        중소형항만의 화주유인 증대를 위한 항만선택요소 추출에 관한 연구

        중소형항만은 시설, 운영, 전략 등 다양한 측면에서 열악한 상황에 처해있다. 이러한 측면에서 중소형항만의 활성화를 위하여, 화물을 소유하고 항만의 선택권을 가지고 있는 항만이용자의 선호도를 파악하고, 항만으로 화물을 유인 할 수 있도록 하는 것은 중소형항만의 측면에서는 사활을 건 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구는 중소형항만의 화주유인 증대를 위한 성공요인을 도출하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 방법은 항만선택에 관한 광범위한 선행연구를 실시하고, 이를 바탕으로 성공요인 도출을 위한 요인분석(Factor Analysis)을 적용하였다. 본 연구는 상대적으로 연구가 미약한 중소형항만을 채택하여, 중소형항만을 이용자가 선택할 때 중요한 요소를 추출하고 구조화하였다는데 연구의 의의가 있으며, 향후 관련연구 및 전략 수립시 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Although the small and medium ports are actually competing with various strategies, the definition and structural understanding of small and medium ports are not known very much. Therefore this study has launched from this fact, and has the objective of obtaining the elements for increasing shippers' attraction of small and medium ports. In this respect, this study firstly various literatures to be related port selection elements were reviewed, and then questionnaire based on elements extracted from those literatures were designed. And data were collected through surveys of experts and practitioners including shipping companies and freight forwarders in Kunsan Port. Finally, Using the FA(Factor Analysis) method, grouping elements relevant to port selection and shippers' attraction structure were presented. Study results showed that 5 representative elements comprising 13 detailed elements could be identified. Based on these results, this study can help to suggest strategy and related studies for small and medium ports.

        A Study on the Classification of Chinese Major Ports based on Competitiveness Level

        Since the beginning of open-door policy, China has been making rapid annual growth with an average 10% economic development. And due to this rapid growth, cargo volumes via ports have been also rapidly increased, and accordingly, current China government has intensively invested in port development. Further, this development project is significantly big scale, compared with those project which Korea and Japan have. Thus, China is beginning to threaten Korean ports, especially Busan port which try to be a hub port in Northeast Asia. For this reason, it has been very important issue for Korea and Busan port to investigate or analyze Chinese ports based on empirical data. Especially, although various studies related to Shanghai and Hong Kong have been conducted, the competitiveness of overall Chinese major ports has been little studied. In this paper, we analyzed competitiveness level of eight Chinese ports with capabilities as container terminal, based on reliable sources. From data analysis, eight Chinese ports were classified into four groups according to competitiveness level. Rankings among four clusters based on competitiveness level are cluster(Hone Kong), cluster C(Shanghai), cluster A(Qingdao, Tianjin, and Yantian) and cluster D(Dalian, Shekou, and Xiamen).

        A Study on Knowledge Sharing In Distributed Environment

        This exploratory study aims to investigate issues that, according to the Nonaka’s theoretical model, are believed to hold significant ramifications on the effectiveness of creating and sharing organizational knowledge among distributed workers. These include changes in accessibility of knowledge with different levels of implicity, and the choice of communication media as a knowledge management channel. Related data were gathered from distributed-workers in Japan through interviews and a survey questionnaire. Data analysis revealed changes in the dynamics of internal and external interactivity, in the accessibility of necessary knowledge, and in the reliance on electronic media for knowledge exchange. The findings’ implications are discussed from the perspective of knowledge creation ana sharing, and further suggestions have been made for the direction of future research efforts.

        A chemical investigation of a Korean marine sponge, Phorbas sp., yielded unprecedented sesterterpenoids phorone A (1) andisophorbasone A (2) along with ansellone B (3) and phorbasone A acetate (4). Their complete structures were elucidated by the combination of spectroscopic data and chemical manipulation. Phorone A (1) and isophorbasone A (2) have the new "phorane"(5) and "isophorbasane"(6) sesterterpenoid carbon skeletons, respectively. Ansellone B (3) and phorbasone A acetate (4) exhibited potent inhibitory activity on nitric oxide production in RAW 264.7 LPS-activated mouse macrophage cells with IC(50) values of 4.5 and 2.8 μM, respectively.

        항만물류 정보서비스의 만족도 분석에 관한 연구

        항만이 선사를 비롯한 항만 이용자들에게 제공하는 정보는 업무 수행을 위한 필수적인 정보들로서 매우 중요한 가치를 지니고 있다. 따라서, 항만이 제공하는 정보서비스 역시 항만이 선사에게 제공하는 중요한 서비스 중 하나에 해당되나, 이와 관련한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 주목하여, 항만물류 정보서비스의 만족도를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 선행연구를 바탕으로 16개의 평가항목으로 구성된 평가기준을 확립하고, 만족도의 수준을 일목요연하게 파악할 수 있는 만족도 지수체계를 구축하였다. 분석결과, 부산항 이용자들의 정보서비스의 만족도 지수는 61.9로 나타났다. 또한, 3가지 평가영역 모두가 63이하로 나타나, 정보서비스 전반에 관한 개선책 수립이 필요하다는 점을 지적하였다. 끝으로, 분석결과를 바탕으로 추적조사를 실시한 결과, 정보처리의 신속성과 통합된 정보의 제공의 측면에 있어, 부산항의 정보서비스가 취약점을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. Information which port provide to users including shipping companies is essential information for their business performance. Thus, information service of several services which port provide to shipping company is also very important port-logistics service. However, despite of this importance, there have been little research related to port-logistics information service. The aim of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of information service for port logistics. To achieve this objective, evaluation criteria consisting of 16 items based on the previous research was established. And satisfaction index that can effectively show the current level of information service for port logistics was developed. The results of analysis showed that satisfaction index of information service provided by Busan port was 61.90. And from the data analysis, it was revealed that current level of information service in whole area was less than 63 points. It was implied that improvement for overall port-logistics information service was needed. Finally, from the follow-up research, it was found that information service provided by Busan port have weakness in the aspects of unification of information and celerity of information.

        주요 컨테이너 터미널의 정보보호 수준 평가에 관한 연구

        항만은 화물들의 정보를 토대로 거의 모든 계획과 운영이 이루어진다. 따라서, 항만에 있어 이러한 정보의 관리와 보호 문제는 매우 중요하고 근본적인 문제에 해당된다. 그러나, 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 항만에 있어 정보보호와 관련한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 주목하여 우리나라 주요 컨테이너 터미널의 정보보호 수준을 분석하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 주요 컨테이너 터미널 4개사를 분석한 결과, 우리나라 컨테이너 터미널의 전반적인 정보보호 수준은 71.7%로 나타났으며, 대상 터미널 중, 3개사는 비슷한 수준과 양상을 보인 반면, 나머지 1개사는 수준 차를 보이고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 정보보호에 있어 우리나라 컨테이너 터미널의 가장 취약한 부분은 관리적 보안인 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서, 관리적 보안의 수준을 높이기 위한 전략수립이 필요할 것으로 판단되며, 특히 정보보호를 지원하는 조직의 전문성 확보가 가장 중요한 관건인 것으로 사료된다. Information security is an essential factor that enables terminal to be operated. However, despite of this importance of information security, there has hardly been any research related to this topic. And moreover, current level of information security performance in container terminals has not been analyzed so far. The objective of this study is to evaluate current level of information security in container terminals. Through survey from the four leading container terminal operators in Korea, The results firstly showed that average of information security level of major container terminals was 71.7%. And from the results of data analysis, it revealed that the weak point of information security in Korean container terminals was security management, and in detail, lack of expertise of support group.

        FCM법과 AHP법을 융합한 아시아 주요항만의 경쟁력에 관한 종합적 분석에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 아시아 주요항만의 특성을 종합적으로 분석/분류하는 것이다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 기존연구가 지난 연구대상 선정과 관련한 문제점을 극복하기 위해, 객관적인 지표에 의거하여 부산항이 속한 아시아 주요 대상 항만을 선정했다. 그리고, 연구 방법론의 측면에서 기존연구의 계층평가 알고리즘을 이용한 항만평가와 군집분석법을 이용한 연구의 경우 상호보완적인 장/단점을 지니고 있어, 두 가지 알고리즘을 연계하여 아시아 항만의 전체적인 판도와 항만의 경쟁력 순위 등을 종합적으로 고찰했다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 일반군집분석법에 퍼지 알고리즘을 적용한 FCM(Fuzzy C-Means)법을 이용하여, 기존 방법보다 다양한 고찰이 가능케 하였다. 분석결과, 아시아 16개 주요 항만들 중 10개 항만이 독자적인 위상을 가지고 6가지 항만군을 형성하고 있었으며, 순위 면에서 싱가폴항, 홍콩항, 부산항 카오슝항이 높은 경쟁력을 가지고 있었다. 특히, 부산항과 카오슝은 여러 가지 특성에서 유사하여 동일 항만군으로 분류되었고, 싱가폴항에 이어 2번째로 높은 경쟁력을 보유한 항만군을 형성하고 있는 것으로 파악되었으나, 경쟁력 면에서 싱가폴항과의 격차는 큰 것으로 파악되었다. The aim of this research is to overall analyze/classify characteristics of Asian major ports. To achieve this aim, we firstly pointea out critical problems on research methodology and research scope which most of previous research have, from related literature review. In order to overcome those problems, major ports in Asia were selected by the objective indicators, and both algorithms of AHP(Analytic Hierarchical Process) and FCM(Fuzzy C-Means) that revise weakness in previous clustering method were used. Through these hybrid approach, it were found that only 10 ports of 16 major Asian ports had their own phases in Asian major ports. Those 10 ports were classified into 6 port groups, and also membership degree of each port within the 4 port groups and ranking of each ports were analyzed. Finally, based on results of these analysis, present status and future direction of Busan port were discussed.
