This study investigated the effects of using a doll with the Circles program on the social-sexual behavior of adolescents with intellectual disabilities. The study period was October 5, 2016 through January 27, 2017, and the subjects included three adolescents with intellectual disabilities who had visited the N. welfare center in G. City. The subjects’ inappropriate social-sexual behaviors were effectively reduced when they perceived their identity, value, and role clearly in community settings and social structures (home, school, and the welfare center); understood the correct sexual concept and attitude based on the situation, context, and the degree of closeness; and recognized the level of acceptable physical social contact and expression. The subjects also built interpersonal relationships when they perceived the importance of others’ existence in relation to the social structure and had the right mind and attitude. Thus, using a doll with the Circles program was effective in educating and training adolescents with intellectual disabilities who had difficulty with interpersonal relationships due to inappropriate social-sexual behaviors. Therefore, this study recommends related practitioners use the program as an intervention approach.

This paper proposes a compression method for elemental images based on the view image array transform in integral imaging. As three-dimensional images start to get attention, the integral imaging as an three-dimensional imaging method has been studied actively. Elemental images have a large amount of data since they offer lots of different view points than regular images. For this reason, studies on pre-processing and compression for elemental images are required. In this paper, we proposed a compression method for elemental images based on view image array. An experiment is conducted to evaluate our method. The experimental results indicate that proposed method is effective for the elemental image compression.
간호대학생의 자아존중감, 걱정이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 걱정이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 B시에 소재하는 간호대학생 217명을 대상으로 2019년 11월 20일부터 12월 20일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, Independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe‘s test, Pearson’s correlation, Multiple regression을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 대학생활 적응은 3.22±0.57점, 자아존중감 3.04±0.53점, 걱정은 3.12±0.75점이었으며, 대학생활 적응은 자아존중감과 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.67, p<.001), 걱정과는 유의한 음의 상관관계(r=-.39, p<.001)로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감, 걱정, 성적과 간호학 선택 동기였으며 48.8%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 잘하도록 하기 위해서는 자아존중감을 증진시키고 걱정 정도를 확인하여 중재해 줄 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요할 것이다. This study aimed to investigate the effect of self-esteem and anxiety on the adaptation of college life of nursing students. The participants of this study were 217 nursing students who lived in B metropolitan area. Data collection was conducted from November 20 to December 20, 2019. The SPSS/WIN 20.0 program was used for data analysis. Frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Pearson"s correlation, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and multiple regression were used. The results showed that the mean and standard deviation value of students adapted to college life was 3.22±0.57, and that of self-esteem and anxiety were 3.04±0.53 and 3.12±0.75, respectively. Adaptation to college life was significantly associated with students" self-esteem (r=.67, p<.001) and anxiety (r=-.39, p<.001). According to the results of multiple regression analysis, the significant factors influencing the adaptation of college life of nursing students were self-esteem, anxiety, academic achievement and motivation to choose nursing science, and it explained 48.8% students" satisfaction. Based on these findings, it is necessary to develop and apply a program that can improve self-esteem by checking the anxiety level.

본 연구는 한국 사회의 변화 과정 속에서 시간적, 공간적으로 발생, 변화되어온 도심지 공간을 문화적, 기호학적 측면에서 분석, 고찰하여 주제 공간 속에 있는 문화적 요소들의 기호학적 의미와 사회문화적 함의를 이해하고자 하는 데 있다. 그 고찰의 방법으로서는 먼저 기호학의 이론적 배경과 적용될 기호 모델을 살펴보고 주제 공간의 통시적, 공시적 고찰을 통해 문화 발생과 생산지로서의 주제 공간의 시간적, 시대적 배경을 이해하며 주제 공간의 문화 기호학적 요소를 그 특성에 따라 각각의 계열체로 분류하였다. 이 같은 작업의 원인은 문화 생산지로서 그리고 이데올로기 발생지로서 도시공간의 위상을 확인하며 인간과 공간의 상호 역학적 관계를 도출하고자 하는 데 있다. 이 같은 고찰의 결과로 도시공간의 사회 문화적 포지션을 재확인하고 문화 인큐베이터로서의 도시공간이 인간 생활에 끼치는 영향력을 예시하고자 한다. 또한 우리가 상상하는 미래에 대한 기대와 꿈을 현재의 도시공간에 접목시켜 인간과 더욱 활발한 상호작용을 하는 도시공간, 인간 본질을 회복하는 도시공간을 재조명하고자 한다. This study analyzes and considers urban space that has been created and changed in time and space in the process of change in Korean society in terms of cultural and semiotic aspects. As a method of consideration, we first examine the theoretical background of semiotics and the symbol model to be applied, and then understand the temporal and historical background of the subject space as a place of production and the cultural symbolic elements of the subject space through the poetic and synchronic examination of the subject space. According to its characteristics, it was classified into each series. The reason for this work is to identify the status of cultural space and ideological origin of urban space in which we live, and to derive the inter-dynamic relationship between human and space. As a result of this consideration, I would like to reconfirm the sociocultural position of urban space and illustrate the influence of urban space on human life as a cultural incubator. And we want to reconsider the urban space to combine the expectations and dreams of the future we imagine with the present urban space to contribute to achieving an urban space that interacts more actively with humans, and an urban space that plays a role in restoring the human essence.
뇌졸중 환자의 편측무시에 대한 시각스캐닝훈련, 팔 활성화 훈련, 시각스캐닝 및 팔 활성화 병행훈련의 중재효과

This study was aimed to compare the intervening effect of vision scanning training(VST), arm activation training(AAT) and vision scanning with arm activation training(VSAAT) on unilateral neglect of stroke patients. The study was performed from February 20th to April 13th, 2012. Each group received VST, AAT and VSAAT for 30 minutes, 5 days a week. The changes of subjects status of unilateral neglect were measured at 2times(initial, final term). In response score, three groups showed significant improvement and especially VSAAT showed most significantly improved. In performance score, VSAAT and VS showed significantly increased especially VSAAT showed most significantly improved. In improvement in degree of neglect on activities of daily living. upper extremity function AAT, VSAAT showed improvement Especially VSAAT is a useful strategies than AAT.
‘동그라미(Cireles)’ 프로그램을 적용한 사회(Social)-성(Sexuality) 교육 프로그램이 지적장애아의 사회-성 행동에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Circles program on inappropriate social-sexuality behaviors of the children with intellectual disability. For this, treatment comparison design of single subject study was used. The study period was 12 weeks with 26 sessions, from October 5 to December 18, 2015. All subjects were provided the intervention for 40 minutes, two times a week, man to man. An occupational therapist and subject’s mother, main caregiver of a subject, observed and recorded frequency of the target sexual behaviors. Descriptive statistic and visual analysis using graph was used for change of the target sexual behaviors. As a result, their inappropriate target sexual behaviors were decreased by the Circles program effectively more than watching sex education video. Besides, the program enabled transition of the appropriate sexual behavior to real community. The subjects were able to realize that they are worthy sexual being and classify various social relationships and situations through visual cues and messages of the colored circles. This facilitates structuralization of appropriate social-sexual behaviors. Also, it was considered that active and consistent feedback and guidance about actually needed social-sexual behavior provided by occupational therapist and mother were organizational support triggering transition.
보건계열전공 대학생의 전공만족도가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향 - 임상실습만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the satisfaction of college students majoring in healthcare-related fields with their major and with their clinical practice on their career decision-making level and to investigate the mediating effect of their satisfaction with clinical practice on the relationship between their satisfaction with their major and their career decision-making level. The subjects were 180 college students who had completed clinical practice as part of their healthcare-related majors at C University in A-gun, B-do Province. Their completed questionnaires were collected between March 2 and March 5, 2020; 165 questionnaires were used for the data analysis. Questionnaires with missing or insincere responses were excluded. According to the results of this study, the students showed a mean of 3.99 points in their satisfaction with their major, 3.33 points in their career decision-making level, and 3.71 points in their satisfaction with clinical practice. Statistically significant positive correlations were found between the students’ satisfaction with their major, their career decision-making level, and their satisfaction with clinical practice. In addition, their satisfaction with clinical practice produced a partial mediating effect on the relationship between their satisfaction with their major and their career decision-making level, and those with a higher level of satisfaction with their major and with their clinical practice also presented higher career decision-making levels. Therefore, the present study suggests that healthcare-related students’ satisfaction with their major and with clinical practice should be enhanced to increase their career decision-making levels.
