following p.o. and i.m. administration was 0.76±0.09 h and 0.60±0.12 h, indicating a rapid absorption from these routes. Bioavailibility (F) was calculated as 64.1% for p.o. administration and 59.71% for i.m. injections. In summary, the newly formulated enrofloxacin salt form has shown a high water solubility, rapid absorption and large tissue distribution, suggesting a potential antibacterials for oral application on a large scale in veterinary sectors.

      • 엔로플록사신 액제의 닭유래 병원세균에 대한 시험관내 항균효과 시험

        In this study the antimicrobial spectrum and sensitivity of a liquid formulation of enrofloxacin against the major six pathogenic bacteria isolated from the diseased poultry in Korea were evaluated in comparison with ciprfloxacin (CFX), gentamicin (GM) and penicillin (PC). A liquid form of enrofloxacin, a test material and ciprofloxacin showed at least 83% antibacterial activity against all of six test pathogenic microorganisms at the fixed concentration of 10 ㎍/㎖. Gentamicin and penicillin revealed much lower antibacterial activity at the same condition. We evaluated the liquid form of enrofloxacin as having widespread antibacterial spectrum against poultry infections. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed potent antibacterial activity, with the MIC range being 0.12∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram positives, 0.06∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram negatives and 0.5∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Mycoplasma spp. These values were equivalent to or somewhat higher than those of ciprofloxacin, but much lower than those of gentamicn and penicillin. This new liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its way in application of mixing with drinking water for the prevention and treatment of diverse infections in chickens.
