Double injection molding process is very efficient molding-method for molding the products which is consist of multi-materials. Fuel-tube holder which is necessary for automobil power train and circulation systems is composed of plastic and rubber materials to minimize the vibration and pulsation noises. In existing process, fuel-tube holder was made by the insert molding process or assembly process after molding. If fuel-tube holder is manufactured by double injection molding process, it may be realize to improve the product quality, efficiency of molding-process and retrenchment of manufacturing cost. In this study, for manufacturing fuel-tube holder by double injection molding process, the analysis of joining characteristics between PA6(polyamide 6) and TPE(thermoplastic elastomer) was executed and the double injectin mold for molding fuel-tube holder with core toggle mechanism was fabricated. Finally, fuel-tube holder was molding using fabricated double injection mold.

In this paper, the automatic assembly and packaging system was developed for PET blow molding products. The PET blow molding products mainly are used in groceries case and are in great demand. Generally, the molding process is compose of 4 processes such as plastic resin injection, molding, ejecting and packaging. In case of packaging process, although amount of work per hour is very large, all processes are still performed by the manual work. For this reason, the automatic packaging system was developed with the function of automatic hand-grip part assembly. For the development of system, the existing processes and the shape of molding product were analyzed and specifications were deducted. Finally, the automatic assembly and packaging system was developed and applied to the manufacturing field.
뽕나무(Morus alba)와 꾸지뽕나무(Cudrania tricuspidata)의 부위에 따른 항산화 활성 및 3T3-L1세포 지방축적 억제 효과

In this study, we examined antioxidative effects and the anti-adipogenesis effect of different parts of Cudrania tricuspidata (C), and Morus alba (M). Total polyphenol contents were highest in M-root ($34.56{\pm}0.045mg\;GAE/g$), and there was no significant difference, between C-root and M-leaf. Total flavonoid contents of C-root were highest ($23.07{\pm}0.004mg\;QE/g$). To examine antioxidant activities of C and M extracts, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, and FRAP assay, was used. Results show that antioxidant activities of C and M extracts increased, in a dose-dependent manner. Adipocytes are generated by preadipocyte differentiation, during adipogenesis. Matured adipocytes accumulate in abnormal and cause obesity. We investigated effects of leaf and root extracts of C and M, on lipid accumulation, in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Changes in cell morphology, and degrees of lipid accumulation in adipocytes, were evaluated by Oil Red O staining. Root extracts of C and M, reduced lipid content in a dose-dependent manner. Therefore, root extracts of C and M, may be good candidates for managing obesity.
부처손(Selaginella tamariscina) 추출물의 리파아제 저해 활성 및 지질 축적 억제 효과

The objective of this study was to evaluate novel usability as natural anti-obesity supplement of Selaginella tamariscina extract. The total phenol contents and total flavonoid contents were $60.29{\pm}3.11GAE\;mg/g$ and $14.90{\pm}0.34QE\;mg/g$, respectively. To evaluate anti-obesity activity of Selaginella tamariscina extract, pancreatic lipase inhibition activity as well as its inhibition effect of lipid accumulation in adipocytes were conducted by Oil Red O staining and lipolysis assay. The result of pancreatic lipase inhibition activity of S. tamariscina extract showed a wide range between 40 and 73% dose dependently. While the incubation of 3T3-L1 cells with S. tamariscina extract inhibited differentiation of preadipocytes and reduced lipid accumulation, the level of released free glycerol into culturing medium was increased in multiple concentrations. These results showed that S. tamariscina extract inhibit adipogenesis and pancreatic lipase activity. Thus, S. tamariscina extract can be a candidate for regulating lipid accumulation in obesity.
영상처리 기반 비접촉식 타겟을 이용한 원격 변위측정 기법

교량의 노후화에 따른 위험성 가중은 현재 직면한 문제이다. 교량의 안전진단을 통해 노후화된 교량을 보강하고 미래의 재해에 대해 예방할 수 있다. 따라서 GPS, LVDT, LDV 등의 교량 변위 센싱기술을 이용하여 교량의 내하력 평가를 시행한다. 하지만 상기 센서들은 설치에 어려움이 있거나, 대상 교량에 제약이 존재한다. CV는 접근성이 좋지 않은 교량에 대해 원거리 계측이 가능하며 모든 구조물의 변위 측정이 가능하다. 기존의 CV는 화소 스케일을 실제 스케일로 변환하기 위해 눈금판(타겟)을 교량표면에 설치해야 하는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 레이저를 교량 표면에 투영한 뒤 변화된 모습을 근사하여 스케일링하는 기법을 개발했다. 기존의 스케일링 과정을 완전 비접촉식으로 개선함으로써 수상교량, 고가대교등 사람이 접근하기 어려운 구조물의 변위계측을 가능하게 했다. 본 연구내용을 옵티컬 플로우와 결합시켰으며 해당 시스템을 테스트베드에서 검증했다. 기존 센서인 LDV 측정값과 비교하여 본 연구내용의 신뢰성을 검증했다.
간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 비판적사고 성향, 셀프리더십이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 비판적사고 성향, 셀프리더십이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 인과관계 연구이다. 대상자는 2개 지역 2개 간호학과 재학생 314명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2015년 5월 11일부터 6월 5일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 간호대학생의 진로결정자기효능감은 간호학과 지원동기, 학과만족도, 개인 성격, 대인관계에 따라 차이가 있었다. 또한 간호 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 셀프리더십, 비판적사고 성향, 학과만족도, 개인 성격이었으며, 셀프 리더십이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 비판적사고력 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 이는 진로결정자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. This study examined the effects of ego-resilience, critical thinking disposition, and self leadership on the career decision-making self-efficacy among nursing students. Undergraduate nursing students (N=341) were sampled randomly from nursing departments in two cities. Data collection was conducted from May 11 to June 5, 2015. The participants completed a questionnaire assessing the ego-resilience, critical thinking disposition, self leadership, and career decision-making self-efficacy. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVAs, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression. Career decision-making self-efficacy was varied by application motivation, satisfaction with one's major, personality traits, and interpersonal relationship; Self leadership was the most influential factor predicting the career decision-making self-efficacy, followed by critical thinking disposition, and satisfaction with one's major and personality traits. Therefore, these results highlight the need to devise an appropriate program to improve self-leadership and critical thinking, which will contribute to the career-related behaviors of nursing students.

This paper presents an integrated machining error compensation method based on PNN(Polynomial Neural Network) approach and inspection database of OMM(On-Machine-Measurement) system. To efficiently analyze the machining errors, two machining error parameters are defined and modeled using the PNN approach, which is used to determine machining errors for the considered cutting conditions. Experiments are carried out to validate the approaches proposed in this paper. In result, the proposed methods can be effectively implemented in a real machining situation, producing much fewer errors.
