        On this Study, it conducts the Standards investigation about air leakage of Buildings for performance improvement of Smoke control in Fire. In domestic standards, it is incomplete the Criteria standards of air leakage. Therefore it is considered that won’t limit the smoke spread due to stack effect. But in the case of the United States, it conducts the Hot smoke air-Leakage test and it consider that can prevent the Smoke Spread in Compartment.

        게임의 서사와 상호작용성

        This study is aimed at examining the feature of interactivity in narrative of game. The former study of game was limited only to the narratologist's result that interactivity would destroy traditional narrative. But in computer environment, a lack of linearity does not simply destroy narrative. Interactivity is not in the former linear literature like novel or film which is ruled by Aristotelian dramatic experience. So it allows us to play stories that we couldn't tell before, Interactivity is the most distinctive resource of new narrative. For example in game, player must get an experience of agency witch include immersion and transformation because high interactivity and strong story are combines each other. It makes the narrative multi-sensory, procedual, spacial, participatory and encyclopedic as Janet Murray suggested. But the concept of interactivity in game is not simple as the former narratologist like Janet Murray suggested. The purpose of my study is to distinguish four strategic forms of interactivity(internal/external and interpretive/creative) to show how different types of interactivity create different type of narrative. Linear narrative and interactive game are totally different. We have to define exactly what the interactivity in game is so that we can find a way to understand the narrative of game which is the total interactive experience consisted of both first person engagement third person reflection.

        이어령의 미래학적 선언 연구

        This study analyzes Lee O-young’s futuristic manifesto, focusing on “digilog” and artificial intelligence (AI). According to Lee’s manifesto, information technology does not have an inherent value in itself, but has a relative meaning due to user perception. Digilog Manifesto, published in 2006, explained that human beings and technology are not separated, but rather have a connected relationship. The core of this manifesto was to dismantle the boundaries between digital and analog paradigms, and promote coexistence with humans and technology. In addition, How Do You Live, released in 2022, was an extension of the Digilog Manifesto into new technologies such as AI. Here, the birth of AI is described as a natural result of the development of culture and technology. Lee explained AI as a being living with humans, and at the same time, as an “interface” that connects the subject and the other. Therefore, humans should reject AI phobia and embrace AI. In general, Western futurists explained future technology to the public with difficult words and complex numbers. In contrast, Lee O-young delivered the future paradigm with a concept that was friendly and accessible. Through his methods, the public can prepare for the future with hope instead of fear, anticipation instead of anxiety. As a result, Lee’s writings on AI and new technology were not a vague prediction based on probability, but a great manifesto, making him a leading futurist in the humanities. 본고는 ‘디지로그’와 ‘인공지능’을 중심으로 이어령의 미래학적 선언을 분석했다. 이어령에 따르면 정보기술은 그 자체로 절대적 가치를 내재하고 있는 것이 아니라, 대중의 인식과 사용을 통해서 상대적인 가치를 부여받게 된다. 2006년 발표된 <디지로그 선언>에 따르면 인간과 기술은 분절적, 이항대립적 존재가 아니라 연계적, 상호보완적 존재이다. 디지로그의 핵심은 후기 구조주의 이론을 기반으로 디지털과 아날로그를 가로지르는 경계를 해체하고 인간과 기술이 공생의 관계를 맺는 것이다. 2022년 발표된 <너 어떻게 살래>는 디지로그의 융합적 패러다임을 인공지능 등 최근의 신기술로 확장한 선언이다. 이에 따르면 인공지능은 문화와 기술의 발달에 따른 당연한 귀결이다. 이어령은 포스트휴머니즘의 이론에 근거해 인공지능을 인간과 더불어 살아갈 공생의 존재이자 인간과 컴퓨터는 물론 주체와 타자를 연결하는 ‘인터페이스’로 전제한다. 따라서 인공지능 포비아를 배척하고 인공지능 필리아의 자세를 갖춰야 한다고 강조한다. 일반적으로 서구의 미래학자들이 기술 진화론에 따라 대중에게 낯선 개념어와 숫자를 활용해 미래 기술을 예측하는 데 반해, 이어령은 대중에게 친숙한 언어와 의식주의 상징을 활용해 미래 패러다임을 선언했다. 이어령의 미래학적 선언을 통해서 대중은 자연스럽게 미래 기술에 대해서 공포 대신 희망을, 불안감보다 기대감을 갖고 미래를 준비할 수 있다. 이처럼 미래 기술에 대한 이어령의 글은 확률형 예측이 아닌 미래학자로서의 패러다임 선언이다.

        성장시기별 무순의 화학적 조성 변화

        The chemical components of radish buds were investigated during the growth stage. The vitamin C and total phenol contents were lowered after 4 days of early sprout growth, and were 22.19 and 4.99 mg%, respectively.These increased according to the growth time, showing the highest value on day 8, 25.85 and 17.87 mg%, respectively. However, these values decreased around day 12, which seemed to be the bud end point. The major free sugar component of the radish buds was glucose, showinged the highest content on day 8. The total organic acid content gradually increased as the growth proceeded. The detected oxalic acid content was only small on day 8. During the early growth stage, the total and essential amino acids contents were 3,020~3,575 and 1,206~1,499 mg, respectively. These contents tended to decrease with growth time. Glutamic acid, aspartic acid and alanine were the major amino acid components (39%).

        Master Gardener 프로그램 특성에 관한 연구 : Virginia Cooperative Extension을 중심으로 with Special Reference to the Virginia Cooperative Extension

        The Master Gardener(MG) program is one of representative outreach program of cooperative extension at land grant Universities in U.S.A. The purpose of MG programs are primarily focused on educating community and people who want to join gardening project. MGs are valuable resources as volunteer-educators teaching environmental horticulture, increasing life quality through horticulture, community landscaping, school gardening, nutrition problems and horticultural therapy for the common-wealth or benefit of their community. MG educational programs and volunteer internships are needed to get and maintain MG title and they follow the policies and philosophies of cooperative extension. MG programs present lots of benefits by enlarge boundaries of horticulture and offer the practical educational services. To extend and activate further the value of horticulture, the MG programs should be introduced in Korea soon. MGs are regarded as new managers or primary leaders for educating horticulture, landscaping for community because of their knowledge and eagerness to help the people's advancement.

      • 급성 담낭염에 대한 내과적 치료의 역할

        In 58 patients who were admitted to department of internal medicine, ChungNam national university hospital from January 1989 to March, 1993. We evaluated for medical treatments and the following results were obtained. 1) The ratio of male and female was 1 : 1 and mean age of the patients was 57.4 years. 2) At arrival on hospital, the most common clinical symptom was pain in right upper quadrant and epigastrium(93.1%), the remainders were fever and chill(79.3%), nausea(51.7%) and vomiting(36.2 %) in order of frequency. 3) The most common physical findings was tenderness on the right upper quadrant and epaigastrium(98%), the remainders were jaundice(50%) and palpable gall bladder(13.8%) in order of freguency. 4) In laboratory examination, elevated levels of ESR(82.8%), leukocytosis(67.2%), elevated levels of AST(62.0%), ALT(50.0%), serum total bilirubin(51.7%) and alkaline phosphatase (43.1%) were noted. 5) The mean period of NPO was 3.9 days and the mean hospital period was 13.5 days. 6) The rates of combined complications in patients with acute cholecystitis were 17.2%; these are gall bladder empyema(5.2%), hydrops(5.2%), perforation(3.4%), sepsis(3.4%) and intestinal obstruction (1.7%). 7) In 96.6 percent of 58 cases, the symptoms of acute cholecystitis were improved by conservative management. 8) The mean follow-up period was 25.5 months and the recurrence rate was 10% during this period.

        STR 유전자의 개인식별력 측정을 위한 통계량

        When we intend to do the personal identification using DNA profiles, it will obviously be better to use as much information as possible. The power of identification is increased by using the genetic marker system such as VNTRs or STRs. Although STRs do not have many alleles per locus as VNTRs, these can be compensated by a large number of loci that are potentially usable. However, it will be more efficient to use a morphic loci. Therefore, prior to choose the genetic marker system of STRs for identification, it is essential to consider the statistical parameters of each STR locus, such as obs-H(observed heterozygosity), exp-H(expected heterozygosity), pM(probability of match), DI(discrimination index), PD(power of discrimination), MEC(mean exclusion chance), MEP(mean exclusion paternity), PIC(polymorphic information content) et al. In this article, we described the exact meaning of statistical parameters for the purpose of identification.

      • 두경부 편평상피암에서의 MIB-1, p53, bcl-2와 apoptosis의 발현 및 상호 연관성

        Objective : Squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck represents approximately 2.0∼4.0% of all malignant tumors, with an etiology closely associated with smoking, drinking and various genetic alterations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of MIB-1, p53, bcl-2 and apoptosis according to degree of differentitation of squamous cell carcinoma. Methods and Material : forty-eight cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck were selected for this study. MIB-1, p53, bc1-2 expression rate were studied by iromunogistochemical staining and the number of apoptosis observed by TUNEL method. Results : The expressioins of MIB-1, p53, bcl-2 and apoptosis were found in 56.3%, 50.0%, 14.6%, 85.4%, of 48 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, respectively. The expression of MIB-1, p53 and apoptosis were more higher in poorly differentiated cases than well differentiated cases. MIB-1 expression was related with p53 mutation (p<0.05) and apoptosis rate(p<0.05). Conclusion : From these results. the expressions of MIB-1, bcl-2 and apoptosis were related with degree of differentiation of squamous cell carcinoma and correlation among these parameters.

        친모의 유전자형을 알 수 없을 때 친자확인 유전자 검사

        In parentage testing DNA profiles are used to link the alleged father with paternity by matching their patterns. The probative value of a match is often calculated by multiplying together the estimated frequencies with which each particular VNTR or STR pattern occurs in a reference population. When this calculating method applies to the motherless case of paternity disputes, a calculation must usually be based on types determined for the child and the alleged father. In such case, the first consideration is to exclude a man from paternity of a child when the man did not have the child's paternal allele at some loci, or if the paternal allele cannot be determined, when the man had neither of the child's alleles. The second is to evaluate the DNA evidence when a man is not excluded by the paternal allele. This work is to provide theories of paternity analysis with three approach methods for the motherless case, and to evaluate their efficiency compared to the trio case when the man tested is not excluded. Consequently, the motherless case offers lower probability exclusion and questionable cumulative paternity index than those of the trio case as being typed with 14 STR loci(CSF1PO, THO1, TPOX, vWA, nity index than those of the trio case as being typed with 14 STR loci(CSF1PO, THO1, TPOX, vWA, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820, D16S539, FGA, D21S11, FES/FPS, F13A1, D18S80, D17S5). Since the motherless case in paternity disputes is less efficient for paternity exclusion of the child, the use of genetic maker systems with the higher value of mean exclusion chance(MEC) and exact levels of the relative probability of paternity must be of importance considered in the analysis of such deficiency cases.
