Applying Token Tagging to Augment Dataset for Automatic Program Repair

Automatic program repair (APR) techniques focus on automatically repairing bugs in programs and providing correct patches for developers, which have been investigated for decades. However, most studies have limitations in repairing complex bugs. To overcome these limitations, we developed an approach that augments datasets by utilizing token tagging and applying machine learning techniques for APR. First, to alleviate the data insufficiency problem, we augmented datasets by extracting all the methods (buggy and non-buggy methods) in the program source code and conducting token tagging on non-buggy methods. Second, we fed the preprocessed code into the model as an input for training. Finally, we evaluated the performance of the proposed approach by comparing it with the baselines. The results show that the proposed approach is efficient for augmenting datasets using token tagging and is promising for APR.

When the hook mass is greater than the load mass or the load has a distributed mass property, the load sway of the crane system can be considered as a double-pendulum. At this point, the crane system has two kinds of natural angular frequency which greatly increases the difficulty of the dynamic analysis and the controller design. To this end, the linear dynamics of a 2-D overhead crane with double-pendulum effect is derived based on a disturbance observer and is decoupled for controller design by modal analysis. Second, an S-shaped curve, which is widely used in the control fields, is applied to the linearized decoupling crane model. The trajectory parameters are obtained by solving the algebraic equation. Finally, the validity of the method is verified by simulation results.

Responding to increased global research interest in teacher educators’ professional lives, this study explores the resilience of Teaching–Research Ofcers, a characteristic type of teacher educators, in the context of mainland China. Based on survey data collected from a nationally representative sample (N=5489), the results show that the Teaching–Research Ofcers surveyed generally favourably evaluated their resilience, as measured by their efcacy beliefs and work engagement, and that their resilience was signifcantly infuenced by various personal, situated, and professional factors. This study extends the research on teacher resilience and provides quantitative evidence supporting the existing conceptual framework. The fndings call for attention to be paid to the roles of professional development programmes and research-related job requirements for teacher educators. The study’s limitations and directions for future research are discussed.
Metabolite profiling of gypenoside LVI in rat after oral and intravenous administration

Gypenoside LVI, one of the major bioactivetriterpene saponins in Gynostemma pentaphyllum, has beenregarded as a potential and promising lead drug for antitumorstrategy. To better understand the pharmacologicalactivities of the component, an investigation of its in vivometabolism is important and necessary. In the presentstudy, a liquid chromatography-ion trap time of flighttandem mass spectrometry has been utilized to discoverand identify the metabolites of gypenoside LVI in rat urineafter oral and intravenous administration. Negative electrosprayionisation mass spectrometry was used to discerngypenoside LVI and its possible metabolites in urinesamples. As a result, after oral and intravenous administration,eight and six metabolites together with gypenosideLVI were detected and identified in rat urine, respectively. As metabolites of gypenoside LVI, they have never beenreported before. Deglycosylation and dehydration werefound to be the major metabolic processes of gypenosideLVI in rat.
Comparative Metabolite Profiling and Hormone Analysis of Perennial and Annual Rice

Perenniality is one of the important topics in rice breeding which is generally accompanied by complex physiobiochemical processes. To understand the metabolic characteristics of perennial rice, in the present study, gas chromatography–mass spectrometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were used to profile the distribution patterns of 33 primary metabolites and hormones [indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and zeatin riboside (ZR)] of annual (RD23) and perennial (Oryza longistaminata and the line AA with RD23 genetic background) rice genotypes. Results showed that both metabolites and hormones have distinct genotype and organ distribution patterns, and considerable variations were observed between the metabolites in stem bases of perennial and annual rice. Most of the metabolites,including sugars, organic acids, and amino acids, significantly accumulated in the stem bases of perennial rice by decreasing the level in roots and leaves. Fifteen metabolites consistently accumulated significantly in the stem bases of both perennial genotypes. Additionally, the organ-level IAA content and IAA/ZR ratio in the two perennials were considerably higher than those in RD23. Life Estimation of DC-Link Capacitor in Multi-operating Traction Drive System

The reliability of DC-link capacitor in the traction drive system is regarded as a major problem that should be resolved well. Based on this, this paper proposes a life estimation method of DC-link capacitor to realize the reliability evaluation of the traction drive system. Starting from the capacitor life model, the actual multi-operating data is converted into the calculation of traction load through simulation tests, and the capacitor voltage and current ripple signals are obtained. Fourier method by combining the sliding window grouping with the neural network are used to analyze the dynamics of the hot spot temperature, and is optimized by use the Newton"s law of cooling. Finally, the capacitor loss is analyzed through the experimental test results, and the safe operation of the system is considered, and the lifetime of the capacitor under multi-operating conditions is shown.
Species- and disposition model-dependent metabolism of raloxifene in gut and liver: role of UGT1A10.

<P>Caco-2 cell lysate, and intestinal and liver microsomes derived from female humans and rats were used to compare and contrast the metabolism and disposition of raloxifene. In Caco-2 cell lysate, raloxifene 6-beta-glucuronide (M1) was the main metabolite, although raloxifene 4'-beta-glucuronide (M2) was formed in comparable abundance (58% versus 42%). In rat liver and intestinal microsomes, M1 represented about 76 to 86% of glucuronidated metabolites. In contrast, raloxifene 4'-beta-glucuronide (M2) was the predominant metabolite in expressed UGT1A10 (96%) and human intestinal (92%) microsomes. Intrinsic clearance for M2 (CLint, M2) in human intestinal microsomes was 33- to 72-fold higher than in rat microsomes, whereas intrinsic clearance for M1 (CLint, M1) was 3- to 4-fold lower. Taken together, total intrinsic clearance (CLint, M1 + CLint, M2) in human intestinal microsomes was 3- to 6-fold higher than that in rat intestinal microsomes, but was similar in liver microsomes. In addition, intrinsic clearance in small intestinal microsomes was 2- to approximately 5-fold higher than that in hepatic microsomes, regardless of species. To account for the difference in species- and disposition model-dependent intestinal metabolism, we probed the presence of various UGT1A isoforms in Caco-2 cells using real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction and, as expected, detected no UGT1A10. In conclusion, the lack of UGT1A10 may explain why Caco-2 cell and rat intestinal microsomes metabolized raloxifene differently from human intestinal microsomes. The presence of human intestinal UGT1A10 and the higher overall intrinsic clearance value in the human intestine as the result of UGT1A10 expression could explain why raloxifene has much lower bioavailability in humans (2%) than in rats (39%).</P>
