본 연구의 목적은 인천항 국제여객터미널의 컨테이너화물 기종점 분석을 통해 향후 한중 카페리 컨테이너 화물유치를 위한 마케팅 자료와 인천 남항에 신축 예정인 국제여객터미널 개발에 필요한 정책적 제언을 하는데 있다. 인천항 국제여객터미널 화물 기종점 분석결과 컨테이너화물 처리량은 인천항 전체의 20%를 차지하고 있으며, 인천항 화물의 증가와 더불어 증가하고 있다. 화물의 국내이동 경로는 인천, 서울, 경기 등 수도권 지역에 집중화 되어 있다. 수출화물 물동량의 경우 전체 화물의 71.4%가 수도권으로부터 유입되고 있으며, 수입화물은 전체화물의 87.7%가 수도권으로 이동하고 있다. 이에 수도권 화물의 편중현상이 강한 국제여객터미널 카페리 항로의 물동량을 늘리기 위해서 수도권 이외의 지역 물량을 유치하기 위한 마케팅 전략을 제시하였다. 또한 인천항은 남항에 신규 건설 예정인 국제여객터미널의 개발에 필요한 시사점과 세계적인 공항인 인천국제공항과 인접하여 있어 해륙간 육송(Sea & Air)화물의 신규창출을 위한 글로벌 마케팅 전략을 제시하였다. The purpose of this article is to provide data to be utilized for marketing to attract future container cargo to the Korea-China Car Ferry Service and to estimate container traffic for the development of the International Passenger Terminal to be newly built in the Incheon Southern Port. An analysis of container traffic through the Passenger Terminal of Incheon Port showed that the container throughput of Incheon Port comprised 20% of traffic. The export cargo traffic in the International Passenger Terminal, 71.4%, or 111,698 TEU of 156,284 TEU in total, was brought from metropolitan areas. To increase the container traffic of the car ferry service currently concentrated on the metropolitan areas, more endeavor is required to strengthen marketing competence to attract container traffic to other regions apart from the metropolitan areas as well as provide general services.
Interpretive Structural Modeling in the Adoption of IoT Services

This study aims to use ISM to identify the enablers affecting the acceptance of IoT services. For this purpose, this study conducted an ISM analysis and a MICMAC analysis, extracted the enablers from Internet of Things - An Action Plan for Europe published by the EU for the research, and conducted interviews and surveys. The study found that it would be preferentially necessary to prepare the base for successful IoT services through international cooperation and the security of objective data. In addition, it turned out that it would be necessary to make efforts to spread and develop IoT services by conducting R&D and implementing projects through public-private partnerships and the organization of a consultative group. Lastly, since information security and standardization are the desired objects of the IoT industry, it was found that both the government and the industrial world should focus on them. This study has significance in that it can provide practical implications for the effective acceptance of IoT services.

This study uses a different method to measure the service quality. Rather than using the usual method of converting the service quality index by mean value, the Service Quality Consistency Index (SQCI) is used to measure the service quality consistency level, which in turn can be used as the new service quality index. DEA를 활용한 ERP시스템 도입 중소기업의 운영효율성 측정에 관한 연구

국내 많은 기업들은 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 왔다. 최근 많은 연구들에 의하면 ERP시스템을 도입한 기업체들은 기업의 자원을 통합하여 관리함으로써 기업체의 생산성을 향상시켜 왔다. 따라서, ERP 시스템을 사용하고 있는 기업체의 운용효율성을 측정하는 것은 정보시스템의 생산성 측면에서 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 자료포락분석(DEA) 기법을 사용하여 중소기업의 운용 효율성을 분석 한 연구로 DEA 모델 중 CCR/BCC모델, 초효율성모델과 여분기반가중치분석모델(weighted SBM)을 사용하여 9개 자동차부품 업체의 운용효율성을 측정하고 비교하였다. 전통적인 효율성 측정방법인 CCR모델 및 BCC모델의 경우 투입 및 산출물의 여분을 고려하지 않는 문제점이 있지만 본 논문에서는 여분기반가중치분석모델(weighted SBM)을 이용하여 효율 및 비효율의 정확한 양을 측정하여 효율적인 기업들의 순위를 분석하였다. Many companies have introduced information systems and the ERP system in order to strengthen their competitiveness. According to a recent paper, companies that introduced the ERP system have improved productivity by integrating and managing company resources. As a result, it is important to measure the operational efficiency of companies utilizing the ERP system. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the operational efficiency of small and medium companies using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). We used CCR, BCC,Super-efficiency and Slack based measure (SBM) model in terms of the DEA model to measure the operational efficiency of nine Automobile parts companies. Since the traditional method based on a measurement model(CCR, BCC) has some problems in not taking account of the existence of slack inputs and outputs in several efficient units, we attempted to measure the exact amount of efficiency and inefficiency of the companies and to do a rank analysis of many efficient units through the slacks-based measure model (SBM).
기상정보시스템 품질요인이 이용자 만족과 사업성과에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest a key quality factor affecting user satisfaction based on quality attribute of weather information system and additionally, a managerial implication for activating weather information service market by analyzing causal relevance between weather information system and business performance. Methods: As its method, a causal relevance of quality factor of weather information system affecting satisfaction and business performance was analyzed by using structural equation model. An enterprise utilized in analysis sample performed a survey by targeting 186 distribution/logistics and general manufacturing company. Results: It was revealed that information, service quality of weather information system exerted a significant influence on user satisfaction and it did not take a significant influence on business performance in terms of quality of information, system and service. A significant relevance between user satisfaction and business performance was strong supported. Finally, it was revealed that utilization level of weather information system had a moderating effect on business performance. Conclusion: Domestic weather information system mainly focused on information utilization based weather information system and additional service level utilizing weather information is very low in practical terms. Therefore, in order to expand domestic weather related service market, systematic market expansion strategy of providing corporate customized service and case enlargement would be required.
