In this paper we present a consistent semantic model between a natural language and a relational database. The objective of the model is to transform Korean inquires into semantically equivalence SQL expression. We describe the conceptual graph translator, which translates a conceptual graph - the result of semantic analysis to the korean inquires -into a database-suitable conceptual graph. We use a conceptual graph to represent our semantic model of the database. The translator generates a conceptual graph by using a synonym dictionary for queries of various patterns. Beginners are able to retrieve data without knowledge in a specific field. As a result, more practical system with unrestricted inquires can be expected.

Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC), an endogenous component of the L-carnitine family, is naturally occurring molecule synthesized from L-carnitine (LC) by carnitine acetyl transferase. ALC has been shown to improve the cognitive performance of patients suffering from dementia of the Alzheimer's type and proposed for treating Alzheimer's disease in pharmacological doses. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two ALC tablets, Nicetiler^TM (Dong-A pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Neurocetil^TM (Kyung-Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration. Twenty six normal male volunteers, 22.80±2.76 year in age and 63.07 7.98㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 500㎎ of ALC was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of ALC in serum were determined using HPLC with fluorescence detector. Because of the presence of endogenous ALC, the calibration was performed using dialyzed serum. Pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_max and T_max between two tablets were 2.72%, -0.65% and -8.42%, respectively, when calculated against the Nicetile^TM tablet. The powers (1-β) for AUC_t and C_max were 94.87% and 87.17%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (Δ) at α=0.05 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 15.58% and 19.16% AUC_t and C_max, respectively). The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -11.84∼6.41 and -10.57∼11.88 for AUC_t and C_max, respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Neurocetil^TM tablet is bioequivalent to Nicetile^TM tablet.

Cable TV Home Shopping is one of the popular distribution channels in modem society because of purchasing convenience and saving in shopping time. However, in spite of these advantages, there are same problems because of marketing strategies of many Cable TV shopping companies which stimulate impulse purchases. This study is aimed to f i i the relationship between buying experience and reaction to impulsive buying stimulus. This study can give a valuable insight in consumer education regarding impulsive purchase behavior in Cable TV home shopping. Study results can also give useful information on the direction of consumer campaign and consumer protection policies. The data was collected by using a questionnaire and the final 496 cases were analyzed by SPSS Win 100 program. The major finding were that 1. Younger, more educated and unmarried consumers tend to response more to impulsive purchasing stimulus. 2. consumers with higher response to impulsive purchasing stimulus had more buying experience, higher shopping frequencies and spent more money in Cable TV home shopping than consumers with lower response. These study results showed that there are some relationship between impulse purchasing stimulus and buying experience in Cable TV home shopping. Therefore, Cable TV Home Shopping companies should provide correct information to the consumers, so they can make resonable decisions. And the consumers should also try to restrain themselves from purchasing impulsively. A law that will regulate all false or exaggerated ads should be provided. To reach righteous and beneficial home shopping culture for both consumer and companies, all these means should be cooperated.

마임 건강식품 홍삼진을 이용한 전통과 모던의 융합적 브랜드 이벤트 프로모션 산업체 연계를 통한 아트, 디자인, 공학, 마케팅 융합 디자인을 중심으로-

본 연구는 융합 연출 디자인 이라는 목적에서 출발하여 마임 브랜드 홍삼진 제품을 다각적 측면에서 기획 및 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 3월~ 6월 15주 동안 숙명여대 환경디자인학과<융합 캡스톤 디자인>수업을 통해 이루어졌다. 또한 본 연구는 마임브랜드 중, 건강식품을 브랜딩하고 있는 <홍삼 진>을 선택하였다. 그 결과 본 연구는 기존 이벤트 프로모션과 전시의 사회적 문제를 도출하였고, 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 전통과 현대의 융합의 오감적 체험 프로모션을 주제로 선정하였다. 아울러 본 연구는 SWOT/STP 마케 팅 분석 방법과 브레인스토밍을 사용하여 아트, 디자인, ICT, Marketing의 융합 브랜드를 구축하였다.끝으로 본 연구는 향후 마케팅을 기반한 융합 브랜드 개발에 있어 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

운동선수의 사용기구에 따른 상지형태와 체력에 관한 연구

This research analyzes the upper limbs and physical strength of normal students, tennis players and hokey players. For total 24 men(8 tennis players and 8 hokey players with 6-year-career and 8 normal students), measure 21 items of types of the upper limbs and 8 items of physical strength, examine the realation between typer of the upper limbs and physical strength group by group and analyze the difference between groups for types of the upper limbs and physical strength. 1. In relations to types of the upper limbs and physical strength by group of normal students, tennis players and hokey players. it is showned that width and circumference have realtionship with the muscular strength in normal students types of the upper limbs and physical strength, secondly width and muscular strength, have relationships with the muscular strength in normal students types of the upper limbs and physical strength, secondly width and muscular strength, have relationships with circumference in tennis players. 2. In difference of types of the upper limbs and physical strength among the normal students, tennis players and hokey players, tennis players have a good primary factor of the upper limbs length and a good muscular strength and hokey players have a good muscular strength and hokey players have a good muscular strength, muscular stamina and stamina of the whole body.

디클로페낙 프로드럭들의 흰쥐 피부 투과

Various alkyl ester prodrugs of diclofenac were aynthesized in order to investigate the relationship between their skin permeation characteristics and physicochemical properties. Solubility in various vehicles was measured at room lemperature. I-Octanol/water partition coefficients (Log P) and capacity factors (k^(+)) were measured to detenmine the lipophilicity of the prodrugs. Stability of prodrugs in the skin extract and homogenate was also investigated before conducting the skin penmeation studies. Increases in the Log P and capacity factor values were observed when alkyl esters of diclofenac were prepared. Since the aqueous soubility of the prodrugs was not high enough, they were saturated in propylene glycol (PG) for skin permeation studies. Prodrugs were rapidly metabolized to diclofenac, both in skin homogenate and in dermal extract of skin. The skin permeation rate of alky1 ester prodrugs was significantly higher than diclofenac with shorter lag time. Moreover, a parabolic relationship was observed between the permeation rate and the log P values of prodrugs, and the maximum flux was achieved at a log P value of around 4.0.

한정식업소에서 제공되는 1인분 영양소와 가격 비교조사 : 서울시 특급호텔과 창원시를 중심으로 Based on Korean Restaurants in Changwon City and in Luxurious Hotels in Seoul

The objectives of this study were to conduct preliminary research to investigate full course meals in Korean style restaurants in order:ⅰ) to analyze the nutrient contents of full course meals per servings, and ⅱ) by analyzing the above, to examine the amount and the quality of the foods served in the full course meals by two different types of Korean style restaurants. A total of 27 restaurants participated in this study, 7 restaurants from the luxurious hotels in Seoul and 20 restaurants from the City of Changwon. A key finding was that restaurant patrons tended to overconsume nutrients as compared to the Korean Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA), and restaurants generated large amounts of food wastes due to the excess food served. Other findings were as follows: 1) Compared with 1/3 or the Korean RDA, all the nutrients were oversupplied. The average nutrient ratios were about 3.7 times higher than 1/3 of the Korean RDA in calories, about 9 times higher in proteins, 10 times higher in phosphorus, 7 times higher in Vitamin B1, and 12 times higher in Vitamin E. 2) Seventy-five percent (n = 20) of the restaurants served within the range of thirty to forty dishes, whereas most of the hotel restaurants (70%) served twenty dishes or fewer. 3) The average carbohy-drate: protein: fat (CPF) ratio of caloric nutrients was 40:26:34. This study concluded that:ⅰ) Korean style full course meals provide too much food, nutrients, and calories, resulting in an over- or unbalanced nutrient intake, and ⅱ) the Korean style full course meals consisted of a high-protein, high-fat and high-caloric intake, which is similar to a westernized caloric nutrient pattern. Such over -or unbalanced nutrient intake could cause chronic degenerative problems such as cancer and cardiovascular disease. These findings indicate that restaurants serving Korean style full course meals should carefully plan their menus in order to provide their customers with balanced meals. They should also be strongly encouraged to play an active role in improving their customers' nutritional status, as well as reducing the restaurants wastage of food. Lastly, further research should be conducted to improve the quality of the menus in Korean restaurants.

정신분열병 환자의 인지기능 상태

목적: 정신분열병 환자의 적응 상태와 증상 형성에 영향을 주는 것으로 생각되는 인지기능 상태를 주의력, 형태 인식, 단어에 대한 구별과 종합 기능을 평가해봄으로써 알아보고자 하였다 방법: 정신분열병 환자 27명과 대조군 27명을 대상으로 하였고, 평가 도구로써 주의력은 K-WAIS의 숫자외우기 문제로, 형태 인식은 K-WAIS의 모양 맞추기 문제와 숨은 그림 찾기로, 단어 기능은 K-WAIS의 공통성 문제와 단어 차이 검사로 각각 이루어졌다. 통계 처리는 SPSS 11.5를 이용하여 Chi-Square test와 Student's t-test로 검증을 하였다. 결과: 정신분열군은 숫자외우기, 숨은 그림 찾기, 모양 맞추기에서는 대조군보다 낮은 점수를 보였다. 단어 차이 검사와 공통성 문제에서는 양군에서 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론: 본 연구에서 정신분열군의 인지 기능은 정상인 대조군에 비해 주의력과 형태 인식 기능이 유의하게 떨어져 있었으며, 단어들을 구분하고 종합하는 능력은 차이가 없었다. 이런 결과는 임상적으로 정신분열병에서 보이는 망상이 언어적인 측면에서는 어느 정도 전달이 되는 현상과 일치하지만 주의나 형태인지와 같은 기본적인 과정에서 장애가 있다는 추정을 하게 한다. Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia by assessing attention, recognition of a shape, and verbal function. Methods: The subjects were 27 patients with schizophrenia group and 27 control group. Attention was assessed by the digit span task(K-WAIS subtest). The recognition of a shape was assessed by the object assembly task(K-WAIS subtest) and hidden figure task. Verbal function was assessed by Similiarities(K-WAIS subtest) and the different word task. Analysis was performed by the Chi-Square test and Student's t-test via SPSS 11.5. Result: Schizophrenia group had statistically lower scores than control group in digital span, hidden figure and object assembly. There was no difference between two groups in dimensions of difference in words and similarity. Conclusion: This study showed that patients with schizophrenia had impairments in attention and recognition of shape, and no difference between two groups in verbal ability. These explained the partial communicative function of delusion in verbal level. The formation of delusion might be related to the more basic elements such as attention and recognition of shape.

고려 충렬왕의 복식정책에 관한 연구

The main reason why a state experiences most rapid cultural changes is that it has become a tributary to another powerful state. Such changes are passively accepted as the principle of the rule of power is actually recognized. Or otherwise, they are positively accpeted as the culture of a powerful nation is pursued. King Chungryeol was the man to whom the policy of marriage between Koryo and Yuan was first applied during the period of Yuan's interference. The king positively accepted Yuan's costume as he took his policy towards the Mongolian nation. Relations between King Chungryeol's policy towards Yuan and costume policy are discussed as below. King Chungryeol had no political power foundations when he was just inaugurated. Under the circumstance that the previous military regime was collapsed because of Yuan's military intervention, the king tried to relate closely with the court family of Yuan to make his authority guaranteed and maintain his throne. He took positive pro-Yuan policies to obtain political trust from Yuan, reducing the Chinese country's exploitation and suppression and keeping the Koryo dynasty. King Chungryeol showed up close relations with Yuan by accepting in person Mongolian queueing and costume while, officials of Honchimjeon and Kukjagam both of which were governmental agencies founded in the previous king of Wonjong held Koryo costume systems. This suggests that King Chungryeol took a two-way costume policy for not only making his loyal authority strengthened and guaranteed, but also the independence of the Koryo dynasty. Like his policy towards Yuan, King Chungryeo took a costume policy which was apparently pro-Yuan, but actually a very political strategy for practical gain and independence.

체내동태 연구를 위한 혈청 중 펜톡시필린의 HPLC 정량법 개발 및 검증
