정전 열 접합을 이용한 Multi-Substrate Bonding

We performed silicon-to-glass bonding using silicon direct bonding followed by anodic bonding(SDAB). Initial bonding between glass and silicon was caused by the hydrophilic surfaces of silicon and glass ensemble using silicon direct bonding(SDB) method. We found that the bonded specimen using SDAB process had higher strength than one using anodic bonding process only. We performed multiple layer bonding by SDAB, which is glass- silicon -glass as sandwich structure. In the silicon wafer, the (1mm x 2mm x 500μm)-sized cavity was formed by the anisotropic etching of the silicon substrate in EPW(Ethylendiamin-Pyrocatechol-Water). And, the cavity was sealed with glass wafers by SDAB method.

국제무역거래란 언어와 관습이 상이하고 법률이나 경제, 사회의 모든 제도가 서로 다른 국가간에 오직 계약자유의 원칙에 따라 국경을 넘어서 이루어지는 물품의 매매현상이므로 무역거래에서는 항상 거래 당사자간에 분쟁이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 무역분쟁과 더불어 국제간 무역규모가 확대되고 거래지역이 다변화됨에 따라 국제무역결제와 관련된 무역사기 사건이나 대금지급거절 등이 자주 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제무역결제방식 중에서 가장 많이 이용하고 있는 송금방식, 추심방식, 신용장방식 등으로 분류하여 최근 발생한 사기사례와 지급거절사례를 유형별로 살펴본 후 그 대응방안을 포괄적, 개별적으로 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 국제무역거래에서 자주 발생하고 있는 무역사기와 지급거절을 미연에 방지하고 건전한 무역거래의 성립과 국제무역의 활성화에 기여하고 한다. Trade disputes always happen among parties related to which in international trade transaction, because international trade transaction is a phenomenon of sale of goods crossing the border and based on principles of the freedom of contract between two countries which are different from languages, customs and social system such as laws and economy. According to the enlargement of the volume of international trade and the diversification of trade transaction area, together with these trade disputes, trade fraud case and payment refusal often take place all over the world. In this study, we classify the payment systems of international trade into three groups, Telegraphic Transfer, Collection and L/C, and examine recent trade fraud cases and payment refusal cases by groups. we show, here in this paper, the counter measures against trade fraud and payment refusal comprehensively and individually. Thus, we contribute to the sound establishment and the revitalization of international trade, and prevent trade fraud and payment refusal which often take place in international trade field.
요하지통 환자에서 두 개의 캐눌라를 이용한 박동성 고주파 신경근 응고술의 임상 연구

Dorsal root ganglion(DRG) block by the local anesthetics and steroids which has done classically in low back pain(LBP) patients with radiculopathy has high incidence of recurrence rate and side effects of steroids. Recently a new technique of pulsed radiofrequency thermocoagulation(P-RFTC) was introduced and substituted for it because of the benefits such as relatively low recurrence rate, low risk of nerve injury and comfort during the procedure. We experienced 15 patients who had LBP with radiculopathy and no or little response to epidural steroid injection. When we performed DR ganglionotomy by P- RFTC under the C-arm guide in these patients, we tried to approach the exact DR ganglion using tow cannulas - the one for obtaining patient's subjective symptoms and injection of contrast dye, the other for making a RF lesioning after identifying the impedance of sensory and motor stimulation. In conclusion, DR ganglionotomy by P- RFTC using two cannulas in LBP patients is an easy and safe procedure with satisfactory results.

An Ac-type Plasma Display Panel (PDP) operating with Ne-Ar(0.1%) Penning mixture gas is fabicated. The characterics of the panel with electrodes covered with thin and thick dielectric layers are studied. The brightness of the Neon-orange light emitted by the panel measured as function of applied voltage and frequency. As an application, a graphic display system equipped with PDP showing still and moving pictures is made.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Carrier peptides, termed protein transduction domains (PTDs), serve as provide promising vehicles for intranasal delivery of macromolecular drugs. A mutant PTD derived from human translationally controlled tumor protein (TCTP-PTD 13, MIIFRALISHKK) was reported to provide enhanced intranasal delivery of insulin. In this study, we tested whether its efficiency could be further improved by replacing amino acids in TCTP-PTD 13 or changing the amino acids in the carrier peptides from the <SMALL>L</SMALL>- to the <SMALL>D</SMALL>-form. We assessed the pharmacokinetics of PTD-mediated transmucosal delivery of insulin in normal rats and the activity of insulin in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. The safety/toxicity profile of the carrier peptides was evaluated based on the release of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in nasal wash fluid, body weight changes, and several biochemical parameters. Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies showed that the <SMALL>L</SMALL>-form of a double substitution A6L, I8A (MIIFRLLASHKK), designated as <SMALL>L</SMALL>-TCTP-PTD 13M2 was the most effective carrier for intranasal insulin delivery. The relative bioavailability of insulin co-administered intranasally with <SMALL>L</SMALL>-TCTP-PTD 13M2 was 37.1% of the value obtained by the subcutaneous route, which was 1.68-fold higher than for insulin co-administered with <SMALL>L</SMALL>-TCTP-PTD 13. Moreover, co-administration of insulin plus <SMALL>L</SMALL>-TCTP-PTD 13M2 reduced blood glucose levels compared to levels in diabetic rats treated with insulin plus <SMALL>L</SMALL>-TCTP-PTD 13. There was no evidence of toxicity. These results suggest that the newly designed PTD is a useful carrier peptide for the intranasal delivery of drugs or biomolecules.</P>

The methanolic extract of Commelina communis (aerial part) showed antibacterial activity against a cariogenic bacterium, Streptococcus mutans OMZ 176. The active principles were identified to be $\beta$-carboline alkaloids, 1-carbomethoxy-$\beta$-carboline, norharman and harman, which were bactericidal in the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of $100\;\mu{g/ml}$ against the strain.

The Taebaek Group (Cambrian-Ordovician) in theTaebaeksan Basin comprises mixed carbonate-siliciclastic sequenceand is exposed well in the Seokgaejae section located in the central-eastern part of the Korean Peninsula. The group in the Seokgaejaesection consists of in ascending order the Myeonsan, Myobong,and Duwibong formations. This study describes in detail the well-exposed outcrop sections of the Taebaek Group in the SeokgaejaePass in order to refine the lithostratigraphy of the lower Paleozoicstrata in the Taebaeksan Basin, Korea. The refined lithostratigra-phy delineates clearly the lithologic boundary between the Myobongand Daegi formations, the Hwajeol and Dongjeom formations, theDumugol and Makgol formations, and the Makgol and Jigunsanformations. The preliminary information on trilobite faunal asem-blages suggests that the Cambrian-Ordovician boundary can beplaced within the lowermost part of the Dongjeom Formation.

Air conditioning of subway cabin is achieved by two separate air conditioners installed on the top of the cabin. Cooling air is supplied through the line duct on the ceiling through the whole cabin indoor evenly, and the return air is exhausted to the center area of ceiling. Depending on the indoor air quality, outdoor air is introduced into the cabin. A part of air is pressurized out through the exhaust duct by the positive pressure condition of cabin indoor. However, cabin indoor is not always maintained in a positve pressure by frequent door opening during operation. Therefore, outdoor air can be introduced through exhaust fan and tunnel air, highly polluted by fine particles can cause a indoor air pollution. In this study, we measured air velocity, pressure difference, and particle concentration in order to reveal the inflow of outdoor air. We found that outdoor air was introduced during the subway acceleration by the inertial force of indoor air.
