The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Servant Leadership and Business Transformation on Corporate Competitiveness and Corporate Sustainability. In this research, Service Innovation is the mediating element. The sample of this study was made up of all ship leaders in all crossings of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), which consisted of 150 Commanders or Chief Commanders (Mualim I). The location of the research is the Vessel PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is used on all crossings of the company. It is a survey research using questionnaires given to 150 respondents. The validity and reliability were checked using Pearson correlation and Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis used the WarpPLS statistical method and WarpPLS software. The results from this research show that the increased Servant Leadership will improve Service Innovation. Business Transformation developed by PT ASDP has not been able to improve Service Innovation. To our knowledge, there is no study on the concept of comprehensive competitiveness and sustainability involving Servant Leadership, Business Transformation, and Service Innovation in an integrated and simultaneous manner. Therefore, the novelty of this research is the development of concepts or models of Corporate Competitiveness and Corporate Sustainability Theory through Servant Leadership, Business Transformation, and Service Innovation.

Wayang Windu geothermal field, which is situated in quaternary volcanic rock, has been delivering 227 MW of electricity and is planned to be developed in near future. Isotope and geochemistry study has been done to support understanding of the system. Samples were taken from thermal manifestations and production wells (two-phase and dry steam wells) to analyse its isotope and chemical compositions. Most of the hot springs are bicarbonate type and have neutral pH values, except for steam heated waters found near fumarolic fields, which are acid sulfate type waters. Deep brine fluids are of mature chloride type, while other deep dilute fluids are bicarbonate type indicates the existance of condensate layer. Solute and gas geothermometer calculation showed good agreement with measured temperature, i.e., 280–300 °C. However, gas-gas equilibria calculation showed increasing T and decreasing y (steam fraction) compare to previous study which indicates contribution form hotter source with high liquid saturation. Aside from different recharge area of thermal manifestation and production wells, the isotopes composition also shows physical processes in reservoir, i.e., adiabatic boiling, steam separation at different temperature (140–260 °C) and steam fraction (0.30–0.65), and also mixing process with meteoric water.

Waste products were biologically estimated from juvenile flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) on three diet types—raw fish-based moist pellets, moist pellets, and extruded pellets. Total solid and soluble wastes were estimated by determining nutrient digestibility and accumulation in juvenile flounders through growth trials. Total solid wastes produced were 20%-23% of the organic matter supplied. Soluble excretions ranged from 45% to 49%. Soluble nitrogenous excretions ranged from 36.4% to 46.2%. These results indicate that about 30.2%-35.9% of supplied feed is retained in the fishes’ bodies while the remainder of feed is excreted into culture systems or the surrounding environment.
