HAPS와 NGSO 시스템의 Service Link상의 간섭영향

본 논문에서는 성층권 통신 시스템 (HAPS : High Altitude Platform System)과 NGSO (Non-Geostationary Orbit) 시스템간 간섭 영향을 두 가지의 경우로 나누어서 분석한다. 한가지는 HAPS 시스템이NGSO 시스템에 미치는 간섭이며, 다른 한가지는 NGSO위성이 HAPS시스템에 미치는 간섭 영향이다. 그 결과NGSO 이동국이 받는 간섭은 NGSO위성 위치가 95?일 때 가장 높게 나타났으며, 이때 HAPS와 NGSO모두에 의한 간섭은 사용자 수가 20명 이상부터 간섭 기준을 초과함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 HAPS 이동국이 받는 간섭의 경우에는 NGSO 위성 양각이 87?일 때 가장 높은 간섭이 나타났으며, 이 때 NGSO와 HAPS 모두에 의한 간섭은 사용자 수가 10명 이상부터 간섭 기준을 초과함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 64?일 때 가장 낮은 간섭이 나타났으며, 이때 NGSO와 HAPS 의 사용자 수가 같을 경우에는 190명에서부터 간섭을 초과함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we analyze the interference effects between NGSO(Non-Geostationary Orbit) and HAPS(High Altitude Platform System) by dividing into two cases. The one is interference effects of HAPS into NGSO, the another is the interference effectes of NGSO into HAPS. At the result, we can know the interference effect into NGSO mobile station is the highest when position of NGSO is 95%. In this case, we can also know the interference effects from both HAPS and NGSO exceed interference criteria when the number of users are more than 20. And, in the case of the interference effect into HAPS mobile station, we can know it is the highest when elevation angle of NGSO is 87°, and the interference effects from both NGSO and HAPS exceed interference criteria when the number of users is more then 10. Moreover, the interference effect is the minimum, when elevation angle of NGSO is 64°, at this time, in case that the number of users of NGSO equal to the number of user of HAPS, the interference effects exceed interference criteria when the number of users is 190.

Klebsiella pneumoniae is an opportunistic and clinically significant emerging pathogen. We investigated the relative roles of Toll-like receptor (TLR) 2 and TLR4 in initiating host defenses against K. pneumoniae. TLR2 knockout (KO), TLR4 KO, TLR2/4 double KO (DKO), and wildtype (WT) mice were inoculated with K. pneumoniae. Mice in each group were sacrificed after either 12 or 24h, and the lungs, liver, and blood were harvested to enumerate bacterial colonyforming units (CFU). Cytokine and chemokine levels were analyzed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and real-time PCR, and pneumonia severity was determined by histopathological analysis. Survival was significantly shortened in TLR4 KO and TLR2/4 DKO mice compared with that of WT mice after infection with 5 × 103 CFU. TLR2 KO mice were more susceptible to infection than WT mice after exposure to a higher infectious dose. Bacterial burdens in the lungs and liver were significantly higher in TLR2/4 DKO mice than in WT mice. Serum TNF-α, MCP-1, MIP-2, and nitric oxide levels were significantly decreased in TLR2/4 DKO mice relative to those in WT mice, and TLR2/4 DKO mice showed significantly decreased levels of TNF-α, IL-6, MCP-1, and inducible nitric oxide synthase mRNA in the lung compared with those in WT mice. Collectively, these data indicate that TLR2/4 DKO mice were more susceptible to K. pneumoniae infection than single TLR2 KO and TLR4 KO mice. These results suggest that TLR2 and TLR4 play cooperative roles in lung innate immune responses and bacterial dissemination, resulting in systemic inflammation during K. pneumoniae infection.

The inherent efficiency of a ship would be prior to any other quality factors in ship´s safety, because lack of it may give rise to a serious sea casuality even if it were a light mistake in operation. And the representative casualty comes from a deficiency of stability and an operating error combined would be capsizing. The Korean offshore large purseiner looks to have a structural weak point with small range of stability in spite of her big initial metacentric height, and have various type of roll reduction devices in order to cover up the defect. The aim of this study is to grasp for the roll reduction characteristics of the purseiner with bilge keel only and a stern keel additionally attached. The results are summarized as follows; The rolling angle of the model ship was increased in accordance with increase of the wave period and height, especially at close to the natural wave period of her, and the trends were more distinguished in the situation of bilge keel only installation than in the stern keel additionally installed. And stern keel has not noticeable effect on the reduction of the roll in the light ship condition, but has a little effect in full load condition.

Fishing vessels have been causing more than 70% of marine casualty in Korea. As a view of the occurring number of marine casualty, it is obvious for fishing vessel to account for the absolute high portion of that in comparison with the non-fishing vessels. That is a natural outcome because fishing vessels have occupied more than 90% of all registered Korean vessels. If we consider it not occurring number, but occurring ratio, we could find out that fishing vessels accounted for 5 times lower than non-fishing vessels in marine casualties. Nevertheless, fishing vessels have not immunity from responsibility for marine casualties at all, because the tendency of it in fishing vessel has been dominating the whole marine casualties in Korea. So for reduction of them, it is indispensable to decrease the casualties of fishing vessel. In this study, the authors tried to carry out many items of them to compare the occurring number with the occurring ratio, and dealt with the casualties of collision and machine damage in detail, because those have not only been occurring most frequently in casualties in Korea, but also led to the death and injury of lives. To reduce the collision and the machine damage, the operator have to keep the watch more strictly and check and keep the machine in good order. And it is necessary for the operator to take more education and training intended to decrease those systematically and continuously, especially for the crews of fishing vessels.
HAPS 지상국에서 P-MP FWA 시스템으로의 간섭 영향 분석

본 논문에서는 새로운 간섭 모델, 실제적인 HAPS(High Altitude Platform Station) 간섭 시나리오, HAPS 시스템과 FWA(Fixed Wireless Access) 시스템에 대한 안테나 패턴, 송신 전력 등과 같은 파라미터들을 이용하여 HAPS 시스템의 지상국(GS: Ground Station)으로부터 P-MP(Point-to-Multipoint) FWA 기지국(BS: Base Station)로의 간섭 및 HAPS 시스템의 GS로부터 FWA 단말국(TS: Terminal Station)으로의 간섭 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 보게 되면, HAPS GS로부터 P-MP FWA BS로의 간섭의 경우, 섹터화된 안테나를 사용하는 BS국이 nadir (HAPS 커버리지 중심)의 반대편을 바라보고 있을 때에 두 시스템은 효율적으로 운용될 수가 있다. 그러나 HAPS GS로부터 P-MP FWA TS로의 간섭의 경우에서는 충분한 이격거리가 보장되지 않거나, 간섭 경감 기법을 사용하지 않는다면 이 대역에서 두 시스템은 효율적인 스펙트럼 공유가 불가능하다. In this paper, we have analyzed the effects of interference from HAPS ground stations to P-MP FWA base station and to P-MP FWA terminal station using more detail parameters such as a new interference model, a realistic HAPS scenario, practical antenna patterns for both the HAPS system and FWA systems. The analysis results show that, in the case of interference from HAPS GSs into a P-MP BS, compatibility of the two systems can be obtained by using a sectored BS antenna with the boresight directed away from the nadir. However, in the case of interference from HAPS GSs into a P-MP TS, the two systems cannot operate effectively in the same band unless the separation distance is guranteed and/or some form of interference mitigation technique is employed such as dynamic channel allocation.
