        폐탄산가스 고정화를 위한 반연속식 및 연속식 공정에서의 Single Cell Protein 생산

        미세조류와 광반응기를 이용한 생물학적 이산화탄소 고정화 방법은 이산화탄소를 경제적으로 제거할 수 있는방법으로 널리 알려져 있다. 그러 나 미세조류의 종류에 따라서 원활한 성정을 위한 환경 조건 및 성장 특성이 상이하기 때문에 , 배양하고자 하는 미세조류의 성장에 영향을 주는 운전 조건을 평가하는 것 이 중요하다. 본 실험에사용된 Euglena gracilis Z는 산성 조건 에서 도 잘 성장하여 오염의 가능성이 적고, 고농도 이산화탄소(10-20%)에 대한 내성이 강한 것으로 알려져 있다. 또한 단백질 함량이 풍부하고 세 포벽 이 앓아 대량 배양시 사료로서의 이용 가지가 높다 연속식 광반응 배양기를 이용하여 운전을 실시한 결과 C02 농도 10%, HRT 4 일에서 최종 세포수 3.57 X 106/mQ 의 높은 성장률을 얻었다. 또한 광도에 따라 성장이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과를 통해 연속식 및 반연속식 배양에서의 성장 특성을 비교 , 평가하였다 The biological carbon dioxide fìxacion using miocrogae and phoro-bioreactor has been known as an effective carbon dioxide reduαlon technology. As algae has many other environmemal fàctor for irs growth, the desirable culcivacion factors were investigated using a green alga, Euglena gracils Z In this study, Euglena gracilis Z showed good COz fìxaciotion ability in high COz concemracion of 10-20% and it contained the high protein and vitamin E enough to be used as fodder. For the mass cultinuous and semi-contonuous cultivation methods were employed. The opcimum hydraulic retencion cime (HRT) for the continuous cultivation was 4 days at carbon dioxide concenutacion of 10%. In this condition, the final cell number was 3.57 x l0/ml. The growth of Euglena gracilis Zincreased according to me light imensity.

        스페인의 가정폭력대응 관련 법제 정책의 특징과 시사점

        최근 가정폭력에 대한 범정부적 대응으로 검거인원이 증가하고 재범률이 감소되는 등 일정한 진전이 이루어졌다고 할 수 있다. 하지만, 가정폭력 실태 등 몇가지 조사결과는 한국사회에서 가정폭력이 여전히 심각한 사회문제라는 것을 보 여주고 있다. 따라서 가정폭력을 예방하고 발생 시 효과적으로 대처하고 폭력의 재발을 방지할 수 있는 지속가능한 정책들을 개발하는 것은 여전히 중요한 과제이다. 한국에서 대부분의 정책들이 그러하듯 가정폭력과 관련해서도 학계와 실무계가 주목하는 외국의 사례는 영미권 국가에 치중되어 있다. 하지만 영미권 국가이외에도 다른 국가들의 제도와 정책을 연구하고 이를 바탕으로 실효성 있다고 판단되는 것들을 실무에 도입 및 활용할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문은 스페인의 가정폭력 대응과 관련한 법제 및 정책을 소개 및 분석하고, 한국에의 정책적 시사점을 도출함으로써 효과적인 가정폭력 대응책을 마련하는데 기여하고자 한다. 연구결과, 피해자에 대한 위험성 평가 체계, 가해자 전자발찌 부착, 보호명령의 절차 등은 피해자에 대한 효과적이고 체계적인 지원 그리고 가해자에 대한 제재의 실효성 확보 등의 측면에서 한국에 도입을 고려할만하다. 이 외에 본 연구에서는 가정폭력 피해자 지원을 위한 다기관 협력체계의내실화, 긴급임시조치․임시조치․피해자보호명령 제도의 정비를 제안하였다. The recent government-wide responses to domestic violence have made certain progress including the rising number of offenders arrested and the decreasing recidivism rates. Some survey results on the actual state of domestic violence, however, show that domestic violence is still a serious social issue in South Korea. It is thus still a major task to develop sustainable policies to prevent domestic violence, effectively address domestic violence cases, and prevent reoccurrence of violence. Like most policies in South Korea, the domestic violence policies focus on the cases of British and American nations for reference by the concerned South Korean agencies including the police. However, it is necessary to study systems and policies against the domestic violence in other countries and to put to practical use those estimated effective. This study thus set out to present and analyze laws and policies related to domestic violence in Spain, and to draw their policy implications for the effective measures against the domestic violence in South Korea. The findings show that its victim risk evaluation system, electronic anklets for offenders, and procedure of protection order are worth considering an introduction into South Korea to provide victims with effective and systematic supports and secure the effectiveness of sanctions on offenders. The study also proposed that the multi-agency partnership should be further substantial to support domestic violence victims and that the emergency temporary measures, temporary measures, and protection order system for victims should be arranged.

        폐탄산가스 고정화를 위한 연속식 광반응기의 운전 인자 평가

        미세조류를 이용한 생물학적 이산화탄소 고정화 방법은 이산화탄소를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 방법으로 널 리 알려져 있다. 따라서 빌전소 등에서 배출되는 폐탄산가스를 고정화 하기 위하여 마 세조류의 성장에 영향을 주 는 운전 조건을 평 가하였다 본 실험 에 서 사용된 Euglena gracilis는 산성 조건 에서 도 잘 성장하여 오염의 가능 성이 적고, 고농도 이산화탄소(10-20%) 에 대한 내 성이 강한 것으로 알려져 있다 또한, 단백질 함량이 풍부하고 세포벽이 앓아 배 양 후 사료로의 이 용성도 크다. 광반응기에서 회분식 배 양을 이 용하여 운전 조건을 평가한 결과 실험 조건 에서 최적 pH는 3.5, 온도는 27'C , 이 산화탄소 농도는 5~ 1O%, 광도는 520μmol/ m'/s로 각각 조사되었 다. 또한 이러 한 자료를 기초로 하여 연속 운전을 실 시 한 결과 CO2 농도 10%, HRT 4 일에서 최종 건조 무게 1.2 g/Q 로 높은 성장율을 얻었다. The biological carbon dioxidε Ìxation using microalgae has been known as an effective carbon dioxide reduction technology. With many environmental facwrs influencing microalgal productiviry, the desirable cultivation facrors were investigated using a green alga, Euglena gracilis. It has me high protein and vitamin E to be used as fodder. In batch culturre with a photobioreactor, initial pH, temperature, carbon dioxide concentration and light intensiry in the optimum cultivation condition were 3,5,27C , 5-10% and 520μmol /m2/s, respectively. After that, the optimum hydraulic retention time (HRT) for me continuous cultivation was 4 days at carbon dioxide concentration of 10%. In this condition, the fìnal dry cell weight was l.2 g/ 1 .

        Molecular Characterization of Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus in Korea and the Construction of an Infectious Clone

        Several tomato production regions in Korea were surveyed for tomato yellow leaf curl disease (TYLCD). Tomato leaf samples showing TYLCD-like symptoms were collected from Tongyeong (To), Geoje (Gi), and Gimhae (Gh) cities of the southern part of Korea. Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) was detected and the full-length genomes of the isolates were sequenced. The TYLCV isolates found in Korea shared high sequence identity (> 99%) with TYLCV-IL [JR:Omu:Ng] (AB110217). Phylogenetic relationship analysis revealed that they formed two groups (with little genetic variability), and the To, Gj, and Gh isolates belonged to the TYLCV-IL group. An infectious clone of TYLCV-To (JQ013089) was constructed and agroinoculated into Nicotiana benthamiana, Nicotiana tabacum var. Xanthi, Petunia hybrida, Capsicum annuum, and Lycopersicon esculentum cv. Hausumomotaro. Agroinfection with a dimeric infectious clone of TYLCV-To induced severe leaf curling and stunting symptoms in these plants, excluding C. annuum. Tomato plants then developed typical yellow leaf curl symptoms.

        다중 웨어러블 센서를 활용한 운전자 상태 인식

        In this paper, we propose a new safety system composed of wearable devices, driver`s seat belt, and integrating controllers. The wearable device and driver`s seat belt capture driver`s biological information, while the integrating controller analyzes captured signal to alarm the driver or directly control the car appropriately according to the status of the driver. Previous studies regarding driver`s safety from driver`s seat, steering wheel, or facial camera to capture driver`s physiological signal and facial information had difficulties in gathering accurate and continuous signals because the sensors required the upright posture of the driver. Utilizing wearable sensors, however, our proposed system can obtain continuous and highly accurate signals compared to the previous researches. Our advanced wearable apparatus features a sensor that measures the heart rate, skin conductivity, and skin temperature and applies filters to eliminate the noise generated by the automobile. Moreover, the acceleration sensor and the gyro sensor in our wearable device enable the reduction of the measurement errors. Based on the collected bio-signals, the criteria for identifying the driver`s condition were presented. The accredited certification body has verified that the devices has the accuracy of the level of medical care. The laboratory test and the real automobile test demonstrate that our proposed system is good for the measurement of the driver`s condition.

        신문 텍스트에서 나타나는 공간명사의 사용 양상과 네트워크 분석

        This study aims to analyze spatial nouns based on co-occurrence relation networks which are constructed from Trends 21 Corpus, a large-scale newspaper corpus. All of relative spatial nouns in this paper tends to reflect some meanings which relate to a social phenomenon and political phenomenon. This paper is to present how a network between spatial nouns is formed. Not only have we looked at the degree, frequency and centrality in connections between co-occurrence words, but we have also presented some way to shed lights on what this network means to linguistic and social studies. Network representation in provided by means of Pajek, a popular network analysis tool.

        Adult cervical intramedullary teratoma: first reported immature case

        <P>Intramedullary teratomas, particularly adult cervicothoracic lesions, are extremely rare. Up to now only 6 cases of intramedullary cervical teratomas have been reported in adults, and all of these were histologically mature. The authors present the case of a 35-year-old man with progressive myelopathic symptoms who was admitted through an outpatient clinic and was surgically treated. The characteristics, diagnosis, epidemiology, and treatment of cervical intramedullary teratomas in adults are also reviewed. Postoperative MR imaging showed that the tumor had been near totally removed, and severely adherent tissue remained ventrocranially with tiny focal enhancement on follow-up MR imaging. Pathological examinations revealed immature teratoma without any malignant component. Adjuvant therapy was not performed. Although no change in neurological findings and symptoms was apparent postoperatively, lesion regrowth was demonstrated on MR imaging 4 months after surgery. At 8 months postoperatively, myelopathic symptoms had developed and a huge intramedullary tumor recurred according to MR imaging. This case is the seventh reported instance of intramedullary cervical teratoma in an adult, and the first case report of the immature type with malignant features.</P>

        Changes in ocular parameters depending on the motion-in-depth of a three-dimensional display

        <P><B>Objective</B></P><P>To compare changes in ocular parameters after watching a display of three-dimensional (3D) images, with reference to motion-in-depth and viewer age.</P><P><B>Methods</B></P><P>A total of 30 healthy subjects were enrolled (of whom 17 were aged 20–30 years and 13, 40–50 years). All subjects watched 3D displays with binocular disparities of 1° or 3° run towards the viewer (who wore polarised glasses) at two defined velocities (slow, 105 mm/s; fast, 257 mm/s) for 15 min at intervals of 1 week. The viewing distance was 1.020 m. The near point of accommodation (NPA) and near point of convergence (NPC), and the tear break-up time (tBUT) of each subject, were measured before and after watching the 3D display. All parameters were repeatedly measured at intervals of 10 min after watching until baseline values became re-established.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>NPA and NPC deteriorated more, and tBUT decreased more, after watching a 3D display with fast rather than slow motion-in-depth (all p values <0.05). NPA deteriorated more in those aged 40–50 years as compared in those aged 20–30 years after watching a display of binocular disparity of 3° at fast motion-in-depth (p=0.028). NPC deteriorated more in those aged 40–50 years as compared in those aged 20–30 years after watching a display of binocular disparity of 3° at slow and fast motion-in-depth (p=0.001). The NPA and NPC recovery times were longer after watching at fast motion-in-depth than slow motion-in-depth (p<0.05). The decrease of tBUT was greater after watching at fast rather than slow motion-in-depth but only when the binocular disparity was 1°. All parameters returned to baseline values within 80 min.</P><P><B>Conclusions</B></P><P>Motion-in-depth has an important influence on ocular parameters when a 3D display is watched, and our information would provide some basis in manufacturing 3D equipment.</P>
