        Ntural Science including exercise physiology was stated as a main stream in Keunjong Cho's (1992) and Hanbum Cho's reports (1997) about the trends of gymnastic study and in Chihwan Ji's reports (1997) about Taekwondo study. I agree to the statements that the theses in the field of the natural science like mensuration and physiology are predominant. I anticipate as well that the study in the field of civic science such as sociology, psychology, sports industry and business management will get more activated. In relation to the identification of Taekwondo study, es pointed out by Chihwan Ji et al(1997), rmst frequent subject is the match, and leg-kick, physical strength, dynamics are surely major variants to be issued. But the clarification of the intrinsic mattes are relatively negligent. The identification of Taekwondo study needs to be set up through diverse approach to grade, smash, Taekwon Gym, and trial match. The position of Taekwondo study is expected be promoted along with the increased numbers of published theses (more than 100 p.a. since 2002). The studying environments to achieve a qualitative development in comparison with the quantitative development should be formed to secure the identity of Taekwondo. These efforts get to give an initiative to establish a Korean Society of Taekwondo which Taekwondo personnels have desired for a long time. Building a accurate and broadly comprehensive database system for various kinds of dissertations available at the library of National Assembly should be precedented.

      • 20대 여성의 구두 착용에 따른 발의 장애분석

        본 연구의 목적은 현대여성의 구두 착용에 따른 발 및 주변 부위의 문제점을 밝히는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 주된 구두 소비자 계층인 20대 여성들을 대상으로 소비자 설문조사를 통하여 구두 착용현황 및 그에 따른 발 장애를 살펴보고 구두 제작시 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 구두 착용여성의 대부분이 연령과 착용시간에 관계없이 많은 장애를 경험하였다. 그러므로 구두장애 요인 중 가장 많이 지적된 ‘구두골 치수’와 소재의 개선이 요구된다. 특히, 발둘레 치수에 대해서는 소비자와 판매자의 인지도가 약해 적절히 사용되지 못하고 있으므로 KS 규격에 대한 홍보가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to identify the problems of women’s feet and it’s relative area caused by wearing shoes. This study was conducted through a survey with 384 young women consumers of 20s. Most respondents indicated that problems while wearing shoes. The reasons of the discomfort were ‘unfit of the size’ and ‘inappropriate materials.’ Most respondents were found to have the knowledge of their sizes but not of the letter sizes for the foot girth. Seventy six percent indicated that they of the respondents rarely know about the letter size. Most of the respondents (92.5%) indicated that they never checked the letter size when purchased shoes. This implicates that consumer education concerning the ‘KS G 3405 Lasts for shoes’ size system is necessary.

      • 치커리와 쑥갓의 무균자엽절편체 생산 효율 증진

        치커리와 쑥갓에 있어 식물조직배양이나 형질전환 과정에 필요한 무균 절편체를 얻기 위한 적절한 방법을 제안하기 위해 기내 파종을 위한 소독조건과 배지조성 및 종류에 관한 실험들이 실시되었다. 치커리 'Precole'은 10% NaOCl, 15분간, 'Chiavari'는 5% NaOCl, 15분간이 기내파종 시 발아 및 자엽전개를 촉진시키고 오염발생을 억제하는 조건으로 선발되었다. 쑥갓에서는 발아 및 자엽전개율에 있어 NaOCl 처리 간에 차이는 없었지만 10% NaOCl, 30분간 처리에서 가장 낮은 오염율이 관측되었다. 치커리와 쑥갓의 발아와 자엽전개율 모두 인조토양배지의 사용으로 MS 배지에 비해 현저히 향상 되었다. 비록 육안으로는 오염여부를 관측할 수는 없었지만 이들 인조토양배지에서 자란 쑥갓 묘의 자엽을 MS배지에 치상하여 배양 시에는 오염증상이 나타났으며 이들을 NaOCl 1%로 15분간 소독 후 치상한 결과 오염율을 현저히 낮출 수 있었다. Experiments on the sterilization condition and medium composition and type for in vitro sowing were conducted to suggest a proper way to produce enough aseptic explants for tissue culture or transformation study in chicory and garland chrysanthemum. Fifteen minutes soaking treatment with 10% NaOCl for chicory 'Precole' and 15 minutes with 5% NaOCl for chicory 'Chiavari' were selected as proper sterilization conditions to promote in vitro germination and cotyledon expansion and inhibit the seedling contamination from seed itself. In garland chrysanthemum, there was no significant difference in germination and cotyledon expansion ratio among NaOCl treatments, but the lowest seedling contamination ratio was observed by 30 minutes soaking with 10% NaOCl. Both germination and cotyledon expansion ratio in chicory and garland chrysanthemum were significantly increased by using the artificial soil media in contrast to MS media. Although seedling contamination with the artificial soil media could not be observed with bare eyes, cotyledon explants harvested from the plants grown on the media showed some fungal growth when they were placed onto MS media for further culture. However the percentage of the contamination from these explants was dramatically decreased by 15 minutes sterilization with 1% NaOCl.

        태권도 수련생의 효에 대한 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 태권도 수련생의 효에 대한 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 태권도장 수련에서 수련생의 인성교육과 효 교육에 따른 유용한 정보를 제공하고, 효율적인 효행지도와 실천방법을 재점검 할 필요성과 효 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것에 그 목적이 있으며 연구대상은 경기도 광명시 일대 태권도도장 수련생을 대상으로 147명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 인성발달 설문지는 정명덕(2008), 양철환(2009)의 연구에서 사용한 설문지를, 효는 유재민(2009), 채광병(2008), 이성재(2001)의 연구에서 사용한 설문지를 전문가의 자문을 통해 수정 보완하여 사용하였고, 요인분석을 통하여 타당성 검사를 실시하였다. 인구통계학적 특성은 빈도분석을 사용하였고, 신뢰도를 알아보기 위하여 신뢰도 분석과 주성분분석을 실시하였고, 효에 대한 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 태권도 수련생의 효에 대한 인식이 인성발달에 미치는 영향 중효에 대한 인식이 자신감에 미치는 결과는 순종, 공경, 양지, 보신에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 효에 대한 인식이 협동심에 미치는 결과는 순종, 공경, 봉양, 양친, 보신에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 효에 대한 인식이 자기통제에 미치는 결과는 순종, 시봉, 양친에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 효에 대한 인식이 절제에 미치는 결과는 공경, 양지에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 효에 대한 인식이 지도력에 미치는 결과는 시봉, 봉양, 보신에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to make an analysis of the influence on the development of human nature according to recognizing filial duty taken by Taekwondo trainers and to give informations about nature education and useful knowledge in training academy and also to be informed with influence on useful teaching method, reconsideration of practicing method. The research area is confined within Kwangmyong city. Kyong-Gi Province and 147 trainers. As checking methods, the questions sheets made by Jeong. Myong-Duk(2008) and Yang. Chul-Hwan(2009) were used. Concerning filial duty, the questions sheets made by Yu, Jae-Min(2009),Chai, Kwang-Myong(2008) were used after examined by experts’ advices. In order to check the propriety, we worked out preliminary investigation as to 100 persons and the source analysis. For realistic analysis method, frequency method was used for the analysis of population movement. So as to know the truth, we examined it and the main elements. And also, we selected the method of separate example T-test and one changeable analysis. In order to recognize the influence on filial duty, we did analysis of the relationship and the mass revolution. The influence on the recognition of filial duty obtained by the Taekwondo trainers is as follow; the result that appeared in the of the trainers is obedience, respects, concession and self-protection . It appeared that the results are beneficial according to the statistics. The consideration of filial duty which has influenced on cooperation was considered to be useful for obedience, respect, serving parents and self-protection. The filial duty having given influence on self-control is thought to be statistically useful in the aspect of serving parents and appreciation. Its influence on leadership was considered to be useful in serving parents and self-protection. To certify confidence and validity of this research, we examined the former standard of character and filial duty. According to the training period (below one year, between 1 and 2, 2 or 3, and above 3), above research was also examined. Through constant examination of the training result, we are to prepare a thesis about how much the filial duty and human nature are increased. Based on the data accumulation obtained by the research, we can make much progress in this field.

      • <i>Microbulbifer gwangyangensis</i> sp. nov. and <i>Microbulbifer pacificus</i> sp. nov., isolated from marine environments

        <P>Two novel Gram-stain-negative, chemoheterotrophic and strictly aerobic bacteria, strains GY2<SUP>T</SUP> and SPO729<SUP>T</SUP>, were isolated from a tidal flat at Gwangyang Bay in Korea and a marine sponge sample from the Pacific Ocean, respectively. The two strains were halotolerant, catalase- and oxidase-positive, and non-motile rods. Optimum temperature and pH for growth of both strains were observed to be 35 °C and pH 7.0–7.5, but optimum salinity for strain SPO729<SUP>T</SUP> [2–3 % (w/v)] was slightly higher than that for strain GY2<SUP>T</SUP> (1–2 %). The major cellular fatty acids of both strains were C<SUB>16 : 0</SUB>, iso-C<SUB>15 : 0</SUB>, iso-C<SUB>17 : 0</SUB>, iso-C<SUB>17 : 1</SUB>ω9<I>c</I>, C<SUB>18 : 1</SUB>ω7<I>c</I>, iso-C<SUB>11 : 0</SUB> and iso-C<SUB>11 : 0</SUB> 3-OH. The genomic DNA G+C contents of strains GY2<SUP>T</SUP> and SPO729<SUP>T</SUP> were 55.1 and 57.9 mol%, respectively, and ubiquinone 8 (Q-8) was detected as the sole respiratory quinone from the two strains. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that strains GY2<SUP>T</SUP> and SPO729<SUP>T</SUP> formed tight phyletic lineages with members of the genus <I>Microbulbifer</I>. Strain GY2<SUP>T</SUP> was closely related to <I>Microbulbifer okinawensis</I> ABABA23<SUP>T</SUP> (98.2 %), strain SPO729<SUP>T</SUP> (98.0 %) and <I>Microbulbifer donghaiensis</I> CN85<SUP>T</SUP> (97.0 %); strain SPO729<SUP>T</SUP> was closely related to <I>M. okinawensis</I> ABABA23<SUP>T</SUP> (98.3 %) and <I>M. donghaiensis</I> CN85<SUP>T</SUP> (98.2 %). The DNA–DNA relatedness values of strain GY2<SUP>T</SUP> with <I>M. okinawensis</I> ABABA23<SUP>T</SUP>, strain SPO729<SUP>T</SUP> and <I>M. donghaiensis</I> CN85<SUP>T</SUP> were 40.0±2.1 %, 13.1±3.9 % and 16.2±5.8 %, respectively, whereas those of strain SPO729<SUP>T</SUP> with <I>M. okinawensis</I> ABABA23<SUP>T</SUP> and <I>M. donghaiensis</I> CN85<SUP>T</SUP> were 48.0±4.0 % and 34.6±9.3 %, respectively. On the basis of phenotypic and molecular features, it is concluded that the two strains GY2<SUP>T</SUP> and SPO729<SUP>T</SUP> represent two novel species of the genus <I>Microbulbifer</I>, for which the names <I>Microbulbifer gwangyangensis</I> sp. nov. and <I>Microbulbifer pacificus</I> are proposed; the type strains are GY2<SUP>T</SUP> ( = KACC 16189<SUP>T</SUP> = JCM 17800<SUP>T</SUP>) and SPO729<SUP>T</SUP> ( = KCCM 42667<SUP>T</SUP> = JCM 14507<SUP>T</SUP>), respectively.</P>

        Differential Cytotoxicity of Penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose in Human Cancer and Normal Cell Lines of Various Origins

        본 연구는 다당체의 한 종류인 penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose (PGG)가 사람의 여러 조직에서 기원하는 여러 암세포주(A-549, MDA-MB-231, U87-MG, MCF-7 및 PANC-1), 정상 MRC-5 태아 섬유아세포 그리고 사랑니에서 유래한 간엽줄기세포(DPSCs)에 미치는 세포독성 효과를 조사하였다. IC50값은 다른 세포주에 비해 높은 증식률을 나타내는 A-549 및 MDA-MB-231 암세포주에서 유의적으로 낮게 관찰되었다. 10 uM의 PGG가 포함된 배양액에서 세포를 7일 동안 배양한 결과, 세포배가시간은 모든 세포주에서 유의적으로 늘어났고, 세포배가시간과 IC50값의 관계를 조사한 결과, 세포배가시간이 늘어남에 따라 IC50값은 비례적으로 증가됨을 증명하였다. 또한, 10 uM의 PGG로 처리된 세포주들은 노화와 관련된 ß-galactosidase의 활성도가 높게 관찰되었다. 특히, telomerase 활성도는 A-549 및 MDA-MB-231 암세포주에서 다른 세포주에 비하여 현저히 감소하는 것을 관찰하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 PGG는 높은 증식률을 보이는 암세포주에서 높은 세포독성효과를 나타내어 잠재적인 항암물질임을 증명하였다. The present study examined the cytotoxic effects of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose (PGG), known as the pentahydroxy gallic acid ester of glucose, in the various human cancer cell lines (A-549, MDA-MB-231, U87-MG, MCF-7 and PANC-1), normal MRC-5 fetal fibroblasts, and dental papilla tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (DPSCs). Significantly (p<0.05) lower half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) values were observed in the A-549 and MDA-MB-231 cells showing a high proliferation capacity, compared with other cancer and normal cell lines with a relatively low proliferation capacity. The population doubling time (PDT) was significantly (p<0.05) higher in the 10 μM PGGtreated cell lines than those of untreated control cell lines. The present study demonstrated that the IC50 value increases proportionally to the extending PDT. A high cell number with senescence-associated ß-galactosidase activity was also observed in the 10 μM PGG-treated cells compared with those of untreated control cells. Moreover, the level of telomerase activity was significantly (p<0.05) decreased with 10 μM PGG treatment, especially in A-549 and MDA-MB-231 cells showing a high proliferation capacity. Based on these observations, PGG could serve as a potent agent for cancer chemotherapy, as its treatment was more effective in cells with a high proliferation capacity.

        고정밀 회전 및 축방향 이송을 위한 신개념 원통형 자기부상 스테이지

        In this paper, a conceptual design and a detailed design of novel cylindrical magnetic levitation stage is introduced. This is came from planar-typed magnetic levitation stage. The proposed stage is composed of cylinder-typed permanent magnet array and semi-cylinder-typed 3 phase winding module. When a proper current is induced at winding module, a magnetic levitation force between the permanent magnet array and winding module is generated. The proposed stage can precisely move the cylinder to rotations and translations as well as levitations with the magnetic levitation force. This advantage is useful to make a nano patterning on the surface of cylindrical specimen by using electron beam lithography under vacuum. Two methods are used to calculate required magnetic levitation forces. The one is 2D FEM analysis, the other is mathematical modeling. This paper shown that results of two methods are similar. An assistant plate is introduced to reduce required currents of winding module for levitations in vacuum. The mathematical model of cylindrical magnetic levitation stage is used for dynamic simulation of magnetic levitations. A lead-lag compensator is used for control of the model. Simulation results shown that the detail designed model of the cylindrical magnetic levitation stage with the assistant plate can be controlled very well.

        태권도학과 학생들의 멘토링이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The object of this study is that search for taekwondo major student` success life at college through mentoring of them. Cases of this study are 565 college students whose major are Taekwondo in university near to Seoul and it was analysis by SPSS/PC+13.0 Version for windows. The major results of this study are as follows. First, there was different accuracy about mentoring function to taekwondo major students. Career function, roll model function had positive effect on gender and men were higher than women about cognition. Roll model function and social-psychology function had positive effect on birth location and citizens were higher than local people about cognition. Career function, roll model function had positive effect on school and H college students are highest than another schools`. Career function, roll model function and social-psychology function had positive effect on grade and high graders were higher than other students about cognition. Career function, roll model function and social-psychology function had positive effect on people of army service and people of army service were higher than another one about cognition. Career function, roll model function and social-psychology had positive effect on family income and students who were high income were higher than low income student about cognition. Second, there was different accuracy about organization commitment to taekwondo major students. An emotion commitment and continuous commitment had positive effect on gender and men were higher than women about them. A continuous commitment had positive effect on birth place and citizens were higher than local students about it. An emotional commitment had positive effect on school and Y and H college students were higher than others about it. An emotion commitment and continuous commitment had positive effect on grade and high graders were higher than the other about them. An emotion commitment and continuous commitment had positive effect on army service and students who were army service were higher the other about them. An emotion commitment and continuous commitment had positive effect on family income and students who were high family income were higher than the others about them. An emotion commitment and continuous commitment had positive effect on students who had friends for mentor and students who had many mentor were higher than the other about them. Third, there were influence that mentoring function of taekwondo major students to organization commitment. 1) The mentoring function gave influence to emotional commitment. 2) The mentoring function gave influence to continuous commitment.
