      • Crystal Structure of a Methanol Sorption Complex of Dehydrated Partially Cobalt(Ⅱ)-Exchanged Zeoite A

        부분적으로 Co^2+ 이온으로 치환한 제올라이트 A를 탈수한 후 메탄올을 흡착한 결정구조(a=12.169(1) A)를 입방공간군 Pm3m를 사용하여 단결정 X-선 회절법으로 해석하고 정립화하였다. 이 결정은 360˚C에서 2±10^+Torr 하에서 2일간 진공 탈수한 후 22(1)˚C에서 약 104Torr의 메탄올 증기로 약 1시간동안 흡착시켰다. Full-matrix 최소자승법 정밀화 계산에서 1>3α(1)인 147개의 독립 반사를 사용하여 최종 오차 인자를 R1=0.061, R2=0.062까지 정밀화시켰다. 단위세포당 4개의 Co^2+ 이온과 1.5개의 Na^+ 이온은 6-링 산소와 결합하고 있었다. 4개의 Co^2+ 이온은 0(3)의 (111) 평면에서 큰 동공 쪽으로 약 0.44 (18)A 들어가 위치하고 1.5개의 Na^+ 이온은 0(3) (111)평면에서 소다라이트 동공 깊숙히 약 0.55A 들어간 자리에 이치하고 있다. 단위세포당 약 6.5개의 메탄올 분자가 흡착되었다. 단위세포당 약 6.5개의 메탄올 분자는 큰 동공 내에 위치하였고 4개의 Co^2+ 이온과 2.5개의 Na^+ 이온과 결합하고 있다.. 4개의 산소는 6-링에 위치한 Co^2+ 이온과 결합하고 나머지 2개의 산소는 6-링에 위치한 Na^+ 이온과 결합하고 있다. The crystal structure of a methanol sorption complex of dehydrated partially Co(Ⅱ)-exchanged zeolite A, Co_4Na_4-A 6.5CH_3OH(a=12.169(1) A˚), has been determined by singlecrustal x-ray diffraction techniques in the cubic space group Pm3m at 21(1)℃. Co_4Na_4-A was dehydrated at 360℃ and 2×10^-6 Torr for 2 days, followed by exposure to about 105 Torr of methanol vapor at 22(1)℃ for 1 hr. The structure was refined to fina error indices, R_1=0.061 and R_3=0.060 with 147 reflections, for which Ⅰ > 3σ(Ⅰ). In this structure, four Co^2+ ions and 1.5 Na^+ ions per unit cell lie at 6-ring positions:the Na^+ ions are recessed 0.444(18)A˚ into the sodalite unit and the Co(Ⅱ) ions extend ca. 0.55A˚ into the large cavity. 2.5 Na^+ ions lie in an 8-oxygen ring plane. The 6.5 methanol molecules are sorbed per unit cell. The 6.5 methanol oxygens, all in the large cavity, associate with the 4 Co^2+ ions and 2.5 Na^+ ions in two ways:four oxygens coodinate to 6-ring Co^2+ ions, and two coordinate to 8-ring.

      • 활동기와 동면기 살모사의 위장관 점액세포내 점액질에 관한 조직화학적 연구

        살모사(Aekistrodon halys Pallas)의 위장관 점액세포내 점액질을 활동기와 동면기로 나누어 조직화학적으로 비교관찰하였다. 일반관찰을 위하여 H-E 염색을, 조직화학적 소견을 관찰하기 위하여 PAS reaction, Ab2.5 염색, AB1.0염색, AB2.5-PAS 염색, AB1.0-PAS 염색 AF1.7 염색 및 AF1.7-AB2.5 염색등을 시행하였다. 위(胃)는 표면점액세포와 점액경세포의 점액질을, 소장은 은롸롸 융모의 점액세포를 관찰한 결과를 다음과 같이 요약하였다. 1. 활동기와 동면기의 위점막에서는 현저한 차이는 없으나, 소장점막은 동면기에는 점막 주름수가 감소하고 높이가 낮아지며 점액세포가 위축되었다. 2. 위 표면점액세포는 활동기에 중성점액질과 약간의 Sialomucin을 포함한 산성점액질로 구성되었으나, 동면기에는 중성점액질과 Sialomucin이 약간 감소하였다. 3. 위 점액경세포는 활동기에 중성점액질만을 포함하고 있었으나, 동면기에는 Sialomucin을 포함한 산성점액질이 소량 검출되었다. 4. 소장 점액세포는 활동기에 산성점액질과 중성점액질로 구성되었으며 산성점액질에는 Sulfomucin과 Sialomucin이 포함되어 있었으나, 동면기에는 Sulfomucin과 Sialomucin이 다소 감소하였다. This study was performed in order to investigate the histochemical properties and compositions of the mucosubstances in the mucous of the gastrointestinal tract of Vipers, Agkistrodon halys Pallas, in active and hibernating phases. The specimens from stomach and small intestine were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin wax, sectioned at a thickness of 4㎛, and stained with Hematoxyling-eosin for general histological observation and with PAS reaction, Alcian blue pH 2.5 or 1.0, Alcian blue pH 2.5-PAS or 1.0-PAS reaction, Aldehyde fuchsin pH 1.7, and Aldeliyde fuchsin pH 1.7-Alcian Blue pH 2.5 for histochemical finding. The mucous compositions in mucous cells of the gastrointestinal tract examined by their stain reaction were neutral mucin, acidic mucin, sulfomucin, sialomucin, The results obtained were as follows; The folds of the gastrointestinal tract in the hibernating phase, compared with the active phase, shrink and lower. Also, the shrinkage of epithelial cells were observed in the hibenating phase. The surface mucous cells of the stomach in the active phase composed mainly neutral mucin and a little amount of acidic mucin including sialomucin, but in the hibernating phase neutral mucin and sialomucin slightly decreased. The mucous neck cells of the stomach in the active phase constituted mainly neutral mucin, In the hebernating phase the mucous neck cells were composed of neutral mucin and a little amount of acidic mucin contained sialomucin. The mucous cells of the small intestine in the active phase consist of neutral mucin, acidic mucin including sulfomucin and sialomucin but in the hibernating phase sulfomucin and sialomucin slightly decreased.

      • 완두 F_1세대의 조합능력 검정

        완두의 이면교잡에 의한 F_1세대에 대한 조합능력을 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 9개 형질에 대한 GCA, SCA, RCA효과를 검정한 바 조합능력은 전 형질에서 GCA, SCA, RCA가 모두 유의하였고, 분지수·경직경·엽장·주당협수·협당립수·주당립수·100립중·주당립중은 GCA가 SCA보다 크고, 품종간 GCA효과는 고성종1호가 경직경과 100립중에서, 고성종2호가 경장·분지수·엽장에서, 김해종이 주당협수·주당립수·100립중·주당입중에서, 진해종이 협다립수에서 각각 정(+)으로 높았다. SCA효과에서 경장은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 1×3(고성종1호×김해종)조합이, 분지수는 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 경직경과 엽장은 1×3(고성종1호×김해종)조합이, 주당협수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 협당립수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합·1×4(고성종1호×고성종3호)조합·2×3(고성종2호×김해종)조합이, 주당립수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 100립중은 3×4(김해종×고성종3호)조합이, 주당립중은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합·3×4(김해종×고성종3호)조합·4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이 각각 정으로 높았다. RCA효과에서 경장·엽장·주당협수·주당립중은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합이, 주당협수·주당립수·100립중·주당립중은 2×4(고성종2호×고성종3호)조합이 각각 정으로 높았다. Five pea varieties in F₁ generation of the possible crosses among them were used to estimate the combining ability for nine characters, i. e., stem length, number of branches per plant, stem diameter, leaf length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight per plant. Data for F₁ hybrid and parents were subjected to the analysis method proposed by Griffing. The results obtained were summarized as follows. Mean squares of general combining ability(GCA), specific combining ability(SCA) and reciprocal combining ability(RCA) were significant for all characters observed. Mean squares of GCA were higher than those of SCA and RCA in number of branches per plant, stem diameter, leaf length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight and seed weight per plant. Variety Gimbae showed the highest GCA effect for number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant and positively high effects of GCA were observed from variety Gosung#1 in stem diameter, 100-seed weight, and from variety Gosung#2 stem length, number of branches per plant, leaf length, from Jinhae in number of seeds per pod In SCA effects, hybrids in Gosung#1×Gosung#2 were wxhibited positively high for stem length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant, and high SCA effects for number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant were found positively in Gosung#3×jinhae. In RCA effects, hybrids in Gosung#2×Gosung#3 were exhibited positively high for number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight per plant and high RCA effects for stem length, leaf length, number of pods per plant, and seed weight per plant were found positively in Gosung#1×Gosung#2.

        A LONG-TERM FIELD TEST OF A LARGE VOLUME IONIZATION CHAMBER BASED AREA RADIATION MONITORING SYSTEM DEVELOPED AT KAERI

        An Area Radiation Monitoring System (ARMS) ionization chamber, which had an 11.8 L active volume, was fabricated and performance-tested at KAERI. Low leakage currents, linearities at low and high dose rates were achieved from performance tests. The correlation coefficients between the ionization currents and the dose rates are 1 at high dose rate and 0.99 at low dose rate. In this study, an integration-type ARMS ionization chamber was tested over a year for an evaluation of its long-term stability at a radioisotope (RI) repository of the Young-gwang nuclear power plant. The standard deviation of dose rate of 1 day data and over a 100-days mean value were 6.2 $\mu$R/h and 2.9 $\mu$R/h, respectively. The fabricated ARMS ionization chamber showed stable performance from the results of the long-term tests. Design and performance characteristics of the fabricated ionization chamber for the ARMS from performance-tests are also addressed.

      • 치과용 세라믹스의 제조 및 특성 (Ⅰ)

        It has been investigated the Sintering Characteristics and Microstructure after the Manufacture of Dental Ceramics for Artificial Dental Tooth(Dental Crowns) in Dentistry. The Manufacture of High Thermal Expansional Leucite Crystals has been made by not Conventional Melting Process, but Sol-Gel Process, and composited with Class Frit that has low melting point to get Transparent Sintering Materials. The Crystal Forming Temperature of Leucite manufactured by Sol-Gel Process has been observed after Heat Treatment at various Temperatures. In Addition, The Manufacture Process is simpler than Conventional Melting Process and could be able to manufacture at about 400℃ low Temperature. Glass Frit that has low melting point was fabricated with about 10~30㎛ homogeneous amorphous Powders by means of Ball Milling and was transparent When fired. The Sintering Temperature could be controlled in accordance with the Powder Mixture of Leucite and Glass Frit. The Volume Fraction of Leucite Crystals in Glass Matrix has been increased by the appropriate Heat Treatment of Dental Porcelain.

      • 동면동물 혈액상의 생리적 변화에 관한 연구

        활동기와 동면기에 동면동물인 살모사에 있어서 혈액내 가스함량과 부분압인 TCO_2, P0_2, PO_2 및 pH와 일반적인 혈액상인 적혈구수, 백혈구수, 혈색소, Hematocrit 등의 변화를 조사한바 다음과 같이 요약하였다. 1. 총이산화탄소량 (TCO_2), 이산화탄소부분압P(C0_2), 산소압(PO_2)과 pH는 활동기보다 동면기 에 증가하였다. 2. 적혈구수, 혈색소, 적혈구백분율(Hematocrit)은 활동기보다 동면기에 약간 증가하는 경향이었다. 3. 백혈구수는 활동기보다 동면기에 뚜렷한 감소를 보였다. 환경온도와 체온의 저하로 인한 혈액내의 변화는 인정할 수 있었다. This thesis were performed in order to study physiological changes of vipers in the active phase and hibernation phase, Physiological changes were blood gas volume and pressure (TCO_2, PCO_2, PO_2), blood pH and blood pictures (RBC, WBC, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit) The obtained results were summalize as follows; 1. TCO_2, PCO_2, PO_2 and pH increased considerably in hibernation phase, compared with active phase. 2. RBC, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit increased slightly in hibernation phase, compared with active phase. 3. WBC, decreased considerably in hibernation phase, compared with active phase 4. The decrease of environmental and body temperature showed change of blood components.

      • 활동기 척추동물의 십이지장 배상세포내 점액질에 관한 조직화학적 연구

        본 실험은 다람쥐(Tamias sibiricus asiaticus Gmeli), 살모사(Agkistrodon halys Pallas), 황소개구리(Rana catesbeiana Shaw), 뱀장어(Anguilla japonica Temminck et Schlegel)등의 소장 배상세포내 점액질에 대한 성상을 밝히기 위하여 PAS reaction, Alcian blue pH2.5 및 Alcian blue pH0.4, 그리고 ABpH2.5-PAS reaction 복합염색등을 시행한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 사용한 각 동물에 있어서 소장 배상세포는 중성점액질, 약산성 및 강산성 황화점액질을 포함하고 있었다. 2. 중성점액질이 각 동물에 있어서 가장 안정된 분포를 보였으며 약산성 황화점액질도 비교적 고르게 분포되어 있었다. 3. 강산성 황화점액질은 다람쥐, 살모사 및 황소개구리에서는 소량 관찰되어 불안정한 분포를 보였으며 뱀장어에서는 관찰되지 않았다. 4. 각 실험동물의 십이지장 배상세포내에 포함된 점액질의 성상은 동물에 따라서 그 양과 염색성에 다소의 차이를 인정할 수 있다. In general, the goblet cells in the small intestines of experimental animals contained neutral mucosubstances, weakly and strongly acidic sulfated mucosubstances. Neutral mucosubstances show most stable distribution in the experimental animals. Mucosubstances in the small intestines of eels were composed of only neutral mucosubstances and weakly acidic sulfated mucosubstances. The contents and stain properties of mucostances produced in the intestinal goblet cells vary a little in portions within a species and in the same cell types of different species. This studies were performed in order to study composition of the mucosubstance in the goblet cells of small intestines of the various vertebrates. The specimens used in this study were obtained from the small intestines of 4 species of vertebrates, squirrels (Tamias sibiricus asiaticus Gmelin), vipers (Agkistrodon halys Palls), frogs (Rana catesbeiana Shaw), eels (Anguilla japonica Temminck et Scchlegel). All specimens were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin wax, and sectioned at a thickness of 4㎛. They were stained with hematoxylin-eosin for general histological observation and with Periodic Acid-Schiff reaction, alcian blue pH2.5 and 0.4 and alcian blue pH2.5-Periodic Acid-Schiff reaction for detection of the mucosubstances. The mucous compositions in the goblet cells of the small intestines of various vertebrates examined by their staining reaction were neutral mucosubstances, weakly and strongly acidic sulfated mucosubstances.
