This study purpose for figuring out the influence on household life satisfaction of Golf participation of Married women. The target of this study is 350 married women who participate in playing golf, The survey tool was inspection sheet, The autonomous variable is social population(ages, incomes, school career) and extent of Golf participation (participation career, frequency of weekly participation, daily playing hour) and suboridinate varibles was Household life satisfactions, The result was Household life satisfactions. The result was followed by arranging the data. The date was collected by using spess 10.0 setting up technical statistics and one way-ANOVA. The result follows ; like these: First, There wasn't any difference between the ages of married women and Household life satisfaction(p>.05). Second, The household life satisfaction depended on their ducational careers(p<.001). Third, The household life satisfaction depended on their incomes(p<.001). Forth, The household life satisfaction depended on their golf participation careers(p<.05). Fifth, The household life satisfaction depended on the extent of weekly using golf field(p<.001). Sixth, The household Life satisfaction depended on ther daily hours at golf field(p<.05). From these results we concluded that the household life satisfaction was higher when their school careers incomes and intensity of participations.
GC-MS/MS를 이용한 다소비 농산물 중 다성분 농약 분석을 위한 매질효과 평가

현재 식품의약품안전처는 QuEChERS와 질량분석기를 활용하여 다성분 시험법 제2법(510종)과 농산물 등의 유해물질 분석법(463종)으로 고시하였으며, 이를 통해 국내 농식품 중 잔류농약의 안전성을 확보하기 위해 꾸준히 노력하고 있다. QuEChERS 전처리방법은 추출 및 정제과정을 포함하는데, 이 중 정제과정에서 사용되는 PSA (primary secondary amine) 흡착제는 시료 중 유기지방산, 당류 및 안토시아닌 색소 등의 제거 효과가 보고되어 있다. 하지만 이 과정에서 충분히 정제되지 않은 다양한 간섭성분으로 인해 기기분석과정에서 매질효과(matrix effect)가 발생하며, 이는 특히 질량분석기 활용한 에서 정성 및 정량을 방해하는 요인으로 작용한다. 현재 이러한 매질효과를 보정하기 위하여 무처리 시료를 활용하는 바탕매질보정법(matrix-matched calibration)으로 정량결과의 신뢰성을 확보하는 방법이 일반적이다. 그러나 무처리 시료가 확보가 어려운 농산물의 경우 바탕매질보정법 대신 표준물첨가법(standard addition calibration), 동위원소 첨가법 등의 방법이 제시되지만 현실적으로 다성분 분석에서는 활용하기 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 식약처 다성분 시험법 제2법의 GC-MS/MS 분석 시 나타나는 농산물별(32 종), 잔류농약성분별(250 종, 272 성분) 매질효과를 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 농산물 별, 농약성분 별 매질효과는 soft range (< ± 20% ME), medium range (± 20%∼± 50% ME), strong range ( > ± 50% ME)로 구분하여 체계화하였다. 농산물별 매질효과에서 상위 10%의 soft range를 만족하는 농산물은 보리(94.5%), 표고버섯(93.8%), 마(93.0%) 순이며, 곡류, 버섯류 및 서류 등에서 상대적으로 낮은 매질효과를 나타내었다. 농약성분 별 매질효과 범위는 soft range (73.2∼94.5%), medium range (5.1∼20.2%), strong range (0.0∼9.2%)로 확인되었으며, ametryn 등 199성분은 농산물의 매질과 관계없이 공통적으로 soft range의 매질효과를 나타내었다. 또한 농산물 별, 성분 별 매질효과를 식품군 분류 별로 무처리 농산물(matched matrix)을 대체하기 위한 대체바탕매질(substituted matched matrix)로의 활용 가능성을 상호 비교하였으며, 이를 통하여 분석 현장에서 지속적으로 요구하는 대표매질(representative matrix) 탐색 및 활용 가능성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 농산물 별 다성분 시험법 제2법 적용 시 GC-MS/MS 분석에서 발생하는 250종 잔류농약 성분의 매질효과 경향에 대한 이해와 향후 농산물 시료 대표매질(representive matrix) 선정을 위한 후속 연구에 일조할 수 있기를 기대한다.

A ring R is called IFP, due to Bell, if ab=0 implies aRb=0 for $a,b{\in}R$. Huh et al. showed that the IFP condition need not be preserved by polynomial ring extensions. But it is shown that ${\sum}^n_{i=0}$ $E_{ai}E$ is a nonzero nilpotent ideal of E whenever R is an IFP ring and $0{\neq}f{\in}F$ is nilpotent, where E is a polynomial ring over R, F is a polynomial ring over E, and $a_i^{'s}$ are the coefficients of f. we shall use the term near IFP to denote such a ring as having place near at the IFPness. In the present note the structures of IFP rings and near-IFP rings are observed, extending the classes of them. IFP rings are NI (i.e., nilpotent elements form an ideal). It is shown that the near-IFPness and the NIness are distinct each other, and the relations among them and related conditions are examined.

The Jagged-1 (JAG1) is a Notch ligand that contact-dependently activates Notch receptors and regulates cancer progression. When Notch receptor activate, NOTCH intracellular domain (NICD) is released through proteolytic cleavage and forms transcription complex. Here, we show that JAG1 also releases JAG1 intracellular domain (JICD1) and JICD1 forms a transcription complex with DEAD-Box Helicase 17, SMAD Family Member 3, and TGFB induced factor homeobox 2. The JICD1 transcription complex binds to the promoter of Sex determining region Y-box 2 (SOX2) and regulates transcription of SOX2. JICD1 promotes acquisition of glioblastoma (GBM) stem cell properties by JICD1 transcription complex mediated SOX2 expression. JAG1 is highly expressed in GBM and induce reverse signal via JICD1 transcription complex. By regulating transcription of SOX2, JICD1 transcription complex is an important player in the maintenance of GBM properties. The inhibition of JICD1 transcription complex may be a novel strategy to target Notch signal.

Shenqi-wan, Oriental herbal medicine formulation, has traditionally been used for the treatment of delayed mental and physical development in children, complications of diabetes, and glomerulonephritis. In the present study, we investigated the protective effect of the aqueous extract of Shenqi-wan and its fractions against N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA)-induced exitotoxicity in rat hippocampal CA1 neurons. Fractions were elucidated at 0 - 10 min, 11 - 20 min, and 21 - 30 min by using gravity column chromatography method. In the present results, treatment with NMDA on cultured hippocampal slices induced neuronal death in the hippocampal CA1 region. Pretreatment with the Shenqi-wan did not exerted protective effect, however its fractions suppressed NMDA-induced neuronal damage. The fraction elucidated at 11 - 20 min showed the most potent protective effect. These results revealed that effective substances of the Shenqi-wan against NMDA-induced excitotoxicity may exist mainly in the fraction elucidated at 11 - 20 min.

<P>Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE), also known as Gore-Tex, is widely used as an implantable biomaterial in biomedical applications because of its favorable mechanical properties and biochemical inertness. However, infection and inflammation are two major complications with ePTFE implantations, because pathogenic bacteria can inhabit the microsized pores, without clearance by host immune cells, and the limited biocompatibility can induce foreign body reactions. To minimize these complications, we covalently grafted a biomembrane-mimic polymer, poly(2-methacryloyloxylethyl phosphorylcholine) (PMPC), by partial defluorination followed by UV-induced polymerization with cross-linkers on the ePTFE surface. PMPC grafting greatly reduced serum protein adsorption as well as fibroblast adhesion on the ePTFE surface. Moreover, the PMPC-grafted ePTFE surface exhibited a dramatic inhibition of the adhesion and growth of Staphylococcus aureus, a typical pathogenic bacterium in ePTFE implants, in the porous network. On the basis of an analysis of immune cells and inflammation-related factors, i.e., transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) and myeloperoxidase (MPO), we confirmed that inflammation was efficiently alleviated in tissues around PMPC-grafted ePTFE plates implanted in the backs of rats. Covalent PMPC may be an effective strategy for promoting anti-inflammatory and antibacterial functions in ePTFE implants and to reduce side effects in biomedical applications of ePTFE.</P>
두류 및 견과종실류 중 액체크로마토그래프-질량분석기를 이용한 다종농약동시분석 성분의 매질효과 특성

최근에는 분석기기의 발전에 따라 농산물 시료 중 잔류농약 분석을 신속하고 정확하게 수행할 수 있는 질량분석법이 보편화되고 있다. 하지만 질량분석기를 기반으로 한 분석법은 추출물 내 간섭물질의 영향으로 분석 성분의 시그널 증가(enhancement) 및 감소(suppression) 현상이 일어나는 매질효과(matrix effect)가 발생하여 정확한 정량에 어려움이 있다. 액체크로마토그래프-질량분석기(LC-MS/MS)에서의 매질효과 발생 원인은 질량검출기(mass spectrometer) 내의 이온화 과정에서 발생 되는 것으로 알려져 있다. 특히 Electrospray ionization (ESI) mode에서 추출물 내 간섭물질과 분석 성분 사이에 이온 경쟁으로 매질효과가 발생하게 되며 주로 시그널 감소(suppression) 현상이 일어난다. 본 연구는 두류 4품목 및 견과종실류 5품목 중 LC-MS/MS에서의 다성분 잔류농약 분석에 대한 농산물별 매질효과 현상을 확인하기 위해 우선 수행되었다. 식이섭취량을 고려하여 다소비 두류 4품목(대두, 강낭콩, 팥, 완두)과 견과종실류 5품목(밤, 땅콩, 참깨, 아몬드, 커피원두) 선정하였으며, 시중에서 무농약 농산물을 구매하여 시료로 사용하였다. 대상 시료에 대한 전처리와 기기분석은 식품의 약품안전처 고시 ‘다성분 시험법-제2법’에 따라 수행하였다. Matrix effect(%)는 LC-MS/MS 분석대상 238종(265성분) 중 중 정량 가능한 222종(245성분)의 용매표준용액의 검량선과 매질표준용액의 검량선을 비교하여 산출하였다. 산출된 matrix effect 범위는 soft (≤±20%), medium (±20%< ME≤±50%), strong ( >±50%) range로 구분하였다. Matrix effect(%)가 20% 이내인 soft range 매질효과의 성분 수는 두류 중 대두 243 (98.4%), 강낭콩 242 (98.8%), 팥 239 (97.6%), 완두 235 (95.9%)이었으며, 견과종실류는 밤 230 (93.9%), 땅콩 244 (99.6%), 참깨 204 (83.3%), 아몬드 245(100%), 커피원두 206 (84.1%) 성분이었다. 두류는 4품목 모두 전 성분 중 95% 이상이 soft range 에 포함되었다. 견과종실류는 밤, 땅콩, 아몬드에서 전 성분 중 90% 이상의 성분이 soft range에 포함되었으나 참깨와 커피원두는 85% 미만으로 매질효과의 영향을 크게 받은 것으로 판단하였다.

Community-associated Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (CA-MRSA) is notorious as a leading cause of soft tissue infections. Despite several studies on the Agr regulator, the mechanisms of action of Agr on the virulence factors in different strains are still unknown. To reveal the role of Agr in different CA-MRSA, we investigated the LACΔagr mutant and the MW2Δagr mutant by comparing LAC (USA300), MW2 (USA400), and Δagr mutants. The changes of Δagr mutants in sensitivity to oxacillin and several virulence factors such as biofilm formation, pigmentation, motility, and membrane properties were monitored. LACΔagr and MW2Δagr mutants showed different oxacillin sensitivity and biofilm formation compared to the LAC and MW2 strains. Regardless of the strain, the motility was reduced in Δagr mutants. And there was an increase in the long chain fatty acid in phospholipid fatty acid composition of Δagr mutants. Other properties such as biofilm formation, pigmentation, motility, and membrane properties were different in both Δagr mutants. The Agr regulator may have a common role like the control of motility and strain-dependent roles such as antibiotic resistance, biofilm formation, change of membrane, and pigment production. It does not seem easy to control all MRSA by targeting the Agr regulator only as it showed strain-dependent behaviors.
